Sally was our server and she was fantastic! We had a wonderful Sunday brunch here. Even for a packed house we got everything in a timely manner and she was incredibly nice.

Sally was a perfect waitress. We're from Rochester and it's been years since I've eaten at a Perkins. It's like going home.

Makiya was our waitress tonight and she was phenomenal. Staff like this or what will get people to keep coming back to a restaurant over and over again ! There also was a young man named Connor who the whole time while we were here was cleaning and when we asked him if he could get our waitress he stop what he was doing and went right back to grab her. Totally appreciated that! If you keep hiring staff like this you guys definitely have a return customer in my family!

I recently picked up this coconut cream pie for my grandmother, as it’s her favorite. The picture doesn’t even do it justice. It is perfection! She loved it! I appreciate the fact that we can order whole pies. This really helped lift her spirits.

Its is very peaceful staff are really polite. Plus it's really quiet and peaceful I'm very full and I recommend the French toast they give you your own cantine of coffee and syrup. Coffee is HOT AND FRESH. Food was delicious the service was quick

The service was great today! The BLT was wonderful, as well. The reason I gave the food only 4 stars is because the french fries were covered with black pepper. I choked! The menu says nothing about seasoned fries. It should if you're going to keep putting pepper all over them so that I'll know to order them unseasoned.

I came here for an UberEats pickup. They were very busy, as it's Valentine's Day. Ashleigh at the counter was super polite, and very helpful with getting the order out, considering they had run short on the pie slices the customer wanted and the kitchen was still finishing up the food portion.

She checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her positive attitude really made the meal even more enjoyable. Manager Earl also stood out during our visit. He was professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in running a great restaurant. It was obvious that he cares about both his team and the customers. Seeing him actively involved and making sure everything was running smoothly made a big difference. The service overall was outstanding — quick, courteous, and efficient. Thanks to Sally and Earl, our visit to Perkins was smooth, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Breakfast, Great Service. Went there for the first time and the sausage gravy and biscuits were TOP TEIR. The coffee is like $4/person but they bring you a whole pitcher. Well worth it. The coffee was really good too. Im 29 and my girlfriend is 28. We were the youngest customers in the whole place by about 30-40 years

Visiting Family in Olean and as the Lake Effect snow rolled in the kids were foaming at the mouth for food. We can’t afford them $15 Chipotle burritos that have half the meal missing, so as we passed Perkins I had a flashback of the memories of my Grandparents slamming us in the ‘ole Blazer to take us to Perkins in the good old 90’s. I swooped around, parked, and we walked in. We were greeted by Nicole, her energy was infectious and instantly asked my kids if they wanted to color, because it comes with a free cookie! Her engagement and genuine smile was instantly received with a YES from my kids. As a business owner, I’d hire Nicole immediately because that is what every company needs and wants. Perkins, take notes here, these hard workers are what keep your doors open! As we were seated, the kids boots slid on top of the booth and got it wet, she calmly said it’s ok, let me get a towel so your jeans don’t get wet and made swift process to clean it up, you didn’t have to, but that’s what makes you different and so valued! She informed us Chris would be our server and would be with us shortly. Immediately Chris swoops around the corner and asks us what we would like to drink. Within 3-4 minutes we all had drinks and he asked if we were ready to order, my wife asked him how the pot roast melt was, he said it was his favorite on the menu. We understand everyone’s different in taste, but Chris’s taste is not to be trifled. It was incredible! We asked what his favorite soup was, and the potato soup was PERFECT. Chris checked up on us, promptly refilled drinks, even came to inform us at the end of the meal that Chocolate Chip cookies were back and if we wanted to swap it he would be happy too. Just Top Notch Service. The food was devoured, fresh, hot, not old or stale, it was a goooood meal. PERKINS, you are only as good as YOUR Employees, make sure you take care of these two. Thank you Nicole and Chris, you DESERVE recognition and I hope this review makes it back to you.

We were coming back down south to NC when we stopped in at night. Never have been to a Perkins so this was our first time. Our server, Makiya, was sweet as pie and super patient too. She is definitely a great person to have! I noticed her with other tables too, speaking very kindly and patiently as well with them. A truly kind person! Our food, a breakfast type platter and skillet with cheese sticks and strawberry cream fried crispers were fantastic! Thank you for a great HOT, FRESH meal from 2 tired travelers that happened to be at the right spot that night! And the server who checked us out, Ashley was very nice as well.

Location does not offer several desert items listed in menu as a single piece, and requires an advance order for a whole pie. I was looking forward to the Heath Crunch Cheesecake pie as desert, but waitress stated they don't offer that as a single serve item along with several other items.

My wife me and our daughter went there for breakfast this morning. We got sat down right away and had our order taken quickly. We had eggs, french toast, sausage, and pancakes. Everything came out to us in a timely manner and the food was good.

Sally did an amazing job serving us. She was quick and very polite. She informed me quickly that there was a surprise chocolate chip pancake in my side pancakes.

The food was amazing as always. The server was soft spoken, & kind. The staff seemed to work together to get our meal to us as fast as they could. Me, & my husband both ordered coffee, and the California Avocado Benedict meals. I did not set a timer, but it seemed like it took more than 35 minutes for our food to get to the table after ordering. My apologies for mentioning if that is not abnormal for what we ordered. It did not seem very busy when we got there closer to 7 pm on a Friday night. Several tables were clear. It's possible they were a bit short staffed, but I have no way of knowing that.

Just okay, it's Perkins. We like the 55 and over menu and prices. We had Eggs Benedict...Prolly skimps on the portion, but it was perfect for a travel day.

For a first time here wasn't to bad. The food was good prices were decent. The only thing I didn't like was the waitress be we came back to see about our drinks and we had to find someone. Other than that not to bad.

Food was great, and definitely understand it was Easter, but still shouldn't be treated rudely from the door opening. The waitress was snippy as soon as we walked in the door she did try to redeem herself, but continued to be rude. I'm sorry it was Easter and she had to work and it was a busy day for her, but being kind is free, yes my son was rude at the end of our dinner, but only after he watched you disrespect us as soon as we walked in the door, and a few times after as well. We have had Easter breakfast, brunch, or dinner at many restaurants and would have to say aside from the food, this was the rudest meal we have had.

Long wait to be seated. Long wait til waiter arrived to take order. Long wait before beverages arrived. Ordered NO onions.. both meals served WITH ONIONS. Hamburgers were undercooked, very pink...not well done...sent back. Long wait as SAME burgers were cooked longer and served on same platter with NOW COLD French fries... no one at register to take money... people on line to pay bill... some of us left EXACT amount with bill on counter and left after long wait.. assume they were short on help??? Need better chef???

The food was horrible. It was cold, my girlfriend’s steak was thin as paper, and you could tell the mashed potatoes were instant. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. The server was extremely nice. I hope she quits and finds a better job!

First when we got there they told us you only have 2 choices of drink.. diet coke or coke the machine was being worked on. Then I ordered a salad and couldn't finish it due to the fact that you can taste that it was fresh. And I haven't even gotten to my main course yet.

I ordered a big country skillet. Eggs over medium...I got Sunnyside up and so much gravy it took over the dish.... so my waitress had it made over for me... now it's overhard eggs...nothing is like the picture in the menu...no cheese ... it's a complete Shipshewana! $13.49....noway! I sent it back after waiting for management to come talk to me for over 15 minutes. This will be the LAST time I ever go here.

Service was horrible. Got seated right away. 20 minutes server walk by stating she would be with us in just a minute. 10 minutes later, still no service. Not even a cup of coffee. Got up and left.

I stopped in for a late Saturday breakfast with my family... I must say that if my father wasn't insistent on eating here I would have left after seeing the menu. I thought $11 was quite pricy for a 3 egg omelette ... Then I ordered it and when it arrived the ultimate disappoint set in! My 3 "egg" omelette was made of what seemed like a egg and a half of liquid egg scramblers and came complete with about 2 mushrooms, 1/10 of a pepper, a bit of what seemed like chopped up spam, a touch of onion, and some American cheese. There was a handful of potatoes and a muffin on the side... All in all I ate about $2 worth of sub par quality food I really wish I got a picture of, but... Hey, the service was good!

It's hard to even give any stars. Horrible experience. Went there to eat with my daughter after a long afternoon. They sat us down @6:26pm the server(male) was saying Im do nervous. Walked away and another server came over(female). Left us there waiting after finally placing order. Other people come in, sit, order, get served. At least they enjoyed there food. 7:30pm and still nothing. No food. At this point we got up and left. It wasn't the first time that happened there either. Not going back the again.

We went for dinner last night, had to wait over 20 min just to be seated. And let's just say the entire place had maybe 6 tables occupied at that time. People were trying to check out and also had to wait a long time. I would not be surprised if people left without paying. We had several customers behind us waiting to be seated that decided to leave and go elsewhere. When we finally got seated, the 'hostess' said we would likely have a wait for the kitchen. Seems like they are always understaffed. They would truly benefit from better technology as well. Such as table check out. I suppose being one of only a handful of establishments in town is what keeps the doors open.
