From the moment I called and placed my order for pickup they were very nice! When I got there Aaron attended me and he was very polite and helpful! He even gave me a discount which was very nice of him! That’s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again Aaron!

So, I ordered delivery, probably later than I should have. They still got my Pizza to me fresh and hot even after close. They even offered to refund me if I didn't want it that late. Delivery driver was really polite, and they even hooked us up with some free Pizza! 5 Stars all the way.

Better then the ingleside pizza hut! Absolute gorgeous pizza! And very friendly staff, ingleside has a rude lady, but not here! Pizza is also on time!

The store was very clean, restrooms very clean. Very fast service. My food was perfectly cooked and the temperature was just right. Emma was very professional and you tell she takes pride in her job!

Emma is a true asset to Pizza Hut. Being in town visiting, I have had a couple of very long and stress filled day, so I figured I would keep things easy and just pick up a pizza for dinner. Well, not being familiar with the area - I ordered at a location 20 minutes from the one in Aransas Pass!! Emma greeted me with a smile, tried to find my online order and stepped way above and beyond by preparing my planned meal within 10 minutes. Way to make what would have been an even longer day much, much better. Excellent customer care.

I have been picking up orders for other people for about a month now. Service is always to notch. Today we decided to have our own lunch there. The young man working heated u is a son as we came through the door. He was very nice and recognized me right away. We ordered our food, sat in the dining room, in a little while our food came out the presentation was amazing! Afterwards we went up to the front and visited with the young man for a bit. Jaymes (we found out his name, finally) was super nice and very polite. We will definitely be recommending this establishment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

There is no dining in here due to roof caving in but staff were very accommodating with take out. Small area to sit while you wait on your order.

Pizza is really good @ Pizza Hut, but when placing a to-go order, I would prefer to speak to a person at the actual location of the order, instead of someone in BFE. Where is the customer service physically located for an app or a call center?

Reasonably priced lunch buffet. The buffet is often left with few selections because as soon as a good variety of pizza is put out, it's cleaned out. They seem to have a poor grasp on what the people want so there are often unappealing options on the buffet. But, as long as you don't mind waiting a few minutes for a good pizza to come out, this place is great for a fairly priced lunch buffet. Me and the guys from work usually go here on payday for lunch.

I called in my order. 45 minutes and my food was still not done. I will admit though that was a darn good tasting thin and crispy pepperoni pizza. Just took too long to get it done.

We brought a group of 17 to dine in on a Sunday evening. The were apparently a lot of take-out orders ahead of us and we had to wait over an hour for our pizza. The employees were as nice as could be and very apologetic.

They are short handed all the time. Same story for almost all the restaurants in this area. It took more than five minutes before someone xame to the counter and took my order. 18 traditional wings, more than $30. If not going to deliver to sick people I would have had time to make my own. Now I know to just keep sick people food for delivery on hand.

Always liked the pan pizza if it's made correctly but we went in and it was me my dad and 2 kids and they watched us walk in sit there for 20 mins which seemed like forever never asked us for drinks or service then I walked up and had to wait in line just for them to tell me the don't have ppl to waitress and I can only get specials online.. who's managing this place because it's a nice place but empty everyday.. guess they make money on deliveries

Dining room was under construction. No signs outside to warn you of that. It was Pizza Hut pizza. Very friendly staff and clean considering the construction area 5 feet from the counter.

Place was clean and well maintained. We ordered a pizza and bread sticks. The order took longer to arrive than our usual visits to pizza hut and it came out just barely warm. We had to go up front and ask for silver ware. The waiter was not very attentive and they were not very busy. He never came back to the table after bringing out the pizza and we waited about 10 min after we were finished to get the check and a take home box. Not one of our better experiences at a Pizza Hut. We normally have great service at Pizza Hut. This one may not be managed the best. The pizza did taste good, would have been better hot.

The service was lacking big time. The interior of building was no seating on one side. Seemed like only one guy there working. But hey he was getting food out. Took a bit and it was hot arriving to our table. Not trying to knock the worker. The large pizza was good.

First time dining in. There was a lady "working" there. On her phone and not helping the only other employee working. Poor guy was literally the server, the cashier, and the cook. I'm not even exaggerating. There was even a sign at the register that said to yell for him as he was the cook also. He was awesome! Great customer service from him! The pizza was hot and delicious. My only critique would be the floors and windows that I could tell. Filthy under the tables like someone swept around the tables but not under and the large windows at the booths were all covered in hand prints and dirty. Didn't use the restroom so can't comment on that. Just would've been nice to see the other employee help him.

My husband and I are new to Aransas Pass, so we decided to try our new neighborhood Pizza Hut. We were pleased to see they had a lunch buffet. But the selection on the buffet was disappointing. There was no salad. There was pasta and marinara sauce to go with it along with bread sticks and pizza. But their selections of pizza was disappointing too. There was pizza with pineapple, a pepperoni with jalapeno, pepperoni with onion and bell pepper, and plain pepperoni. I had the plain pepperoni. It was okay but had a little too much sauce, not enough cheese on it. Also there was cinnamon bread sticks. Those were really good in spite of being a little old and hard from sitting there too long, but I liked them because the fact that they were sitting there for awhile made them kind of crunchy, not soft. The service was good though.

Driver relied on his GPS instead of the directions given. He waited too long to call me, and let me know he was having difficulty finding the address. Pizza cost nearly $25 and was nearly inedible. We ate it because we were hungry and on a lunch break. Will not pay a $5 delivery fee for a short drive to our location only to receive our order way past the "your order is our for delivery" which should be a less than 3 minutes from your location. I actually stood outside for a while looking for a lost delivery vehicle and never saw the car until after he called me. Id like my money back, thank you.

Aransas Pass pizza hut can never seem to get it right. Light sauce means "Light sauce". 2 orders of bread sticks means "2 orders of bread sticks". Instead they try to give us 1 order but we're out of other 1 & wasn't going to tell us. Had to go back to get something else in its place. Use Rockport pizza hut if you're able to.

Let's start with they no longer have buffet like website n Google says. 2 you order at counter, pay for order. Sit wherever. Then when ask for parmesan cheese n peppers were told a $1 a piece. Staff was ok not friendly but not rude either. Had to pay cash thank God we had some cash on us. Pizza was decent

Our food was ready twenty minutes later than it was supposed to be which caused us to be late returning from lunch. We could not get the manager’s attention and had no choice but to wait. Very poor service and obviously need to do a better job of staffing.

The server was great, the food was great and the overall experience was great. Update : the pizza is still good but the employee situation is terrible. The last two trips here found one cook, one server plus one delivery person. Long wait because of lack of personnel. Also everything around the table was dirty, the condiment tray was dirty, floors filthy, kitchen was beyond dirty. We won't be coming back and that's a shame because we really liked this place a year ago.

I called at 9:30 pm on a Friday night for delivery and no one at the store would answer the phone. I placed an order on line and went to pick it up. Employees were standing around doing nothing. I asked for well done pizza and it was far from. Why offer delivery when no one will answer the phone after 9:30 pm.

The last time we ordered the food was good. This time around though we had some issues. The delivery took forever (around 25 mins from the time we were notified that delivery was out) the pizza was barely warm, a bit limp. The breadsticks were chewy and kinda tough this time. Last time it was perfect. The wings were also not very hot but flavor was really good. Dunno what happened this time around but it wasn't very good.

Unfortunately I have to report the Pizza.hut in Aransas pass is a place you need to pass on! We ordered and first we're told they didn't do salads anymore and it is on the menu! 2nd pop is in cans no fountain drinks whe ordered simple One pizza melt and a order of breadsticks. We did get the pizza melts and we waited another 25 min still no bread sticks ! So we.went to pay and guess what they brought out was burnt breadsticks and he wanted us to take them to go! We said no! So fair warning to all.

Pizza is never done in the middle so we request a one half 2nd run thru. Never been a prob until today. Plus order was incorrect with wrong toppings and price was $6 HIGHER THAN LAST TIME for the same pie we always get!!! I think we are thru with AP store.

Just now, lady took 2 hours to deliver. I ordered around 7, it’s now 8:50 and I’ve received no garlic on my breadsticks, just bread. I didn’t even receive the 8 dollar pasta I ordered. Just the garlic-less bread and my wings that I ordered as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Twice tried to use app, both times goes to pickup, change to delivery, erases order and had to start and keeps doing it, the store is 1 miles from house. So ordered on domino apps

I would give this place zero stars, but that's not an option. I order my pizza at 9:00pm and it is now 12:30 am and I still do not have the pizza. This shows the lack of communication and poor customer service this Pizza Hut has. The funny thing is that it is only 5 minutes away from the resort I am staying at. I would night not recommend this place.

Ordered what we wanted by phone. Went to pick it up and was given something completely different. Were told if we wanted to wait they would do it over. We took it and it was also stone cold when we got it home. This was bait and switch at its most basic level. Stay the hell away from this place!

10/10 on management (The older lady with white hair) making you feel like your at your friends house when they start arguing with their parents, she sure knows how to pull a hells kitchen an make a show embarassing employees in front of eveyone and acting like shes got something stuck up her, especially towards customers. Ive never felt so disrespected somewhere and had my meals messed up so much, especially when the cook was unsanitary in FRONT OF CUSTOMERS picking at his teeth! I went here today with my co-workers to the lunch buffet. im supprised to see that the buffet is now 9.15 and the buffet is smaller and they took out the salad bar. there was only one waiter so she was not able to clear off our table and refill our drinks. But when we were paying the Manager came up bc of a mistake that was made on a ticket. when the waitress tried to explain she rolled her eyes and gave her tthis very ugly look infront of us all. i asked for the managers name i believe she said Vanda. im a executive and not even i do this to my girls. im sure it was soomething simple that could of been fixed. no need to treat your employees this way. Also i was making a joke with the cashier and said oh those were my wings when the manager came out with them and asked who they were for she just stood there with a rude face. i was just joking. how rude. i will not be coming back

Very dissatisfied. You pay for dough and sauce. Stingy ingredience for a supreme pizza. Mushy dough. This location hangs up when you're on hold, or they don't answer and get disc. Multiple times. 32.00. I could get lobster tails!

A one rating only because I can't give less on the I ordered at 11:00 p.m. are Tuesday night and it is now 1:29 in the morning and I still don't have any pizza and they will not answer their phone. How do you going to home they get out over manage to charge my credit card which is extremely annoying and I have half a mind to file theft charges 1st thing in the morning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No service whatsoever, and the waitress knew we were there. Waited about 30 minutes and we were the ones that asked for a menu. Didnt even take our drink order. Wasnt even that busy. It was us and another table that needed to be taken care of. We both left because of the poor service.

This Pizza Hut can't deliver 3.5 miles away. Don't waste your time ordering from them if you want delivery. Called Dominoes, they were 5.9 miles away and they had no problem delivering to me, plus same exact order was $10 less.

Doesn't deliver 2.5 miles so had to call back for carry out. Said it would take 15 minutes and we waited at least 30. They use a call center, which might account for the confusion on what qualifies as the area in which they deliver. Definitely would not recommend strictly based on customer service.

I would put a fat 0 if I could, the morning service sucked. The party room was not set up for my party there was a pile of dirt on the floor with broom . Did not get drinks till 30 min later they brought pizza and plates came 20 min later kids had to stare at it till we got our plates ...I will never have a kids party here ever again

You will go thru a call center that will royally screw up your order. Then after waiting for 2 hours they will offer you half off. But only if you call 3 times to get thru to a manager. Which by the time that happens your order has mystically changed to carry out, even though the second time they told you a exact time of how late the pizza was.

The manager at Aransas Pass,TX was so incredibly rude to the point of having me in tears! I accidentally placed my order online at thr wrong pizza hut. It was an honest mistake. There was no need to be rude and snooty. I will NEVER be back to Pizza Hut

Terrible service, rude management the last time I went, food takes way too long to come (if it even does arrive) and was cold when it arrived. Would not recommend. It was better when the establishment was a Wingstreet. If I had let how upset I was take over, I would have insisted they pay me for wasting an hour of my time.

Very slow service. Thin crust pizza was over cooked. Very little toppings on pizza. When checking out they tried to charge us $99.00 for a $14 pizza. No buffet on Saturday. A group with 5 people in it with one guy in a wheelchair came in & they did not offer to help move a table so he could sit with the group. We moved a table so he could sit with his group.

One star because at least they gave me a refund after 40 minutes of waiting for ONE dine in pepperoni pizza. The cashier Jazzlynn reluctantly took my order at the register as well.

Waited about 30 min and watched the waitress walk buy and not even look at us. I had to flag one down and ask for a menu and no return. Went some place else.... I do like the food but wasn't able to get any.

Was brought wrong order. Called in a complaint and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. The whole call center thing is just sad. Bring back in store phones and I'll maybe order their again. Until then pizza hut has lost a customer.

I've been trying to order wings for a month now. Online keeps saying out of stock. I've called also and same answer. Today they finally had them in stock but they called to say their fryers are broken and they cant fill the order. Epic fail.

Absolutely awful both the location and the call center were extremely rude while trying to find my order. I waited 2 hours for my food and they brought it to me cool and still wanted me to pay. They said they would give me credit on my account, so today I tried to order food and they gave me a 10$ credit for 40$ worth of food. I wish "0" stars was an option.

Most horrible place to go to. PLACED a order and when I showed up they still hadn't even started to prepare it, and I wasn't the only person who's order was messed up , there must have been 4 other people that experience the same thing.

New construction outside and inside, but same slow terrible service as usual. Returned to see if anything has changed, but was very disappointed. Waited 10 min to be seated, then when we were seated was told to wait a min for menus. After 15 min with no menus on the way we decided to leave. There was only one other table at the time. Terrible service and time management by the waitress and managers at this establishment. I had already told my wife to expect mediocre service, but this took the cake. My wife and i will never return to this location. Now i see why there are no cars in the parking lot ever!!!

We went to try and eat there today. There was 2other small family's there . We waited 30 min to be asked what we wanted too drink. We waited an hour for my wings and fries by this time we hadn't been asked if we wanted refills then the waitress was really rude when I asked how much longer and if she can get my husband's tea refilled. So an hour and a half go by and my husband's wings come out and no fries and the wing we're not the flavor he wanted by this time my daughter's food hadn't made it out and I asked too speak to a manager and short heavy set lady comes I try to explain that my food was cold told the whole situation and all she says is my bad and that there's only the cook the manager and the waitress there. No apologies or anything. Never going there again. I asked for a GMs number or corprite office number and the manger walks off saying she can't give me those number.

If I could post a zero star I would. From the false advertising to the waitress Jasmine who "just works there" don't bother it's a piss-poor restaurant, which is sad because before Harvey it was one of the good ones. Oh and don't listen to the buffet on Tuesdays that went out two weeks ago, and no one seemed to remember to take the signs off the table.

Very bad service, I placed an order around 7:20 pm over the phone I went to pick up 7:50 pm waited all up until 8:40 pm outside the pizza but. Went inside spoke with a Mathew whom also charged my order once I got them never gave me the eye contact while I nicely and calmly asked “ how much longer for my order ive been waiting for over an hour “ I told him I placed the order @ 7 pm. Mathew rudely said “ I have over 60 poder have patience “ I replied “ I place my order over 1 hr and half ago “ he left to the back and handed me my order and sarcásticly corrected the time I placed it. Very unprofessional, I am not from Aransas Pass and I could say staff from Pizza Hut from aransas very sarcastically rude.

I ordered 2 large pizza. First one was thin crust w/beef and onion, 2nd one was stuff crust w/ pepperoni and mushrooms. Both was greasy but the thin crust was worst. The thin crust was burnt around the end,extra greasy,and bad taste. Overall neither pizza did not taste like a Pizza Hut pizza. I would not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Management seems like they don't know what they are doing, employees not in uniform and talking on the phone while working, unsanitary conditions as well. My girlfriend and I got the wrong pizza when we placed an order. The pizza that they gave us(still wrong) gave my girlfriend and I food poisoning. Would not recommend

Horrible experience with this Pizza Hut! Reached out to customer service and the district manager hasn’t responded. So Pizza was cold, their new oven baked chicken Alfredo was frozen in the middle… on top of that when the delivery driver arrived he was very unprofessional & left my gate open. Which led to my dogs getting loose, and I spent 2 hours chasing them around. Don’t recommend getting pizza from here.

We loved their pizza until our most recent order! The pizza did not even look like our last one..and was soo greasy and oily we threw over half of it away. It drooped so bad we had to use a fork to eat the 1 piece we did try...disgusting and will not order from there again!!

I know Pizza Hut is a Chain,but this restaurant is by far the worst. I ordered my pizza for delivery at 6:42pm , my Pizza wasn't suppose to arrive until 8:19pm.That is an unacceptable time to have to wait for a pizza. My pizza did however arrive early at around 7:45pm.. I can't help but think that's because I live only about 3miles away from the location. Long story short my pizza arrive not full cooked, I called and was told a manager would call me back shortly. I never received a call back, so I called again saying I'd like to bring the pizza back for a refund. Once I arrived the lady at the counter seemed as if I was bothering her due to the fact that I no longer wanted the pizza but prefer my money back. I showed her the pizza and she said it was due to the "Alfredo sauce"! My pizza dough was raw! But she blamed it on the sauce.. smh I've never had a problem with Dominos! I'll just stick with them id prefer to spend $30 on a good pizza not a raw one. I don't normally complain,but I was highly annoyed.

Made a order for delivery and they never showed up. Called twice for them to say the already “tried” to find the house and call me cause they couldn’t find me. Didn’t have one call from them or the manager like they claimed. They canceled my order, which I didn’t find out till I called them a 3rd time (1 1/2 hrs after I place the order). All this chaos for a cookie cake and the brownies…..not to mention I was on hold for 10 minutes just to speak to the same person. I do not recommend! If you want pizza or dessert that will actually show up, have good service, and accurate timing and quality order dominos. Will never order Pizza Hut again!

I don’t understand the point of contactless curbside when they never actually come out. Twice now I’ve asked for curbside and twice I’ve had no one come out. I realize this seems like a small issue but if you offer a service I truly believe you should honor it or just don’t offer it if you don’t have the staff to honor it

Terrible waited over 40 minutes for my order to dine in . I mean the manager was just sitting there not doing a thing. Kitchen complained said they never recieved my order I got here at 5:45 it is now 6:35 and haven't recieved anything but drinks....... yet others get their stuff and not me. I should get a discount or even a free meal. I ordered tye box with 2 medium pizzas and Alfredo and cheesy sticks box. A simple order and they can't even handle it.

This is the WORST pizza hut I have ever had the displeasure of dining at!! First off the dining room needed to be cleaned. Secondly it took forever to be waited on. Our waiter smelled so very awful 🤮 and when I finally got my salad it had a huge hair in it!!! Fast forward 35 min he finally brings the pizza ...cold of course and the whole time the manager was sitting down on her cell phone

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced in my life! Every single time I have ordered from there the order is either wrong or they just simply can’t even remember to put marinara sauce or icing when expected to do so. Once they got my order so wrong, I called up there to have it fixed and when I went back to pick up that order it also was wrong. There are enough employees there that they should be able to get something right but fail to do so every time.

I literally just ordered pizza like 20 minutes ago, and they charged my card twice for the same damn order. I had two charges for $38.95 I called and asked them why they charged me twice for the same order and they said, it’s only showing one order in there system & I said why do I have two charges on my account? I was speaking to the manager too, she said she’ll take care of it, but didn’t really so I told her to cancel my order. Than she said “sorry” and hung up on me. I will never order from Pizza Hut again, don’t understand how you can take someone’s card information over the phone & charge them twice without even having the actual card. The lady that took my order didn’t even sound like she was from here either, so I couldn’t even really understand her on the phone anyways. Terrible service, terrible manager & all this could have been avoided if they would of talked to me like their supposed to and not keep putting me on hold. Yes I got my money put back on my card, but I will never place an order with them again.. and that’s why I always order at dominos. An unnecessary hassle

After a bad experience we had here a year and a half ago, we decided not to eat here again. We recently gave them another shot and it was a mistake. Never again. The first time we ordered we were moving in so we ordered pizza for delivery. After over an hour of not receiving our pizza, we called to check on our order, and after speaking with 3 different people, were told that they didn't have an order on file. Fine. We placed another order and got our pizza at almost midnight, after another hour long wait. We said never again. This past Friday we decided to give them another shot. We ordered wings, chicken alfredo pasta, and cheesy bread. We waited close to an hour, about 25 minutes longer than they told us it would be, and we finally got our food. The pasta had almost no sauce on it. It was mostly dry, burnt noodles. The chicken wings were just thrown in the container dry on top of the sauce. At least the bbq wings had enough sauce that I could toss them around in it, but the spicy garlic wings had almost no sauce in there at all and were basically just chicken nuggets. Never again. We'll go back to Domino's, where the food and service are always fantastic.

No labor shortage here, just laziness. I’ve seen at least 5 employees. We are the only customers yet I see 4 tables that have not been bussed or cleaned yet, flies buzzing around the leftovers and trash. The phone has been ringing for the past 5 minutes but no employees have answered it, this place is a total mess. Update: 10 mins later can’t find anyone to get a to go box or our check, group of employees in the back screaming at eachother.

I ordered online and it said 20 to 30 mins wait.. This was around 11:20am and I’m still waiting on my pizza and it’s 1:45 pm.. I called and there like oh I don’t know what happen with the delivery guy.. WTH is wrong with this business 🤦🏻‍♀️ just close it down already and make it another Mexican restaurant since that’s all we have here and it a lot of a better service. SMH. 😔

Never get specialty pizzas here..or add anything to them because they never do it. If you ask for extra sauce and pay for it or pepperoni or anything like that...they never do it. You'll find out when you're at home and by then it's too late. Pizzas are dry a flavorless.

My husband, sister-in-love & Dad went into eat Friday before the football game, specifically to see if things had improved since being there last (which had been probably 2 years or more). NOPE! They were given menus that had no prices in them. When they asked the waitress about it, she said the prices are in the computer. She couldn’t even tell them how much a large pizza was. This is a scam!!! They got up and left!

The food was disgusting. Bought this over Dominos and NEVER again. There was little to no sauce on a supreme pizza and the toppings were sparce. Also, the marinara tasted like ketchup was added. Not sure if every pizza hut is this bad everywhere, either way this location is on a downhill slope.

Ordered food for delivery and the store is 0.3 miles away. Estimated delivery time was 35-45 mins. I got a message 5 mins after that time frame claiming it was delivered. Customer service said it would be 5-10 more mins. After 15 mins the driver called and said they were here. Food was cold.

My pizza & food were great. This issue here is the service. I stood in the front waiting to receive my to go order (that should’ve been ready 10 minutes prior) for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged at all. The phones were ringing and no one was answering them. There were people in the back clearly because I could hear them, but no one acknowledged the front of the restaurant at all. On top of that my to go order was not even ready. I thought it may be because they were short staffed, but I saw a total of 5-6 people with an almost empty restaurant and no one could even say “someone will be right with you” to show they at least have acknowledged I was there. After I received my order I noticed the ranches and dips were not given to me, so I went back in and stood for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me again! 2 people came to the register a total of 6 times to do who knows what on the register and went right back to the back without saying a word to me. It took a total of 50 minutes extra of waiting to get my order than what I was quoted and should’ve had to wait. If I hadn’t paid money for my dips I would’ve left. Do better & teach your employees to show better customer service.

Hey James (“store manager”), I prefer actual customer service and NO HAIR with my pizza, thanks! I had a hair BAKED INTO my pizza (I’ll attach photos). I’d also like to note that I’m brunette. JAMES, the “store manager”, was so disrespectful to me when I had called the store about my experience. Maybe next time he won’t make a snide remark about the color of hair that was baked into my pizza and try and argue with a customer about it. I won’t buy from here again. I never had an issue with them till this point, but this experience today was awful.

They burnt my cheesy bread and cinnamon sticks and they didn’t even bother to cut them. I had to cut them myself at home. And they didn’t give me any icing 🤦🏽‍♀️

Horrible service with bad attitudes. I had to get up and ask for refills on our drinks. Our large pizza was supposed to be half meat lovers and half pepperoni lovers, the pepperoni lover side was more cheese than pepperoni and the cheese wasn't all the way cooked. Order cheese sticks as an appetizer and it came out 5-6 mins after we got our pizza. Won't be coming here again. Bathroom was also dirty.

They very rude!!! Didn't pay attention when I order. Charge me 5,99$ for some pickle!!! Made wrong pizza then yelling to my face, the big old woman with tattoo on her left wrist. Never ever come here again. Even give me a uncut pizza
