Sorry, guys but no photo this time I actually came last night and I ordered a Mexican pizza which was delicious as well as a Cantina taco and when I say those Cantina tacos are delicious like they taste so much better than my regular favorite Taco which is a taco supreme..... but I'm in love with those Cantina tacos I hope they never go away!

Nicole at the taco bell is absolutley phenominal!! Thursday , June 1st at 9:30 had to have been the best and most positive drivethrough worker we have ever encountered.

For a Taco Bell it was one of the better ones I have been to in a long while. The bean burritos were very hot, I'm used to getting Luke warm to warm burritos. Wait time was next to nothing and it was a busy time. I would recommend this Taco Bell as it was an amazing stop.

Food correct and great. Hardshell tacos did not travel to house as was expected. While waiting on large order I was ignored at the counter when trying to get the drink cups.

Literally the best fast food place. Good customer service, little to no wait time on food, and who doesn't love Taco Bell? When you're drunk or when you just have that late night craving, this is the spot :).

We didn't eat taco bell for years, but this location has gotten us back on liking them. They've improved so much. Recently we witnessed a belligerent customer threatening to come over the counter and punch a worker, who had done nothing to provoke such an assault. It was handled well, instead of escalating the situation. Everyone's orders continued to come out smoothly. The employees here have been doing a great job every time we have been in in the past several months. When an order is incorrect, they handle it well. The store appears to be very clean and we never have to wait long. The app order process is really nice!

An employee named Tessa was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back to this Taco Bell. Grateful to have such kind and hardworking people in nacogdoches.

Allison is the best part of every visit! She's super sweet and totally patient! Going throught the drive through is better than going in because I know I'll get to say hi to her!

My friends and I went there for lunch after hitting some garage sales Saturday morning, we were greeted and immediately being helped and our order taken by friendly staff. We received our order quickly and it was good and we had no problems with it. We were able to sit and relax in the dining room after eating and visit one another before our departure home. Our experience was very pleasant.

Employees there are extremely nice and helpful. The food is great. The price is cheap for what you get. The nacho fries are absolutely worth trying. They are very good and only one dollar. I really like how much space is inside and the tables are not all squished together. They also keep the restaurant very clean. I haven't been through the drive thru so I can't say if the service there is fast, however the service in the dining room is fast. I was starving when I last went otherwise I would have taken pictures. I will update with pictures next time I go back.

Thank you taco bell staff of Nacogdoches. I'm apparently just blind as a bat or else my brain was boiled after being out all day to sell stuff at the market! had to leave the drive through and go inside only to still struggle seeing the menu, but your cashier was so sweet and patient! The cantina chicken is amazing by the way.

The management has clearly locked this location into being the best taco bell I've visited in Texas, or any other state.

This has nothing to do with the restaurant itself (it’s mediocre and not exactly clean but honestly, Taco Bell isn’t exactly known for its cleanliness) but I had a great experience at this location last week. I wish I would have caught the lady’s name but there is a very pretty black lady there who was wearing a button down shirt so she may be a manager. The people in front of me included a man with special needs. This lady’s patience with this family nearly made me cry in a Taco Bell. Oftentimes, I see workers get impatient or frustrated with special needs customers (or people without special needs for that matter) who don’t communicate as clearly as others but this woman took her time, listened, and smiled the entire time. It was such a simple exchange to witness but it’s rare to see people with special needs treated kindly and with patience. Awesome lady. If I learn her name, I’ll update because she deserves recognition for outstanding customer service.

The employees make the business. I have been to many fast food restaurants over the years. This one has been near the top for service, speed, and accuracy. We order a lot of special order items (no cheese, no onions, extra cheese, ect) theybalwaysbget it right. That is unusual in most places. Great job guys.

This Taco Bell gets 5 stars. A Saturday lunch for us traveling through. Noy only was it fully staffed, everyone was friendly even when they had a large crowd came in. The dining room and bathrooms were clean too! Will stop again

Located directly by SFA State University... This is a really good location. I was impressed with the staff. I tried to order the double stacked tacos but was informed they no longer carried that... So i order all the makings so that i could make them myself. To my surprise the employees assembled them for me! So nice! Two thumbs up in my book!

My husband, grandchildren, and I enjoyed eating at this Taco Bell. Ordering through the app allowed us to get complimentary items. Recommended! The restaurant was reasonably clean and very busy. The restrooms were clean and stocked. Parking is free, in a well-lit, clean lot.

Taco Bell has very reliable food quality. I'm sad they stopped serving the Chipotle Bacon Ranch Burrito, it was my favorite $2 food.

This is one of the best locations of Taco Bell around. It is the employees who make all the difference. Paying it forward and taking pride in feeding the hungry Naco-natives is what I witnessed when I visited this location. Class-A people serving Taco Bell 24 hours a day. 👍 To all involved. The only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is that every time I go to this location, I always get a little less than what I'm used to on my steak menu items. I have watched them make my food and I see them using a scale every time so I'm sure it is right but always seems a hunk or two shy of a happy taco! 😂

Why order online? You choose a time for them to have your order ready but when you get there it's not ready because they don't start making it until you check in at the order board. You spend the same amount if time waiting as if you ordered at the board. Don't get the sour cream. Always check your order. Other than that it's ok once in a while.

My teen boys love taco bell. We eat here anytime one of them is choosing. The food is good, restaurant is clean, and workers are friendly.

My service Tuesday was terrible. I went inside instead of drive thru because there were 8 cars in line. Went inside places my order to go and received my order 20 min later . It was ridiculous. I complained, but they didn't care what I had to say. I wished I stayed in drive thru. The truck I was behind had already gone through drive thru plus 3 more cars behind him before I received my food. The guy making my food was playing around and touching other things beside making my food. I stood there and watched him. I am done with this Taco Bell. Service is horrible if you go inside. I got the "Doritos" Locos tacos and it was okay. My first time eating at Taco Bell and my overall experience with the place and food was "eh", simple food to get when you're in a rush 🙃

The attendant at the front register could have informed me. That my mobile order wasn't in or on here system. Instead of ” It Will be ready shortly." these people that had me sitting up there for damn near hour watching everybody else get their food and then when I go up there getting ready to go HAM. My wife was like my bad it's at the South Street Taco Bell.

The food is perfect when they aren't backed up, mostly around 3 in the morning. Other times, it's like they slap beans and meat and throw lettuce from across the restaurant into your tacos. Overall it's okay.

Not getting very much beans. Really have making things small. In the past, they used to use bigger flour tortillas. You would think that the would put more beans in them. I ordered a bean burrito, and it was only the size of an egg roll.

This taco Bell is designed with a modern dinning room design that sets this location apart from others. The dining room is spacious and sparkles with white decor. As I wait for my Burrito Supreme and Taco, I can watch my order being prepared from the order counter due to the open kitchen design. AS I lower my sunglasses over my eyes to reduce the glare, I can tell that the kitchen is as clean as the dining room. The food quality matches that of any other Taco Bell I've visited, but the clean and open restaurant design sets this location apart.

It's Taco Bell and, as with many others, can be expect diarrhea after eating there. Look at the tiles on the front counter. They do NOT repair the first thing you see when walking up. Think about what is out of your sight.

The employees don't listen completely to the customers. They are too busy talking about other things and not paying attention to their jobs. The college students don't care about doing a job as long as they get paid to do a lousy days work.

Until recently it's been great, but I guess they've had high turnover and now it's just awful. Food doesn't taste that good, extremely slow, staff is disrespectful, etc. In the last 3 months I've only had two times when I didn't have to go back because they didn't give me the right stuff. I've mostly stopped going. I still drop in occasionally if I need something (relatively) quick to eat, but my expectations are extremely low.

Food is great as is all taco bells but around 1am to 5am it's like they only take one customers order at a time in the drive through and leave the rest waiting for their order to be done before we can order ours. Theres only one girl who will take more then one order at a time. She makes it go way quicker the the usual guy who aparently cant multitask to make more orders.

I absolutely love Tacobell, tonight they said they had the double stacked tacos so i ordered 2, a fiesta potato bowl, 2 beefy 5 layers, and a buffalo chicken fries. They called out for us to tell us they didnt have the double stack anymore. Gave us one of the wrong burritos, and the potatoes in the potato bowl were crispy as hell . The only reason its not 1 star is because i really do enjoy Taco bell but i was definitely unimpressed by tonight.

The place needs to be cleaned up. The employees need to be supervised. Just went through the drive-through and ordered my food. Ask them if there’s hot sauce in the bag and they said yeah it should be???? Well, when I got home, there wasn’t any!!!! The food was cold. Poor customer service !! Disappointed!!!!! The place really needs attention!!! It’s so sad that this place or the employees don’t care.

I am about to be so honest right now. There truly is nothing i love more than taco bell on a late night after a hard days work. But today, i ordered me a five layer burrito to ease the sounds of the tummy grumbles and i took a bite to get straight bean!! Now…I do know five layer burrtos have beans considering I eat the darn things 5 times a week, but this one had ONLY bean.. I was so sad i turned on willies, you were always on my mind, and cried until I had the courage to write this review. I will be back, this just simply broke my heart.

The food is great, delicious even. I love the freezes and the drinks. The service is another matter altogether. After working a 12 HR shift at the hospital, the last thing I want to hear is "What do you want?". And I certainly don't want my utensils thrown at me. Then of course I have to ASK FOR MY DRINK EVERY TIME. I order from the Kiosk and every time they act as if I didn't put a drink on my order, the one who always wears a PRIDE mask with the high pitched voice is rude and snarky.

Cashier was nice but it's forever to get our food and 2 top it off when I got to my house the main I don't we're on training that was in my deluxe box meal was not there... so very disappointed. Especially considering that's the first time I've been inside of Taco Bell in the last 20 years

I bought a wrap and there was black char from the grill or what they use to toast the outside of wrap. And everything was very messy . It wasn't the normal flavor of taco bell we love so much very unhappy. Hope things get better for them .

Desperate random stop after a long shift without a meal break. This food is just bad for you. Very unhealthy. Will do my best to never go again.

The food is decent. This particular Taco Bell location gets my order wrong almost every time. They forget to put sour cream on the taco supremes, and I have actually had one drive through employee argue that the taco supremes do not come with sour cream. If you want sour cream on your tacos, don't come to Taco Bell in Nacogdoches.

Terrible customer service, food was inadequate will not be spending my money at this location again because the manager, Lindsey, was rude and reluctant to fix the order they messed up on when they gave me the wrong food which contained something I am allergic to. When I did receive new food the steak was hard and tasted dehydrated.

I got the bacon club chalupa combo. The lady at the window was distant. Didn't say hi, bye, thank you, have a good day. Nothing... The tacos were mostly lettuce. The chalupa had a LITTLE more meat, but it was some type of extremely salty bacon paste stuff. I ate half of it and threw the rest to my dog. Maybe I'm just spoiled but Taco Bell.. You gotta step up your game!

Normally 5 stars until now. They Discontinued the XXL Griller!!! Which was exactly what I ordered every single time!!! So I guess its Taco Beuno from now on until Taco Bell brings back the XXL Griller. Ps. Absolutely LOVE the Strawberry Skittles Freeze & the Cinnamon poppers with the cream inside!!! How about yall discontinue those zero flavor plain jane cinnamon chips!!! Bring back the XXL Griller & I'll do 5 stars!!!

this place always smells horrendous

Terrible. My drive through window guy made me pick up his box that he dropped with the customer ahead by of me. I literally had to step out of my vehicle to pick it up. Then he dropped all my change... And forgot to give me my drink!

When we received our order, the worker was rude and snotty. We asked for a couple of hot sauce packets, there were 40. Our order was missing pieces. When we went to the counter to correct, we were ignored, asked for napkins only to be ignored again. Ended up having to speak with the manager to get out missing items. Awful.

It was a horrible experience all round. The people that were getting paid to be there was a joke. There were several people that walked out. One lady stood waited patiently. After few minutes she ask was there someone working the front. They told her yeah and went back to talking. She ask her as someone working front counter same response.. My grandsons taco didn't even have enough meat to cover the bottom of the shell. With everything in it it was literally less than half full. My crunch wrap, everything was in a pile in the center. And just gonna stop there. You get the idea. $19 for #6, crunch wrap and a reg taco. Don't waste your time or money..

The taco bell on north street in nacogdoches Texas is filthy,employees are rude,are required to wear hairnets and don't if u visit u will be waiting for 30 minutes to a hour if not more.I do not recommend this place. It is a disgrace to fast food. I wouldn't even give 1/20 of a star much less one star.

Apparently ordering online is useless because once we arrived at the drive thru they told us we needed to check in at the speaker to give them time to make our order. I think the whole concept of ordering online is so that it's ready once we arrive otherwise what's the point of pre-ordering 🤔🤣🤣

The first bite of my burrito was supposed to be awesome! But I guess not!! Asked for no beef and guess they don't understand that!!! The entire order had beef in it!! They did offer to redo my order but I really don't think that I'll be able to try that for a while. And besides who the hell wants to drive back into town for that!

I ask for something I normally got there. They changed the name of the item and claimed it had double the meat but forgot to mention it was triple the price. I had a photo of it at one point. It looked like baby vomit and dog vomit mixed together.

Pandemic...I GET IT!!!!!! These workers are rude & have NO DESIRE to help ANY walk-in customer. KIOSK or NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, this USED to be the place to get late-night snacks, etc. when the larger franchises closed at midnight or 1. Visited on Friday (going into Saturday) at 3:45AM only to be told by the automated drive-thru system that the location was closed. If you publish your closing hour as 4:00AM, doesn't that mean you take orders at 3:45AM, or did I miss a memo (maybe it was "need to know basis" for employees only)?

The Employees are barley competent human beings.

This particular Taco Bell (North St....NOT SOUTH), has the worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to. I've tried 3 times, and each time the employees are very rude, and cannot seem to get an order right, despite the exorbitant amount of time it takes them to fulfill an order. I will not return to this location. On the other hand, I will gladly drive the additional distance to the Taco Bell on South St.

I have been waiting for my food for 30 minutes now. My friend RA ordered three 7 dollar deluxe boxes and got it before my order and all I got was a burrito this is unacceptable

It was horrible. The girl that eventually took our order ignored my girlfriend the entire time she stood at the front counter. She finally walked away and we decided to order on the kiosk because we THOUGHT that maybe you had to, but some guy came in right behind where my GF had been standing and she walked right to him and took his order. Then, we God our order and it was missing part of it. The restaurant was FILTHY! The bathroom smelled so bad you could smell it outside. The drink station looked as if it hadn't been wiped down in days and the box that the big trash can is in was wide open at the front door with trash spilling out. There was not 1 clean table to sit at and about 7 or 8 people standing around in the back. It was kinda busy but there were plenty of people around that could have wiped up a table and taken the trash out. Just saying...it was bad.

I'm a vegan, ordered a black bean crunchwrap FROM THE VEGETARIAN MENU, took off cheese and sour cream. They put beef in it. First time I've eaten meat in a very long time. Super disappointed. Hope I don't get sick.

I ordered the Discovery Lux box, and my friend ordered three potato soft tacos. We were disappointed to find that one of the potato soft tacos had meat in it, and the Lux box included another potato soft taco, which is not what we ordered. The tortillas were stale, the potatoes were soggy, the cinnamon twists tasted old and stale, and the Cinnabon rolls were cold. This is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be prepared correctly. Not only was my food incorrect, but it also appeared to be old and had clearly been sitting out for a long time.

4/7/2025 3:58am evidently 2 mins before closing. I understand what it is like in the fast food industry when you are moments from closing. However yelling at me through the speaker telling me “you got 2 min” while I’m preparing to order is probably the worst customer service etiquette you can deliver. I was not aware of your hours perhaps that’s my fault. As we rushed to deliver answers for our order I can still hear over the mike the discussion and dissatisfied comments from the crew. Again I understand. Bottom line here is customer service/etiquette (turn your mike off). After spending a few hours in the hospital my family was looking forward to some Taco Bell. Could have turned our very early morning into a better one. I would like a call from ownership or upper management. We did not complete our order.

The were mocking me at the drive through speaker phone. I understand it was my fault for being at the wrong store but I went to the correct location and got my food.

Upon entering the building I was greeted with and unpleasant smell with a comparable smell to newborn diarrhoea as well as the building is noticeably aged and unkept with maintenance and sanitation in mind service isn’t bad here but other areas could do with help
