Burger King

Food was hot. Although we pressed for menu in English, the card machine only did Spanish. We tapped our bank card, but didn't understand that it wanted the pin without putting card into reader. It was another customer who helped us.

Burger King, no suprises only down was that the BBQ and Mayo sauce is from a dispenser into a ketchup paper cup. Food was made for my order and that is always a plus. We consider this most likely to be the best restaurang in this area….after one week with all included at the hotel this was feeling like heaven… Regarding the food it taste like BK, feelt fresh and well made.

Even when abroad, there's nothing like a good Burger King! Went for a family dinner when we needed a break from the hotel. Everything was fresh and hot, and the service was fast and helpful. Never would the classics of a Whopper with cheese and an XL Bacon Double Cheese burger!

The Whopper remains the best cheap burger. This location gets overloaded often. At times, this accompanies a closed dining area, which can mean a long wait in the drive through even when you ordered pick-up.

I've never had a problem with this location. My last visit an item I ordered through the app was not available and I asked for a refund, the manager I spoke to said they are not allowed to give refunds on items ordered from the app and that I would have to contact customer service. He also gave me his boss's contact so if I had problems I could contact them. I used the apps customer service option, escalated to an agent after it offered me a coupon, and was sent an email in less than an hour later from customer service stating my refund had been processed.

My wife and I ate here today. The food was solid, the service was slow, and the ambiance is unfortunately beyond criticism.

I'm giving 1-2 extra stars for the better customer service I get here over the Burger King on 15th and 145th. The cashiers are never argumentative or dismissive. They understand how the Burger King rewards program works. The food is standard and comparable to other Burger Kings I've been to. Kind of disappointing for a fast food chain, but corporate is probably the one to blame. Everything is much smaller than I'd expect. I almost thought my double cheeseburger only had 1 patty because I could barely see the other one. The size of the double cheeseburger is what I'd expect a single/regular cheeseburger to be or maybe even smaller. The chicken sandwich I ordered didn't seem to have fresh lettuce because there were some not so perfect pieces in there.

Staff was a bit too busy. They forgot our milkshakes. And that we were waiting for them, when I reminded the staff.

To be honest, it was really bad. The food was ok, but if you want to order a ketchup, you must log in. There is free ketchup for people who are eating right there... we were taking the food with us so we had to pump the ketchup in my nugget pack, i felt like a dumbass. The staff was mid...

I ordered from Grubhub because they had a BOGO for chicken nuggets, so that's what I bought, but didn't get. Their nuggets were fried in bad grease, anyway, and I knew I should have chosen McDonald's because they have better deals and better food. So much for trying outside of the arch.

Friendly associates but unsanitary conditions. I understand it’s cheap, fast food but doesn’t mean employees have to have unhygienic habits. Saw a female associate walk out of the bathroom after using the toilet and not wash her hands. Saw a male cook in the back sneezing twice in a row while cooking without covering himself. Gross 🤢

PROS: I believe the manager or shift lead was manning the register. He did a great job and was efficient. Got my order relatively quick for a walk-in order. Time of order was around 3pm. CONS: Food was as expected till a black hair was found on the edge of my chicken sandwich. Staff could use hair nets or maintain better personal hygiene with majority of them having stray hairs all around their hats.

Said it closed at 1:30am but they closed at 1am… not adherent to times posted… 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

I am leaving this review after an unpleasant visit to your establishment. I ordered two double steak burgers but received regular ones with a single patty, despite the label being correct. Check your order before leaving. The service was poor. We waited over 10 minutes for our order, and for 5 of those minutes, the burgers were just sitting on the pick-up shelf, needing only to be packaged. When I asked for my order to be completed, the cashier rudely told me to wait and then angrily handed me the order. I strongly do not recommend this place and urge the manager to address such treatment of guests.

Food is ok, but service is really rude. They think it is our bless to taste this burgers. We was near to close time of this place (about 15minutes), we got an employee's refusal to fulfill the order, even though we traveled a long distance to eat something. First, the employee tried to forcibly prevent us from placing an order, and then he referred to his superior at the table. I am very disappointed with the standards of the burgerking chain and I hope that this is only the case here. After all, the superior told to complete our order, but I don’t trust them after all.

I ordered their ripoff happy meal and they didn’t include my toy because APPARENTLY I’m not young enough, even though I’m clearly not old. It was meant to include the toy??? Why else would I choose the flavourless 5 piece chicken nuggets? They also got the order completely wrong, including the sauce on my ice cream. Do better

We visited this location last night and spent close to $50. They forgot an ice cream cone, a burger and a fry. They also didn't put a receipt in the bag. We just went and got some more food and asked Elliott if he could replace the ice cream cone from last night. He said "No. I have no proof you bought one." We explained they didn't give us a receipt and he said "I don't know how to help you". We ended up just buying another one. Elliott handed out the bags of food. Then shut the window and walked away without giving us a receipt. It took several minutes of shouting, knocking, and honking to get him to come back to the window. When we asked for the receipt he said "I can't give you one. It's already gone. I threw it away." We asked him to print another one and he said "I can't. I don't know how." We asked him to get his manager to do it and he said he was the manager. We questioned why the manager didn't know how to reprint a receipt. Elliott said "They didn't train me. I can't give you a receipt." We asked what we were supposed to prove we bought something if they don't give receipts and pointed out that this was the same thing that had happened the night before that he wouldn't make right for us because we didn't have proof. Elliott said "I gave you the ice cream cone." We asked to speak to anyone else. We just wanted anybody that would be able to give us a receipt. Elliott said "There's no one else. I can't help you. You need to leave." and shut the window in our face and would not come back. We're ended up leaving shorted over $10 worth of food and without the receipt to prove it. They're straight robbing people here so it's baffling that they seem to lack the funds to staff more than ones person or train the one person they have on staff. If Elliott wants to continue working as a manager, I suggest he familiarize himself with all parts of his job but most importantly the basic entry level parts of the job such as the POS system. Considering, it would be the managers duty to open, close, count, and balance the tills, it is hard to believe Elliott would be incapable of performing a task as simple reprinting a receipt. Is Burger King uses a POS system capable of the same things as 90% of the POS systems out there, I would imagine, should he know how to do his job as manager, there would have even been a way for him to search up our receipt from yesterday based on the date and time. Much of our interaction with Elliot left us skeptical of how truthful what he was saying was. Elliott told us: - he was the manager - there was nobody else working on shift - he hadn't been trained While I suppose there is a freak possibility that all of these statements are true, is hard to believe Burger King would hire someone on as manager, not train them, and have them work an entire busy store alone on a Friday night during dinner time. Elliott would most definitely benefit from some customer service training as well. If Elliott is unwilling or unmotivated to perform any part of his duties as manager, he might be a better fit for an entry level, non-customer-facing position. This was a very disappointing visit.

I grabbed a burger combo with a medium size sprite for $7.49, for some reason I was charger $2.01 taxes!!! I tried to call the store several times to get some explanations, but no-one picked up.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this Burger King drive-thru, but it has gone downhill for the last two years to the point where you can’t even order and are waiting for at least five minutes or more. I had to leave because I kept getting put on hold to wait. They didn’t even care…Gas isn’t cheap! Thanks for nothing. Avoid at all costs!!!

I order breakfast from here occasionally and they never complete my order. They consistently forget the egg and cheese from the double sauce, egg and cheese. Do not order breakfast here because it will be half done

Never order here unless you want them to forget all your sauces and lazily throw everything in the bag Oh and any owner with a place that has 3.4 stars on google and isn’t actively doing whatever they can to fix it has absolutely no place in any business. Bum!

The lady who took our order in the drive thru was very rude! She didn’t say hello or hold on. Then when we said hello 5 times. She finally said you don’t have to say hello I heard you. Ok if you heard us why you didn’t say anything how are we supposed to know. Very bad communication. Then when I told her my order she said hello hello acting as if she didn’t hear me. Then we went around the second time and finally let us order. As if she was playing some type of game. To be honest if you don’t like your job quit and find something you like.

Yes I have some problems before with this store, but not like this. But three orders of the nuggets 8PC and they where either cooked way to long or old ! Called two times know answer. Then went back again and explained had happened and was asked for the receipt, and the food we said yes but only one bag that we had, because our son was hungry. Then he said to come in tomorrow and talk to the manager about it. That's just wrong, I tried calling twice, went there and spent more gas, and only wanted at least one fresh bag that who didn't even ask if I wanted just one replaced.

The cashier tried to hijack the change. It was only less than a dollar but she should have handed me a complete change to make me decide before she made her own decision. The food was bad. We ordered non salted fries but came with tons of salt. Wanted to wash hands but the cashier said it's broken. How convenient! Don't they use restrooms?

Long wait in drive thru… even I placed online order and was here for pick up…. Still have to wait in line… tried to call many times but no one answers the call in Burger King…. Not a good service
