I ordered the cheese gordita crunch with no lettuce and extra spicy ranch and it was delicious. I also got a mtn dew and Pepsi and it just tastes better from here.
We are traveling from the lower part of Michigan and this is by far the best tacobell that we've had. Everyone who works for tacobell needs to be sent here to learn how to make the food and how to interact with customers. If it was possible I'd give 10 stars!!
Taco Bell offers a new great choice for those people doing low-carb or keto. Go with the Cantina Chicken Bowl minus rice and beans and ask for double chicken or double guacamole or both. So delicious!
I stopped at this Taco Bell traveling through and expected the norm. I was over impressed with the customer service At the ordering window! They were very patient kind and didn’t rush me through. When I then went to the next window to pay and pick up, the girl who cashed me out was extremely kind and asked all necessary questions like if I need sauce or napkins. (Unsure of her name, but she was A+ & deserves a raise! She has red hair ) then, when I presumed to open my food to eat it, it was the most perfect & perfectly assembled & qualify Taco Bell order I have ever had in my entire life! Great job at this location in all four corners!
They have authentic food. Im talking this stuff is so good. Then their sweets i think ended up not being what I thought but is completley normal. I guess cookies for say our christmass cookies arnt the same as authentic Mexican sweets. They are still so very good jyst a tuch more land then I was used to.

Most of the food was hot and fresh and prepared pretty quick actually. It's taco bell and pretty much know what you're getting there. I was kinda disappointed tonight though because I ordered something new to try and it was disgusting as in cold and the potatoes are like little rocks instead of fluffy potatoes. Do better taco bell.
They make good food, cannot complain. However occasionally it is incredibly slow. Very hit or miss, sometimes i speed through and sometimes I end up just leaving the line and driving off after I've ordered because the line hasn't moved for 10 minutes.
Terrible customer service. Stood at the counter for about 5 mins with no acknowledgement. Staff had a attitude.
Seemed to be short staffed. Place was kinda dirty[rugs on seats, drink left by someone on table for 20+ minutes, floor was very sticky and stuff left on tables] bathrooms were gross. Food was good though!

Lazy workers, long drive thru times, and can’t listen. I mean don’t bother to ask for certain items off your sandwich or in your burritos. In one ear and out the other when you go for lunch time or dinner. I ordered three nacho fries and cheese and they gave me three bags of tortillas chips with no cheese.
Gave me a soda (Baja blast) that had other soda & a bright yellow liquid around the lid and outside of the cup. The inside is completely closed. Lineup was too long to complain they gave me a possible mixed soda I didn't ask for and the fact I had to clean it up before and clean my hands after handling it.. lucky it ain't one star. This is disgusting.
First I could barely hear the lady at the counter talk. She was so quiet I had to asked her quite a few times what she said. I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito and the rice in both were hard and crunchy. The beans were old and clumped together in my burritos and my daughters pintos and cheese… Plus the ladies bathroom was disgusting.
No chicken tenders, they were frozen. I got coleslaw and mashed potatoes they expected me to eat with my fingers - I did not receive a fork 😒
I work in the food industry myself, i can understand in certain circumstances of why is wasn't the best experience. They're understaffed, not a customer issue but management. Food, was decent. Checked my food, was missing a taco. Went up, took a bit to get service again. Understandable to a point, they're probably overworked. Hope this place hires the people they need to fix this.
More tortilla than rice, bean and cheese toppings. Wonder if they were running low or if that's they way the manager wants the employees to do things? It's hard to mess up an all time favorite comfort food like that but you were successful. Will not be back to this location!
Went in to order to go so my daughter could use the restroom on our trip home. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to order. Waited another 15+ for food. Employees gave no concern or care. Food ended up being luke warm at best.
First time I have visited in 5 years. I walked up to front counter and waited about 5 minutes with no counter person. I then asked the drive-thru young lady if there was a person that could take my order. She was short with me and responded that there were only 2 workers. It was noon. Food quality: biscuit was uneven in thickness, looking like a pie wedge. Chicken was on the small size, but tasted okay. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted fine as well. Overall, not worth my $10. I'll spend $5 more for a better experience! If I owned this franchise, I would personally be there to create a better customer experience.
This place has gone down hill quick. I used to work here and back then it was a decent place to get food. No it seems like almost everytime I go the food is made wrong or I am missing something. This was my food last night. Alnost none of my food was wrapped and closed up. Sauce and and extremely messy in the bag.
9pm at the drive through tonight and they said just to let you know, we are out of beef, chicken and steak and no chicken for KFC either and so I asked why they are still open and they stated they aren't allowed to close. Wth?! They are out of all the main ingredients for all their menu items on both the taco bell and kfc sides... why stay open.
They misheard my order at the speaker then at the window they blamed me for changing it at the window. So in retaliation I got a poorly made taco with no lettuce, a chicken quesadilla that was somehow cold, a famous bowl with barely any chicken and they forgot my drink. There is a reason those people work there..... Aim high.
Ordered a few bean and rice burritos, and two drinks. Told us while ordering “um one minute” after ordering our cheesy bean and rice burritos. Allowed us to continue ordering, then had us pull up. At the window says there’s no rice…. And then gave us attitude when we said, “if you don’t have rice, I don’t want the cheesy bean and rice burritos”.
I'm not going here for now on. I went here and the drive thru person told me thru speaker it would be 15 minute wait before I could order food. And there was no one in line. So I left. And decided to go back another day. And me and my wife order some food and got up to the window and paid for the food. And was waiting for like 5 or so minutes and then the asked me to pull up front and they will bring it out to me. So I'm like ok. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. So I had enough and went in there to get my money back. And they asked me what I was waiting for. Omg ... we where at the taco bell on 05-09-23. We had 6 items was all.
If you're that busy, say something over the speaker instead of having customers sitting and waiting 10-15 minutes at the drive-thru speaker waiting to order.
Wow walked in and some thing or someone was rank. Had to leave. BK next door, their lobby, was so much fresher.
I've been to this restaurant many times and have always had great experiences but these new people the hired in are rude and impatient. I'm a manager and I would be angry if my staff acted like that. The dishwasher in the back was cross contaminating between cleaning products, raw food, and cooked product. The lady giving us our food slammed it on the counter and walked away and the cashier acted like we were a nuisance to him. Extremely disappointed
We went to give our order and the employee on register was to interested in his phone to look at us and take our order ..we waited for him to put his phone down and he took our order checking his phone the whole time! We then waited a little over half hr for our 4 dritoloco tacos..there was garbage all over the back of the kitchen and all the outside bins were over filled..when we finally did get our food there was barely any fillings. It looked full staff to me but only 2 employees actually doing anything..we witnessed multiple orders messed up while we there also..Idk if it was just a bad day for everyone there but it was not a pleasant experience..
my partner and I went through the drive through and got our food, my food was wrong made incorrectly so we went through again, when we got up to the window we told them our order just to confirm what the order was. we got our food and not only was there incorrect amount (ordered two burritos and only got one) it was an entirely different burrito. i’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but come on
We just stopped by on our way up north for dinner. We ordered almost $20 worth of food. Both chicken quesadillas had almost no chicken, mostly cheese and not cut. The hard tacos were stale and the rest of the food had almost no meat in it. We also didn’t get a few things we ordered. I attempted calling multiple times with no answer. Very poor service.
So, they messed up my order, it happens. Gave 'em a call when i got home and noticed, guy on the other end was professional, took down my name, listed the missing items, says they'll replace them next time I'm in. Go in a few days later, make my order, and then mention the earlier incident. They ask for my name... ask if i remember who i talked to..."nope"...ask what the items where...."ok, please pull to the second window ". Pay, get my order, drive into the parking lot, and of course the previous order hasn't been fixed. Furthermore the new order tastes extremely off. I won't be back.
20 minute wait in drive-thru just to get to the window to pay. My food wasnt even made at that point and waited an additional 7-8 minutes to get my food. Nearly 30 minutes in a drive-thru, and the girl finally hands me my order. I'm guessing they had to butcher the cow or mill the flour? My food was a smashed disaster in the bag when I got home and pulled it out. Definitely will reconsider before coming here again.
I'd like to start by saying I will never visit this establishment again. Horrible service. To begin with the women who took my order at the speaker had an attitude in her voice that I had noticed immediately. I was extra polite in the hopes she would change her attitude. She did after a little bit of speaking back and forth. Second, I had ask for a cheesy gordita crunch three times and I did not receive the cheesy gordita crunch with my order. Third, I was not asked if I would like any sauce at the speaker nor at the window. Fourth, I did not receive any napkins with my order. Finally, one of the hard shell tacos I got with my meal was basically empty. All together I got the grilled cheese burrito box, that I didn't finish because it was subpar. A cheesy gordita crunch that I never got, and a nacho crunch double stacked taco. I also did not receive a receipt with my order as well. So I couldn't make a complaint formally because I definitely would have. I would assume this is a strategy to not be reported to headcorp. But that's fine You're ratings can just tank and hopefully you'll close eventually. I'm very disappointed with this taco Bell. I will never visit this establishment again. If you are looking for an alternative place I would recommend the taco Bell in Freeland. They always get my order right, always ask for sauce, always put napkins, never forget anything in the order, and are always very polite.
Order wrong after they made me wait extra time because they didn't have the food I ordered after I'd already been there for 10 min! This store never seems to get it right!! No modifications, notta! Not sure what the hassle is! I love Taco Bell 😭 Not ever going back! Please get new managment!!
Thi taco bell was the absolute worst one I have eaten at. The twists we couldn't even eat. They were like cooked it old oil. And left a bitter aftertaste in your mouth. The spicy potato taco was bad. Old dried over cooked potatoes. The chicken quesadilla was all cheese. No receipt to prove anything. I'm afraid to stop there again
Was out of ground beef and Mac and cheese 😭 waited over 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. The car in front of us left because no was on speaker in drive thru. Got FF, they were soggy and salty. Will not be going back to that Taco Bell / KFC .
Very very slow. Been there 5 times and every time mess up order. This is a kfc/taco bell and you can tell by the taste of food. Should be using grease for separate restraunts in my opinion. Workers act like don't even care and have no hussle. Need to be reminded what fast food restraunt means.
We ordered a grilled stuffed steak burrito and a cantina crunchy tacos meal. The burrito was burned on the outside. The cantina tacos only had chicken and cheese in them, no sauce. We went back to return the burrito and the young man helping else stated that it wasn't burned and that he would have ate it. I highly doubt it. We were afraid to ask for a replacement, so we asked for a refund instead. The food was made incorrectly, under-portioned, and burned. The one staff member who handled the return was rude and unprofessional.
my baja blast tasted weird update: it was diet. i want a refund they didn’t even give me a receipt. if i don’t get a free baja blast i will never go to taco bell again. you lost a loyal customer.
I ordered an hour before closing and went to get the food at 9:30 but they wouldn't answer the doors or intercom and put on the app saying I grabbed the food so I'm not able to get a refund and when I called the line was to busy. This place doesn't care about their customers and are willing to scam you. Don't go here.
If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the fourth time I have been to this Taco Bell and my food was either incorrect, cold, or flat out disgusting. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. It took forever for someone to come the drive through speaker when there was nobody else in line. The only reason for stopping is because it’s on the way home for convenience. Do not recommend- get Burger King instead.
We decided to go inside this Taco Bell while stopping for food, on a road trip. We ordered at 7:18pm and did not get our food until 7:46pm! 3 other indoor orders and multiple drive-thru orders came out before ours. Had to ask twice for the status of our order as well and received annoyed tones from the employees. Once we finally received our meal, one of our tacos was incorrect and there was no sour cream on the nachos. Not sure if the establishment is normally like this or it just happened to be a bad day for this shift, but I definitely don't plan on coming back.
This place has always been slow but it’s only got worse, I live only a few miles away, so it’s a “quick convenient” option. I went to get dinner for 2 of us, pulled in and the only one in the drive thru, ordered and it took 20 minutes for the food, during that time the line was super long, pulled away and checked the bag and of course food was missing.. so back in the long line I go, waited 5 minutes for someone to even come over the speaker. Durning that time the car behind me left and the car that ordered in front of me backed out and left. Waiting another 15 minutes to just get the food that was forgot. Corporate needs to crack down on this location. Couldn’t order the food I wanted as they were out of the shell and the food we got was not even good.
I don't visit this location very often because I know that I will always have something messed up or missing, but usually both. I ordered a Chalupa combo and was not told that they were out of chicken, they just substituted beef. The hard taco was crushed up into pieces and they gave a medium drink when the combo meals are listed on the menu as including a large. As if that wasn't enough, they did not include everything in the order, which was only for three people so it was not a large order. A return trip had to be made to get all of the items. This order was placed after the dinner rush but well before closing. This is extremely unacceptable and I cannot recommend ever going to this location.
I eat at Taco Bell multiple times each week, but my visit to this location was really disappointing. The service was super slow, and when I finally got my food, it wasn't what I ordered. I tried to get it fixed, but the staff member started arguing with me and didn't want to change it. It was awkward because there were a bunch of other people waiting too. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I just left without the right order.
This place is gross and the service is terrible. The bathroom had poop all over, the dining room had trash all over and every table was dirty, the workers were rude when we ordered and when we got our food, and the food wasn't that good. Just go to the Burger King or McDonald's instead.

We stopped in at 9:05 p.m. at the drive-thru ordered three regular tacos, two Taco Supremes and two small drinks. We were told they only had larges and they charged us for larges. We received our food and the three regular tacos were received as soft shell instead of hard shell. They refuse to come back to the window until I went around to where you order, I was informed that they couldn't remake the tacos as hard shell because they had used the end of the beef and didn't have anymore. So we parked and ate our food anyway. And then we found out that there was no sour cream on the Taco Supremes. We paid $18 for food that was not what we ordered. We will never come back. Which is a shame, because we passed this location all the time. Staff was grumpy food was marginal and not what we ordered. My advice is to stay away from this one
Service was terrible. My wife and I stood in line patiently and when It was time for us to order the cashier walked away for about 5 minutes then stood at the register with her back towards us for about 20 minutes. As more customers continue to come in we wait patiently. Finally we both had enough and asked are you ready to take our orders or do we need to eat somewhere else? She replied with " oh yeah I'm ready." Other customers orders were constantly wrong.. the place stunk of uncleanness. Was not impressed.. I'm a fan of tacobell but this one in particular. Will never eat there again. Terrible!
I don’t know who was working on 9/13/23 at 9:05 pm but that woman was so rude. I sat patiently for 2 minutes at the drive thru before saying “Hello?” And then getting service, but as I tried to order, she was being so rude when she was asking clarifying questions and then she stopped answering so I sped off. I worked fast food for 2 years and never spoke to a customer with disrespect. Shame on her.
I rarely give 1 star reviews however- getting tired! We show up to DINE INSIDE at 830pm which the signs I'll post clearly indicate their open till 10pm inside, which I know is so late by today standards (sarcasim). God forbid we have any social interaction past the hours of 8pm after the pandemic. Anyways, their doors were shut, just like so many other doors at the unforseen hour of 830PM. We've all heard the labor excuse it's not that it's called control.
37 minutes for a deluxe box, but at least they gave me a coupon for one free taco! Somehow Taco Bell and kfc combination stores are always bad, but this one takes the cake! The cashier lady was apologetic. She wasn’t the one making the food.
We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting for our food. My husband was upset but calm about it. We ordered vegetarian- when we finally got our food it had meat on it. Ok mistakes happen so my husband went inside which took another 15 minutes after the worker said he'd work on it personally. Then when he mentioned it took to long the girl Amanda said we can't make our grills any faster when it definitely does not take 15 minutes to make food. The food is good but this was literally the worst experience in taco bell so far. The manager was sitting in the lobby not doing a darn thing to fix anything laughing with a friend in the lobby... this is not how management works.
We stood there for 10 minutes getting stared dead in the face by employees and they did not acknowledge us. We literally got "What do you want" when they finally got to us and told us they had no chicken. No CHICKEN? Lady, this is a KFC. We walked out, got called ignorant, and here we are. I would rather eat at the Burger King, and I hate Burger King. Whoever runs this place seriously needs to get their house in order. I gave one star because I can't give none.
Avoid this one. Honestly this has to be the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I've been going to this exact location for as long as I can remember since it's close to home. It used to be good. However the past years have been horrible. Orders are never correct, when we contact them about the issues they say they will fix it on the next order, which they attempt and fail. I have not gotten a correct order in over 2 years. Food tastes bland and the wait is ridiculous. I go out of my way to not eat here now. Don't choose this place.
This place could be decent but we had a terrible experience in the drive through today at 3:15 pm. Customer service was terrible and we were treated rudely and with complete disrespect. If there is such a thing as customer service anymore, this store is totally lacking. I would seriously avoid this establishment and the two female employees that we dealt with at the time should be fired. As a result we sank so low as to go to McDonald's which was the only other choice.

Zero stars! The customer service is horrible! Went through the drive thru and no Mexican pizza shells, forgot to ring up a cheesy bean and rice burrito, forgot to give us the drink. While placing our order at the speaker could hear an employee screaming "óh yeah oh yeah oh yeah" then when we get to the window screaming "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh' as if someone was harmed. The person at the window was extremely rude and when asked if that was all the items closed the window. When I went back to fix the missing items from the order the lobby was absolutely disgusting! Food on the counter and tables, food and trash on the floor, the fountain machine was covered in syrup and spilled soda. the kitchen work spaces had food debris on them and on the floor. I waited for at least 10 minutes before someone noticed me standing in the lobby, I did notice another employee standing around the corner motioning her hands to get the attention of someone else to alert them I was there. The cashier I spoke with was the same person originally to take the order. She asked me if I wanted to make the order myself.... I told her the drink was sufficient and they could make the burrito. I absolutely will not be visiting this location ever again. there were two other patrons in the lobby who were also visibly displeased with the level of service and condition of the lobby.
I wouldn't leave a staring i didn't have to. Ordered a chicken breast original and mashed potatoes. Was given extra crispy, it was tough, greasy and tasted old. Potatoes were very thick and off colored ( yellowisn) definitely old.... gross, inedible

By far the WORST Taco Bell / KFC ever!! Open until 11 PM but sorry, can’t over anything fried (eliminating almost the entire KFC menu) because they are “cleaning the fryer” 🙄 You are not cleaning the fryer hours before closing. Ask for a Mt Dew Zero with our meal, told they didn’t have that kind, roll up to the window and there is someone else getting some. This beats McDonalds and the ice cream machine always being down 100 times over. Absolutely horrible!!
If I could I would do a minus 5. Horrible service. Poor manager..we ordered on line and picked up in store from the KFC part of this TB. I asked the manager if I could have a towel to wipe off a table since every table was dirty. She said someone would be right out. 10 minutes later our food was ready an no one wiped tables so I asked the girl who gave us our food if I could have a towel and again was told someone would be right out. 5 minutes later no one came out as I watched at least 4 employees standing in the back talking so we decided to eat in our car. When I opened my box it was wrong. I ordered tenders and got nuggets. I took it back in and told them and the manager told me it's the same chicken and breading so she doesn't see the problem. The problem is I ordered and paid for tenders. After arguing with me she grabbed the box out of my hand and threw it away and very rudely told me to move she has other people to wait on. She proceeded to tell me that this was all my fault because I asked multiple people to wipe a table. Excuse me is it to much to ask to have a clean table to eat at. My food was remade and I got my tenders but no fries. I ate the tenders in my car took the trash back in to throw away and told them it was still wrong and was told to leave. I'm not sure who owns this store but in my opinion that manager needs to be fired. I am a general manager at another restaurant and if I treated people the way I was treat I would be fired on the spot. This all happened on October 14 2024 @ 6 pm. There was one older couple in the restaurant and they said they could not believe what they heard and would not be coming back either.
It took a while before someone came up and waited on us. The lady who waited on me seemed like she did not want to be there. I ordered a chicken cantina quesadilla and a medium drink was charged 11 and some change. Then when my order came out it was not what I ordered. When I said something about that not being my order they did not seem to care. They did not offer to give me my difference back. Staff was rude when I told them that was not my order.
tried to order inside but was told it was close, “drive thru only.” had no problem with doing that, but the woman who told us to do so was very rude at the window and then had someone else hand out the drink we order. we were not rude in anyway to warrant such a response.
Awful management. The lady who manages this location is the rudest person I have come across in quite some time. I asked for hot sauce and she rolled her eyes, grabbed it, then when I put my hand out, she slammed it on the counter. I asked for my drink cup after paying and she walked away, so a nearby employee gave it to me. Dirty tables, overflowing trash as well.. this place is a mess and I would advise keeping away until management is overhauled.
Closed before posted hours! On one occasion, all the lights were off except the dining room just after 9pm. I ended up going to Burger King. Once I verified they were open until 10pm, I went through drive through another day at 9:45pm. I was asked for my order and when I asked for a 10 on the TB menu I was told the grill and fryers were already closed down. They stated that I could get chicken or a power bowl. Not easy items to eat in a car. Side note: when I went through the drive through, one employee was standing outside talking to someone in a vehicle while the side door was propped open. I understand everyone wants to go home but this was poor customer service and management.
Came to order today and the person taking the order was the rudest man ever! Tried to order the mashed potato poppers as there is an advertisement sign on their menu and he repeatedly cut me off saying they don’t carry them… why would you have a sign then sir? DONT go here!! Ughhh
Struggle to get meals right and in a timely manner. Food never seems fresh. Honestly, as someone who lives within 10 minutes, and it's on my way home, I would rather go 15 mins out of my way to hit a different location than go to this location. The only thing that saves this location is being RIGHT off I-75, otherwise I have full confidence they would have shut down years ago.

I order the same thing whenever I visit a Taco Bell, the cantina burrito. Today I stopped at the Taco Bell on 3 mile drive through. It was the worst cantina burrito I have ever had. There was nothing but lettuce a small piece of chicken. Not worth the 6 dollars.
Whether it's the taco bell side or the kfc side, they seem to always be out of key ingredients for their menu. Last time they were out of lettuce and tomatoes for tacos, and this time, during lunch hour, all their buns were frozen and told me i had to cancel my own order with nothing to offer. This was a horrolible experience and horrible location. Went around 230pm, every table inside was dirty and we had to wipe one off ourselves to sit down. There were at least 4, maybe 5 people working when we got there and our food was placed in the delivery/pick up area and if they did tell us it was ready we didn't hear, probably because we were too busy cleaning off our table. They saw us sitting and didn't tell us that was our food till we went and asked. Never offered us hot sauce. A couple came in while we were eating and all staff had disappeared. The woman had to yell multiple times for someone to come serve her...it was clearly the guy who was preparing the food. All of the staff were so unfriendly, don't greet anyone or smile. My cheesy gordita crunch was completely stuck to the wrapper and I had to peel it off with an entire layer left on the wrapper and it had hardly any meat on it. My soft taco was srunched in a circle when I opened it. When I filled up my drink there was a black peice floating in it....I guarantee was mold because they likely don't clean out the lines on the drink machine. Someone else came in and asked if anyone was working because no one was there to take his order either. The garbage can was full, we couldn't even place our trash in it. And all 4 glass doors when entering the building are filthy!!! Disgusting location. I think a regional manager needs to pay this place a visit asap!!
I try so hard not to go here. It’s close to my house so every now and then I cave and stop. Either they are out of meat or like tonight, out of nacho cheese. Couldn’t tell you how many times I get home and order is wrong and have to go back. Since the lobby closes so early you have to go back and wait at the drive thru to try to get it right again. If you are really hungry for taco bell drive a few extra miles to another one.
Went through got a 5 layer and a grill cheese Burrito Got a grilled cheese burrito and a bean the recipe was unreadable thay said It was A bean burrito on the receipt. I pointed out is a bean burrito 359 now. Eventually, the manager came over and give me another burrito But you couldn't even read the receipt. I should've took a picture.They have items on their menu that they don't carry which is annoying. Why do you Have advertisements for items you don't sell Their speaker system sounds terrible. You can't understand them They have signs for the vanilla freeze slushy, but they don't carry it, but they got 4 signs outside for it. That makes no sense.
This is consistently for years the absolute worst location. I used to go here after class sometimes on the way home. I could be the only person in the drivethru and nobody in the restaurant but wait at least 15 minutes for my food. I just assume it's because they are making things fresh, but 15 minutes seems excessive for one person. Almost every employee never has positive customer service skills. I have never said a word or complaint. The other day was the breaking point for them losing a me as a customer. First, it's lunch time and they had no taco bell food, only KFC food is what the employee told me on the spraker. I said that's fine. I ordered, got my food, and once I left the drivethru, realized I didn't get my sauce for my tenders or the cup of water she told me she was charging $1 for (which I was ok paying). I didn't get a receipt to check if I was in fact charged, only her verbally saying it. That comes into play in a moment. I go back through the drivethru speaker and say that I didn't get my water i paid for, and no sauce. Instead of her saying sorry about that we'll take care of that, she wants to argue and says "you did get a sauce in the bag but I'll give you another one." I said "no, there's only honey in the bag." She then for some reason feels like she needs to argue and accuse me of lying. She says "yes you did." I said "no I didn't" and she said again "yes". How petty can you be!! I chalk it up to her probably being a bratty teenager, but I get really hurt when someone accuses me of being a liar. It gets under my skin so bad. I pulled up to the window and held up the bag to show her there was no sauce, thinking she would apologize for accusing me of lying. Well...she didn't!! Surprise surprise. I said "where's the sauce in this bag?" She just kept saying "I put one in there." She then threw two sauces in the bag, and held my water out. I asked her again where the sauce is in the bag. She didn't answer. I ask again. She says "It's in there, I just put in two." I said, "yes! You just put in two because there wasn't any." She never apologized for accusing me of lying about a stupid sauce. She then said "it's too early in the morning for this. Are you taking this water or not." By the way, it's 11:30am, not even morning. I said I didn't like you lying about me. She slammed the window shut. I sat there and waited for her to come back. When she came back I said I want a refund for the water. She then claimed "I didn't even charge you for the water." I found that odd seeing as how she told me she was charging me $1 at the speaker, but I never got a receipt to confirm. Since said she didn't charge me for the water, I said "I don't want it then" and drove off. I don't want to be accused of stealing too!!
Came inside to order and no one came to take my order. Literally had to go through the drive through. Awful service considering people saw us waiting to place an order
If you're looking for the slowest place to get food then look no further! We waited to order for over 5 minutes while people inside the kitchen just looked at us. Once we ordered we waited over 15 min before finally going up and asking where our food is. My fiance waited at the front counter for another 5 min before someone finally came up and asked him what he needed. He said we still hadnt gotten our food. The lady then turns around to a bag of food waiting by the drive thru window. Apparently our food had been waiting there for a while. She didn't offer to heat it up or anything. Barely warm food. Terrible service.
Wrong order and it look under cooked trashed the whole meal. $15 down the drain

I've come here multiple times and no one answers the drive though, even though they're open. Can by tonight at 8:30 pm, menu lights were off as we're the big sign lights, but the indoor lights were on. Couldn't get an answer in the deive through. Soon as I drove off both came on. How convenient
UPDATE: It was the exact same this time that was 10 months ago. I thought it had been a year ago, but nonetheless, they never did anything about the last time I came even when they said they were going to be able To send me a gift card through the mail or a gift receipt or something like that they said I would be able to redeem for the same amount that we had spent even though I just wanted a refund, but that was last time I had put it in the past we gave them another chance this time and 10 months later it was still exactly the same terrible customer service. I called them and I was very nice to him and he told me I was a liar and then he made the food himself that all of it was correct and none of it was correct. Absolutely none of it. And my husband and I got 3 5 layer burritos And we couldn’t eat half of them because there were some sort of really hard substance in there. We are assuming that it was old beef because it was like bone texture. It was that hard and I choked on something really hard on my quesadilla. Couldn’t Make half of what we wanted because they said they were servicing their oil and all of our food was wrong and both of us feel sick now after eating it. I’m going to reiterate DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The person on the phone, I don’t know his name legitimately called me a liar, and said that he hates his life and his job and said “how about we make a deal you never come back. And you won’t get our shitty food” And I said “so you admit your food is Shitty” And he said yes, and honestly, I don’t care. And I said that is as plain as the nose on my face I said I would pray for him, and I hope he sees the world in a better light and honestly at this point I don’t want to refund. I just want to get this whole experience back, but that’s not possible. Also, I forgot to say he also called my husband rude and told me that he immediately pegged him out as a “problem customer” Which is very unprofessional to say and very untrue because my husband is the nicest person on the planet. He used to work in fast food so he knows how to treat people. And he also accused me of doing this intentionally, but I had no knowledge that this was the talk about my husband was going to, and so after I told him that my food was awful. worst food experience of my life by far. Absolutely awful! Let me start by saying I NEVER leave bad reviews! I dont even know where to start! Customer service was terrible! Then we sat down and waited for our food and they put our food in the delivery area and said nothing to us for 10 minutes! We didn't know our food was ready! Spent $40 on food for it to sit there for 10 minutes and get cold we had to ask if it was our food and we didn't check it before we left and we should have because we were missing half of the food we ordered! All my husband had to eat was the wrong burrito and some chips and nacho cheese! and my Mexican pizza was terrible tasted like old fryer oil! They got pretty much got every item that we did receive wrong as well!
If I could do zero stars I would because 1 star is too many. Ordered 2 burrito supremes, 2 chalupa, 1 taco, 2 drinks. $27!!! Drive thru so don’t start eating until we were 10 min north on 75 in Thanksgiving traffic. The burrito tasted like it was made with sawdust. The chalupa tasted like it was used to drain the oil in the fryer. The taco was less than half full. Disgusting. Couldn’t eat 3 of the $27 dollar items. Called to request a refund. Was told they only do replacements. Why would I want to eat the food again. When I told the young man what I wanted, I was asked for a reason. I said it was disgusting. He said, and I quote “that’s not possible, we do quality checks every hour”. Will spread this to everyone I can as well as do a social media post. Owner, you may want to tell your staff to NOT say that to a paying customer! = Lost revenue
Only got 2 medium pops asked no ice had me repeat and still got them with ice and a cheesy bean and rice burrito and the rice wasn't fully cooked or was on the line too long. And there was guacamole all over the bottom of the bag. Now have to pay to get my car detailed. After having to wait 3-4 minutes to be greeted at the window and had to say hello to get a response.
Worst taco bell ive ever been to staff slow food is horrible u get no meet on tacos nothing lime not enough on one taco to have one nacho chip lol sad gor 11$
Absolutely HORRENDOUS. I was asked what my order was, and im not even kidding, at least 6 times at the speaker. Get up to the window, the girl has airpods in, and asks my order ANOTHER 8 times. I repeat each time, and she doesn't type it in, anything. Finally types it in, after a few minutes, then tells me no potatoes for the spicy potato soft tacos. I pay (how did it come to 22 and some change?) For 6 soft tacos, a side of chicken and a large baja blast. Then she comes up and says 'we ran out of beef, what do you want on your tacos?' Legit the WORST service I have EVER had. Watch the cameras. I wasnt rude, or anything. Came thru the drive thru 30 mins before close.
I am out of town working and staying across the street. KFC/Taco Bell is conveniently close for a dinner when getting back to the room late(after 7pm). We have been there 3 times over the past 2 weeks and each time was to say the least...terrible. Many different items were unavailable, no matter the time. How are you out of sandwich buns at 7pm when you are open until 11? How are you out of extra crispy chicken at 730? Why are you cleaning the fryer at 645, which eliminates quite a few items on your menu. Why are you out of chicken on a bone(extra crispy and original) at 815..give me a break. This by far is the worst kfc/taco bell I/we have ever been to. The service on top of that was extremely rude and cocky when asked questions. Col. Sanders would roll in his grave if he saw that his restaurant was serving people and treating customers this way! I/we have tried numerous times thinking maybe it was an off day, or even ok, they need to clean their equipment to maintain it, but I believe this is out of control.
No spoon to eat the Mac & cheese… lots of hard as a rock fries from the kfc side… no bbq sauce which was cool until all these other issues arrived. Haven’t ate the Crunchwrap yet… let’s hope it’s the best thing out of the meal. Only thing good was the Taco Bell fries.
Boy you overdid yourself this time! Talk about skimpy taco's. A couple pieces of tomato, a few slivers of cheese.What a joke! Gorditas are the same way. As expensive as things are I don't appreciate spending my money to recieve half the product. Maybe workers need to go back into training!
Honestly Kuddos. It's impressive that this establishment manages to stay in business. This used to be an old favorite with the KFC/Taco Bell combo but the current night time management is ruining this place fast. I am not a person that leaves reviews but after having my last 3 visits go extremely poorly I felt like this would be a good way to say a final goodbye to my once favorite stop. Please make a few simple changes if you do manage to stay in business for the next year for other customers sake. Hire staff that does not act like you are bothering them by just placing a simple order. I managed to remain friendly throughout all of the experiences, even thanking the manager that handed me the two things they did manage to have on hand only to be met with a scowl and nothing said in return. Also please change your hours to 8 pm if you not able to order anything other than a plain taco after 8 pm. I understand staff wanting to get started on cleaning early so they can go home. However turning off every fryer, stove, and oven at 8 pm is ridiculous. I was unable to order anything with mashed potatoes, any thing with a bun as they are frozen, and anything that had to be cooked such as a pot pie. I don't know if what else was unavailable as I gave up because it was becoming very clear staff was annoyed that I even wanted to place an order. So please who over runs this restaurant please save everyone the frustration and change your hours if your staff does not want to stay open until 10.
This restaurant was very dirty, the bathrooms was out of order. Walked in the manager was on her phone leaning on the counter, looking right at the front of the house and not paying any attention to the mess. Food was ok I think nachos cheese had a bad flavor and can tell the grease needs to be changed. The chips had an after taste like chlorine.
I got 2 enchilada burritos and a soft taco both of my burritos were almost empty and the rice was hard. Going to that Taco Bell I know my food is gonna be either gross or messed up but it was on the way home. Everyone was outside smoking, all the lot light were off and I could barely hear the lady taking my order. When I got to the window the lady was EXTREMELY nice to me and admitted she forgot one of my burritos put it on and then I paid everything was good. I didn’t get my fire sauce. Half of my burrito was just tortillas and one of the burritos was just chicken and red sauce. When I thought that I just might be going crazy I opened the other one it had everything but barely had any of the stuff in it. I tried calling the store 3 times and each time they let it ring
