Tuesdays is my day to come see LaShauna! Great server! Keep up the great work! Onion rings appetizer came out hot and fast. Wings and tater tots were hot! Celery and carrots are fresh! Most of all...BEER was cold!

Had a late lunch here. I had Chipotle bbq wings, my friend had the habañero mango wings, and we both had beers. Service was pretty fast, food was good, and when a beer got low, the waitress was there to ask if a refill was wanted. TV screens everywhere; I was watching women kickboxing.

Buffalo wild wings in Lake Worth has reopened! The place has been remodeled. They still show UFC PPV. It wasn't crowded at all, perhaps because people don't know they're open again.

We come here often for lunch. Every single visit has been amazing. We’ve mostly had Sarah as our waitress and she is amazing EVERY TIME. Seriously, she is the example of what a waitress should be. I will usually bounce back and forth with what I get, but the new burgers are great! And can’t go wrong with wings. My wings are always hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. I love their onion rings and potato wedges too. I can’t comment on dinner, but we have always had the best experiences during lunch.

Always great service — the staff are super polite and friendly. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I come here often, and it’s perfect every time. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this BWW pretty regularly here recently and typically im not the "sports bar buffalo wing" going type because honestly, if I have the choice, I choose to NOT people. The human race has developed into something nightmares are made of anymore, but when i walk into BWW and see the staff and they're smiling faces, beautifully diverse personalities and Phenomenally sarcastic easy going vibes I feel at home. I have found my PEOPLE!! I watch them interact with customers all over this place. Whether its seating, ordering with questions about customizing, a second round of shots, or customer issues/complaints leading to issue resolution i know without a doubt that customer service has been the primary focus from new trainees all the way up to the managers, i find myself blown away. Stop by, I hope youre lucky enough to cross paths with Johanna, Aleeesha, Tim, Brittany, Natasha, Isaac, and my personal all time favorite Walter (he has my heart) To the team at BWW in Lake Worth: well done, you guys are epic and the masters of your trade!!! I'm not sure why there are a lot of bad reviews. Tonight, my experience was top-notch! Miranda was our server, and she was fantastic and kind. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had a Sam Adams, and it tasted fresh, like it was on tap straight from Jamaica Plain, Boston. I cannot wait to come back. Thanks again, Miranda!

The waitress was awesome. Very attentive. What I didn't like is how children were able to go behind the counter, how the bartender talk to people while the guys wait to be interviewed. Also the bartender says well he don't want a job. If the shoe was on the other foot I would have left as well the overall environment was off.

Decided to go try this one since it reopened and now back in this area. The setup inside is nice and very clean looking. I ordered the 3 chicken tenders crispy with lemon pepper sauce with fries and my daughter got boneless wing with an order of fries. Hers came out first, then a couple of minutes later mine came. Daughter's fries were not fresh they had been sitting under the heat lamp so we did send those back, otherwise everything was good.

Food was good and our waitress was attentive. We asked for a special mix and they were able to make it. Slow and quiet in the afternoons during the week.

This is one of the best BWWs I've ever been too! From the freshness of the food, to the cold draft beer, to the excellent customer service, to the clean restrooms, Thank you! You can tell there is pride taken at this location in all that you experience. I gave it 4 stars because there is room for improvement such as seating and cable issues. The boneless wings were overcooked and the beer wasn't that cold. Not sure if it was an off night or what but it was disappointing.

The sampler appetizer was very flavorful, and was so big. I was already full before my meal came. We had a good time, and I enjoy the fact there are TV's surrounding you on every wall. There is no way you can miss a sports event.

Rest of the food is good no doubt but the mac and cheese the game has gone wrong on this one. Why in the hell would you give your customer burnt mac and cheese. Thats where it thru it off because my kids love mac and chess.. but please check the food before you give out. Money isn't everything always. Customers are

I enjoyed an appetizer sampler. Service was fine, and I visited the place to watch a football game. The quality of the food and viewing experience were consistent with other locations. I recommend the onion rings!

This was my first time to Buffalo wild wings. I was impressed by the size of the bacon double cheeseburger and the onion rings were phenomenal. What I could care less for is what seems like the dry thick coating on the boneless chicken wings with the spicy garlic sauce course that wasn't spicy garlic sauce. It's the coating has something in it that resembles Tabasco sauce with garlic and very little garlic. The hint of garlic is not there. The server was very helpful as this was my first time there And I struggled for picking anything from the six-sided menu. Anyway, I did take home some of the cheese curds and I asked the server if they were cheddar and she said yes. Well I got home and took my first bite and I knew it was mozzarella. So a few disappointments but nothing that will keep me from coming back again especially the server. It was very attentive and explanatory and helpful. I could do with less of the chicken wings being coated in a hard crust and then some sauce stone on top or dipping into it to make it more easily edible. I'll try something different next time.

What can you say? Typical chain food with above and beyond space for watching your favorite sports on multiple multiple TV sets. Good beer selection and also good food selection. Service is always hit and miss here but the place was packed for NFL Sunday.

Wings,wings,wings... so many places to get your flying feathers 🪶. Buffalo wild wings has got you covered. Wings in a variety of ways. Burgers, chicken tenders and more. Great atmosphere to catch a sporting event on TV 📺. This particular location had been closed for recent remodeling, which our server had informed us. Which led to all new staff. Service was slow for us and everyone around us. Lots of confusion on getting our food as ordered. Training managers were on hand but didn't seem to have success training the trainees. Food was good but the service was very poor. I noticed others patrons frustrations as well. Hopefully they get it together. Would visit again in future.

Food was great once we got it, hence the 2 Stars. Erik got everything squared away pretty quick once we let him know there were issues with the order spiraling out of control(one thing after another). Apparently we had gotten a server that was brand new, so I get it. My suggestion...have a shadow with the new hires until they've driven to be efficient on there own, because this girl WAS NOT. That being said, it's a newly opened, fresh location...atmosphere is great! We will be back for sure.

Picked up an online order. A few boxes came with wings that were not coated evenly or hardly. I haven't had a great experience with this store ( pick up or dine in) ever. But I decided to try it again and I remember why I stoped eating here after I saw my food. I recommend wingstop if your there for wings but this place does have more tv's with sports on.

My husband and I used to go to BWW pretty often when we lived out of state, and haven't had an issue with the food. With that being said, we were disappointed. Twice 😖 (first time was during dinner, second time was during lunch). Service was fine, but everything was cooked way TOO LONG. Our wings shouldn't be dry, let alone approaching dehydration ;-) But seriously. We got traditional both with sauce and with dry rub. Our fries and chips were ALSO way too dry, like the timer they use has been set way longer than it needs to be. This is the second time we went and we're disappointed by the dryness of everything, so sadly I don't think we will be going to this location again. Someone needs to give the cooks some much needed training on timing your food accurately.

Food: the traditional wings in original buffalo sauce were good wings; they are worthy of 4 stars. The dip trio is a 2 star item. The queso was good but the guacamole is overpowered with citrus and the salsa is sweeter than I prefer. The chips are on the thicker side and felt slightly stale. Armosphere: Loud sports bar, lots of tvs. It's what you should expect from a national chain sports bar. Service: Bright spot. I was a immediately waited on and MaKayla was one of the better servers I've had in a long time. She was attentive and quick to assist.

We normally love buffalo wild wings! We've had I feel bad experiences with different locations in the past. Tonight was the first time we had an issue at this location. We ordered food to go and right off the bat three things were missing from my order. I went back in, and they were quickly corrected, but in the 10 minutes it told me to drive home, our french fries were hard and ice cold. I ordered onion rings, which were all stuck together. Some areas were raw most of it was just greasy!

I enjoyed this place so much the last time I came, I decided to come again and catch happy hour. My bartender was fantastic, period. She came by several times to check on me and I ended up ordering a burger. When the burger came out it was hot and so were the fries. When I went to take my first bite, there was hair INSIDE the burger. I told her what happened, and she quickly took it away and offered for them to make another one, I declined. She expressed the incident to the manager on duty. But what I define as poor service, is the manager never showed up, never came out to apologize, nothing. Disappointing.

Cold hard cooked fries. Waited 15 minutes for the wing to be cooked only to get home which is 5 minutes from BWW wings weren't even hot room temperature at most. This was my first time trying BWW and my last.

Food was good, but took too long, it wasn't even that busy when we went, so no justification on the long wait. They seem maybe understaffed, we saw the hosted helping waitress, and she was the best one. Very attentive and aware of customer's needs. We'll try again on a few months. P.S., they were out of Shiner draft, (worst part)

Refurbished building looks great, nice layout. Bartender was great. Bathrooms haven't been touched since the night before, expected better for the first day of match madness.

Update: this location appears to be closed. Not sure if it’s temporary or permanent but the person who replies to reviews and messages is unhelpful. Extremely hit or miss. Sometimes I am impressed with how good the food is, and other times its a complete disaster. Not really sure what determines if I'm going to receive wings with adequate sauce, or the side of ranch that I ordered. There are some pics for reference. I'm pretty sure they recently had a campaign saying how they refreshed their boneless wings to be bigger and tastier. Definitely not the case. Glad Pluckers and Wing Stop are relatively close by.

The wings were burnt. Way to cooked. And the sauce wasn't good. Damn near $20 bucks for 10 wings and they weren't even good. Definitely my last trip.

Wings are not fresh made and when you return the food some of the servers get attitude other are nice about it. 4/5 times my wings have been cold, so I will be asking for them to be fresh made each time or I will be sending them back, I don't understand why they aren't being made fresh when ordering, id rather enjoy my drink and wait and have delicious food then just fast crappy food / service.

I’ve ordered through Uber Eats twice now and both times I received bone in wings even with the label on the container saying boneless. Uber eats wouldn’t even compensate for the mess up. One time is understandable but twice come on now.

i want to start by saying the server was AMAZING. But the manager and host were so rude. We asked for a specific seat and had to wait 10 mins for it, which we were okay with. Then went they go to sit us they don’t give us the seat we want, they didn’t even say anything.

Service tonight was non-existent. Went to get a table with my son after a movie around 9:40pm. Being a Sunday night this late I figured they would be short on staff. Didn't get greeted at the door for a table. After 5 min of looking at all of the dirty tables, I figured takeout would be better. I only saw 2 waitresses and 1 bar tender. Nobody was Manning the takeout counter, so I ordered online. Order was supposed to be ready at 10pm. Went to the counter and nobody talked to me or the other 6 people waiting to pickup orders. At 10:20pm, the bar tender noticed we were not being helped, so he left his customers at the bar to help me out. He grabbed my order off the counter and bagged it up. All the food was cold by the time we got home, had to warm it up in the air fryer. Didn't get the bag of carrots/celery I ordered extra and paid for. I understand being a Sunday night before Labor day, they were short handed. Still, you guys were open and at least acknowledge customers when they are waiting. 3 times a waitresses walked by and turned her head away instead of apologizing and ensuring someone would be by soon to assist. 3 times I have given this location a chance. I believe y'all struck out. Management needs to fix this. We won't be back. Good luck. I give praise to the Bar Tender. The only one who helped.

I would give it zero stars if i could. My family of 8 came for my son’s birthday a few months back. Our waitress was great but our food took FOREVER. Everyone got their food at different times and one of my kids got his food when everyone was already finished! Plus the order was wrong. My son’s cake was dropped or knocked over when they brought it out from the fridge so that was a mess and disappointing. The manager ATTEMPTED to make things right. Gave us 2- $25 gift cards. I finally made it in after it was closed for remodeling. My family and I used to come in quite frequently to have dinner before the renovation and loved it! Now, after renovation I had high hopes and was severely disappointed! Immediately after walking in, we were asked if we would like a booth or a table and when we asked for the booth option, a group of servers (or hosts I’m not sure) pointed at our table and we’re talking about how inconvenient it was that we wanted to sit at a booth. Mind you they were maybe 20 feet away from our table while saying this. The remodel is disappointing. They took out half of the restaurant to make the bar bigger and there’s may be a total of 20 tables in the whole restaurant. It definitely doesn’t have the same vibe and feel as it used to. Our server seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and when we said we needed to split the check once we get to that point she said “you needed the check split?” While, looking at us like we were stupid even though we mentioned we needed it split before we even ordered. The ranch we got had hair in it. Our server came to our table maybe twice the whole hour we were in there. It took us longer to get our food than it did for us to eat it. And the wings are the size of half of a McDonald’s chicken nugget. The management at Buffalo wild wings definitely needs to go to a training course because the servers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They also don’t know how to serve properly and treat customers. The blonde server- I think her name is Jordan, was the only one who looked like she knew what she was doing and genuinely cared about her tables. I don’t think I could ever go back which is disappointing because I was hoping to really enjoy eating here!

Service was non existent due to the lack of staff scheduled for tonight. I sat and watched a bartender (Victor) bust his A$$, trying to get drinks out, take orders, buss his bar top AND bar back for himself…. I was told by several staff members that Amber Kelly (the HMFIC for the LAKE WORTH TX location) refused to hire or staff the bar properly so that she could increase her bonus at the end of the year. The food took forever and by the time it finally got in front of us it was ice cold. Was trying to take my lady out for a decent evening of fun and a good meal. That fell through due to how pitiful the food was. Disappointing to say the absolute least. Hope that corporate is able to turn this captain-less ship around at some point.

Let’s start with saying we have been at this LAKE WORTH, TX location a few times and the SAME bartender Victor (who is very polite and absolutely wonderful at literally busting his A$$) has been by himself every time we’ve been here, because this location is always short staffed and seems to have zero upper management help on the floor. Granted the store manager was on the food line tonight, but where is all the other managers for this location? Amber Kelly where are you? Heard you left this morning during the lunch rush… unfortunate you’re letting your lake worth location fail on a FRIDAY NIGHT to where this location is picking up all the food tabs for everyone’s cold food. YOU, Ms. Kelly should probably find more people to be here to support your store if you’re taking off early for your next vacation. Anyways, food was extremely cold tonight, beer was great (Thanks Victor) and once again the place was slammed with one bartender and maybe 3 servers on the entire floor. Let’s do better BDubs on supporting your staff here and giving them better opportunities to serve your customers instead of cutting your staff short so you can improve your bonuses at the end of the year.

We ordered something that said chips and salsa were included, but the waitress said we could only have them if we asked for them, so we did. Then she asked what sides we wanted instead of them (I have no idea why). So we ordered onion rings, then we were charged for them. When I asked her why we were charged, she said they didn't come with the meal. Nothing comes with sides. I told her the menu clearly stated that chips and salsa were included. She said we should have asked for them. Her service was terrible and we ended up having to ask for our check. Once I gave herthe card it was another 15 minutes before she came back. It was extremely loud and they wouldn't let us have a booth. We were told those were for larger parties than just two people. So we were seated at a handicap table by the kitchen. Never going back.

BWW used to be my favorite spot to go to for good wings but the service can be pretty inconsistent, great and then terrible. this last time was beyond terrible. I can't remember his name but our waiter made it so I dont want to come here ever again. Terrible service, doesn't check up on us, brings food to one of us and then takes forever for the next time. we got the 2 for 20 and he charges us separately for the orders even though I asked for the 2 for 20. he had to go change it saying it was a mistake. and then he comes and takes the check right after I sign it while looking at it right in front of us. never have I seen that before. crazy

The host Kaylee SUCKS. She’s more worried about talking to people in the kitchen instead of seating guest & cleaning/bussing tables for more guests. She will make eye contact with you and hide behind the take out wall and let you stand for 10-15 minutes until you either stare her down or walk out. Once she sees your not leaving she will walk up slowly with attitude and seem pissed your there then She will tell you it’s a 30 minute wait due to being understaffed and all servers just got sat and that your more than welcome to go elsewhere. When asked about cleaning an empty but dirty table she refuses. Once a server emptied a table she sat us there it was dirty we asked her for a rag or washcloth to wipe the table down she walked off and never came back. She’s a JOKE. However Miranda our server apologized over and over for the dirty table she sat us at and offered to wipe it and apologized for us being sat at a dirty table top. She was speedy and super friendly and nice! Miranda made our visit better! However watching the host Kaylee constantly ignore new guest and allow them to walk out or send them “else wear” was Terrible to see if this is your child Do better with teaching her how to work. She’s not cut out for food service she’s awful.

I don't understand why it is so hard to get one order right. I ordered via door dash and ordered 10 boneless garlic parm wings, one regular fry, and a brownie. My entire order of fries was missing. The bag was completely sealed so it was not the door dashers fault. But there's a copy of the order taped to the bag that literally shows regular fries. So I call to let the restaurant know that they forgot my fries in my order, and all she said was to contact doordash for a refund. Like it was doordash's fault. That's not fixing my problem. The fries are still missing but they weren't even willing to make it right when they were the ones who messed up. I suggest if you're going to order from this location to just do a takeout order, and check your own bag before you leave.

We tried to have dinner and watch the football game and was never attended. We even cleaned the table ourselves since all tables were taken. We waiting half hour to be greeted or taken our drink order but no server. We asked the waitress in pink hair to help us get a table cleaned and she said ok. And she avoided our table for the rest of the night. As wet tried to get her attention and she visibly ignored us! We asked the food runner if we can get a waitress to our table and she went up to the same pink hair girl and let her know and she visibly saw us and laughed and walked away. Instead she went to attend a table that just got sat and got them their drinks. We ended up leaving because we were the only ones not attended in the entire restaurant!

We would’ve liked to actually eaten here if anyone acknowledged us, the host didn’t have a wait list and there were several parties standing at the front so how are they supposed to know who to sit and when, and when we sat at the bar, the bartenders did not say anything to us. It was such a disappointment. I hope management trains their staff to better serve their patrons. This was the last chance I was giving Buffalo Wild Wings and I’m done with this franchise.

I placed an order for Uber Eats that was delivered to me on time. When we started to distribute the food, I noticed that the chicken was way overcooked and it did not look right. Either the chicken was old and refried and packaged, or it was just way overcooked the first time that it was prepared. I do not know how they managed to let chicken like that escape the kitchen. You should not accept defects, create defects, or pass alone defects. Today they did that. As a result, I had to get into my vehicle and drive all the way back to that location and tell them about the order that I received via Uber eats. It really defeated the purpose of ordering Uber Eats because now I have wasted a lot of money. An upside to this story, is that the staff and the manager was nice and they quickly remade the order, but unfortunately, the food was still slightly overcooked even though it is better than the first batch. This location should really have someone in the kitchen, monitoring the quality of the food and ensuring that the staff is being coached on the proper preparation of the food. It is unfortunate for this location that I had a bad experience, because before it closed the first time it was a really fantastic establishment with good quality food, but now not so much. I think that I will have to pass on this location for a while and see if it gets better. UPDATE: I followed the link given by the owner in the response. When you answer the questions, and state that you ordered through the 3rd part app, the website automatically puts the blame on the 3rd party even though the product came from Buffalo Wild Wings. So way to not take ownership of your product. You may want to inform corporate about this issue.

Waiting at the front for 10 minutes not one person let us know how long was the wait or to be seated and multiple waitresses walking past us. So we walked out, was very disappointed in lack of service.

We went there last night Aug 30th and walked right back out. This place was disgusting, so dirty, the host didnt even know what to do. I have never seen a restaurant look like that. If the health inspector came in they would have definitely closed this location.

It's pretty irritating to get an order from them and the box have the correct order on it but then you open it and it's only half the wings you ordered. I get mistakes are made but how do you miss a sticker that says 20 and then only put 10 in the box with that sticker on it? Ended up just giving the order to the GF to eat rather than us splitting it. Also paid for extra sauce, wasn't in there as well.

Had gnats flying around, stinks as soon as you come in. Food took a long time to come out so we got it to go, had fried pickles they came out looking very light colored and under cooked, the Philly cheese steak that was brought out in the Togo had clearly been sitting in the back for a while

The experience was good overall, but the wrap that I had was a bit skimpy on the chicken.. it was the smallest wrap I've ever had at a BWW. Other than that it was what you'd expect. So I gave this place another chance... I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and got veggies... Even showed the bar tender and took a picture to share with all of you. This area needs a Pluckers...!! So, yes I gave this place another chance. My order of a avocado bacon burger came out without the avocado... The kitchen is a wreck here.... I've reduced it to one star because every visit had errors including cold soggy fries... No more chances... They've lost a valuable client....

Placed a delivery order yesterday bc I wanted my favorite there pretzels knots store was out of pretzel knots & said they would replace it I get my delivery & I only have fries ? I’m not sure how almost $12 pretzels knots even equal up to a regular $3 fry that was very unacceptable & cheating me out of money delivery person was waiting at the store for over 30 minutes just to get fries & when she left she texted again & said she just realized they never gave a drink that I paid for ! I would love to hear a email or something from the general manager of this location & also a refund coupon or something !

The video of 34 people boost empty 26 people boost empty and two tables empty and they’re still not seating. A line of people one of the waitress actually told me that the kitchen is not caught up. That’s why they’re not seating anyone but I would rather be seated and have drinks then stand on my feet for an hour it is already been over 30 minutes

Now, I see why the rates are so low for this location. Was there yesterday afternoon having a snack and a beer with my wife. Power went out and the manager asked everybody to go eat outside on the hundred degree weather. Instead of saying, we can pack your food to go… She insisted for me to go outside and I refuse.. Then she asked me to leave and not come back(She was not gonna allow me come back) I do not remember her name, but she have red cheeks and is a heavyset. I remember her working hostess there years ago and I guess she worked her way up or they’re desperate for managers!!!!!

Don't order food from here. A week ago I ordered Uber Eats and my food arrived incomplete. I called and they said they couldn't do anything about it. They promised a refund, but it never came. They don't care about anything. It's obvious they lied to me. I should mention that the food isn't great, and on top of that, it was incomplete. Seriously? I will never order food from that place again.

I ordered food and only got half the order. When I called them they insisted there was nothing that could be done. When I asked to speak with the manager the girl who answered the phone said i was being rude and that the manager waa busy. I contined to ask for the manager and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. The wings were over cooked and hard.

This by far has to be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to it really depends on certain workers working. I went in tonight and the bartender that they had his name was Santino was horrendously bad at his job. I went in sat at the bar didn't get service for almost 10 to 15 minutes when I finally got my order I waited another 20-30 minutes with no response no check backs or anything. From this guy he didn't even go to check in on my food he spent 20 minutes at the bar doing random things for everybody else. Even the two couples that were there ahead of me seem like they have been waiting. What finally broke the straw is when some random dude I guess he knew came in he immediately sat him down got him a beer took his order. He didn't bother check in on me at that point and this is another 10 minutes going on so at that point I just leave.

Love Buffalo Wild Wings, but seems this location needs to change something about their kitchen operations. Fries taste old, boneless wings sauce coverage is lacking, and classic wings needed a second round of feather plucking… had it not been delivery I would have sent my order back.

I asked to sit outside because it's so cold in this restaurant. I just walked out of this location because I sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged . I went inside and asked if I was going to get service, and I was told they've been too busy to take care of me. Really??? So, haven't been back, but decided to order delivery because I was craving wings. Was delivered 45 minutes after it was picked up. Food was cold and WET. (it was closed up hot in a plastic bag.) I realized that is not the restaurant's problem, BUT I didn't get my sauces on the side and I did not get any celery. Who can eat wings without sauce??? I called the restaurant, they didn't care. Was told a "manager would call me when they weren't busy". Really? Just don't care what kind of experience your customer is having? Regardless of where they are?? I guess so. At least the delivery service refunded my order. THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DOESN'T CARE!!! AND BWW: I am NOT going to reach out to you another way. If you can't take care of me when I'm in store, or ordering online, I don't want anything to do with you! AND how stupid that you ask me to reach out. I've done that multiple times. You are not going to help, unless you change management at this location!

Our first time eating here and we love their wings but not this time - the wings over cooked, fries seem like hours old and burger meat was so dry and over cooked . Manager stated wings were fresh and we had this order to go as well. So food can’t go dry when live 10 mins away.

Very poor quality on their food oil needs to be changed frequently in their fryers if your wings or any fried food looks dark thats bad food taste is horrible this is the second time in a row this happens will not be a customer of theirs again. Poor quality customer service as well. Place wasnt even packed and took over 45 minutes to receive our food. Very disappointed.

This location is awful!! Friday night it wasn't even packed they were just very understaffed. Took 19mins to order drinks and they wouldn't let us order food cause the kitchen was backed up. Over 30mins we got to order food which took another 24mins to come out. Everyone's fried where cold and hard the wings didn't look cooked all the way. They charged for ranch. We will not be going back to this location. The service and food was so bad I wish I could give negative stars cause they don't even deserve one star.

My boyfriend, my baby, and I had a terrible experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday. We waited a while for someone to seat us, and when we finally got seated in the corner, the lady assured us that someone would be with us shortly. However, no one ever came, and we waited for 20 minutes. Two more couples came in after us and got their someone got their drinks ordered, but we were still waiting for someone to get our orders for drinks. No one ever ended up coming all of the workers were just looking at us while cleaning and mind you it was around 8:30pm…. So in that case, we got up and left the restaurant. My boyfriend and I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this experience has made me reconsider returning.

Chicken was nothing like the menu photo. Chicken looked like a frozen great value patty. Also was missing tomato and had the wrong sauce. The false advertising and quality was absolutely terrible. Never ordering here again.

The customer service was good. No complaints there. But to order takeout, and you give me wings with feathers still on them, is a HUGE PROBLEM ‼️ That should be a health violation. You just don’t do that‼️Then for the queso dip with chili (their appetizer), you give this small cup, with an excessive amount of chips. It’s not worth the money to not receive equal portions. Last, the fries were overcooked and burnt. I was looking forward to this location since it was new, but it’s completely a disappointment. Maybe eating in is better, but our takeout food was horrible‼️

We were excited to try this location and were let down. We placed an order for pick up which was supposed to be ready at 5:40 p.m. When we arrived we were told they were just waiting on fries and chicken fingers. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but after an additional 40 minutes of waiting, the order was brought out and everything except the chicken fingers was cold. One of the meals (pictured) had very few fries and those were cold and hard as if they had been sitting all day. Needless to say we will not be returning until they get some processes ironed out.
