For a while now, they've been over heating the food till it looks burnt and too hard to eat. I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite foods from them. So I ask them not to heat the food and I take it home and heat it up myself. But, lately, the food looks burnt before I get to heat it. It even looks burnt sitting on the display counter. Their food is awesome when it's not over heated. The people are nice and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

Ive been ordering from here forever a couple years, they don’t value loyal costumers. I came in one day for my first ever pickup I received the pizza with a oily box , I bake myself and cook and whenever oil appears like that the food has been REHEATED MORE THAN ONCE .I had a problem with it and the lady was just rude and nasty she’s the one wearing a cap and oversized she kept threatening me with pulling up camera footage to show I opened the pizza box I was also told I would get the pizza thrown in my face if I didn’t pay thank god I walked out when she was picking up another call . Horrible customer service ever

How do you offer a lunch special that's more expensive than buying the hero and soda separate????, chicken Parm hero 10.49, can of soda 1.49, that's 11.98, but they making a big deal about it being the hero and soda together new lunch special for 11.99, . . . Duh! Other day it was offered to me with the eggplant Parm at 10.49 for hero and soda so I got it, but suddenly today it's 11.99 , sure it's only a penny more for the "special" lunch deal but again how is that a special???? Special rip off maybe to move soda cans ?? lolololol

What happened to this place? The food became so bad! I've been ordering here for about 5 years, but the food last 2 orders were very disappointing 😞 Last time I had the worst garlic nots in my life, in fact, they felt like tasteless, old bread, all of them went to trash. Pizza was not good like in old times, but OK. And yesterday I ordered pizza and it was also bad, the dough was thick and not well baked in some parts. So, 2 bad orders in a row, unfortunately, shows that I need to look for another pizza place now.

I wish this had a 0 star option RUDE DISGUSTING costumer service Im pretty sure you can spot the woman at the front called her over the phone went to pickup got a oily cold box thrown at me

I’m very disappointed with the way my call was handled today. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me, seemed like she was in a rush, and had a clear attitude throughout the conversation. When I asked her why she was being rude, she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. I requested to speak with a manager, and she told me no one was available. At first, a man had answered the phone, but she refused to put anyone else on the line. When I asked for her name, she said she wouldn’t give it to me. I love the food here and order often, and I’ve never had an issue before. But with someone like this answering the phone, it makes me not want to call or place an order again. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and today’s experience was very upsetting.

I ordered a Sicilian Crust pie. It was the worst Sicilian pie I ever had. There was a thin layer of sauce and cheese. I could not enjoy it. I had one slice and that was it.

I’ve Been ordering from this pizzeria since 05’. The past 2 years are the up most worst ever the lady that answered the phone today 2/4/25 and many other days is so nasty and extremely rude. I enjoyed ordering from Via Ponte for so many years. It’s really sad to have people who are so miserable and annoyed from their job to be working with the public.
