We stopped in for lunch during a long road trip. The place seemed clean. One of my party member's food wasn't with the rest and apparently wasn't on the ticket at all, but it was on there when they read the order back to us. The person taking our order seemed new, so I'll just let it go at that. The chicken was good, but I would skip the biscuits. It is a little pricey for what you get, but it seemed fresh.

Went in for an early dinner to address my craving for fried chicken. John was very attentive and took care of my order promptly. Not recommending the fries since they were not that great. I wish they have potato wedges instead. Fried chickens were pretty good and moist. The facility was well maintained.

I got a 6 piece wings and a medium fry, the food came out hot and fresh wings were fine i just had ate a couple fries and felt something stringy in my mouth as i was chewing come to find out it was a hair im not mad at all they just need to be careful or please wear hair nets

Highly unimpressed.Visiting from out of state, and this is the first time I’ve been to Popeyes that I can remember. Ordered a small mashed potatoes and it had MAYBE a tablespoon of gravy on it. Gravy is not that expensive and there wasn’t even enough gravy for half the potatoes. The strips of chicken were really thin and some of it was so thin that it was 90% breading (You can see in the photos). Unfortunately, this was a to go order so I didn’t realize how bad it was until after we had left. I would definitely not go back.

We ordered a chicken sandwich and 6 nuggets. We were suprised they asked us to pull forward after waiting for 5 minutes when we were the only car in the line. After 12 minutes of sitting and waiting, I pulled back around and asked what was taking so long? They said 3 more minutes and sat for another 5 minutes before we ended up asking for a refund. We were in line sitting there for over 15 total minutes. The kids working there could have cared less about the wait and service. It actually looked like they were laughing together at us inside while we waited for our card back and a receipt for the refund. They didn't apologize once or even try to explain why there was such a long wait. They didn't care at all and this is what happens when you have 5 high schoolers in a fast food joint. Management needs to do better, we'll never be back to this location.

Still try to keep on giving this place a chance since it’s the closest Popeyes to us. But +80% of times the order somehow is always wrong or missing items. The worst was missing an entire chicken sandwich. Missing drinks or wrong drinks. Tenders with zero sauce even though we were asked. Wrong sides. Cold food. Idk what else to say what’s going on here for the past 7-8 months. It’s sad to think that if I want Popeyes… I know I’ll lose money here at this location somehow someway. But, including this time with a mobile order that got canceled, we paid, and as we pulled up to the drive thru we to check in we find out it got refunded/cancelled…. Yay. Time lost. Sadly with the most recent time with the chicken tenders being inedible. Maybe some kind of “freezer burn” or something. But the tenders were literally hard stingy sponges. I would 100% send back… but we need to be places. And the icing on the cake… long wait with no one around… no sauce again… Now… more money down the drain. May the odds be ever in your favor coming here. Flip a coin and hope for the best. Good luck.

Uber eats chose this location vs my usual location and I’m so disgusted with the food quality and packaging. The chicken was OLD. Like hours and hours OLD stale and extremely cold. The fries smelled terribly bad too .. just as cold.. shame on the all of the workers allowing old chicken to just sit rather than tossing out if it’s been hours.. shame on the worker who packed this food I spent a total of $38.52and it’s going straight to the trash!!

Piece of advice. Don’t advertise items you don’t have. My husband and I came for two things. BOTH items were on the menu not marked off but got told they weren’t available. You lost business to Chick-fil-A. Have fun with that.

Anytime I have ordered wings from this location they are always old. The store manager Fernanda is very unprofessional. When I called and advised her the wings I ordered were not fresh, instead of offering to replace my order with fresh wings, she goes on to say wings have a hold time of an hr and if it hasn’t been an hour they can be served. Unfortunately the wings I was served we definitely over an hour old.

Messed my order up 7/29 and I spoke with Leo and was advised I could come redeem my meal. I asked if I needed the receipt he told me no just give his name. I try to redeem my order 8/13 and they proceed to tell me I need a receipt. Told them Leo told me just give his name. They tell me that he’s not there right now and the order was a while ago so they can only give 2 pieces of chicken. Showed them my bank statement for proof of purchase and they still would not redeem the meal. Terrible customer service and I will not be back.

I ordered my lunch online. Get to the store and instead of the manager Leo letting me know there was a wait for tenders, I just stood there confused as to why the wait was. I ordered two orders of tenders and shrimp. While he bagged my food, another employee had an attitude in the back and she pushed a rack of food from the back to the floor- causing my entire order and the extra tenders to fall to the floor. I stood there in shock and I asked the guy who was bagging my items, “OMG” who is the manager? He then said he was The manager, named Leo was not professional at all. He appeared bothered and not attentive. To top it off he had the nerve to put the three mashed potatoes that hit the ground in my bag to be consumed! I politely took it out and asked for new mashed potatoes and fresh fries. I asked for a corporate number and was told to Google it! Oh, okay.
