This place is so chill. The selection of food is ridiculous. There's something for everyone. Love coming to this place for a nice quick date night. Also, it's a nice place to watch sports and hang out with friends.

Best brewery around! Always a bunch of of top notch IPAs on tap but also a variety of everythig else. Always go for anything with "Science" in the name. Friendly people, good vibes. My favorite part is on Friday nights they have a cheesesteak truck parked. Highly recommend this spot.

We used Destination Unknown Brewery for a Private party. Good beer, dont expect lagers and pilsners. Think IPA. They had a guest tap of cider which was nice. Brew Master was cool. They will work with you.

Nice little brewery on south shore. We went here on a day with decent weather and the big garage door was open. There is a good variety of brews too!

Very small, but well worth a visit. Excellent beers, with very pleasant and knowledgeable bartenders. There is a small seating area outside as well.

They had a very eclectic selection of brews, around 20. They had a very good food truck to bring in some food to enjoy with your brews. They had a tent connected to the tasting room for extra room. The tasting room was a cool place. Parking is no issue. Service was good. One of the best breweries on Long Island.

Hands down one of my favorite breweries on Long Island. They always have a sour beer in rotation , during the summer sometimes two. They allow outside food which is a bonus and have lots of games to play while you hang out and enjoy their amazing beers . On weekends and certain times they have rotational Local food truck. Dog friendly as well!

My favorite brewery by far. Some tasting rooms are very plain and boring, but this place just has a great vibe. The beer is also top notch. Always a rotating draft list and everything is delicious. Always cans available to take home. I'm seeing their beer in more and more restaurants, bars and distributors all over the island. Weekends can get busy so I go evenings during the week when it's not as crowded.

These guys have fine tuned their beers and are hitting their stride. One of the few microbreweries that feels more like a hip bar than a tasting room. Check it out.

Ownership is great in finding the balance of helping support other Long Island local businesses via distribution, and taking care of their in house demand. Awesome to see them a part of Local to Locals. One of best breweries on Long Island, a must visit when in Bayshore or a must try when see their beer on the shelves!

Great selection of many different styles of beer, all of them better than the last. Their best is Tribal Cow 2.0 (collaboration with Barrage), but that's not to diminish their other offerings. Everything was stellar, and covers all of the gametes of anything you may want.

Great brews and great atmosphere. DUBCO has really stepped up their game, as multi Tap NY medal winners they've also received the recognition they deserve. They are well known for their IPAs with lactose but personally I am a fan of some of the older recipes. If you are lucky enough to catch Elenor, Birthday Stout or Dubbel Rainbow on tap be sure to check them out for some of the classics which got them their reputation for good beer in the early days. This brewery is fantastic. I went there with my girlfriend and had a sample tray. Many tasty beers. Fun atmosphere and the bartender was both engaging as well as knowledgeable on all of the selections they had.

DubCo is an amazing brewery & one of our favorites on Long Island. Pairing with a great rotation of food trucks / vendors makes the experience and visit that much more enjoyable. Today they had Secret Vegan Kitchen and it was some of the best vegan food I've ever had. DubCo always has a range of different styles of beers, which makes it more attractive to anyone in a larger group, not just a bunch of IPAs here. They also dip into a lot of fun spinoff drinks like their Greaterade (coming in 5 different colors / flavors) and their hard seltzers / hard palmer. Always something new to try & their staff are amazing at recommendations & allowing you to try some of their taps. A+ brewery.

I have been going to DubCo for a while now. I love their beers and the bartenders very much. It is a great atmosphere. So much that I decided to do my 30th birthday party there. Hands down recommend this place to anyone. They are kid and pet friendly. Also helps that they have some of the best beers on the island.

I was there 2 days this week. Wednesday, I drove to meet a friend and enjoy a few beers. Thursday, I insisted on bringing the hubs back so he could taste Maximizing Contrast (yay for me). This beer is super tasty! It might be the best IPA I've ever had at Dubco. Beertenders are always engaging and attentive. We come from Huntington, and it's always worth the ride.

August 2023 edit: I’m sitting here enjoying an SOS Pina Colada milkshake IPA with coconut, pineapple and lactose with some carnitas tacos. Feels like my dreams have been coming true. And there’s music bingo! And the cutest dog named Huckleberry! February 2023: How do I know it’s a quality beer? I do dry January every year. So I was able to buy a couple cans of “Where’s your sense of adventure?” at a local Central Jersey bottle store back in December and stored them all this time in the fridge. And if it still tastes this good (nearly fresh) when it’s been sitting around in my fridge for over a month, then you know it’s damn good. This just so happens to be the first beer I’m enjoying of the year to Grateful Dead’s Playing in the Band 2/3/78 and this is a great pairing. Pierogies for dinner. Thank you for being a part of it.

This is by far my favorite brewery on Long Island. I don’t care what time of year it is, you will find me here! It just feels homey and it has my hands down absolute favorite beer, Waikiki Wheat! I call myself the Waikiki Wheat super fan! We went here today and unfortunately they don’t brew my favorite in the winter. However, my replacement beer was delicious, but the best part about my trip was Nick the bartender. I told him how much I love Waikiki Wheat and he said, “I think we literally have three of them in the back. Do you want them?” Umm, hell yes! I am now the proud owner of three Waikiki Wheats! Thanks Nick for going the extra mile!

The best brewery I've been to on the island. Every beer is amazing, it's a great environment, and the people are great. There's nothing not to like about DUBCO

I'm finding their beers to be hit or miss lately, used to be every 1 was good.

I did a flight like I normally do at a new brewery. The abuse of powder was one of the best beers I have ever had. Out is a NE IPA, I'm usually not a fan of IPA's of any kind but this one was amazing. The lupilin powder they use in it gave it a beautiful citrus aroma and flavor. It was not hoppy like many IPA's are. It was just a great crisp and refreshing beer. I would recommend this to any beer lover.

Cool spot. Feels kinda like a ski lodge. Beers are getting better and the staff is very kind and attentive. Definitely a brewery to watch.

One of my favorite breweries now! This is local to my job, so it's easy to go after work for a quick beer and take some home. Crowlers always remain fresh and their beer is on point. Food trucks and comfortable seating inside, outside and upstairs. The only thing is during the week they need more staff. I work close to them and will go after work and many times we have to wait 5 - 10 minutes for a drink.

Love the fact that there is another new brewery in Bay Shore! The location is a little hard to find, but such a hidden gem. Great beer and atmosphere. No food, but they are near restaurants. I love their logo, also.

Very solid brewery with a bunch of great options. Probably had one of my now top 5 beers of all time here. I asked for a sample of a beer, but got a different one without having a sample of it. Went back up for a second beer but asked to sample a different before commiting to a full drink. I got told after that second sample I wasn't allowed any more. This was a first for me, because I feel like I'm usually reasonable with sample requests, so I was a bit taken back. I still got a third drink after that, but I was a little put off by being told I couldnt request any more samples. Pretty much every brewery I've gone to, I was always openly told to ask to try as many as I want before making a decision.

Nice joint. Clean. Open. Simple. I don't like beer and the beer was good.

Let me start off by saying that all the beers i sampled where delicious. BUT..... When i asked for a taste the dude looked at me crossed eyed. Then he poured the beer I purchased into a sample cup. Also he wouldn't give me the can. Poured three different 16oz cans into my 12oz cup. Asked him for the can and he told me no.
