Restaurant recently moved here from other side of I-35. FB commenters complained about traffic BEFORE it opened. I found it easy to get into and take the road behind the strip center to get back to McAlister Rd if heading south. Don't let that keep you from coming. Always great place to grab some nuggets, drink tea, and catch up on some podcasts. Always very clean and staff is friendly.

I'm giving 4 stars for the food and decorations; the service needs improvement! I'm trying to give grace because I dined in on their second day opening (which I expected to be busier), however compared to the last location this was not a chick-fil-a experience. The service was slow, seemed new and inexperienced, and I don't recall anyone saying "my pleasure". My son said the play area is "so little" compared to the last one. My food was delicious and great job on decorating for the holidays! I honestly thought it was just going to be a second location opening closer to me and they were still keeping the first one. I do hope when I go back over time it will get better and better!

Update after a month: signage is put up for drive thru - today was my first trouble free visit. Hopefully all the kinks are worked out with the new location .
I ordered 4 L 1 M frie and I got the reverse, fries were kinda grainy like they were from an old batch, that doesn't bother me just annoyed I got over charged for what I got and didn't notice till I drove 10 more miles home.
Parents, the playground has no slide. The playground is super small and my kid was bored after like 2 minutes. Luckily we had not ordered food yet. We ended up leaving and going to the one in front of HEB.
The dedicated drive thru for online orders only is a terrible design. The one lane that is open for non online orders is always backed up into the tight parking lot. Expect to wait twice as long compared to the old location.

After months of confusion , no one can seem to comprehend the poorly labeled mobile order lane or it was just poorly designed in the first place - it has been changed back to 2 regular drive thru ordering lanes. Wish this location would make up its mind. If you have a mobile order - there is no advantage anymore - might as well just roll up and speak your order.
Really disappointed that they removed the Mobile-Thru option. I eat here regularly and used it often to save time. It's annoying because I'm sure people complained that the Mobile-Thru was faster and they have to wait longer to order, but here is a hint: that's the IDEA. Serve customers in the most efficient manner possible. If you pull up and expect to order on the spot it's going to take longer. Want your food faster? Use the app. Not a hard concept. Instead we now have to take a step backwards to accommodate the laggards. Greg, don't penalize everyone else because people can't figure out how to place a mobile order in 2026. I went after I ordered a 50 dollar order worth of food and asked the lady could she just please check my gift cards to see the amount on them because I believed one was having a problem and she acted like she did not want to do it and had a staringht attitude about just checking some gift card this was terrible customer service and her name was Myra and she works the front counter very unfriendly and baf customer service

Drive thru sucks, they force you to all pile up in one lane and the wait times are terrible. They then talk down to you and say it would be faster to use the app so you can use the mobile take out lane. The app severely limits your options and is not intuitive at all. They only want you to use it so they don't have to hire as many people. Hooray for corporate America!!! Won't be coming back.
Hey, sorry to report. I was one of those odd customers that got cold fries and cold chicken nuggets oh well. 8:30 pm at night. Only 4 cars in the drive thru. I guess they were already done for the day. Food was delivered fast. Just not enjoyable. It was gross to be honest greasy cold chicken nuggets Ewww
Went in after work with my kid and ordered a 12 piece nugget meal and a market salad. Took a while to get the order and as I’m walking to the car we notice they gave me the correct salad but someone else’s bag for the meal. I take it back in immediately and they gave the bag to the correct person, Aaron. The cashier tells the manager the mistake because apparently they have my bag to someone else. They said they’d get me mother meal. Then proceeded to make the next 15 meals before he has to remind them I’m still waiting on my food they gave away. They make a few more meals then finally get mine. I finally get home and see they forgot the toppings for my salad. Absolutely abysmal service. The worst service I’d ever seen at one of these franchises. Save your time and money and find another place.
Since moving the chick fil a location, it has been an absolute mess. Not sure where the workers went from the old location but they were always super nice, hard workers, and friendly. The new ones are lazy and condescending. I guess this location was supposed to be better and bigger but honestly it's a mess and unorganized. The lines take longer with the drive thru, the old one was way more efficient even if the parking lot wasn't very big. Those workers were up and moving to get it all going faster. This place has been open for a while and it's still disappointing. Do better, or move back because this location isn't only horrible service but also located in a horrible spot.
Was in town from across the state and accidentally pulled in not knowing the restaurant hadn’t opened yet and the manager came out with an awful attitude and was just all over rude. Will gladly say will never return to this restaurant ever!!!!

One lane beware, now the line stretches out to the main road... and if you accidentally enter the mobile lane that isnt marked appropriately well that sucks for you, they do not take your order, I suggest pulling up and placing your mobile order while at the window, will shorten your wait time, I went ahead and left to chipotle.
