We recently visited Olive Garden with a large group, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service we received. The wait staff did an amazing job of getting our orders filled promptly and keeping our drinks topped off. The food was delicious as always--you can never go wrong with their breadsticks! While the high California pricing makes it a bit of a poor value, the outstanding service and consistently delicious food made the experience worthwhile.

Update: Went there again it was much cooler in the restaurant. Very comfortable to be inside. The salad was fresh and the bread was good. Tried the stuffed pasta raviolis were good. My kids liked the chicken fingers and alfredo pasta. Will be back when they have endless pasta bowls :)

We needed a place to accommodate large party after funeral. I called before opening and was directed to Eric he was understanding of my situation advise me of not taking reservations but recommended I come place my name one hour before my family arrived. We seated early and when my family arrived we were asked immediately by Sam did we like beverages my family arrived 9 out of 11. Food was very good and hot.. This was in a terrible rainy day. I just want to acknowledge Eric, Sam Andrew and Jasmine for excellent service understanding and patience.

Such a great way to celebrate our anniversary at Olive Garden. Their new lasagna is so good🤤. You can get it topped as you like. I got Alfredo with veggies and he got red meat sauce! It was quite but excellent service.

I love to eat here. At the Palmdale Restaurant, the food service workers are always great, very attentive, and on the ball, so leave a good tip. They deserve it. And of course, the FOOD! The FOOD is why we go there in the first place but it does add to the experience when the employees are happy to answer any questions and to assist you and seem happy to be working there, unlike another establishment that I won't name. Plenty of parking and handicapped parking also. Nice and roomy for people with walkers or wheel chairs, too.

A family celebration for my nieces graduation or "Pinning ceremony to RN". It was my first visit to this location and it was great. We were greeted and sat in a corner booth within minutes of our arrival. The food, service and atmosphere were all very good.

Truly appreciate the service received. The manager, Erick, went more and beyond to get a meal prepared specially for me. They took in consideration my allergies and for the first time in my life, a menu was adapted to me. You can’t really go wrong at the Olive Garden. Their menu has been around for decades. I worked at an Olive Garden when I was 20 back in Hayward, CA which was 20 years ago. You will find some of the same food, appetizers and drinks. The service at this location is great. I don’t mind sitting at the cafe when it’s busy. I don’t eat meat, but I enjoy the stuffed Shells and fettuccine Alfredo. The Lambrusco is always nice and it’s a great place to dine with family or friends, but it can be expensive if you are the one paying for everyone’s meal. Def worth it and everyone walks out with a huge smile and feeling full. Take advantage of the deals, they are worth it. Fav thing on the menu is a salad, minestrone, fettuccine Alfredo and the breadsticks. They have some incredible deserts also. My brother enjoyed the shrimp Alfredo and it’s also a great place to celebrate bdays. They do a cute song and give you a desert. Keep up the good work.

So my son decided that he wanted spaghetti for dinner so I said well maybe we should go try Olive Garden and see if they have some good spaghetti so we came here and we got spaghetti. She told me don’t even worry about it. She had me everything was great. She was very patient. She definitely cared. She took her time out to listen. She never rushed. It’s a really good deal &it starts at about $16 and then I’m talking about the restaurant now the restaurant was clean, friendly staff the parking it was kind of busy so what I did was I circled the parking lot a few times I realized it wasn’t much parking close to the door so what I did was, I decided to call in to Olive Garden and I saw that when I went online that they had the option to get on the waiting list you could even do it online or you can actually call the actual restaurant I was on the phone with them for a few minutes and then I talked to the staff &she was able to put me on the waiting list from outside &she told me that they will text me when it’s my turn to come inside, so that was very convenient. I walked right in They asked my name I gave my name they had me seated within about two minutes &after that we seated so I’m gonna say I went in the parking lot & I waited at a far parking spot until I saw one open &then I parked by the time I parked They text me &told me to come in my seats are ready so I came in. They see us and so from the parking lot the parking and everything it took about a total of about 16 minutes for me to park the car get inside &be seated with everything so it wasn’t too bad of a wait seeing that. It was dinner time &it was really packed &I ended up getting a parking spot in the front as well so everything worked out so yeah I appreciate Olive Garden @Olive Garden if you’re seeing this, I’m letting you know that Ari deserves a raise. She is awesome &she does deserve her flowers. We had a great time. Our service was exceptional. I ordered Eggplant Parmigiano, which was delicious. The salad was fresh and plentiful. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The restaurant management was approachable and extremely friendly. The ambiance was comfortable with lots of leg room. We will definitely return to the Palmdale Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in the near future. Can't wait to try their desserts.

We were sat quickly. Our server was attentive all evening. Food came out as ordered, fast and hot. We had such a good meal I didn’t stop to take pictures! I ordered the salmon and broccoli.

With such a grand menu, it's difficult to narrow down which meal I'm going to order. That was true for the other 5 in our group. It took a bit of time, but we finally ordered. As in all of my past visits, it was a great dinner starting out with their delicious salad with the breathtaking sticks. The favorite choice at the table was the Tour of Italy. We passed on any dessert, and most of us took home enough food to enjoy lunch the next day.

The food was absolutely terrible, but the service was phenomenal. Rachel (Rachelle) went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. Even my daughter was impressed and nothing impresses teenagers.

This particular location is hit or miss. Sometimes the service and food is great others it is the opposite. It is really luck of the draw on what you are going to get that day. Not terribly consistent but not terrible in general.

First time to an Olive Garden, food was good and service was friendly and quick. For the price you get big portions, I had the Grilled Chicken Parm for $20 and got a huge mound of pasta and 2 grilled chicken breasts. The drinks are nice and you get bottomless salad or soup. Don't order online as the web site is very inflexible and noninformative. We selected the ASAP option which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. After the order was put in it showed a pick up time 2.5 hours later with no place to cancel the order. Had to call, the restuariant 3 time including asking for the manager and was put on hold every single time with no answers so we couldn't even cancel if we wanted to. Very bad service. Finally a manager answered the phone with all the usual we are busy excuses indicating that they were so busy that they no longer took orders..... and apparently also did not care enough about customer service when they are are busy anyway. Food is usually pretty good but never going to order online with them again and would not recommend this place unless you want to go there in person which I won't do with this kind of treatment.

Realistically, Olive Garden food is Olive Garden food. If you've had fettuccine alfredo and breadsticks at one OG, you've had them at all OGs. I shan't comment on that here. However, today we had one of the worst service experiences of our lives. Our server - Tai or Tiallia or Tatiana or something like that - had almost-zero interest in actually serving us. On the rare occasions she'd actually make an appearance, she'd try really hard to be affable. But then, despite only attending to three small tables on a lazy Monday afternoon, she'd disappear into the kitchen for extended periods of time, leaving us hungry, thirsty, and cold. (okay okay, we were never cold - but you get the idea) It was the weirdest combination of friendly but terrible service. I asked her for a side of crushed red pepper and it took her like eight minutes to bring it - despite her section being relatively empty and her not actively attending to anyone else. We asked for a second order of breadsticks and, after fruitlessly waiting for fifteen minutes, we finally gave up and left. (oh and olive garden food is the middest of mid and y'all should go try some actual italian food ffs)

I love the salads at olive garden. The appetizer was super delicious and the salmon was wonderful. The fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and the chicken Parmigiano was great. Update 2024 My last visit here the food quality was appalling the Zuppa Tuscana tasted like water and food portions were 40% less than usual and the fettuccine Alfredo was dry we had to ask our waitress for more sauce and the portion she brought out was tiny. The Food quality has Absolutely has gone downhill.

I recently dined in with my family at the Olive Garden in Palmdale, and my server was Milena L. and her service was very disappointing and I just couldn’t believe how we was treated. We will definitely not be back because I value good customer service and she left a bad impression, also I told the Manager about it but it seemed like the service is always like that or maybe he just didn’t care because he seemed uninterested in wha I had to say.

Honest food was ok not great.... the soup was no veggies on the first one and the my chicken alfredo came out cold... The server was great but felt rushed. Sienna, the host was amazing!! Even after issues with our online reservation, she was able to help us out to expedite our seating. Which we were really greatful for!! Where do I even begin? This was our first time at the Olive Garden establishment; we were seated after a lengthy delay and our waiter approaches to take our order. They, for the entirety of our stay, were extremely rude, passive aggressive, inconsistent, and cold-hearted. My friends and I asked, “what’s the difference between grilled chicken and crispy chicken,” and they respond by stating, “they’re both chicken.” This extremely terrible service had me and my friends shocked and slightly embarrassed at the low standard Olive Garden expressed. Later on the night, we receive our meals. To our astonishment, our food was completely burnt and my friend’s shrimp was unrecognizable and inedible. For $28.00 per meal, this is the quality we received (see photos for the shrimp). Furthermore, our waiter failed to provide a drink for us after ten minutes of ringing, leading us to have to disrupt the other staff in order to obtain a drink. This level of service from Olive Garden was extremely disappointing, and I will not be dining at this establishment again. I advise everyone else to stay away from Olive Garden as well.

Update: I spent all day sick on the toilet with food poisoning. So that takes my experience down even more of a notch. :/ If I could go negative I would. THE worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Alfredo, my server dropped the ball in every single respect except bringing me water. I went to pee for one minute and everything I just ordered was gone. I was so mad. They didn't bother to make it right. They gave me a tiny version of the wrong pasta. No salad. Forget this location. They suck.

We waited one hour to be seated. We got our waters but waited 45 minutes before we got refills on our waters and even to get bread sticks. We had three children under the she of 4 who were starving. It was 7:30 PM by this time, their bedtime, and after one hour and forth five minutes, we hadn't even gotten bread sticks or refills on our waters. They were also out of the drink my son wanted. I ordered my salad without dressing and with vinegar and oil on the side. I had to wait for my dressing for a while before cind eat my salad. My salad was the only one ordered without dressing. Yet, my husband's salad didn't have dressing either and it also lacked the extra olives he ordered. In fact, it didn't have olives! It was not the experience that we expected.

We had a party of 20 waited almost 3 hours to be seated in total 4 hour to even eat! They literally for got we were waiting then they only assigned 1 waitress to our table it was too much work for her only while a bunch of waiters just standing around…management didn’t say a word the whole 3 hours so after all the bills were separated they made a mistake on two and literally told us to figure it out our selfs after we paid we were still talking and the ppl who clean the tables rushed us to leave! Never again will we ever eat there again rather drive to northridge food was so blan and tasteless

Absolutely Terrible Experience in Palmdale, CA! When I go to Olive Garden, I go specifically for the soup and salad—and my soup choice is always Zuppa Toscana. My family and I were seated and all ordered the endless soup and salad, requesting Zuppa Toscana as our soup. After placing our order, we were first served one half bowl of salad and breadsticks. While waiting for the soup, our waiter—who was excellent—apologized multiple times and informed us that they were out of Zuppa Toscana at 12:00 noon. Since that is the only soup we like, we asked if we could simply pay for the soup and drinks we had ordered. Instead, we were charged for three full salads. My husband, my daughter, and I shared one bowl of salad, yet were each charged $10.00. There was no consideration given for the fact that the restaurant was out of what we ordered, and we were clearly overcharged for a single shared salad. We did not request any refills. We paid and left. This will be our last visit to the Olive Garden in Palmdale, CA. The experience was completely awful and inconvenient. Paying $30 for one bowl of salad is outrageous. The manager on staff who decided that the best route to go was to overcharge for 1 bowl of salad to make up for not having what we ordered is terrible management and poor decision making for the company! We do not recommend!

Disappointed. But it’s not about the food, it’s about the service. My son went with his friends on Friday and left a $2 tip because the waitress asked 3 times what he wanted to eat and then everybody was eating their meals except him, because his meal took ages to arrive. When he had to pay, the kiosk at the table was not working and he had to pay at the front where the payment was introduced manually by the staff. The next day, we discovered that he had been charged $12 instead of $2 for the tip. Today, I went to talk to the manager, who apologized and promised to talk to the waitress. But it’s not about the $10, as I explained to her, it’s about the fraudulent action performed by the waitress. If she charges $10 here and there in a day that she serves 200 people at this popular restaurant, she would be rich at the end of the year. This is not correct and this is something everybody has to PAY ATTENTION TO.

This woman touched my daughter on the shoulder without permission—just because my other child wanted to order from the kids’ menu. That made me so upset, especially since this was the first restaurant that didn’t allow it. On top of that, the cup was dirty. But thankfully, an amazing lady stepped in, apologized, and took care of everything. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

I been here once the food was good. The atmosphere felt a little off. My server was so nice. I came here a second time. I was already feeling off about the place. It was extremely packed. I ask the girl how long for wait. She said you want to leave a number behind I said yes. As I’m telling her it’s like she’s looking right past me fiddling around not paying attention. She said 15 then became 45. I left and never got the text message. She never put my number in.
