I ALWAYS tip at restaurants... until this morning. Our server had brown hair, tattoos, and her name started with a "K" (I can't remember exactly what her name is) and she was so incredibly rude to my mom and I. I was waiting for my food and my mom had asked the server if her practically RAW bacon could be cooked more... We waited for a long time so I asked the server if our food was ready. She rolled her eyes and said "I already TOLD you it's coming!" and then walked away. Five more minutes later, and still no food. When my pancakes finally arrived, my mom asked about her food. The server gave a blank stare like she had no idea what my mom was talking about! Turns out it had been waiting on the warmer the whole time. No apology. Nothing. She just seemed to think we were the problem, when she was actually incompetent and rude. If she would have just apologized, we would have been fine with that. Mistakes happen. But due to her poor attitude, we will not be returning to this location.

Order country fried, broccoli, smashed potatoes. They served me French fries instead of mashed potatoes. They didn't do anything to fix the problem. I didn't get mashed potatoes. Ignored it like if never happened. When i got my plate, waiter agreed he got it wrong. I was under the weather and i didn't wanted make a scene or had the energy to fight. At the end.....I paid for my whole family meals over 145 dollars. Food can be average but customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went with my sister and nephews for breakfast today, February 28th, and I felt discriminated against by the restaurant and the staff. The wait times are very long; it took about 30 minutes to get a table. It took another 30 minutes to take our order, and not only that, but when the waitress brought all the food, not a single item was correct; everything was wrong. So we had to wait even longer. I was so upset because, from 11:35 when we were seated, they didn't bring our food until 12:30, and for what? Everything was wrong. I told the waitress I was upset, but she didn't care. People who arrived much later than us ate and finished, and we couldn't eat because our order was prepared incorrectly. Nobody did anything to resolve the unpleasant situation; it seemed like the staff and even the manager didn't care. This isn't the first bad experience at this restaurant; there have been other incidents, but I always wanted to give the establishment a chance, but this was the last time I went to this place. They should be more grateful and attentive to their customers because their business depends on them. Besides, I think we're good customers because we always leave a good tip, but apparently they don't care about any of that. To top it all off, I couldn't eat because I was so upset. Out of six people, only two ate; the rest of the food was left untouched. But they charged us for everything as if what they gave us had been perfectly prepared. 😡👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I ordered a simple breakfast plate with egg whites and asked for no butter on the pancakes. My order came out with butter on top, and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, they took the plate back and simply scraped the butter off instead of remaking it fresh. What was more disappointing was the attitude I received when bringing it up. It was a straightforward request, and I expected it to be handled professionally. Mistakes happen, but how they’re corrected matters. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

My friend and I went out for breakfast this Sunday, January 4, 2026, and I was more embarrassed than the waitress was when she served us coffee from such a dirty coffee pot. Even though it's just coffee they serve in that pot, the presentation was terrible. I didn't eat with confidence because I wondered, if the coffee pot is this dirty, what must the kitchen be like? It could easily cause an infection; it's unhygienic and unprofessional. I'm mentioning this so the restaurant and the people who eat at IHOP will be more careful. It looked like they pulled it out of the trash. Besides, the waitress didn't want to make the order the way we asked for it; we wanted the bread with avocado, the eggs, and the hash browns served separately👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible experience, restaurant had an average amount of people, but for some reason, our order took over an hour to come. All that for a chicken sandwich, some pancakes, and some fries. Left the restaurant without even getting the tood. This is outrageous, youre better off eating anywhere else.

I should have had pancakes. My wife says “stick to what they are known for ”. But I went for a buttermilk chicken sandwich because it look so good in the picture. Big mistake. The food was bland, flavorless and regretful. The type of place that looks good in pictures but that’s about it. My wife had the spicy poblano Benedict. Same, some flavor yes , but leans more on the bland and simple side. Stick to the pancakes everyone.

Bad customer service and rude manager. I do not recommend ordering online. They dispatch the orders to 3rd parties and mix up orders and it’s just a mess. Then the restaurant doesn’t want to hold accountability. It’s best going to Millie’s up the street or Denny’s.

The service was very bad. The pancake took over 30 minutes to come out and the waitress didn't come back until right before that. There was not many people there therefore the food shouldn't have taken that long. The pancakes should have been hot and not cold as long as I waited, the butter wouldn't even melt. The pancakes were ripping apart, I could have made better pancakes with my own excellent service. I will never go back, I will go to Dennys from here on.
