EDIT: after revisiting several times I can officially come and re-review! They have consistently made my drink correctly and now fill it all the way to the top! The workers have always been great and the value now seems to be there - so happy they are in Anna! Okay the place is great and the workers are nice but I got my drink two different days and it looked like this. Literally an inch of the cup empty and I haven’t even drank it. The drink itself was made great.... but I paid for a whole cup. I wouldn’t have said anything if it was just once but this is back to back days and I’m a Starbucks regular - I want my full cup of coffee!

I stopped here for the first time today. I ordered an iced sugar cookie latte. I could've eaten a steak dinner by the time they made my drink. They didn't even call my name when my order was ready.

If you see that the drive through is packed and think it will be faster to go inside, think again. I went in and ordered right away but still waited 15 mins for one latte. Drive through definitely has priority, so just get in line! Good customer service and standard drinks.

Sigh. Came back and went inside this time.. they take so long and clearly prioritized drive thru only today. This place needs lots of help on how to run things correctly.. shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to make a drink I ordered way ahead. 😒 Usually great experience here. Ordered ahead, got in line, and a black tundra in front of us had a drink that “didn’t look like their TikTok video” so the workers remade it. TWICE. Instead of telling the driver of the truck to pull around, they kept them in line. My frappe was melted and was chocolate milk by the time I got it. Husbands drink was watered down.. maybe make people pull around when stuff like that happens. The line was then backed up way past the entrance. Lots of drinks just sitting there too.

This location is always a challenge. Drive through line is very slow, no matter how many cars are in front of you. Mobile orders are inaccurate or they’re out of what you ordered and then you’re stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes. Then it’s your job as the CUSTOMER to call in to get refunded because they’re incompetent. Not awesome.

Seems like every time I come here and order my drink they make it incorrectly. I even take the extra steps to ask them to repeat my drink to me and they still make it incorrectly. My drink isn’t very complex, the only substitution is decaf shots rather than frappe roast. To make matters worse, when I request they remake my drink properly, it never fails they seem to get angry at me. I live in Anna, which is why I patronize this particular Starbucks, but to be honest, the service is much better in other cities outside of Anna. It’s pretty bad that the trip to Starbucks makes me nervous because of the attitude I have to deal with. It’s kind of rude to me when I say thank you, and there are no response returned. It’s simple. I say thank you, you say you’re welcome. I say no whip on the bottom of my drink, decaf shots rather than frappe roast, extra crunch and you fix my drink the way I requested. Isn’t this the Starbucks standard?

The coffee tastes good, cinnamon dolce latte, but I was disappointed to find that my Venti cup was only about 2/3 full. It felt like I didn't get my money's worth, and it's something I hope they improve on in the future.

My drinks weren't made like I wanted them I didn't want to make a big fuss but I had ordered three venti drinks two with lots of cookie chips for mocha they didn't put a lot ask him to line the cup they didn't line the cup acid for drizzle on top they didn't do that either I said for extra whipped cream they didn't do that either service was okay but definitely wouldn't go there again

It took 15 minutes for them to prepare my order. We had also ordered a Pink Drink, but it was nothing like the Pink Drinks we’ve gotten from other places before. It was very sweet, and they didn’t add the dragon fruit that’s supposed to be in it. It didn’t look anything like it should, and it didn’t taste good at all. They also gave me the order very late. I’m not satisfied with this place at all.

First time at this Starbucks. My chai latte tasted like plain milk with almost no chai flavor—definitely the worst chai latte I’ve had in a long time. I also had to wait about 15 minutes even after walking inside to get my drink.

they have reef formulated the chai tea. It now taste like an eight dollar glass of water. Now they’ve increased the profit and I will no longer be going there to buy chai tea anymore.

I ordered a Venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso last night at this location and I have never been disappointed in my experience at starbucks ever until last night. I understand I came through around 8pm before you guys close at 9, I understand that irritating bc I too work in the service industry. The customer service wasn’t even what disappointed me the most, when I pay $8 for my drink, i expect to get what I pay for especially when there was no modifications of less or no ice. I hope the next time I visit this location my experience is truly better.

Took 26 minutes to get a tall Frappuccino that was mobile ordered. Watched customers come after me and receive their orders well before. Logan asked for my name numerous times and I was met with nonchalantness. No point in mobile orders as they aren’t timely.
