Today I went to the KFC in Pawling NY, the food was very good.I got a barbecue sandwich, grilled chicken , and potato wedges, all was very delicious! I sat down everything was clean! And I didn’t have to wait very long for my food. The customer service was very good too! They were so nice and attended me very well. So far I loved the KFC in Pawling and I will be coming again soon!
My visit at the KFC in Pawling was awesome! I just walked in and the customer service was amazing, everyone was so kind! they did not mess up a thing on my food order.The atmosphere of the place was very normal! I definently recommend this place and and I will be coming here again!
I drive from Connecticut to New York to get my KFC. This is the cleanest, and best KFC I have seen operated correctly. The Staff is always courteous, polite, and efficient. Try this location, bring insulated bags, and it will be warm still by the time you get home.
It's a KFC. It's not gonna be amazing. Quick, simple fast food. I will say the new waffles and nuggies were delish. Get some hot honey
I ordered ahead of time because the service is so slow and even though it said it was ready I waited 15 minutes before I was acknowledged at the counter and had to ask for my order. Several people walked out frustrated from waiting so long.
We stopped for a quick bite while enroute upstate. Very disappointed. The dining room was a mess. The cashier was taking orders and filing them at the same time. Where was the rest of the crew? The prices were outrageous. An 8 piece double mash "special" was $20 and only one piece of white meat which was mostly bone. The other special was dark meat only and just as expensive. We decided to eat in the car. The meal was the usual KFC affair with extra grease thrown in. Biscuits were cold and crumbled when bitten. The only saving grace was the Cole Slaw. It was good and earned an extra star in the food category.
How can it be that a restaurant management team can let a place be this bad? Just read the many horrific reviews. Yet, nothing is done about it except renovate the building? Renovating the building will hardly do any good if the staff is utterly incompetent. I have no major criticism of the food. I often come here when I have workers at the house and I bring in lunch for them, but usually KFC is not my personal favorite. I wondered why, at the peak lunch hour today, I was the only person in line. My order was badly mismanaged and it took a very long time to get it right, but not a single car pulled in behind me. Why? Well, now I know why: the service is a disaster. I repeated my order twice to assure the clerk at the drive in understood what I wanted: 8 dark pieces, family order with green beans and mashed potatoes, extra crispy. I asked for 4 plates and corn bread and several times repeated that I wanted extra side orders of potato and beans. She read it back to me and had it wrong. I repeated twice again. I pulled up to the pick-up/cashier and she handed me a bag. Just to be certain, I asked if I had the extra side orders. No, the cashier said. I got a 8-piece special, no extra side orders, and instead of getting the side orders right I had mac&cheese, which I hate and never ordered. Plus they did not give me plates and the 8 pieces were not dark meat. The cashier apologized and said "I did not take your order." She stated that I got the special to "save me money." I responded and said, "That does not help me if I don't bring home enough food." She charged me $11.87 for the extra side orders over on top of the $21.63 I already paid ( Oct. 22, tickets 1830 and 2890.) It took a really long time and I was frustrated at the level of incompetence. From now on , I will do anything possible to avoid this restaurant. Apparently, many other people feel the same, because otherwise there would be more lunch traffic. My order took a very long time. If people had been behind me they would have been furious. The management of this place have a lot of work to to do, and maybe that's where the problem starts.
I'm sad to say this, but I won't be buying from KFC anymore. This is a rip-off; everything is so small, and the prices are so high that it's not worth paying for the food. This store should close down. Regarding the service, the staff are friendly, but they're not responsible for the terrible quality of the food the store sells. It's complete garbage.
It is 8 o'clock on a Wednesday and they are out of chicken. You had one job.
By far the worst KFC. Constantly running out of stock. Was just told (again) that it would be a 20 min wait to complete our order. I was told that the last four out of five times I’ve been to that location
We placed an order on the KFC app on 8/17 for a 16pc chicken meal at 3:45. Yes, I know that is a large order so it may take some extra time. However, we were notified by the KFC app that the order was ready a little before 4pm. My husband arrived a few minutes past 4. Nothing was ready. They hadn’t even started cooking our order yet because there were 3 people ahead of him waiting there too for their orders. My husband waited 45mins for the order. It took them an hour, from start to finish for 1 order. My husband had worked all day and had to wait 45mins for an order that said it was ready per the app. I contacted KFC via app chat and they said they would have someone follow up from the store. Once he got the chicken home, the food was soggy (was supposed to be extra crispy). Seems like the chicken was not drained well of oil. We tried to lay the chicken on paper towels, but the breading was falling off because it was so soggy. Disappointing since we had a house of guests waiting all this time for food which was almost inedible. I figured I would bring it up when I got a call from a Manager. Today I got a phone call from the Manager who was apparently on vacation while this occurred. She apologized for the inconvenience. She offered a 6pc meal as compensation. As I tried to explain why this was not acceptable, the Manager got huffy and said she already told me that she spoke with the staff and offered me the 6pc meal and that was all she was going to do. I told her that it took 1hr from start to finish after she just explained it should only take at the most 25mins when cooking from scratch. She made a remark saying “oh so now it’s 1 hr” (I assume because I told her he waited for 45mins but she was not considering the 15mins that we waited after placing the order on the app). I asked for a discount or refund on our order and she stated that since I used the app, that is not possible. From the Manager’s own mouth: the app says it’s ready automatically after a period of acceptable time. It doesn’t have any interaction with the store so when it says your food is ready, it’s a lie. She then said that since her offer was not acceptable that she would forward my complaint the owner. She had an attitude and treated me like I was wasting her time and making up stories. I didn’t even get a chance to explain how the food was practically inedible.
Retrain your staff I understand the power went out but you’re giving out buckets of chicken to people who ordered after making the original customers wait even longer then don’t even give utensils to eat the to go food. Ps I understand your bad mouthing in Spanish and you wonder why people get upset
I'm sorry to leave a review like this. But considering I've been to over a 1000 restaurants from key west to Portland Maine. As an uber driver. Not only was the manager the worse I've ever seen. But scares me that God allows someone like that to exist. She refused to do her job. Laughed at me when I told her I could loose my job if she does not cancel the order. She needs to be fired immediately. I'm almost thinking about suing for company fraud. And making a suggestion to the police department that this woman Cleary is a criminal. I am reporting her to the company as well. And hoping that they leave how horrible she is on her work record. So she never sabotage's another restaurant, ever again. She really was the worse manager I've ever seen. And worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Having close to 4000 deliveries and living 30 years
From chicken fried then put in warming trays for hours till slightly soggy, to fries so limp you wouldn't believe they were ever crispy. KFC needs to address the quality of the food they are serving because the taste nor the freshness of the food is acceptable.
The food is overpriced. $3 for a small mac & cheese which was about 3oz. Dont have all the sauces they advertise in their store. Their soda fountain mixture is terrible. Can hardle taste the flavor.
Very rude advertise 10pm hours but close store 1 hour early. Girl on drive thru lied about menu options. As a resident of this town this is not acceptable service. Refused my order because i arrived at 845 and they claim they close at 9pm when they advertise 10pm
Food is good but literally every time we come here theough the drive through they tell us to go park that the food needs to cook. Last time we waited almost 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and fries in the parking lot. Tonight we are in the parking lot waiting right now as I type this, we left the drive through 15 minutes ago and are still waiting for one chicken sandwich.
Chicken was cooked in old oil and their clearly needs cleaning as every drink that comes out of it has a very nasty taste. I have been to this location a few times over the months and always get the same result. When I confronted the staff ( in a non confrontational manner) I was told this is how they operate and nothing could be done about it.
