Taco Bell

This used to be a great taco bell with great service and get your food fast, plus it was always good. The last two times that wasn't the case. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and it was wrong! Now I understand when equipment isn't working correctly, in which case it would take longer but that wasn't the case. Really dissatisfied and will rethink coming to this taco bell anytime soon.

Waited 50-an hour for my food only to get it without my extras and a taco. Guys easily gave me the missing taco but loudly complained about adding my forgotten extras to my nachos

Taco Bell should be in and out in 5mins. 10 minutes if they are busy. 15 minutes later I asked for my order. Only two people were inside waiting for food. 1st and last time.

Got the new Steak Dipping Burritos. I would not call these burritos. Very disappointed. I thought they forgot it with my order until I opened what I thought was a soft taco at the bottom of the bag. Refer to photo for size

I pray the kitchen has soap because there is no soap in the bathroom, no toilet paper, poop smears all over, trash overflowing... do not let your clothes touch the floor. Lava floor would at least be sanitary.

Crunch wrap supream that had barely any meat Have gotten food here in the past and always have an issue with quality. They need new management or something

Takeout order was ready when I arrived but I had to stand at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes before any of the numerous employees that made immediate eye contact with me and chose to ignore me standing there waiting even bothered to acknowledge that I was standing there. As a restaurant employee myself I would lose my job for this.

Ordered a chicken cantina bowl and got all the way home and there’s no chicken in it. This location has messed up orders multiple times where I’ve had to return. No one ever answers the phone so you have to go back.

Absolutely 💯 the worst fast food experience ever! Was first told as i waited at the drive thru that i needed to come into the restaurant to use the kiosk to place my order as they were having drive thru issues. I entered at 9:40 pm. Finished placement of my order at 9:43. Did not take ownership of my order till 10:05 pm. The entire staff was having a conversation with other young kids at the front desk area while I waited quietly from a distance at a table. They paid no mind to who I was. Upon the kids finally leaving after many laughs a woman asked if I was picking up an order. I said no I placed my order 15 minutes ago at the kiosk and while all 6 are at the front im wondering who.is making my order. Wow that set her off. Then I noticed someone finally decided to make my order. I left at 10:05. Absolutely 💯 horrible. I was afraid to eat my order and was fearful that I may face more hostility from this staff as I was leaving. I will never go here again. I wrote corporate! But don't expect a response. I would just recommend saving your time and money and visit some other place. So sad that this restaurant does not care how they represent their place of business. Much less that I as a customer just don't matter. Stay away.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was obvious the kids were new struggling to make orders. Kids and manager filled with attitude, playing with their long straggly hair near food and ridiculously long nails. Disgusting!!! Do better

At feb 17 12:12 pm ... we for got our food at the drive thru... worker that was making the food. . Said smart remarks. And wanted to fight. While the managers where cheering him to fight thats how you deal with it ? . I dont know what business you guess are running but yall need to watch your mouth to customers. DONT COME TO THIS GETTO TACO BELL..... police report has filed on the worker. . Not to mention we lost a 30 min break. Tacobell get your workers under control plz thanks.

Horrible location. Never will I visit here again. They close early when not supposed to and rush when in drive thru. Horrible customer service needs fixing asap. I came to drive thru when they was OPEN and screen not even on so I don’t even know what I want to order. Unprofessional

And told me I couldn't change anything and did not give me any other options when it came to the box. I waited over 15 minutes. And I didn't even get what I wanted. They were cursing in frustration as well while I was trying to explain what I wanted instead. I got so frustrated that I just ordered a quesadilla. And now my quesadilla was not made properly. Not was it warm enough for the cheese to even melt. It was ridiculous.

You order through the app, they don’t give you all your items, and you are out of luck. I called and my options are: Come pick them up, 2 order for pick up on another day. lol. They can’t refund through their own app? Poor service…again

order for veggie Mexican pizza and took only 1 bite and it tested funny so when I went in there and told the cashier about to change it with something else. She did..but the manager started racially profiling me and said " when u people come in for food u always have problems " I could have gone to his level and said something back to him but I don't wanted any unnecessary drama so I left without my replacement food..I been coming to this location for last 2 years and never had a issue until this time..
