They closed down for a while. I was so sad. But they are back at the top of their game! Food is great. Large stuffed sandwiches and great flavor. Staff is friendly and helpful! Fully redeemed for when the previous staff took them downhill. Welcome back!

MY OH MY this place is amazing. This location is impeccably clean and located conveniently off Franklin Ave. Jeremiah is genuinely the kindest, most attentive manager I have met. He gave us soda recommendations, super speedy service, and even brought our sandwiches to the table! The Firehouse pickles are to die for, and I will often stop by just to satisfy my pickles craving. I may come back and buy the whole bucket of 500 for $35. I highly recommend the Hook & Ladder combo which comes with any size drink! Thank you, Jeremiah! We will be back!!

Good hot sandwiches! You can also have them served cold if you prefer . The sandwiches come in small, medium, and large. Recommend the turkey bacon ranch!

This is a terrific place when you're in a hurry and craving a really good sandwich. The Turkey Bacon Ranch is amazing. I love the hot sauce bar at the end of the counter. Try the Tahiti Joe's brand but be careful, it will light you up.

Food is always consistently good and flavorful. This location needs better cleaning. The front windows and entry door are always dirty. Not a good first impression.

Not one person in store. Drive thru order, took forever and messed up the order too. I would’ve gone in again to get another sandwich, but probably be another 15 minutes.

When you order their subs through delivery, it arrives with the bread completely soggy and mushy. They should put the sauce on the side from now on. I threw my sub out last night because the bread was gross. Waste of money.

They’ve literally never gotten my order right. I guess once the old manger left the place has been run by incompetent people. Service is awful, atmosphere is bad, and food is never right.

I go here regularly until today. I waited for over 20 minutes for 1 sandwich, which then had hair on it. I waited at the counter for about 4-5 minutes before the “manager” Shay, asked me how she could help. I explained & she seemed mad that i asked them to remake it. She said “ if i drop it now, you can have it shortly.” Well yes, i would like my lunch. Then says “i guess I’ll refund you” and walks away. I waited another 15 minutes before asking for the receipt for the refund and where my sandwich was. Finally a guy named Jared, says “here’s your remake” and throws the sandwich across the counter. I had dine in- now my sandwich is in a Togo container. So i sit down, eat. Finally receive my to go order i placed. (Which took about 25 minutes) And again, this was a Togo order so Jared throws My order across the counter. I asked for a Togo bag and the managers names and asked Jared for his. The staff was very rude today. I was not the only customer complaining. One employee told me & another customer “I’ve been here since Feb 2nd and this is a common thing… not getting orders out fast or having hair in them.” We both just looked at the employee…

Service is horrible. I ordered ahead. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive and they were just going to get started. I wait for another 20 minutes, nothing. Someone finally asks me what order I'm waiting on and they had it on their back counter for who knows how long! A complete waste of time!

I come here a lot and my sandwich is wrong A LOT!! I order the same sweet and spicy meatball every time. My sandwich is cut through the bottom, my sandwich has pepper all over it, And my bread is barely toasted. I’m so disappointed at this management and pure lack of attention to a customers food. If you want firehouse go to a different location this one is not good. Waste of $13. OH I ALSO FOUND A HAIR IN ONE HALF OF MY SANDWICH. EW
