Some of these reviews forget this is a drive in and serve multiple people at a time sorry if your food was out less than 30 min or took 2 min to respond to your bottom pushing 🙂‍↔️

Traveling for work allows me to visit a ton of fast food spots in different cities and the quality/prices really show. This is the best sonic I think I've ever had. It's not exactly hard to do better than fast food but considering the options up here, it's the best I've had so far. Will 100% come back multiple times during my few weeks up here for work. Ask for James, he went above and beyond to make sure every order I had was right, even when I changed up my drink he came out personally to confirm I didn't make a mistake. That's excellent service, he should be in a dining location making big bucks at tables.

I’m visiting from Utah and went here for dinner with my kids. My son just began eating meat recently and didn’t like the hamburger in his kid’s meal. Ashley the manager replaced it with a grilled cheese sandwich at no extra cost. Thank you Ashley and Sonic for a great experience! 💕

As an Arkansas boy, Sonic is pretty important to me. I drive over an hour to this location for my occasional self treat. They always treat me well, and are kind. They are one of the most authentic locations in the west coast. I’ve noticed out here that Sonic doesn’t taste nearly as good. That’s not the case at this location. They know what they’re doing, and they do it right. Don’t hesitate to stop at this location!

We've been here a few times and encountered a couple issues. If you're looking for fun drink ideas and you're on Facebook, join "Sonic drink ideas". This time we tried a lemonade slushy with raspberry, limeade slushy with cherry, and a blue raspberry slushy with sweet cream and vanilla (tastes like cotton candy - it's a must try). My kids love the pretzel with cheese. The pickle fries are decent, fun snack.

They've updated their credit card machines and menus, and everything seems to work. Service is still slow, but our food was perfect and tasted great. Huge improvement!

Wayyyy too many limes I ordered a strawberry limeade and so did my friend. Our drinks were very sour and overall I counted ELEVEN LIMES in our drinks

Girls were almost rude...no patience...food was 5 out of 10 stars but it was snowing so good times.

Service was excellent with only one dude manning the whole front end. The food though was no bueno and reason for a 3. I have had Sonic daily back east, so disappointing.

No complaints on the food, but this Sonic is still the worst I've ever visited. All the stalls screens are either broken or too dim. It took more than 2 full minutes for someone to respond after I pushed the red button, even though I'm the only customer in the stalls. They had to take my credit card inside since they apparently don't have a mobile card reader. The guy on the intercom seemed like he was working hard, but wasn't the most polite. The carhop was great. Overall, this location needs major changes immediately or it's going to fail.

I loved coming here, but what's up with the hours?? It says they're open online but I drive there and it's completely closed. Which sucks because when I place an online order, it says they're open. And now I have to go through the whole process of getting a refund through the app. And the quality has gone waaaaay down. Sometimes when I place an online order and it goes through, by the time I get it, everything is melted and watered down. Such a shame, I loved coming here and getting a drink. But now, I think I'm going to skip this place.

SUPER SLOW!! The app had us place 2 separate orders, we got the first order about ten minutes after placing it. The second order had us waiting forever.....😴 If you need a restaurant that is in and out, DON'T GO HERE⚠️❕️ Only one guy coming in and out of the building...c'mon man

Super slow service. Takes about 30 minutes just to get drink orders and even longer for food, even if there are only a couple other customers there. This has unfortunately happened the last several times I’ve been here, so it is not an isolated incident. I would not recommend this place until their service improves. The workers are also rude when you try to check in, and often take about 15 minutes to answer on the speaker. This is true even if no other customers are there.

Only one other person at the carhop and it took almost 45 mins for a bag of ice and a hamburger. Went up to the door many times couldn’t see anyone at all. Finally food came and was not good at all.

Terrible food and terrible service. I waited for 20 minutes just to take my order. Then I sat and waited another 10 minutes to get the order. To top it off I drove off only to find they didn't give me any napkins.
