This is literally the only KFC around the Hudson Valley that is authentic, old school, delicious Kentucky fried chicken! Always clean dining room, and friendly customer service, I highly recommend this location if you're craving some amazing KFC!

Went to drive through. Long line, and a horrible rainy night, but the service was efficient and the gal at the window was very nice. Our order was perfect. We ate at home and it was delicious! Good experience and will go back. Recommended.😁

Today I went to the KFC in Pawling NY, the food was very good.I got a barbecue sandwich, grilled chicken , and potato wedges, all was very delicious! I sat down everything was clean! And I didn’t have to wait very long for my food. The customer service was very good too! They were so nice and attended me very well. So far I loved the KFC in Pawling and I will be coming again soon!

This is a KFC where they have a vase of fake flowers on each table. They have Keurig machines. Other than that, they make the food the same and charge similar prices.

Clean environment, pleasant place, great service. They have always gotten my order correct. I have been a customer for more than 7 years. I frequent their business at least 4 times a year. They are consistent. If I gave 5 star ratings they would surely have received one.

The tenders were moist inside and very crispy outside. Mac and cheese was very cheesy. The creamy buffalo dipping sauce was a perfect amount of heat. My server was smiling and courteous. Quick service.

The second or third time this year I ate at a fast food restaurant. The chicken was good; pretty much as I remember from the past. Service was excellent, prices haven't changed too much from my last visit a few years ago.

Pawling KFC is by far the most authentic and best around! We drive an hour and a half for this KFC! My only complaint is the restrooms- they're unkempt, hand dryers seldom work and the water from the sink faucet is literally freezing cold!

Good place for fast food. Their chicken is well known, and the taste is good. It could be that the staff can be not so polite. Enjoy your wings or tenders!

I drive from Connecticut to New York to get my KFC. This is the cleanest, and best KFC I have seen operated correctly. The Staff is always courteous, polite, and efficient. Try this location, bring insulated bags, and it will be warm still by the time you get home.

Food was good. BUT there was no soap in the bathroomS, floor was very wet in front of the soda dispenser, and the booth seats had holes in them.

Place is very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Grilled chicken pieces were small with little meat.

Been there several times. 2 times they got my order wrong. Just make sure you check your order before leaving.

The place was ice cold, no heat, I cleaned my own table. Portions of chicken were tiny.

Got $20 bucket. Food was good, a few tables a little dirty. Urinal in men's restroom was overflowing, not very clean and doubt if they took care of it, hope they get to it before it's reported to the county health department .

Food is about what you'd expect from a KFC. What really stands out is the service. I thought it was a fast food restaurant, but it took 20+ minutes for a single sandwich. It'd probably be faster to buy some chicken at the Hannaford across the street and fry it yourself.

Womp. Went tonight and the chicken and mashed potatoes needed salt. The coleslaw was dry like it sat for awhile. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks.

They only had 1 person working the counter and drive through!!!! Then after taking the orders she had to make the food. The soda machine was overflowing. No napkins. The lady working was super nice fast helpful but she needs help.

Chicken pieces are usually small, over cooked AND over priced , the pieces are so small , that they are CONSISTENTLY over fried, making the chicken hard and dried out. (Smaller pieces require SHORTER COOKING TIMES...do you hear me, KFC???) which makes for a poor product. Often, also, the frying oil tastes like it needs changing...it has a faint,rancid smell and taste. It's SOOO EASY to fix this issue! Someone...SOMEONE...HAS to resolve this simple problem...believe it when I say EASY!

Twice in a row I got mashed potatoes instead of fries. And the second time around u specifically said I wanted fries and please don't mess it up!! It didn't occur to me to check, but that's not right.

This particular franchise is very disappointing. The few times I went inside a bunch of tables were dirty, The chicken is sometimes really greasy , The popcorn chicken has been cold on occasion as well as the potato wedges ,they seem to always be out of biscuits and they have messed up my drive through order numerous times.

Ordered 12 piece grilled bucket..... Got 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 FRIED drumsticks and the rest was wingettes! Not what wr ordered to bring to a pool party with kids! Stopped by on our way home and was told "they probably didn't have enough... Then was told to come back again to speak to mgr. We will!

We stopped for a quick bite while enroute upstate. Very disappointed. The dining room was a mess. The cashier was taking orders and filing them at the same time. Where was the rest of the crew? The prices were outrageous. An 8 piece double mash "special" was $20 and only one piece of white meat which was mostly bone. The other special was dark meat only and just as expensive. We decided to eat in the car. The meal was the usual KFC affair with extra grease thrown in. Biscuits were cold and crumbled when bitten. The only saving grace was the Cole Slaw. It was good and earned an extra star in the food category.

How can it be that a restaurant management team can let a place be this bad? Just read the many horrific reviews. Yet, nothing is done about it except renovate the building? Renovating the building will hardly do any good if the staff is utterly incompetent. I have no major criticism of the food. I often come here when I have workers at the house and I bring in lunch for them, but usually KFC is not my personal favorite. I wondered why, at the peak lunch hour today, I was the only person in line. My order was badly mismanaged and it took a very long time to get it right, but not a single car pulled in behind me. Why? Well, now I know why: the service is a disaster. I repeated my order twice to assure the clerk at the drive in understood what I wanted: 8 dark pieces, family order with green beans and mashed potatoes, extra crispy. I asked for 4 plates and corn bread and several times repeated that I wanted extra side orders of potato and beans. She read it back to me and had it wrong. I repeated twice again. I pulled up to the pick-up/cashier and she handed me a bag. Just to be certain, I asked if I had the extra side orders. No, the cashier said. I got a 8-piece special, no extra side orders, and instead of getting the side orders right I had mac&cheese, which I hate and never ordered. Plus they did not give me plates and the 8 pieces were not dark meat. The cashier apologized and said "I did not take your order." She stated that I got the special to "save me money." I responded and said, "That does not help me if I don't bring home enough food." She charged me $11.87 for the extra side orders over on top of the $21.63 I already paid ( Oct. 22, tickets 1830 and 2890.) It took a really long time and I was frustrated at the level of incompetence. From now on , I will do anything possible to avoid this restaurant. Apparently, many other people feel the same, because otherwise there would be more lunch traffic. My order took a very long time. If people had been behind me they would have been furious. The management of this place have a lot of work to to do, and maybe that's where the problem starts.

Very poor order taking and response at dinner time front counter. Take out window is obviously a higher priority over the dine in crowd.

This location of KFC price gouges. The advertised $5 KFC bowl is 6.50 here, but$5 in Carmel location. I bought a bucket and paid $57 just for a bucket of chicken and sides for 4. I was in shock, but was at the window already, so I paid it. A perfect example of taking advantage of people post covid. The worker told me it was because there was a chicken shortage and they weren't able to get chicken (BS)I will go to the Carmel location henceforth where the food is good, the people working there are nice, and the owner isn't driven by greed.

just tried again tonight, out of biscuits, ordered 5 combos got 3 1/2 of them... sad. I don't know what happened, the service is usually decent. Took 10 minutes to give my order and I was the only person at the counter, then my biscuit was a hockey puck. I took a bite and it exploded into crumbs all over the table and floor, I did get a fresh one after I brought the crumbs up to show the woman at counter... I like KFC, I hope this one improves to where it was and I'll change rating back to 5.

Food was terrible, not fresh, no spoons or napkins. How how are we supposed to eat match potatoes in Mac and cheese without spoons or napkins? Definitely will never return to this place ever again. 50 bucks to the trash

I’m giving 1 star because the cole slaw was great. I ordered an 8 piece original recipe at the drive thru with a large Cole slaw and no other sides. I was so disappointed to find extra crispy chicken that was cold and dried out in the bucket. Plus I was charged $25 for garbage.

If you don't want to be overcharged and short changed do not come to this franchise..every Time they short your order or overcharge you.. I ordered a large mac n cheese with my order and guess what.. No mac n cheese. Luckily I checked my order at the counter and managed to salvage my daughters mac n cheese.. Be warned my Google map friends, if you don't want to be ripped off don't go to this franchise..They also have overcharge d my husband but he lets them get over...Not I says me!

I just came from the KFC in Pawling N.Y.. I ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich box . When I got home I opened what I hoped would be my lunch. Instead of a nice white meat sandwich I found two pieces of chicken.one legand what I presume was supposed to be a breast.. Since I don't like dark meat I threw the leg out. Trying to eat what I presume d was a Brest, it must have been a thigh. Dark meat . It also ended up in the garbage. So much for KFC. I will not be back.

Absolutely awful, was driving back to Connecticut and tried to stop in for a quick meal to find there was only one person working with at least 5 people in line with 3 cars in the drive thru. I waited for 15 minutes and still was not helped. Would not ever go here again.

I'm sad to say this, but I won't be buying from KFC anymore. This is a rip-off; everything is so small, and the prices are so high that it's not worth paying for the food. This store should close down. Regarding the service, the staff are friendly, but they're not responsible for the terrible quality of the food the store sells. It's complete garbage.

We placed an order on the KFC app on 8/17 for a 16pc chicken meal at 3:45. Yes, I know that is a large order so it may take some extra time. However, we were notified by the KFC app that the order was ready a little before 4pm. My husband arrived a few minutes past 4. Nothing was ready. They hadn’t even started cooking our order yet because there were 3 people ahead of him waiting there too for their orders. My husband waited 45mins for the order. It took them an hour, from start to finish for 1 order. My husband had worked all day and had to wait 45mins for an order that said it was ready per the app. I contacted KFC via app chat and they said they would have someone follow up from the store. Once he got the chicken home, the food was soggy (was supposed to be extra crispy). Seems like the chicken was not drained well of oil. We tried to lay the chicken on paper towels, but the breading was falling off because it was so soggy. Disappointing since we had a house of guests waiting all this time for food which was almost inedible. I figured I would bring it up when I got a call from a Manager. Today I got a phone call from the Manager who was apparently on vacation while this occurred. She apologized for the inconvenience. She offered a 6pc meal as compensation. As I tried to explain why this was not acceptable, the Manager got huffy and said she already told me that she spoke with the staff and offered me the 6pc meal and that was all she was going to do. I told her that it took 1hr from start to finish after she just explained it should only take at the most 25mins when cooking from scratch. She made a remark saying “oh so now it’s 1 hr” (I assume because I told her he waited for 45mins but she was not considering the 15mins that we waited after placing the order on the app). I asked for a discount or refund on our order and she stated that since I used the app, that is not possible. From the Manager’s own mouth: the app says it’s ready automatically after a period of acceptable time. It doesn’t have any interaction with the store so when it says your food is ready, it’s a lie. She then said that since her offer was not acceptable that she would forward my complaint the owner. She had an attitude and treated me like I was wasting her time and making up stories. I didn’t even get a chance to explain how the food was practically inedible.

I'm sorry to leave a review like this. But considering I've been to over a 1000 restaurants from key west to Portland Maine. As an uber driver. Not only was the manager the worse I've ever seen. But scares me that God allows someone like that to exist. She refused to do her job. Laughed at me when I told her I could loose my job if she does not cancel the order. She needs to be fired immediately. I'm almost thinking about suing for company fraud. And making a suggestion to the police department that this woman Cleary is a criminal. I am reporting her to the company as well. And hoping that they leave how horrible she is on her work record. So she never sabotage's another restaurant, ever again. She really was the worse manager I've ever seen. And worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Having close to 4000 deliveries and living 30 years

From chicken fried then put in warming trays for hours till slightly soggy, to fries so limp you wouldn't believe they were ever crispy. KFC needs to address the quality of the food they are serving because the taste nor the freshness of the food is acceptable.

The food is overpriced. $3 for a small mac & cheese which was about 3oz. Dont have all the sauces they advertise in their store. Their soda fountain mixture is terrible. Can hardle taste the flavor.

Very rude advertise 10pm hours but close store 1 hour early. Girl on drive thru lied about menu options. As a resident of this town this is not acceptable service. Refused my order because i arrived at 845 and they claim they close at 9pm when they advertise 10pm

Food is good but literally every time we come here theough the drive through they tell us to go park that the food needs to cook. Last time we waited almost 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and fries in the parking lot. Tonight we are in the parking lot waiting right now as I type this, we left the drive through 15 minutes ago and are still waiting for one chicken sandwich.

Chicken was cooked in old oil and their clearly needs cleaning as every drink that comes out of it has a very nasty taste. I have been to this location a few times over the months and always get the same result. When I confronted the staff ( in a non confrontational manner) I was told this is how they operate and nothing could be done about it.
