One of my favorite restaurants hands down! Love the food, service and atmosphere. I come here once a week. The 8 oz sirloin & shrimp w/two sides is my favorite dish. If you're looking to save money, and share a meal with your significant other yet walk out feeling like you spend lots of money and full, get the chicken critter meal with the two sides. For the two sides get salads and add a bowl of their cup or plate of chili for a killer combination! Their bread and sweet butter is amazing. Also, be ready to scream yee-haw out loud. Only thing that sucks is the wait because they are in such high demand.

WoW! The service is exceptional! Everyone is super attentive. The food is great! Blazing hot! The place was at full capacity and yet we were seated within 10 minutes. We highly recommend this place! Nicole our server was AmAZinG!

I love going to Texas Roadhouse with my family. My favorite dish is the New York Strip Steak, always cooked to perfection. And that warm bread they serve at the beginning… simply addictive!

Love the atmosphere here. Real steak house! They have steaks cuts you can buy to cook at home. Husband and I shared a 16 oz medium cooked prime rib dinner. Our sides were house salads and ordered 2 extra sides. One was mashed potatoes with brown gravy and the other was veggies, which we also shared. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fabulous! We like straight horseradish with prime rib. The cut was nice thickness. We cut it in 1/2 the long way so we could both enjoy the steak. He had a beer, 805, and I had a mango margarita with a tajin rim. So yum! Oh! We also ordered the grilled shrimp appetizer! I could eat a whole bowl of those shrimp if they let be in the back.😄 Will return again for sure! Oh! I almost forgot since it wasn’t such a huge deal but just so it’s out there. I prefer savory butters for dinner. Their rolls are soft and warm. Probably have enough butter on their own so I don’t need anymore. But anyways, they are served with a sweet cinnamon butter before the meal. It’s good, but just not what I prefer. No biggie, I just didn’t use the butter. Bon appetite! Or as my 5 yr used to say “Blow out your teeth!”😂😂😂

I strongly recommend this restaurant to my husband. We arrived here at 6:00Pm this evening, and a middle-aged white woman came to help us order food. Just after saying a word, she went directly to serve the guests opposite, making us wait for about a few minutes. Before ordering, I ordered cocktails and asked me to show my ID. My husband and I were surprised and showed her my driver's license, waiting for us for about 25 minutes. At that time, we were chatting before we finished eating, and directly disturbed our chat. We felt that she was discriminating against us as Chinese, so the service attitude was very poor.

Went during dinner time and the food was amazing. Wait time was not bad at all for two people. The service was fast and great here. They even gave us some icecream since it was my boyfriend's and I's anniversary.

Came in for a late lunch around 3 on a Sunday ended up having a early dinner Waited in line about 1 hour to be seated ( line was huge ) no reservations ( kinda wired ) anyways when we finally got seated and the server was very quick to take are orders and was super friendly he kept the rolls coming ( had about 5 baskets ) drinks stayed full the entire time. Absolutely amazing Service from the waitress Candace, she was very thoughtful of our portions, went very above and beyond in terms of making sure we had good deals on the menu items, she noticed and gave us extra sauces for the cactus blossoms and butter for the toast. On top of that as we proceeded to get our stuff to go, she was nice to get us extra toast in a to go baggie. Super nice waitress, and definitely deserves a lot! We need more like her!

Great place for steaks. Had a bone in ribeye with a fully loaded baked potato. The steaks are always fresh and never frozen, mine was medium rare which was nice and juicy and tasted delicious. Before they gave us fresh bread and this sweet butter which was really good. Had a a couple of their margaritas a local craft beer which was excellent. Overall I really like this place and recommend it to everyone that loves steaks and will be back again.

Wow! Omg the food was so delicious! The different cuts of raw meat are on display for you to see. Fresh baked bread melts in your mouth. Fried pickled chips were crisp to perfection. 6oz Dallas Filet paired with broccoli and sweet potatoe made for a nice lean healthy meal. Service was excellent. Our waitress Melissa was exceptional with her service and attention. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and got everything we needed. Thank you Texas Roadhouse!

Always enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse. There was a waitlist of 10-20 minutes which is typical due to popularity. We decided to sit at the bar which had seats available right away. This gave us the opportunity to watch a game and have a beer. Our server was April. She was amazing at always checking on everyone at the bar and providing the most amazing service. Not many places know customer service anymore. Thank you Texas Roadhouse management and staff. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to go back.

I had the 12 Oz Ribeye and Ribs. It was amazing. My wife had the 16 Oz Sirlion with shrimp and she said it was delicious. I know its always busy but we got there at 430pm on Wednesday and got seated right away.

Great quality food and there's something for everyone. We were a little shocked at things like a baked potato comes plain and if you want it loaded it's $1.50 extra. Things like that sprinkled throughout the menu with just 1 soda and 2 dinners it was a $55 evening. I know it's not fast food but it prevents me from going back for a while. Expect a wait for a table. 8 in our party was 1 hour 10 minutes. Highly recommend if you have the $ and the time. The biggest negative they brought the kids food 5 minutes after everyone else.

Everything was so good! We had porkchops, burgers and beef tips. The loaded sweet potatoes were so good! Kendra was incredible! Such great service.

Great place to eat! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food - my goodness. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor. You can even get a “loaded” sweet potato with marshmallows. Ribs fall off the bone and can’t forget the peanuts. They’re no longer on your table and no more throwing shells on the floor but if you ask for peanuts they will bring you some! I will come back. Delicious!

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time especially from a chain. Service was top tier my steak was cooked perfect. And the teamwork in there is just chef’s kisses. Definitely better than expected!

My absolute favorite steak house outside of Capital Grill or Fogo De Chao, which of course are completely separate categories! Such really nice bar servers and service! Food as always is perfect. They even have peanuts again, but in bags, free at the bar! When was the last time a place went out of their way to figure out a solution to their problem like that! Definitely a meal worth every penny!

The atmosphere was booming with celebrations, families and people enjoying a nice Friday night. Certainly a place to go back too. The blooming onion was crispy, and a fantastic appetizer. The wait is never long. Service is amazing. Food is always cooked just right. Food comes out fast and hot. Sides are a good size, and a lot to choose from. Every time we try another place, we always wish we would have eaten here instead. Addition to my original post. Came in for Mother’s Day and the wait was 2 hours. Once we were waiting for about 20 mins, we were called in! Our server made us feel like we were her only table. Food came out fast and the temperature on the steaks was perfect. This place was packed, and we understood why after we had dinner there. The stakes are great, the prices are reasonable, and the service excellent. It's a little noisy, and usually crowded, but they've learned to handle large numbers of people efficiently. Best to download the app or call them to get on the waiting list ahead of time.

Conveniently located off the 215 FWY on Haun and Newport Roads near Yellow Basket with plenty of parking. We've been coming to this specific location for years now and we love it. It is mostly very busy, so be prepared to wait if you visit during peak hours. I used their App to join the waitlist and waited less than 10 minutes for a table when we arrived this Thursday night (you can also join online). The restaurant has a fun, Texas-themed decor with a full-sized bar and plenty of TVs throughout showing live sports. Food is delicious, especially their hand-cut steaks and made-from-scratch sides. They will start you off with freshly baked bread. Everything is always fresh! I like to start with their 'Fried Pickles'. As meal, I enjoy their 'Sirloin Steak smothered with grilled onions (perfectly tender steak). As sides, Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables' accompanied by a $5 'Margarita'. Such a yummy meal! Prices are reasonable and food portions are big. The staff is always energetic and happy to serve here. Shout out to our server, 'Melissa' who was extremely attentive and friendly, she made sure we were good our entire visit. The experience has been consistently positive here and will continue to enjoy Texas Roadhouse, Menifee.

We were given a gift because we really enjoyed the service the first time we had gone. It took us longer to revisit because there's always a long wait besides being expensive it's worth the wait being fun when they sit you down in the Willie Nelson Corner booth with all his memorabilia. Service was outstanding with a lot of communication and helped with describing the meals of each order that all our dishes were delicious with steaks mashed potatoes, ribs with vegetables, an amazing burger and fries plus the onion blossom. 😋

We went on super bowl day. We got there at approximately 11:30 a.m. luckily wasn't as busy as we thought it would be. Our server was a very pleasant and professional person. My son ordered the pulled pork sandwich, my wife ordered the prime rib and I ordered the ribeye steak. I guess I should also say that this is my wife's 70th birthday. So anyway the food was very very good my steak was delicious it was tender and juicy. My wife's prime rib was tasty she truly enjoyed her meal. There was just too much food we took home just about as much food as we ate. The server was great she made sure that we had everything in a timely manner and had a great personality. All-in-all we had a wonderful time.

We love this location and had wonderful time after a little league game. We had 8 people and was able to get sitting in 20 minutes. There is plenty of sitting to wait outside. We loved the bread and cinnamon butter to start and still get the peanuts in the bag. The food was delicious and our server was very accommodating. We look at coming back soon!

Went in today for an early father's day celebration. Even though they were super super busy the service was great and the food was delicious. Our server Gus checked on us frequently and made sure our drinks were never empty. I ordered the Dallas filet and my husband ordered the porter house. Both were delicious and tender.. Nori was a great server and Robert is an amazing manager Texas roadhouse is our number one place to go for a date night or with our family the shrimp and their butter sauce is really good. Also our steak is cooked to perfection.

I enjoyed spending time with my Sister, and my Brother. The atmosphere was great. There were two separate birthdays, and the servers and managers recognized the birthday patrons with an arousing enthusiastic cheer and Texas Style hooray. We each had the Catfish meal, and sweet tea. I will be relocating to Texas in 11 days, so I will not get to see my brother and sister for a while, so Texas Roadhouse was a great decision to enjoy the company of my family.

We are big fans of Texas Roadhouse! But this particular location always has great customer service and our food comes out fast and yummy every time! The must try menu items are the loaded mashed potato’s, the pulled pork sandwich, the fried pickles, the sirloin steak and the rolls (of course!) Suggested drinks include Modelo on tap, wild strawberry lemonade, and the NEW mocktail Strawberry Cucumber Fizz! The fizz beverage is very nice and refreshing with the perfect balance of subtle and sweet. The staff at this Texas Roadhouse is so great and the food is amazing which is what keeps us coming back!

She is professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable in what she does. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and I truly appreciated how easy she made the entire process. This was our first time here, and what a wonderful experience it was. Laila was our server, and she was absolutely amazing. We went on a Saturday night. The wait was 1 hour 20 mins, the open seating was at the bar. They had plenty of servers, it was just busy. Plan ahead. We were a party of 3, w/ my sister from out of state. I had steak & shrimp, my wife had beef kabobs, my sister had steak with rice & veggies. My wife thought the kabobs had a low quality of meat. The other 2 meals were good. There is a lot of movement inside this place with elevated interior volume noise. But overall it was fine. Ou server was great. Timely & professional. I would recommend going, not sure it's worth the wait on busy days.

I took my 89 yr old mother to lunch and she always brings her little service dog. Candace sat beside my mom while we were ordering and was just so sweet and personable. We were here once 20 some years ago, on a tight budget. Now armed with a $50.00 gift card and deeper pockets. My wife and I were overly impressed. The place was packed with at least 40 people waiting to get in at 3:30 in the afternoon. We got a table in less than 20 minutes. And the food never quite coming. We got the special two meals for $56.95 with appetizers. We both ordered steak and half rack of ribs, bake potatoes, salads, rolls, and 🥜 peanuts. She went with water and I got a coke. Total was like $65.00, I left $15.00 cash tip. Service, food, and atmosphere were all perfect. We love Longhorns, and this is just as good.

The only reason for 4 stars is the Menifee location having a BIG mascot. I thought it was stupid. Texas Road house is a loud very busy place. Having a big armadillo with a tail that a server ir guest could trip over. Very dangerous. Servers were having to dodge him/her. Then the armadillo sat down at a booth with a single diner and she looked very uncomfortable, and it just stayed there laying back in the booth. This is family restraunt that can do away with the Chucky Cheese imitation.

Nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and the service is good. The food was okay, tasted a bit salty. The pre-dinner bread was quite good!

The staff is very friendly and attentive even though it was busy. The food is tasty and it's near impossible to beat a 6 oz sirloin steak with two sides for $13! It would be nice if there were lighter options for appetizers.

Food was pretty good, our server Emma was great and very attentive probably the best service we’ve ever had there. My porterhouse came back overcooked so I sent it back, and she brought another one out pretty quick. An older lady I’m assuming one of the managers came out during the meal and placed the blame entirely on our server when clearly it was out of her control. No one was upset or anything before hand but after hearing the manager take no responsibility for what happened and shift it all to the server, it made us pretty uncomfortable. One thing you can’t miss at this place it the huge atmosphere! They have room at the bar and plenty of booths to choose from. However, we weren’t greeted by anyone when we first walked in. In fact there were about 4 employees standing around talking at the reception booth. Since we had a party already there we walked right through. No one noticed! After finding our seats, the food came fast and it was hot! The portions are fair and you will have more than enough to take home. They have a $10 lunch menu that’s a steel! 5 different meats including pork, steak and chicken and 2 sides! For the table they start you out with a bucket of peanuts and bread. Its quite a loud atmosphere. You will hear an occasional loud “YE HAW!” For a birthday celebration. So if you are looking for a low key place this isn’t it. Overall good service, good food and very southern!

Went around 8pm on a Saturday, expected a wait which turned out to be like 45minutes, not bad in my opinion. Staff was very friendly our waitress was very polite and funny gave us everything we asked for even some good recommendations. Ordered prime rib which was cooked exactly like I asked, seasoned rice, green beans. Everything was good.

Its always a good meal at Texas Roadhouse. Tonight we were seated right away. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Tim (manager) was our server. He was awesome. We started with Tater skins, they were delish, lots of cheese and bacon, they were served with ranch. I also got some sour cream. I wish there were green onions on them. I had the filet dinner with a baked potato and corn… yum! My boyfriend had the sirloin and shrimp with a baked potato and Cesar salad. The atmosphere was fun but not overly loud. We’ll be back again

A great place for a nice traditional family meal. Plenty of hearty options and very reasonable pricing. Very convenient children and lunch value menus. Wait can be long so I definitely recommend checking in online to gauge seating times and minimize in-person wait. Food was very good but be aware that the steaks lean towards salty. The second time I asked for light salt and it turned out great.

My waitress was amazing the other night. Food was pretty good especially the protein. Cactus blossom was a bit under cooked. The sides need some love, fries were dry didnt taste good, and mac an cheese didnt have enough sauce. The bread and butter is always tasty. We prefer a table instead of a squished booth so we had to wait way longer because of that, an they only have a few tables which sucks. The atmosphere is sooo loud and its way too overcrowded. I feel like the place held way more people than the capacity limit. So this place is not for the claustrophobic, nor the people who are sensitive to sound. It is a great place to grab a steak, decent fried catfish, and grilled chicken.

I have been in Texas Roadhouse for several times but my first time at this location. Wait time on a Saturday evening was about 20 minutes which was good. The staff and waiter were friendly and professional. The cactus blossom tasted good. The house salad came fresh with boiled egg on top which was excellent. The 16oz ribeye was good but had considerable fat around it. The sirloin was good. Baked potato was asked to be fully loaded for an extra charge and tasted great. The interior design was excellent. It was a good experience and I recommend this steakhouse for all steak lovers.

We ordered the roadkill and instead of getting steak bits we got a ground beef hamburger patty. A ground beef hamburger patty isn't steak. I brought up to the waiter and she says, "hamburger patty is steak." Um no. Steak is a type of cut and it's not grounded meat We love this place but honestly disappointed. Their menu clearly says chopped steak

Food was good, very crowded though. Even with a reservation the wait was ~20m. But it was fair priced, delicious and packed!

Usually not bad, but our last visit here was no good. Our meat wasn't cooked as we ordered it. 3 plates all raw pretty much. The wait was pretty long to begin with. No discount offer after they remade our meals. Which added to our wait. Just posting this for others who get under cooked meat to be alert.

My husband and I have been to several Texas Roadhouse and this one was meh. Chicken fried steak seemed over cooked, my husband said the flavor of his steak was bland (he put A1 on it and he never uses steak sauce). Best part of the evening was our waiter Eddie! Loved his energy and was very attentive!

Our experience was a bit all overall the place. All the signs on the door to wait outside not very welcoming. Our sitting arrangement for a group of 10 at 11 am was not great and was told that's all they could do because they are short on staff. Medium well burger was closer to medium rare. Fries, and Mac and cheese were not great. 20z steaks got good reviews in my group as well as the ribs. Grilled chicken and salmon very dry. Service was excellent. Manager was very friendly and brought us some house sauces to try with my entree. Appetiser (cactus flower) was excellent. But my entree (catfish) wasn’t that great. Fish coating was hard and dry. The 2 sides I ordered were bad, sautéed mushrooms were salty as hell and Mac & cheese was honestly BAD BAD and BAD. Don’t order these two sides. Overall good place.

First time at this location and mostlikely my last. The place as usual on a Friday night was packed, with a 55 minute wait. It was a rainy night and this location has only an outside waiting area, with very little cover. As our party of four waited, inside, we were asked to step outside, in the driving rain, or go wait in our cars. How about this, allow us to make reservations, or build a inside or fully covered outside waiting area. Once seated, our waitness, Candace, was absolutely great. She was friendly, with a great personality. She made suggestion on our drinks and our food, which were good. Additionally, she was very attentive to refilling out drinks and making sure we didn't need anything. We dine out quite often and she is a great server. I ordered the ribeye and it wasn't anything to right home about, especially for a steak restaurant. The alcoholic drinks were weak, since the shots are only 1.5 ounces, instead of 2.0 ounces. But you know they charged as if it was a 2.0 ounce pour. Overall, Candace was the highlight of the night with her great service and personality. Thank you Candace..

I’m really disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, the hostess was noticeably rude and dismissive. We were purposely seated in a corner far away from other guests, and the interaction felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I brought my concerns to our waitress, who said she would let the manager know. Unfortunately, nothing was done—no one came to speak with us, and we never received an apology. For a restaurant that prides itself on hospitality, this was incredibly disheartening. The food itself was good, but the service overshadowed everything. What hurt the most was how the treatment made my daughter feel. This was her first time experiencing this kind of racist behavior in public, and it left her sad and confused. No parent should have to explain that kind of treatment after what should have been a simple meal out. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

Very active packed place. 3rd time in 3 years I have been to Texas Roadhouse. I forget why that is until I visit again. I ordered the $44 porterhouse steak. It was less than an inch thick and was chewier and dryer than an over cooked porkshop. 0/10 I showed this to the waitress and she seems burned out but at least kept the fake smile. She offered to replace it but now I have major trust issues. I was starving and I reordered to the 16oz Prime Rib. It was much better but nothing to write home about. The steak was definitely pre-made, 7of 10 I ordered a side of Greenbeans and broccoli. The 🥦 was slightly over cooked which was not a big deal but to serve greenbeans from a can is wild. It was all mush and tasted like can. The dinner rolls were bomb. Not sure if I would go back even after a year. This place seems to need some over sight on the cook. For them to send that ruined Port House to me, that's a waste of company overhead and sad to send even to my dog.

One star is more than enough. I came to this restaurant with my American boyfriend and some friends. When we ordered drinks, my friends showed their American IDs and I showed my Italian ID (I’m also the oldest in the group). Unlike every other restaurant I’ve been to in the U.S., they refused to accept my European ID because of a so-called “company policy.” The result? Everyone else at the table was allowed to order drinks except me. But it’s not about the drink it’s about the gesture. Maybe I was older than the Chinese manager as well lol. I felt excluded and discriminated against, even though I am well above the legal drinking age. We decided to leave without ordering any food and didn’t even touch the bread on the table. When the manager was called over, instead of trying to resolve the situation, he simply repeated with a smile that they couldn’t serve me. Like what? Smiling? So disrespectful. I came there to have a service and you can not offer me that service so what was he smiling about? I won’t walk around with my passport, it’s the only document that I can use to travel back to Italy. I truly hope no tourist ever comes to this place, because if you want a real experience without unnecessary limits or restrictions, you should go absolutely anywhere else. This is pure discrimination. The company policy should be changed immediately — it is embarrassing. In Europe, this would simply be called racism. And honestly, how hard is it to read a European ID that even includes an English translation? Pathetic.

Charred, inedible ribeye. Went on Friday night and seemed the cook wanted to go home and tried to heat the steak on very high. More so than losing the money (I had to throw the steak away) I’m more disappointed I couldn’t eat the steak I thought about all day. Love roadhouse but do not order Friday night take out.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service my party and I received during our visit to your restaurant on Sunday, August 10, 2025, for a brunch reservation. We had made an online reservation for a party of seven at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, four members of our group were present, and we approached the hostess expecting to be seated shortly. However, she informed us that we could not be seated until our full party arrived, which we respected. She instructed us to wait outside and assured us that once the rest of our group arrived, we could return to be seated. No more than five minutes later, the remaining guests arrived, and we promptly returned to the hostess. At that point, she informed us that the table was no longer ready and again asked us to wait outside. Despite the extreme heat — over 100 degrees — we waited patiently for another 15–20 minutes. During this time, no one contacted us, even though we were told we would be called. When we eventually returned inside, we found the entrance area overcrowded with other guests — a situation that posed a serious fire hazard and clear safety concern. We were then informed by the same hostess that she had called us three times and, because we did not respond, our table had been given to another guest. Not only did we not receive any call, but we were also visibly waiting just outside the door the entire time. To make matters worse, rather than offering a resolution or alternative seating, the hostess dismissed our concerns and moved on to the next group. Her dismissive and unprofessional behavior was extremely disappointing. It also appeared that she gathered other staff members to justify her actions rather than take ownership or offer an apology. We understand that weekends can be especially busy and that delays are sometimes inevitable. However, the lack of communication, disregard for guest comfort and safety, and the unprofessional conduct we encountered were completely unacceptable. As a result of this experience, we will not be returning to this location, and we felt it necessary to share our feedback in hopes that it will prompt a review of staff training and guest service standards. Thank you for your time and attention. We would appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Primary Server was great.Ribeye and and all other sides absolutely horrible. I'm assuming it's because we're non-drinkers or because we didn't eat the unshelled peanuts 😂 One and done for us. I really wanted this to be good and it was terrible 😞 we still tipped our Server $30.

Subject: Service Animal ADA Violation – Texas Roadhouse Menifee On January 1, 2026, my husband Rick and I took our family to Texas Roadhouse in Menifee to celebrate New Year’s Day. We were more than willing to wait approximately 45 minutes, as we have always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse and have had consistently positive experiences at locations across the country. My husband is diabetic and is accompanied at all times by his certified and professionally trained Diabetic Alert service dog, Emma. Emma weighs 26 pounds and is exceptionally well-trained, quiet, and always under control. When dining out, we typically request a booth so Emma can safely sit next to my husband or, if necessary, remain in her stroller beside him. Because the restaurant was extremely crowded, we specifically requested a booth so Emma’s stroller would not obstruct walkways or staff. However, once we were seated, we were told that Emma was not allowed to sit in the booth next to my husband and must be placed on the floor. The floor was visibly dirty, and my husband expressed serious concerns about placing his medical service dog in such conditions. My husband spoke directly with the manager and explained that we had a stroller available if they did not want Emma on the seat. The manager stated that the stroller would interfere with the server’s ability to do her job. When my husband reiterated his concerns about the unsanitary floor, the manager made it clear that if we wanted to dine there, Emma would have to sit on the floor. While the interaction remained respectful, it was clear that we were not being reasonably accommodated. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are permitted to accompany their handlers in public dining areas, and businesses are required to make reasonable modifications to allow access unless the animal is out of control or poses a direct threat—neither of which applied in our case. The manager eventually swept the floor and provided a towel for Emma to sit on. Although this effort was appreciated, by that point we felt unwelcome, uncomfortable, and singled out. We strongly considered leaving but stayed only because our grandchildren were so excited about the dinner. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that we travel cross-country and have visited numerous Texas Roadhouse locations without ever encountering an issue like this. Other Texas Roadhouse restaurants—as well as LongHorn Steakhouse in Temecula and many restaurants throughout Murrieta and Temecula—have always been welcoming, understanding, and accommodating of Emma as a legitimate service animal. Unfortunately, the Texas Roadhouse in Menifee failed to meet that standard. Due to the manner in which this situation was handled, we will not be returning to this location. We also feel compelled to share this experience so that other individuals and families who rely on service animals are aware of how they may be treated at this establishment and can make informed decisions about whether to dine here. Finally, we want to be very clear for the benefit of the franchise owners and management: denying reasonable accommodation to a handler with a legitimate service animal, or imposing unnecessary and discriminatory conditions on their presence, is a violation of federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This is not a matter of preference or policy—it is a legal requirement. Proper training and education of management and staff is essential to ensure that guests with disabilities are treated lawfully, respectfully, and with dignity. Fee alert.****** If you have children or elderly parents with dementia. Be very aware that they may accidentally push the buttons on the kiosk thing. In simply exploring what the device is and doing so just by seeing what games are there or trying to play a game not realizing that there's a fee of $1.99 This option should be removed immediately or offered for free. If they're going to keep it it should have an immediate credit card payment required not just simply added onto the bill Our server was kind enough to explain why this charge was there. At first glance it looked like I was being charged a convenience fee of $1.99 to use the payment portal at the table He explained it was for gaming content I asked my dad who has dementia did you play a game he's like no I just push the button on the thing. Our server was very quick to have the fee removed understanding the situation. He also mentioned that if someone else had been playing with the games and left there would still be a charge. Devices at the table should be used to add value not just another way to get into our pockets. I will make sure to remove any of these devices off the table in the future I do understand in some restaurants they are forcing servers to make the customers use the kiosk at the table and might get write ups if they don't We will be thinking twice about coming back
