Sometimes when you come in here its on a select black people are treated poorly and others are treated with respect not Emily or the manager but some of them like the other spanish lady not Emily will ignore your request for cookies. LOL. its best to come here in the evening.

The sandwich I wanted to purchase was not available. I did not get upset Even doe, I made this run in the rain and was taken back by the items not being available that I wanted to purchase but the staff was so nice and friendly that it did not matter. Suggestions were made and I ended up walking out with something I had never tired before. In fact the sandwich was so good I came back the next day. Two thumbs up for this Subway Team.
Some of the employees are strange. The girl who made our sandwiches was SUPER slow and wasn't paying attention. It was almost as if she was in la la land. Out of the three employees that i seen only one was helpful and friendly to other patrons. The sandwiches were good as expected.

My mother ordered three sandwiches for our family and politely asked the employee, Genessy, if she could label them. Despite markers being available, she refused with an attitude saying "we don't do that here" (although every Subway we’ve been to does). When we got home, two sandwiches were missing avocado and the chicken sandwich had less than half the meat, even though double meat was paid for. I drove my mother back to get it corrected. Thankfully, Mabel was polite and quickly fixed the issue. However, the poor service and careless preparation from the first employee were very disappointing. Something as simple as writing T/S/C for turkey/steak/chicken shouldn’t be too much to ask for. If you can’t even do something so trivial and mishandle the order on top of that, won’t be returning.
If management or anyone in charge, PLEASE MAKE THE ORDERS HOW WE ORDER IT ONLINE! they took no care in my sandwiches, they were sloppy and not what we ordered at all. They said they had no roast beef so instead added turkey (which wasn't much at all)... Too much sauce which caused it to be soggy and neither sandwich was toasted! Please do better, as if we were standing in front of you watching. Today is 10/5/24

I walked in 10:53 while they were making sandwiches for other customers and some were dining and they told me they were closed. …. According to google they close soon , the door says 11 pm, the “open” sign is on…… the door is unlocked…. I think they need a new night staff that appreciates being employed

I asked for two of the new protein pockets. I told the emplovee to make them exactly the wav it says on the description at the bottom of the picture. The employee then caught an attitude with me im quessing because he couldn't read in ENGLISH. You quy's should either help them learn the language or dont hire them at all simple as that.
If I could give them a negative review I would!!! The workers here couldn't run a faucet. I've orded the BOGO subs on uber eats here twice and both times they've conveniently "forgotten" the additional sub and the one they did manage to package, was wrong!!! Stay away!
We stood in line for almost 25 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The girl heard me make a comment about how long it was taking so she then decided to not take my order and she decided to do everything but take our order. I got in line at 5:40 didn’t get my food until 6:02p. It was not busy at all.. restaurant was empty.. I myself work in customer service and this was by far the worst service I’ve seen in a very long time.
This place is the worst the floors are filthy dirty and the tables are filthy dirty as well the service here sucks only one person working talks too much and very slow I ordered online and they have me waiting for 25 mins ridiculous I’m never coming to this place ever again ! Filthy ! Bad service !
They're only still in business because of the location. I ordered online upon picking up my order i realized it was incorrect i returned it the employee became combative showing me my receipt that my sandwich is supposed to be toasted even tho she couldn't show me on the receipt, bc it wasn't supposed to be toasted, she continued arguing and retreated to the back. I asked for my food to be made over or refunded she told me no. She served other customers and didn't help me. I'm filing a dispute with my bank since subway has no customer service. This is going to be a losing battle for that store
This store rips you off - they will charge you for a more expensive version of a Turkey or Meatball and then act like they don't know what you are talking about. This has happened to be me multiple times and if you are willing to argue eventually they will refund your money. The upcharge isn't a lot but $.50-.75 a customer adds up.
Never thought I would be rating a Subway, but here I am. Please order from any other store, really. Everytime I order they barely add vegetables or dressing, they always medd up the order, I’m not saying sometimes, I mean EVERYTIME. The most disgusting, sloppy sandwiches ever.
Today is May 29th 2024 it is 5:15 and I put the date and the time because I did not even get the name of that staff and I'm hoping the owner sees this, I owned public businesses before and I'm a people person but this thing they have working in there, tall white big girl should not be dealing with public extremely rude extremely unprofessional had a grudge like there ain't no tomorrow charge me a rap at full price and then serve me half of the meat and I told her I'd buy this daily and she said she doesn't care it is what it is,, lm a customer a daily customer at the same subway and this is my first time seeing her, I guess the owner made a mistake in putting in this stuff , I would never come again. One thing is you could explain to the customer the situation but not fight with the customer like you own all Subways companies and I'm sure of what I'm saying because I have this 45 combo daily at every single Subway and I'm only having this issue with her

Today I experienced a volatile display of what was supposed to be mere customer service. I have never experienced such atrocious behavior in any service based industry, as if the lack of proper sanitation and food prep at this location doesn't already make you churn. I went in to purchase a single cookie and bag of chips, I placed the money in the employees(EMELY) hand and in turn she flopped the change on the counter as I was holding my hand out to receive my change back. When i brought it to her attention that I would like the change placed back in my hand as I did her respectfully, she immediately rolled her eyes, and flung her hand in my face and walked away from the counter. The real issue in all this is when asked to speak to the Manager the employees stated there was no Manager available after waiting around she (YANORA) finally came from out of the kitchen and said to me "WHAT DOES IT MATTER?!!". Clearly both managers and employees have a lack of ethos and are poorly trained and uninformed on exceptional customer service. After speaking with the manager she displayed how emotionally impulsive and aggressive she can be when met with heightened customer service issues. There is also a language barrier that needs to be addressed at this location, having a predominantly Hispanic team in a neighborhood that primarily speaks English only is a problem. This location needs a tremendous amount of supervision in understanding the proper ways to interact with customers as well as sanitation. ZERO STARS !!!!
Walked in no one came to the front. 5 mins later someone came in, didn't wash his hands and started to fix 2 pizzas. Lady was in the back on the phone. He tells her someone is in the front she comes out looking at me no hello no how may I help you. I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread she say no we'll have tomorrow. I asked for soup she said no tomorrow. The guy then walks from behind the register puts the pizza in his trunk and go take the garbage to McDonald's.. so basically he was not on the clock at subway he was working at McDonald's. I will never come back here
There is a very rude Hispanic lady with burgundy/red hair that wears coke bottle glasses. She is extremely rude,ghetto and argumentative that works there. She started an unnecessary confrortation then left me standing at the front and went to the back & she was speaking Spanish to another coworker loudly and never serviced me. This is bad business and I spoke with the manager but I was left feeling unwelcome where I spent my hard earned money. Subway this is Bad business she needs to be dealt with ASAP! I only felt welcome when a young African American lady took care of me she and the manager was both nice. I am quite sure I am not the 1st customer this happened to. Rude behavior is ne er acceptable in the food service industry.
Very busy during lunch. One worker seem as if she didn't want to be there. Worker very slow. Keeps scratch her head and rubbing her nose in the process of making food. She also not wearing face mask properly. Other worker very productive getting the line down. Very nasty work station. Alot of veggie were not available.

Really poor service here tonight, 09/01/23, the door dash drivers said they didn’t want to make the sandwiches cause they were close to closing and they had put away the stuff. They then proceeded to say they ran out of salami. Think about that.. a subway without any salami.. okay. Then the DoorDash driver told me they were being unprofessional to her, ended up canceling the order. Never ordering from this subway. Really dumb and unprofessional.
