I don’t understand how every single Popeyes location is so terrible. I travel for work and used to love Popeyes. But every single location I go to is the worst experience. Long wait, no food, wrong order, saying they have no food after I’ve paid.

I had a coupon and was told this location doesnt take coupons. They are "over their limit." I know 4 year olds with more clever lies. Stopped immediately to make this review, crazy.

Okay this has got to be the most ridiculous service I’ve ever experienced… all I ordered was a side of rice and beans to go and you got 3 ladies working this morning shift today with not a single other customer entering drive through or in the store while I was there waiting for my to-go order. You got one of these ladies hunched over the medal kitchen counter on her phone doing whatever and it took over 10 minutes for the person who took my order (Eunice) to scoop and bag a side of rice and beans that takes no more than 2 minutes to do..I checked the reviews on this Popeyes location and sure enough other people had similar issues with how this staff runs the store (I’m not surprised). I’m not calling up a store manager or anything honestly I’ll head to a chikfila from now on instead. Here’s a picture attached for reference if the company needs proof..

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would! Corporate needs to investigate and terminate management at this place. Ordered over $40 worth of food, was assured that everything was in the bag and sealed. Drove a hour home to find out literally I got someone else’s order of 4 piece chicken with one side. I had ordered over 10 pcs of chicken and over 3 different sides. When I called they told me there’s nothing they can do and then hung up. Had to repeatedly call back to even get a name of manager and which he probably lied and gave me a fake name as he refused to give his manager id or code to identify him. I’ve been eating Popeyes for over 20 years and never had a worse experience. If corporate doesn’t replace management and fix this , will personally make sure this location goes bankrupt and shuts down so that they can learn the hard way. And to the manager Roberto if that’s his real name, your attitude explains why you haven’t succeeded in life.

Did an online order by the time I got home and opened up the bag they did not include any of the sauces on the receipt. They gave us a regular chicken sandwich instead of a spicy chicken sandwich, which was on the receipt as well. Never going back there again

Ugh, I just had the worst meal ever and I'm still cringing about it! 🤢 The macaroni and cheese was basically just a block of unmelted cheese on top of the pasta, talk about a disappointment. And don't even get me started on the rice and beans, which had enough juice to fill a small swimming pool. I'm so bummed because I was really looking forward to a tasty dinner, but it was just horrible overall.

I stopped by today and ordered a family meal. The staff informed me they didn’t have the sides I requested, which I appreciated—they gave me the option to substitute, and I agreed. But when I got home and unpacked the food, I realized I was given only 10 pieces instead of the 16 I paid for, and most of them were just wings. I felt completely shortchanged, both in quantity and quality. I chose this location because it was on my way home, and I live 15 minutes away—otherwise, I would’ve gone back to address the issue in person. Unfortunately, this experience left me really disappointed. I won’t be returning to this establishmen

Ordered delivery from this location. Wrong flavor wings, wrong sandwich toppings. Called to ask for a corrected order; they let the phone ring for 5 minutes, then hung up. Called again; phone rang for 5 minutes, then they pushed us to a busy tone. Bad food, bad service, bad people.

This place is absolute trash. Its like the owner hates money. They will literally take their time on a drive thru order just so you waste your time for no reason. The employees here are trash and dont care if you get your food, as long as they can hang out amd eat for discounted prices and paid hours. Its crazy to work in fast food and close early every night. Go to Golden Chick on I-30 near the Bobtown exit if you can, since theyll actually take care of they're customers. KFC is also a valid option if the struggle is that real. Please save your time and money, since this locations employees clearly don't care about doing their jobs or even the bare minimum.

Negative 5 .So it took almost 15 minutes until the chick would take our order in the Drive-Thru. I got two pickle glazed chicken sandwiches and all I got was a spicy chicken sandwich dry and a chicken sandwich with one pickle. Not only that but they were cold. And also they didn't have any desserts.

Wish I would have taken pics before my grandchildren started eating ages 3,5,5 and 7. After them asking for more chicken and it was gone. I then realized the size of the strips. Will definitely not be returning and the sad part is a mgr was helping to gather my order. I would have been embarrassed to send out this order but guess who doesn't have pride in there store or even the company. I will skip next time and just go to Caines 5mins away. Do better Popeyes.
