Oh My!!!! I just ordered for my first time from legends pizza on sand creek RD/wolf RD Hannaford plaza. I picked my order up. Pizza was ready in less than 15 mins, the service was GREAT, very friendly and the place was sparkling clean. The pizza is amazing!!!! Certainly got toppings!!!!! Usually when I order from other area pizza shops I’ll pay for extra cheese and lucky if I get the amount of cheese that should be on a regular pizza!!!! Not at legends…. The pizza was all around excellent!!!!! And I like crispy on bottom so he cooked it a bit longer and it’s perfect. FINALLY, a pizza shop in the area that is worth what you pay for and tastes good. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu. They have a full menu. I also like that I can call the store if I would like delivery and place my order over the phone and have it delivered to my home. NO internet ordering!!!!! That’s a plus in itself. Very pleased with everything from this pizza place. 8/19/23 - this is an Edit to my first review above. It appears you can leave only one review on yahoo. I’ve ordered a few times now from this place. I’ve had, cheese burger, sub, pepperoni roll and ordered pizza and wings a few times already and tonight I also got the cheesecake which was great. EVERY time!!,,, the food is great,,, it all has been fresh, looks and tastes clean and you really get a good amount! I have gotten delivery and it’s quick. I’ve gone in and ordered as well and you get to watch them make the food right in front of you. The place is clean and the workers are all pleasant. One thing I really like is you can call the store to place your order. I’m not much for ordering on internet, so the option to order by phoning the restaurant is nice. I’m so glad this place is near me. Good fresh clean food, close by and friendly fast clean service! You don’t get that much these days. Thank you Legends.

Pizza selection excellent, although I was hoping for a stuff crust on the menu..hard to find. Pizza had good flavor. They said 15 minutes it was 15 minutes. New place very clean and organized. Boneless tenders cooked just right. Price for two pies, wings and mozzarella sticks definitely fair.

When I first walked in, I saw the cashier looks at me with a bright smile. The food was great, and I loved the shish kebab. Also, I ordered lahmajoun and it was the best I have had in NY. I really recommend!

Wow! So good! I ordered some cold sub sandwiches. The bread was perfect. Maybe the best sub I've ever had. I will be going back. Everything else was good as well. The place was very clean. That's important to me. It was an easy in and out pick-up.

My employer ordered from this establishment to accommodate visitors for their summit. The staff was very helpful in providing assistance with our order. The delivery was punctual, the driver was very thorough in ensuring all ordered items were accurate and labeled accordingly. All applicable staff and visitors were satisfied with their food! I would highly recommend this establishment!

From the moment we walked in for pickup, the guy behind the counter greeted us with a warm smile and offered some fantastic recommendations. He even filled us in on their current promotions, and we ended up snagging some great deals that saved us some cash—talk about service with a smile! Now, onto the food—it was nothing short of spectacular. We opted for the Deluxe Supreme pizza and buffalo wings, and they were an absolute delight. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the pizza dough was cooked to perfection, just like our new friend behind the counter said it would be. It's not every day you come across a place where the employees go above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best experience possible. Legends Pizza is definitely one of those places. Order at least 4+ times a month. Enjoy both Pizza and Kebab menus. I prefer both their pizza (type) options; hot subs; shish; shawarma; gyro; and kebabs. Sometimes I'll venture to a Pide or Lahmajoun or other Med Appetizers from time to time. Now I'm HANGRY! Guess it's time to order!

This new place is hidden gem for pizza lovers. I recently had the pleasure of ordering from them, and I was blown away by the quality and taste of their pizzas. The pizza is always very good, homemade, with a thin crust. I love the professionalism here and how they're honest about letting the oven heat up for an hour in the morning. Very good food and tiramisu as well.

My husband and I ordered our first pizza from Legend's today.... And we are so glad we gave them a try!! We ordered a Veggie Lovers pizza and it was amazing! It was loaded with fresh veggies - broccoli, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives and cheese. Loved it! The place has had a major reno since its previous tenant so it is bright, fresh and clean. The staff, including the owner/manager, was warm and welcoming. We will definitely go back. Kudos to Legends!

My wife and I love their food!! We try to go once a week and we eat different meals each time we’re going. Especially the shawarma/ Turkish style dishes are right up our alley! The staff is always super friendly and the place very clean.

The Spices in the Beef Shawarma & Falafel are on-point rightso and the High Quality ingredients OUTPERFORM any restaurant in Colonie as well as any in The Levant! Hand-Tossed, Legends Pizza. Hummer flour. Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese cooked at 550 degrees F.

I recently visited Legends Pizza on Wolf Road in Albany, and I was very pleased with the experience. The pizzas were fresh and flavorful, and they were definitely the highlight of the menu. Legends Pizza is a solid choice in Albany if you’re craving good pizza plus Mediterranean fusion options.

Had the crispy chicken burger at Legends Pizza Shop and it was super tasty. The chicken was crunchy and fresh with good flavors. I’d definitely go back for it again.

Oh my goodness!! This pizza was absolutely delicious. I got a slice of BBQ chicken pizza. The first delicious bite was yummy cheese. The crust was thick, soft, and crunchy. I am serious. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place!

I recently ordered takeout from Legends via Toast and opted for the beef shawarma combo, which included fries and a drink. Initially, I assumed the drink would be a 20 oz bottle, but it turned out to be a 12 oz can. No big deal! Although I arrived a bit early, I still had to wait about 10 minutes past my pickup time. Again, no big deal! For my trouble and patience, the staff kindly offered me a larger drink, which I gladly accepted. This unexpected gesture was much appreciated. Now, let's talk about the food. It was AWESOME! The fries were perfectly done, even though they had cooled by the time I got home. The shawarma wrap was still warm, thanks to the foil wrapping, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Overall, my first experience at Legends was very positive. The staff's friendly gesture and the quality of the food made it a memorable meal. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I wasn’t expecting much as I ordered from one of the few places open on thanksgiving, but wow - this is some of the best pizza in the area. My only complaint is the feta on the pizza looks like they put it on after it came out of the oven, so it doesn’t stay on the slices and didn’t get that baked feta texture. But overall, amazing quality and taste. Definitely recommend.

Legends is one of the only pizza places, my husband and I frequent in upstate. Everything we’ve had from there has been amazing. Hector is a great pizza maker. I also LOVE that they cater to the Palestinian population by serving their zaatar manakeesh! Amongst other Nationalities . I have literally ordered at least one zaatar manakeesh a week since I discovered that they sell it and their dough is perfection. I’ve also had their cheese, pizzas and their margarita pizza which is really good also. As a big foodie I would highly recommend anything from there.

great family owned and run tandoori spot. The oven is going and they offer many different options in addition to pizza. their dough is thin, soft and perfect amount of chew. you don’t even need dipping sauce to enjoy the crust. Had the Margherita pizza, they loaded the cheese and the marinara sauce was tangy and cut through the cheese.

Got food last weekend, takeout, and we were able to order online and pickup quickly in the restaurant. The boneless wings were ordered "hot" but the sauce was cut with butter so not my favorite. Besides that the food we ordered was hot and everything came out nicely. The eggplant Parm dinner was delicious and we have 2 more meals for later. Prices are extremely reasonable and hopefully they stay in business!

The place looks pristine clean which is something i always pay attention to when i go to restaurants. My mother and I shared a medium meat lover's pizza; it was as good asone would expect for an upstate pizza. The crust could have been a bit crispier. The counter girl was very helpful and friendly. Their delivery person was very polite and patient. They have a broad menu. We will return to try other irems and ask for a pizza with a well done crust. The bathroom was sparkly clean and well stocked.

Decent pizza, enough toppings on the slices, right price point. Can't really say is the best slice of pizza I've had, but can't say is the worst either. Don't mind coming here if running late, and just need a quick pizza bite. Late convenient hours.

The pizza from Legends is served hot and is quite tasty, with a good amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Crust is thick and fluffy. Delivery was fast and the delivery driver was friendly. Only thing preventing me from giving 5 was the the texture of the chicken on my Buffalo chicken pizza was a little hard, like it was precooked or came out of a package.

I have ordered the Mediterranean from here a out 13 times niw and while it is delicious it is also inconsistent in what you receive. I order the chicken shwarma with rice and it comes with a side salad. Sometimes it comes with pita. Sometimes it has a grilled tomatoes or a grilled pepper. Sometimes it is covered in the yogurt sauce and Sometimes it has 7 chunks of chicken or Sometimes more. Sometimes it has red cabbage in the salad. I ordered the hummus and I got an extra side of something I didnt even order. The food has been fresh. Just inconsistent.

*****UPDATE - 08/2024**** - I initially praised this place because when they first opened they had phenomenal service. Well things have changed. My husband and I recently visited and when we walked in no one greeted us and or took our order for nearly 2-3 mins. It was NOT busy at all and workers visibly walked passed us without saying a word. When I asked question about different menu items the responses were quick and cold as if I were bothering them. One of the items I ordered was a 24 pc wing. I wanted half BBQ and half Mild which they charged a $2.00 fee to split the flavors 🤐. Needless to say the food was not bad but the Service declined BIG time., In addition to the above, on 3 different occasions when we placed a delivery something was wrong or missing. I truly had high hopes for this place but seems their quality of assurance has changed tremendously. **OLD REVIEW - 11/2023 ** I am from NYC born and raised and with all the cultural diversity within the city its really hard to impress me with food outside of the city. The city raises a bar that is pretty hard to beat. I live in Loudonville and I am always looking for "GOOD" food to eat. This new takeout restaurant Legends is sooo GOOD. We ordered from this place the first time and the food was great, we ordered a 2nd time and it was great. I ordered a 3rd time and it was GREAT. I went into the restaurant the 4th time and it was really bright and clean and the food was again GREAT. Not only was the food GREAT the customer service was exceptional as well; very polite and accommodating. Every time we had food delivered the food was fresh and most importantly HOT and verrrrryyy flavorful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to those that love very good flavorful food with awesome customers service. BEST I've had in a long time.

This place was just so-so. I ordered the white broccoli pizza slices and it was just alright. Nothing special, but nothing bad neither.

This place I use to love going to it use to be one of my favorite spots. I go there u see everybody wearing gloves except this one guy who has one glove on and one off. In the mean time he preparing people food using his one hand that he is not wearing gloves now since I was standing there he touching everything and scratched his hair. Now my question is why he don't have both gloves on to prepare people food. And why is he using his bare hands touching the food he preping.. if they have it where their employees have to wear gloves to prepare people food then he should b doing the same wearing both gloves.

This place really is not good. I visited this place while in town and saw the Google reviews so I came here. Unless you’re really hungry, or drunk, this place isn’t worth trying. The pizza crust itself was nice and crispy but the flavor beyond that was not good. It was mediocre at best. I would try another place to be honest. This place has too many options, which explains the poor quality of pizza because they don’t specialize in anything.

Food is mediocre. They do not understand that pizza sitting in a case needs to be reheated long enough to be hot, not lukewarm. Substandard.

Nice hole in the wall that's clean and delicious, but today was the second time i ordered a calzone and they didn't put in close to anything that was on the electronic order. They have a receipt print out and they just don't give a carebear and throw in whatever they want, I also got there 2 minutes before the 20 minute due time and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. The place was dead, it was just before noon, there wasn't even a lunch rush, 3 people came in to get slices of pizza alone. Overall it's great food and the first few weeks it seemed like they knew what they were doing and running well but the past few weeks a couple months after they've opened and they just don't care.

The guys working there were very disrespectful. We initially got there, they said 20min to get our order. 25min later, nothing was made. They then said our food would be ready in 10min. When we went back to get an update 15min later, as we're sitting there watching them do everything but our order, they said, "we're starting it now, it will be 10min. So in total we were waiting there for 50min for nothing to have ever gotten started. They were only concerned about their online orders, completely disregarding us dining in. The lack of giving any craps is what was very appalling. I've been here in the past, had a subpar experience, but this was over the edge.

I ordered wings Extra Extra Crispy and came soggy. Buffalo Chicken salad was mush and chicken was cold. Not sure everything was wilted. Gross! Called to address it the person who answered the phone said it will be better next time then hung up on me. What? Who said I will order next time now?

Pizza was terrible. Large which is a small 8 cut hardly fed 2 of my kids. There are much better places around with better prices and food. The cheese wasn't even melted in the calzone or on our pizza. I didn't even know it was possible for something to be over cooked and undercooked at the same time. Impressive. Do not reccomend at all. Waste of money.

Driver treated me like trash , he handed me the food I ordered. Then asked for payment. I was under the impression I paid with a card which I suppose was not the case. Instead of taking the time to talk to me he ripped the food out of my hands and took off!! This is ridiculous customer service and degrading for women! I ordered 2 lahmacuns and they made me wait for 30 mins without telling or communicating. In the meantime they made 5 pizzas for other customers. It wasn’t even busy so idk why it took that long. They know how to ask 25% tip at the register but when it comes to service… peeps. Don’t go there.

Off the bat as I walked into the store the vibes were terrible. A guy who looked like the owner or something like that, lacked customer service. Workers without hairnets or gloves handling the food and talking all over the food. Pizza slices looked like the beat down Pizza places in Brooklyn after sitting there for a whole day. The simple fact that I was in the middle of signing up for the rewards and he closed out the screen just bothered me. This was my first and last time, telling all my buddies to avoid this place and go to Golden Grain!!! This is what I get for trying a new place that is not to the standard to my usual pizza spot, Golden Grain all the way baby!

I had food here couple of times. Bland. The shwarma is dry. Small portion. They don't even give you any sauces. I've never been to a place where they don't include atleast one cup of sauce. They charge you as well for it. Won't come here again. Expensive as well

ordered a crispy chicken sandwich yesterday on uber eats and it was uncooked and smells bad too

As a former New Yorker, we were looking forward to a nice New York pizza pie during our visit. This pizza was no better than a frozen pizza. The toppings were raw the dough chewy. All of this and we found it to be very expensive at $17 for a small pie.

update: after couple of hours my wife start vomiting , high probability it was the shawarma as it was very smelly and they staple the bag with more than 10 staples so I didn`t open the bag in the restaurant to check. but once I arrived home and opened the bag the smell was so nasty . I ordered shawarma and Gyro (chicken and beef )both were the same it is Shawarma no Gyro, plus the meat was so smelly and overcooked almost burned . Also I ordered kofta and it was very dry tasteless no flavor at all . I payed for extra bread it didn’t come. Lamb kabab was completely waste of money . Not recommended at all . The only point i can say it is good was that by the time i went to pick up my order it was ready in the same time frame they mentioned online .

I have placed my last take out order there. I gave them multiple chances, but the delivery pizza is consistently terrible. It's too salty, and this time it arrived with a burned black bottom crust. They don't know how to make a sub sandwich to save their lives. The spaghetti dinner is drowning in a "sauce"made of water and smashed tomato chunks. Terrible. One delivery guy actively asks for tips, which is very off putting. Never ordering from here again.

I Just got ripped off! This is the thinnest pizza I’ve ever paid 30 bucks for. The cheese was so thin I could see the little sauce that was there right through it. It turned to rock before my eyes after 3 slices. Also the taste of their dirty oven is all you taste in the dough. Unbelievably thin! I guess we are in a recession huh guys?

I order pizza pick up wrong one give. Them call the replace it and the driver want the other pizza back all this after 2 hours waiting. Walked in to order chicken over rice and a beef wrap. I waited for the man at the front desk to finish his phone call, and placed my order. I waited for an additional 20 minutes before being called up to the register, to where I found that they did not take my order down and needed to ask me again for it. While I was waiting I heard two workers behind the register discussing about how a customer found a hair in their food. Upon further inspection at the register, I noticed the workers did not wear hair nets which may have led to that complaint. There are much better places to eat around here.

I had slices before which were good so decided to get a pie. I arrived right at the pick up time and this pizza was cold and dried out. Hardly any cheese. Don't know how the slices looked good but they managed to mess up a cheese pie or give me an older pie from a mistake order maybe. Either way will not be returning with other options in the arena. Refused a refund when I offered to bring the pizza back. Pizza ended up in the trash

The staff was great. The food was horrible. Really disappointed. The large Pizza was made for about 2 people. The pepperoni stuffer was mostly cheese. They gyro was smothered in grease and the chicken was looked like it was cooked The day before. The good thing was the frozen mozzarella sticks
