So happy to have a Dunkin Donuts close to my home and work. Quick service, delicious coffee and donuts. Gets very but, be prepared to wait in line!
This was a very quick unexpected stop. But this Duncan was super clean the staff was very attentive and got me in and out quickly.
Dunkin' Donuts coffee is just my fave. Quick line for coffee and donuts, with 6-feet social distancing. The place was clean, customers wear face masks and eye gears, plus the service crew were similarly garbed with proper PPEs. 👌
I love yhe coffee here. I hardly ever get anything besides coffee. The seasonal flavors are always fun to try. I tried TV he cookies n cream flavor in my iced coffee recently, and it was incredible.
Easy parking, good Donuts and great coffee. I like donuts other than raised and it doesn't look like they have much other than raised. I got an Apple fritter and a little too much filling but great anyways.
The sandwiches are delicious. I didn't know they had sandwiches but I'm glad they do. The restaurant was spotless. Awesome experience! Donuts were exceptional too!
Most of the time I prefer to grab a coffee from Dunkin, it taste better to me than Starbucks sometimes and also it has donut ( I love long John donut) coffee is a bit heavy that I like it, the location is good not that crowded and you will be able to sit for awhile and enjoy drinking your coffee there and work with your laptop or hanging out with your friends. I recommend macchiato with hazelnut flavor. ;-)
I'm a native Californian. I grew up here, and would never have been the wiser, but for the 10 years I spent on the Eastern Seaboard. Moving home, I realized there was much I would miss about New England. Dunkin' Donuts was in the top 5. A belated welcome to the wild west, DD! Glad you made it.
Clean, Clean, Clean!!! And wifi & electricity. These are very important to me because I'm an insurance broker out on the road seeing my clients and most places have covered up the electric outlets. Which I understand but it kills my business. So yaahoo for dunkin donuts, I just wish they had something here I could eat!!!
First time ever trying it! Food was delicious!! Wasn't a fan of their PSL, Starbucks has them beat on that, but they beat Starbucks food!! The Avocado toast is bomb!!
As a Massachusetts native (an expert) living in LA this is the best Dunkins I’ve been to yet. The coffee was great and the location is super clean.
Open later than Starbucks... people who work there are fantastic...and they have plug Outlets outside...it's a perfect place to study...and they still have fresh coffee and donuts at night and a big screen TV!
Seating areas in the cafe are nice with great WiFi connection. Nice TV also if doing work or chatting with associates.
Place is good, clean and staff is friendly. Food can be a little overpriced but compared to other businesses like Starbucks it’s not bad.
Good people tending the counters. They far, far out do Starbucks for courtesy. Their motto seems to be like the old time saying was "The Customer is Always Right". Their sandwiches far out rank anything I have ever gotten at Mc D.'s or the other coffee place I previously mentioned and for about the same price too! Do yourself a favor and stop on by on Reseda and try their breakfast sandwich on Sourdough. For almost the same price as Mickey D's there is NO compression! D.D. is my new go to quick spot for breakfast sandwich for sure. The Donnie's ( donuts) are pretty good too. Latte is good as well! Stop by and see Samuel and the crew. You'll be glad you did. For sure!
This is one of my favorite Dunkin’. The place is always clean, never too crowded, always has donuts in stock, and has really friendly employees. They also offer a great military discount. It’s really a joy to go there. I have had very bad experiences sometimes at other locations, but never this one.
Service is pretty quick, they can get busy quickly. But they're pretty consistent with the quality of the food, unlike other locations. The hash browns are never burnt.
Really hip donut shop. New to the neighborhood. You're going to love it. Every donut Under the Sun. Make sure they put the right donut in your bag. I asked for a blueberry and they gave me a cinnamon. I was already on the road. Still a very nice place don't pass it up!
I like this store, all the people are very nice! And the donuts are delicious!
Love it great place always order on the go to avoid the lines in n out in a minute. Finnally a Dunkins near me, employees are great never had any issues there plenty of space inside to sit or outside if you prefer. No drive thru but still better than going to Starbucks if you ask me, way to crowded this place gets busy but order ahead, just like the looks on people's faces when you walk in pick up your stuff then leave while they are waiting.
Hadn't had Dunkin' donuts in a very long time. Decided to doordash.. pick up. It was in the parking lot then it dawned on me that I would like to be a dasher. I'm on the wait list. Wish me luck I hope I can be soon. Sure could use the extra job.
Coffee! As a native Southern Californian at first I was skeptical of the hype. However, after my first sip of their brewed coffee I was sold. BTW don't judge the bricks and mortar sites by the grocery store bags of weak coffee. Oh the doughnuts are decent too but just not as good as another southern competitor.
Great ice coffee. Donuts are delicious and fresh. The people that work there are polite and friendly. I come here atleast twice a week. Very clean with ample seating space.
Morning is rush, because everyone wants to go to work. Employees are nice but people in rush say different things Not Intentionally but because they are in rush...... as I observed. Love to go this place as my experience is always good.
Was here this morning and I had to write this review because the girls here deal with so much and are always nice. A customer started yelling at the workers than recorded a video of them! Also cursing at them, people have lost their minds. I have to give it to the worker with the beautiful eyes for speaking up and defending her crew. The customer backed down because of her , admirable to have courage like that. Horrible for people to treat them this way, they are the absolute best I have been coming for over a year now and my order always rocks. Keep it up girls!
Monica is really professional and down to earth. She is one of the reasons I enjoy coming to this location. They treat you like family and they make your drinks with precision. Great location.
Yesenia was really kind. I enjoyed how professional and patient she www with me. Yesenia made me feel valued. Great customer service.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. They have free wifi and many outlets, plus an outdoor patio seating area (though the noisy road can be a nuisance). The inside and outside was quite clean. A great place to knock out some work. There’s also a bathroom inside for customers. Service was great, though I only ordered a donut.
I love coming here after work it’s always clean I’ve never seen dirty or with too many people. The workers are always friendly and two of the girls that work here almost always attend me and know my order. Ice coffees are my thing with hazelnut and it’s always delicious along with my stuffed everything mini bagels. The only bad thing is that it doesn’t have a drive thru
What a better place to open a new Dunkin' Donuts location other than next to the CSUN campus where students can come and get their donut and coffee fix. This location was designed with students in mind. There are plenty of tables where students can study while enjoying their coffee and donuts. There is free wifi along with numerous outlets with USB ports to plug in your laptop and phone. The only downside of this location is there is no drive thru for these people who want to drop by to pick up donuts on their way to work. You have to park and go inside to place your order which can be a hassle.
Coffee was weak. Maple bar was great Update, didnt realize they offer a dark roast. Dark roast was much better than regular coffee
Every time I go in here , which is more often than I should, there's only a few people in there, so I'm able to get in and out quickly and the donuts taste good. I would recommend this place.
Orders from the app. Walked in avoided the line walk back out with my coffee. Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood has changed my life. I was born and raised on the East Coast on Dunkin Donuts and now I have one again after all these years only a short drive from my home.
Just relocated. I haven't seen a Dunkin donuts for many years like over 10 years. I walked in got two of my favorite donuts and coffee. Delicious almost forgotten what Dunkin donuts tasted like.
I went to this place around the afternoon, my order was a chai tea with French vanilla, some doughnuts. The staff were very friendly, especially that girl at the cashier, she was very friendly, help me choose an order.
(Some) employees are super kind and welcoming. Coffee and donuts are great, I recommend downloading the app and getting lattes, food is meh. Good atmosphere and no drive through. Overall, it’s good
I went this morning to get my free coffee. When I tried to open the doors, they were locked. The cashier saw me but didn't say anything. I finally knocked and she told me that they are not opening until 7 AM. The hours posted indicate that they open at 5 AM. There was NO sign indicating that they are opening up at 7 AM today. Truly disappointed!
They had lots of flavors and donuts and their coffee is very good. They have many tables and seats. CNN is playing all the time to catch up on the news and a lot of sandwiches which I have not eaten yet.
Staff at this location are super kind and attentive.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is alright, the donuts could have been more warm, The atmosphere did not really have anything going on, but it was nice though, The employees were friendly and served my food with no problem, I would still recommend though.
Had their brown sugar shaken espresso and their bacon grilled cheese with their bacon jam, soo good
I only get my Professors. gift cards from this place. Dunkin please add more umbrellas in the patio. It’s better to order on the app. I always have good service and accurate orders. I hope corporate can add a parfait to the menu. The employees are amazing they’re all so nice and hard working I really hope the higher ups see this. Working around here isn’t a walk in the park so I appreciate it! Give them some PTO, shoes, or something they deserve it!! I always mention that on the surveys. Sometimes there’s weird people loitering on the inside smh. Parking is also safe and plentiful on the lot and the side streets. Please get sippy lids on this location! Maybe a compost next to the trash too. My favorite is the pumpkin spice latte and munchkins here. And you cannot beat the prices. I hope they add soy options in the future. Food is very soft and fresh. There’s an atm across the street if needed but they take Apple Pay here too which is nice. Update I would say the carrot muffin is not that special to get
This branch have friendly staff and they’re very helpful. There are times that we just let them choose our donuts for us and they usually pick the good ones. Our all-time favorite from Dunkin’ Donuts is their Boston Kreme - this usually go really well with their coffee that’ll keep you awake for hours lol Also, I ordered from this place on Uber Eats and their service is really fast - got my order in less than 20 minutes.
Whenever I go there although they re not busy, it seems like they don't bother to clean the tables or floors. However, I love their music although it's a bit loud.
Coffee had a burnt taste and donuts were dry. Normally I don’t write reviews, but coming from someone who has only gotten Dunkin in NY I was extremely unsatisfied.
I was disappointed with the taste of coffee. I recall it being better years ago. But that said, it's not too busy and quieter than Starbucks so I don't mind coming here for some relaxing get together with friends.
Donuts were not nearly as good as I remember them being years ago. could tell they weren't real fresh, dough wasn't very soft and was chewy in a way. Iced coffee was very good though.
I routinely buy Dunkin Donuts' K-cup Coffee Pods for my Keurig One Cup Coffeemaker and thoroughly enjoy my coffee in the morning. Occasionally, I get a craving for donuts and this was one of those occasions. What a disappointment! For 1 dozen donuts, it cost me about $11 and that was with a $1 off coupon. The jelly donuts were kind of hard and skimpy on the jelly filling. Same thing with the chocolate covered Boston Creme donuts. The glazed donuts were nothing to write home about either. My childhood memories of Dunkin Donuts growing up on the East Coast were shattered on Reseda Blvd that day. ☹️😱
I grew up back East and Dunkin was my favorite place for donuts, but somehow these California versions don't quite measure up. I wonder, is it cause of the water? Or maybe it's just me
It was fine. I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts since the Nixon Administration though. Parking was very easy, no waiting in line. My medium iced drink was fine and didn't have a fake latin sounding name for the size. The outdoor seating was nice.
I love their sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and their sausage, egg, and cheese wrap! All their other food is ok and I’m not a big fan of their drinks either. Their customer service needs improvement, for some reason they take forever to take your order at check out, you’re basically just standing there for a while until they notice you :|
I feel the service has gone down. You order online for curbside and it takes them 30 minutes for the order to show up. On my visit I ordered curbside and the same thing happened but this time I walked in and asked for my order and it was sitting there with other orders. Half the order was done only. They forgot the napkins and the straws. It was just Not good. I felt bad for this customer he was waiting for 20 minutes for a drink.
Place was clean and the service was good, just didn't care much for the coffee or the food offerings, there was nothing I ordered that was very good.
Tables are not cleaned despite it wasn't that busy
So I've been too alot of Dunkin Donuts because they offer the the best drink named Dunkalatte. I felt so bad for the 2 employees .This Dunkin is extremely busy and I found this to be another case of a Cheap Owner who doesn't staff their store correctly. I've been to others way less busy and 3x more employees. The 2 who were working were Amazing even though they were understaffed. And this Dunken is the priciest compared to the others I've been.BAD OWNER GREAT STAFF
I stopped by this Dunkin since I was in the area and wanted a donut. I always drove by this place but never stopped by so today was the day. I found parking easily and walked straight inside. I asked for a chocolate donut and a small hot chocolate. The price for the small hot chocolate was pretty high so I don't think I'll order that again here. It didn't take them long to make my drink but what I notice when I took the lid off is that they didn't even fill it all the way up. So I got cheated out because it was full and I also paid the high price. I ate my donut in their outside patio since it's a nice day. I thought my chocolate was fine and the spice is reasonable. The hot chocolate was good too but not getting all the drink in the cup is misleading here. So I don't plan on getting that again here if given the chance. The customer service was great for me.
Famous for its donuts so that will not disappoint you; they're good- not perfect but good. Coffee, excellent- but I was asked if I wanted my cream and sugar in it; wish that could be left to the customer to add at their desire otherwise you're stuck with a coffee that is too sweet or missing something. Service is off the charts, very polite and friendly. However, food (sandwiches) did not taste good at all... AT ALL- no flavor and the egg looked fake (I know- it sounds dumb to say it- but it did not look like anything I would want to eat again!!!). Also, I was told I was order 455 but they kept on calling order 465- like what the? Then some customers where called by their name- so perhaps consistency is needed- ticket calling was off (trust me I sat here listening and observing for a while before writing this review). And why charge extra for maple bars?!?!? Weird...
Over priced donuts, especially since they are so small. Donuts also taste the same despite the variety. Why go here when there's a better donut shop one block up.
Don't do curbside. Sat in pick up for 20 minutes as I watched people go in and our. I went in, my ticket is sitting there as they are doing every other one that comes in. I asked for mine, she immediately did it and handed it to me. There is no curbside, you go in I guess. Good to know. However if you think there is curbside, get ready to wait over 20 minutes until you give up and go in for them to THEN get the order.
Considering this is a place where food is prepared and consumed, I find it disgusting that they don’t have soap!!! This is obviously the fault of the owner. The outlets do work and the eating area is clean thus I gave it two stars.
Do not place online orders at this location. Any modifications you add to your order they will not listen to and will always result in the default. Example you order a sourdough sandwich and request sausage instead of bacon. 9 out of 10 times they will always default to the bacon and ignore your sausage request.
The donut and coffee were delicious and the service was great - but there was such a severe chemical taste to the egg and cheese muffin that I couldn't get through it. It tasted like they used bug spray instead of cooking spray. :(
Eeeh, second time this location, just got a couple of doughnuts but honestly they have an old taste, I don't think they were fresh(both times same taste and texture), so, no more Dunkin donuts for me , Thank you two stars cuz the girl on the front desk superb service she makes you feel welcome,.
I am active duty military yet they will only give me a military discount sometimes, it depends on the employee taking the order. They either need to train their employees better or have some consistency.
Location is convenient. Menu is great. Staff needs to keep consistency with calling out orders. Either call out by order number or by item, not both intermittently. That breeds confusion. Also present all items to customer at the same time. Do not call out a multi item order one by one as it's ready.
Not impressed at all! Ordered a caramel macchiato and it was way too strong and bitter. Had no taste of caramel and i asked for an extra pump. The latte was also bitter. I should have gone to Starbucks across the street.😫
My daughter placed an ordered to go from this location today 10-10-21 @ 12:06 pm. My sandwich was burnt and tasted like soap. My daughter’s hash browns were burnt as well. We have gotten food from this location before and this was the first time our food was made so horribly. This was very disappointing as we are longtime Dunkin customers coming originally from the east coast.
The donuts I got were honestly pretty disgusting. It felt like hard powder on the inside of the donut like it wasn't fresh or soft and I really don't recommend it. I enjoy tasty and fresh donuts, not day old donuts:).
I just went there to go pick up a couple dozen donuts for my class and they had already started throwing out all their donuts at half an hour before they closed.
Just had a worst interaction with the cashier Nicole (on her badge and on receipt name was Maria C.)!! What she was thinking while taking the order, I have no idea as she had so much attitude and aggressiveness. Just come for my coffee otherwise would never visit this place!
I ordered 2 sandwiches online they had the first one done but it took them 25 minutes to make the other, I understand that you are busy but when 6 people who just walked in get their order made and handed to them before you, it starts to piss you off.
Everytime I come here it’s always something. I came here this morning for a bacon egg and cheese and the bagel is raw. The lady at front was very rude and I will not be returning.
Slow, always. Even if there's no line and you use the order ahead app you're likely to finish your drive, park, and enter the store before they even start making it. Avoid until theres a vaccine, because they increase everyone's risk by having them wait around unnecessarily.
Came in here on a cold windy day for a cup of warm coffee and all I got was cold coffee and bad service. The employees need to be properly trained on how install a coffee lid.
everywhere online says it’s open, yet the doors are locked? pretty unreliable as a restaurant if you ask me
The management team should train their employees with a little more kind manner with politeness. Some of their employees there have major attitude problems. I understand we are all going through something at the moment. But I didn’t come in to get treated with their negative attitude. If a customer is treated with negative behavior, a customer will not want to pay for the service. There are so many other places where customers can go. The lady at the front was so rude as if the world owes her something. I usually go to this location all the time, and usually the employees are sweet, but today I went in to order something but this girl’s attitude was so bad that I walked away without purchasing anything after trying to order with her. And I’ve never seen her before. At least greet the customer with a little smile. Never going to this location again. If your angry or have any issues psychologically. Don’t come to work. No one’s there to take your negativity. Management team should be more focused on how to train their employees to greet their customers better. The girl who was working at the front @2pm, on May 23rd. Maneger should definitely talk to her: I don’t know if she thinks she is a gangster, but that attitude gotta go. She will scare every customer away. Went to 85 bakery coffee instead. I don’t need that kind of attitude, where I can go somewhere else where they welcomes their customer with the smile. Train your employees better.
Very disappointed. I drove a distance to get to this Dunkin donuts thinking the donuts were going to be amazing. They were NOT. The donuts tasted old and stale. Not sure what frosting they are using but that as well tasted old with a bad after taste. Why are they still open if they are serving food that is old. Jolly donuts on Roscoe and DeSoto is 100% better and fresh and delicious. Never again will I visit 🤢
NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL I ordered Postmates and the food was delivered quickly. But my breakfast sandwich was missing the meat and not toasted. My hash browns there were four little pieces in the bag. My bagel bites there were only 2 out of four pieces. I asked for an old fashion glazed donut and got a plain donut. Unsatisfied no attention to detail.
We have given this dunkin location so many opportunities because of its location to our home. For two years, this location has done nothing but disappoint us. From stale donut holes, burnt bagels, poorly made drinks, and rude customer service. As a former dunkin employee, I honestly don’t understand how this establishment is still running with the consistent negative experiences we’ve had and others. We’ve wasted so much money over the last two years at this location. I’ve had to throw out so many drinks, bagels, donuts, and more due to employee literally inability to put food in a warmer lol that’s ridiculous
I went in today for coffee, but the donuts looked great so we ended up getting donuts as well. We ordered 5 munchkins and the girl server said she’s going to get fresher ones from the back. I thought this was stellar service so I tipped her $5 in the tip jar. When we got home I tossed a munchkin in my mouth and it tasted stale. Took a closer look at the next one and that’s when I realized there was mold all over it. I would have chalked it up as harmless mistake, but she specifically went to the back, only for these munchkins. I feel sick. I hate her and I hate this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
I don’t know what happened! This is usually a consistent order for us but the sausage cheese and egg croissant sandwich we got today was hard, over done, and slightly burned. QC must be down on Sundays! Very disappointed. Called in with my concern but the staff was not so concerned about it. Double disappointment. Check 8060 9/25/222 store #354575
You seem to have free Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi you have is enough to do more than check your emails I came here to haven't enjoyed my coffee charge my phone and play a little bit of game but you guys made sure that didn't happen so ill go to Starbucks thank you
This was by far the worst Dunkin ever. The staff are horrible people that mess up the drinks. Girl in the front hates customers. Needs to be restrained immediately. Rude and have the worst attitude. The people in charge obviously dont care about this location. I would skip this place.
You can’t trust anyone 18-24 in making coffee. I’m already suspicious when a child is making my coffee to begin with. I asked for an iced cappuccino and got a simple iced coffee. Both the 12 year old manager and the cashier couldn’t make a cappuccino. Can’t expect children who don’t drink coffee in making one for an adult. This was Tuesday at 12.00pm.
There's a male worker who has a nasty attitude! I hate this Dunkin donuts for that particular reason.
Worst donuts I have ever had. I ordered my fav. French Crullers, they were stale . The raspberry jelly donut was horrible. The cream in the chocolate covered bavarian creme tasted like medicine. I took bite out of the additional donuts, and had to throw them all away. So disappointing!!!!!! Place looked nice, and staff very friendly though....but omg donuts were the absolute worst.. not fresh, and the tastes were sub par to say the least!! They need to hire new chefs or change their recipes !!!!!!!!!
I was excited when Dunking Donuts opened in this area. But things get worse; not a time that I get a croissant sandwich that they constantly burn the food, and the bacon is always a hit or missed event, but when they are served my croissant, the bacon is still not fully cooked. I ordered a small cappuccino and served half of the small cup because the other half was froth !!!!!! Technically, a 100 ml. The store opening hours start at 5 AM as advertised, but I went there at 5:04 AM; the lights were open, but the door was still closed. They opened at 5:34 AM later. They did this multiple times in the past, and they would start rushing and burning food. So it is concerning that the staff are coming over early to clock in as per schedule but would delay their service by opening late as opposed to the schedule posted. This place is always understaffed; it is always a long wait in the morning, so if you don't mind waiting for 30 minutes, then do so. Most of the staff ARE NOT friendly; I understand because they are constantly stressed from being understaffed, but it is not an excuse to be unfriendly or act like a robot. To the franchise owner: it is time to re-evaluate your staff and the total service of this place.
Got the chipotle wake up wrap and a coffee, walked to my car turned on my car and drank my coffee….all this time passed so when I took a bite of my food I didn’t expect it to scorch my mouth. It’s been 6 hours and the tip pf my tongue and roof of my mouth is burned and hurts so bad. I didn’t immediately eat the food so I can’t imagine if I had bit it when I received it!!! This is really dangerous what if I had given this to my kid. Pls check your oven temperatures!!!!!!! I will be contacting the manager. I love this place but this was unacceptable.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this store is being run into the ground. The staff act like they would rather be anywhere else, orders are consistently wrong, and customer service is practically non-existent. The manager, Yesenia, is hands down one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in food service. Instead of leading by example, she snaps at customers, ignores complaints, and treats both staff and guests with complete disrespect. Any issue that gets brought up is brushed off with attitude instead of being fixed. It’s honestly shocking that someone like her is even in charge. As for the employees, they seem totally untrained and unwilling to help. Drinks are watered down or made incorrectly, food comes out cold or stale, and basic requests are treated like a burden. Don’t expect a smile, don’t expect accuracy, and definitely don’t expect any sense of urgency . You’ll just be disappointed. There are plenty of Dunkin’ locations out there, and this one gives the whole brand a bad name. Until this place gets an entirely new management team and staff who actually care about customer service or just completely shut down, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
⭐☆☆☆☆ “America Runs on Dunkin’? More like America Runs AWAY from Dunkin’.” If you’re craving stale donuts served with a side of death stares and silent rage, congratulations — you’ve found your heaven. This Dunkin’ location is less of a donut shop and more of a haunted DMV disguised as a coffee chain. The vibe? Funerals are more cheerful. The staff — both male and female — especially the Hispanic employees (who, let’s be honest, seem like they were forced into customer service as punishment), serve you like you’re interrupting their day just by existing. Smiles are extinct here. Warmth? Nonexistent. It’s like they’re selling tombstones instead of coffee. Grumpy, cold, and always one second away from throwing your bagel at your face. But wait, the cherry on top? They now charge $1 for a small cup of tap water. Yes, you read that right. Not bottled. Not sparkling. Just sink juice in a shot glass-sized cup. It’s not on the menu — it’s just an impromptu scam. Bravo, Dunkin’, for turning hydration into a hustle. Save your money. Go literally anywhere else. Dunkin’ is where hope — and good service — go to die. 💀🍩 P.S. Their 2.7 Yelp rating? Honestly way too generous. I assume those extra stars are for the building having four walls and a door.
I have had many wonderful experiences with Duncan. This was my first time at this location and my experience was very different. My original order was made incorrectly. I asked for two vanilla cold brews with half and half (my standard order). Both coffees were extremely dark in color and were made without sweetener. When I asked if they could be remade the barista asked if she could just add more sweetener. I requested she remake them (since there was very little cream in there as well). The drinks were remade however they still tasted very strong and were still very light on the cream. I'd already spent a good amount of time there so I left with the poor coffees. I called simply because I believe business thrives on feedback and believe leadership roles should be aware of things happening in their stores. I was met with a "sorry about that ma'am". All in all this was a giant waste of time, energy, and money and I won't return to this location
