Snappy Salads

Everyone was welcoming and greeted us quickly! Service was fast and food was good.

I absolutely love Snappy Salads. Upon arrival from the back entrance of the location I was immediately greeted by the General Manager. My order was included 3 items cowboy cookout steak, chicken caesar, and the spicy street corn wrap. Addison, Peter and Tavi had incredible team work as they each assisted with my order and provided me with menu updates. The location was clean, neat and well organized. I appreciate the cash wrap was also clean and wiped down. Our meal was delicious and well prepared. Highly recommend cowboy cookout steak.

I ordered the bam bam salad with a piece of sourdough bread and butter...DELICIOUS!! I will order the same salad on my next visit, no almonds for sure! On my first bite, I forgot about the almonds, and I thought I broke a molar 😆 🤣. The bread was nice, fresh, and warm!!

This is one of my favorite places to have lunch with one of my favorite co-workers. Dustin knows our names and he makes every effort to make our experience enjoyable. He knows my favorite thing to order and he ensures that the staff know as well. I love this place and visit it almost every week. We dine inside or if the weather is nice, we sit outside. I highly recommend it.

Just ordered from the WATTERS CREEK location. I have never had Snappy Salads but will be often now. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The greens are so fresh and everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend. INFACT SO GOOD I had to stop eating and make this review.

I work in the area and love coming to this Snappy. They are always so nice and so quick with my order. I usually get the Chimichurri but the menu recently changed. I have now started having the Grilled Avocado and the Cowboy Steak and they are heavenly! The salad is always so good and the manager is kindest woman ever. She really puts her whole energy into the vision of the salad! Highly recommend.

I recently revisited Snappy Salads at Watters Creek after having stepped away for about a year and a half due to repeated issues with customer service back then. I was honestly hesitant, but my daughter wanted to try it out, so we gave it another chance. And I’m happy to say it was a completely different experience this time around! We ordered the Korean BBQ salad and the Chimichurri steak salad. There was a small mix-up with the protein on my daughter’s salad, but the manager immediately stepped in, fixed it, and even added a little extra steak at no extra charge. The team was super friendly and accommodating, and it truly felt like they were focused on giving great service. Overall, I’m impressed with the positive change. Kudos to the management for turning things around. I’ll definitely be coming back more often now!

The watters creek location of snappy salad has nice outdoor seating with a pleasant vibe and if looking for a healthy option , this place is recommended !

I go to Snappy Salads only to eat their Felafel wrap otherwise I can make my own salad at home!! I chose this location for the first time on a way home. Felafel wrap is delicious so I give them 4 stars for their food only and none for their customer service!!

I love their salads and was excited to see they offer kids meals on their menu. Unfortunately I do not recommend the tenders. Not a lot of food for $6.70

If it wasn’t for Martha, I would have gave this place a one star review however she did an amazing job turning my experience around for me the guys are really rude it was my very 1st time here so I really didn’t understand the process I didn’t think it would be fair to leave a 1 star review after Martha went above and beyond🤎

Staff were nice, salad was good. The reason why I’m giving it three stars is because they couldn’t give me my receipt. I ordered food there and left to my car. I realized I forgot my receipt and came back in less than 5 minutes after I left. I told them I’d like my receipt but the lady said the system can only pull the last two transactions. She tried to pull the order but had no luck. I’m not sure if this is due to lack of training on the PoS or if y’all’s PoS can literally only save the last two transactions. Either way that’s crazy and needs to be addressed.

Staff were nice, salad was good. The reason why I’m giving it three stars is because they couldn’t give me my receipt. I ordered food there and left to my car. I realized I forgot my receipt and came back in less than 5 minutes after I left. I told them I’d like my receipt but the lady said the system can only pull the last two transactions. She tried to pull the order but had no luck. I’m not sure if this is due to lack of training on the PoS or if y’all’s PoS can literally only save the last two transactions. Either way that’s crazy and needs to be addressed.

I ordered grilled chicken on my salad to be delivered. They put breaded chicken on my salad. I have an allergy to wheat and specified this. I called and they resent the correct order. It came again with breaded chicken. I’m thinking they don’t know the difference from grilled/breaded. I do NOT recommend eating here.

I don't know why I keep ordering from this place. They mess up my order more often than not. The two times I have ordered a kids salad for my son, including today, which says comes with grilled chicken, it has come with none. The icing on the cake is that my order today, for my create your own salad, came with a metal staple in it! I understand that EVERYWHERE is short staffed right now, but there's no excuse for this.

Salads go bad same day. Got just hummus and bread and butter today. The hummus was slapped into a cardboard container and looked like something my pet would eat

Ordered from this location via DoorDash and got the Go Go Steak wrap. It arrived and is ridiculously small. It looks like a $0.99 burrito from Taco Bell. Can't believe they charge $10 for how little food is in this meal. I will not be ordering from this place again.

In the last 45 ish days Snappy has decided to make some major changes. The protein portions are smaller and the price went up! They got rid of some of their toppings like walnuts and sunflower seeds. The bowl seems to be smaller, but the price didn't get smaller. My Green Detox was super low in the bottle I got and the labels were sloppy. Just seems like they care about the money, not about the quality or quantity! I don't know that I will continue to eat here, and I was getting a couple salads a week!
