Fuimos a comer, y estaba todo bueno. El servicio rápido y amable.

La comida esta muy buena, nosotros venimos bastante… las mesas estan llenas de platos vacios, y las dos camareras en vez de quitar los platos y limpiar las mesas estan quietas sin hacer nada…En cambio, al cocinero se le ve muy trabajador…

I discovered Vips about 3 years ago and since then I go whenever I can. I liked their sandwiches and especially the large portions they put on their sides and appetizers. However, for the last year I've noticed that the prices are the same (high) and the portions are getting smaller. Even so, I still go because I like it, even though they're getting smaller.

Fuimos el sábado 7 de marzo sobre las 18:30. Al llegar no había nadie en la entrada, así que entramos hasta la barra para preguntar si podíamos sentarnos. En ese momento solo había tres mesas ocupadas en todo el local. La respuesta de los empleados fue bastante incorrecta, ya que nos regañaron por acercarnos a la barra cuando en ningún momento había indicaciones de que debíamos esperar en la puerta. Una vez nos acomodaron, tardaron muchísimo en atendernos, incluso viendo cómo atendían antes a personas que habían llegado después que nosotros. Cuando conseguí llamar la atención de uno de los camareros (llevaba un suéter rojo y creo que se llamaba Matías), le pregunté de qué sabor era el rooibos. Su respuesta fue bastante maleducada, diciendo que él no lo había probado y que no lo sabía. Le pedí, por favor, si podía mirarlo. Fue a la barra y empezó a comentar algo con sus compañeros que claramente parecía una crítica hacia nosotros. Además, volvió a tardar bastante en venir a tomarnos nota, hasta que finalmente hicimos una señal a otra camarera llamada Mel, que sí nos atendió de forma muy amable y profesional. La comida salió bastante rápido (dos cafés y un plato de tortitas), pero cuando quisimos pedir la cuenta el mismo camarero nos evitaba constantemente y de nuevo hacía comentarios con sus compañeros, viniendo a cobrarnos un chico muy amable llamado Joaquin. Todo esto ocurrió con el local medio vacío y con una evidente desorganización entre los tres camareros, ya que en algunos momentos los tres atendían a la misma mesa mientras otras quedábamos desatendidas. En general, la experiencia fue muy negativa. Entramos a las 18:30 y salimos a las 20:00 habiendo tomado solo dos cafés y un plato de tortitas.

Una hora y media para que nos sirvan la comida. Nosotros podemos tener mas o menos hambre, pero ibamos con 3 niños los cuales no tienen tanta paciencia (1h para que les pusieran algo a ellos). Ademas no aparece nadie a preguntar si queremos más bebida por lo que es mentira que puedas rellenar la bebida ni siquiera teniendo en cuenta que te tienen esperando... Que la razon sea que ha llegado todo el mundo de golpe me parece bien, pero si no vas a poder darme un servicio con minimo de calidad me lo dices y me voy a otro lado. No volveremos nunca más. Saludos.

Venimos. A desayunar por qué es un sitio que nos gusta, pero resulta que al pedir desayuno, oh sorpresa, no tenían tortitas, de verdad? Están congeladas nos dicen, eso es falta de previsión. Lo peor de todo es que media hora despues, SALIAN TORTITAS. En fin ya si eso volveremos otro dia

We arrived (still not many customers) and were seated at a table with dirty seats, a poorly cleaned tabletop, and greasy menus. The food was presented unappetizing. The desserts were prepared by the waitress at the back counter with no regard for hygiene, surrounded by her colleagues waiting for orders. She used her bare hands to put the ingredients on the plate, while simultaneously fixing her hair with the same hand as she would hold a scoop of ice cream... well, many more things that I won't mention. The importance of a good manager (with a fair salary, of course). In short, nothing like other Vips restaurants. (We won't be going back there; it's quite disorganized and unhygienic.)

Voy a los restaurantes VIPS desde que era pequeño, sin duda este es el peor con diferencia, siempre pasa algo pero lo de hoy no tiene nombre, estamos cerca de 15 min en la puerta para que nos atiendan, éramos los únicos esperando ya que llegamos casi a las 15, nos dan mesa y nos toman nota, nos sacan la bebida y ahí acabó nuestra interacción con el restaurante, 50 minutos después de no sacar NADA, ni entrantes ni nada, decidimos marcharnos para poder comer algo, cuando pedimos la cuenta la respuesta de la camarera es “ok” ni una disculpa, ni media justificación, casi cara de alivio porque nos marchamos y una mesa menos, por supuesto pagamos nuestras bebidas antes de marcharnos, que a mí, si fuera el responsable del local se me varía la cara de vergüenza de cobrarlas después del servicio recibido, es una auténtica lástima lo que pasa en este vips, cuando nos fuimos toda la gente que salía iba tirando rayos por la boca por cosas similares, un mal día lo puede tener cualquiera pero en este vips de vidanova parc, todos los días son malos días, si fuera el dueño de la Franquicia me lo haría mirar porque con 2 locales más como este le tiran por tierra la buena reputación ganada durante más años

Para ser una cadena de restaurantes, el servicio es de lo peor. Hemos ido 3 veces y las 3 veces dicen que no tienen ingredientes, el local casi siempre está vacío y tardan mucho en sacar los platos, mientras los camareros y cocineros están en el mostrador sin hacer hacer nada y de risitas. Un día no tenían leche, otro día plátano y el último día que fuimos decían que no tenían tortitas… parece que no tienen ganas de trabajar.

It took me a long time to return because of my previous experience, but I wanted to give them another chance because I really enjoy Vips when I go to the larger locations. This Vips is a case of trying too hard but not quite there. Everything is scarce, and when you order food, if they see they're missing an ingredient, they'll give you whatever they want to substitute it. They get many things wrong on the menu. I end up leaving with indigestion because of how badly I feel after eating there, due to the stress they cause me. It's the worst Vips location. If it were mine, I'd close it down because it leaves much to be desired.

We went last week and were immediately assigned a table and our order was taken quickly—so far, so good. Then, it literally took 45 minutes to get our food. They were incredibly slow and prioritized outside orders, like a delivery service. I think they should have some staff inside and others outside, but mixing inside and outside is chaotic. On top of that, the workers look at you, laugh, and go at their own pace. I understand they're working, but please be more efficient when serving, or at least inform customers of the cooking times. For example, say, "Excuse me, your food will take around [X] time" or "It's going to be delayed a little," and then the customer can decide whether to stay or not. But honestly, I'm never going back. I went to another place in the area, a similar place, and hey, in 20 minutes we had drinks and part of our food.

There's a guy or girl (he has a ponytail) who is VERY LOUD. He starts singing and talking loudly in the kitchen, and all his friends were surprised because we could hear their conversations and laughter from the kitchen. It seemed like he was at home, all by himself. A little embarrassing. I've been there several times and I didn't like him because he's abrupt when leaving plates, sings while walking around the tables, it's a shame because there are other shifts where the staff is very polite and the food is very good. I won't be back.

Service could be greatly improved. Waiters were listless. It was Friday, and when we asked about the daily menu, we were told there wasn't one. They served the same dishes without a first-come, first-served order. And to top it all off, we ordered a new dessert, and it was anything but appetizing. We won't be back.

Good evening, I've always had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this restaurant and never had any problems with the service, but yesterday, August 5, 2024, the service was terrible. From the moment we arrived, they made us wait. My husband had to speak to the waitress, a tall woman, explaining that my daughter was pregnant and wanted to sit down, even if it was just her. She responded rudely, served the person in front of us, and told my husband to sit wherever he wanted. We got tired of waiting for the menus, and my husband had to ask for them at the bar because we were so fed up with waiting. They kept us waiting a while before we could order. My husband called the waitress over and told her that our food was there and asked if they could please bring us the drinks, but they completely ignored us. They brought the food first and then the drinks later. They made us wait for my daughter's post and had to call them to get them. The waitress this time was a short woman, and she asked us three times what we wanted. They wanted dessert and they never brought it; in short, the service was terrible. And if you look at the photo, one dish is what you list on the menu, and the other is how it's served—it's completely different. And on top of that, for the price, it's a disgrace.

Long wait times. Few and under-qualified staff. Longer wait times for food delivery. Dishes of food that are far from what's advertised (ingredients missing). Bathrooms that clearly haven't been cleaned all day. They could use an inspection and a serious fine.
