Perfect Spanish food.. New age of Spanish dinner! Wide collection of wines, best landscape of mountains.. Nice to have dinner with friends and loved ones
Went here on a date night and we reserved one of the outdoor Alpenglobes. The space was immaculate, cozy, warm with a personal, adjustable space heater! The service was top notch, fun and personal, we loved having Isaiah as our server! And the FOOD… We tried so much of the menu, a least 2 items from each course, and EVERYTHING was amazing! Presentation, attention to sustainability, flavors, cook, literally every dish was so wonderful! It’s definitely on the high end for price, though I can say worth every single penny!
So much goodness. We tried it all and it is all fantastic. We had a lovely celebration with friends and plan to return.
One of our favorite dining experiences in Boulder! Outstanding service, delicious cuisine, and perfect wine pairings. We absolutely loved our experience. Definitely save room for dessert - it was outstanding!
I’m always impressed by the flavors, dish compositions and the quality of the ingredients at Corrida. Upscale Spanish cuisine, but can also be a casual dining experience on their outdoor patio with the most stunning views of the Flatirons. Beautiful romantic setting definitely adds to the ambience and the service is always outstanding.
We had an amazing night out at Corrida. I’m not even a steak person and even still, WOW. Our plates were gorgeous, the food was delightful (there are many fancy steaks on the menu and please don’t ignore the prime coulotte. It’s a beautiful cut and the miso butter is splendid.), the drinks were somehow both simple and special, and our service was champion level.
My husband and I went for Valentine's Day and it was wonderful. The meat was cooked to perfect perfection! Service was stellar and the cocktails were quenching for sure. We will definitely go back to enjoy their regular menu! Highly recommend this place for a date! But not a cheap date! ;)
Excellent service paired with excellent food and excellent view of the Flatirons. Start your meal with their olives and bread, then wash it down with their consome bloody mary. Then I would highly recommend having their jamond iberico with their px sherry flight.
Fantastic all-around. Delicious drinks, great food, impeccable service. We had 3 vegetarians plus one for dinner and everything was fantastic. Eat in the igloos if you can - it’s cozy and a lovely extra touch. The only true downside is a limited dessert menu. Recs: Hamachi Seabass Ribeye Bourbon cocktails Delicata squash Wine list
Very good food, service and decor. Top quality dining, surprisingly in Boulder. Everything we ate was very good-Wagyu New York strip, Alaskan salmon, pulpo (octopus) , apple cobbler, wine and espresso with Liquor 43. Special occasion pricey indeed but worth it!
We loved dinning at Corrdia! The restaurant itself is airy and light with amazing views of the flatirons. The food was so delicious! Some of the best we’ve had in Colorado. We loved the octopus (tough to get right and they nailed it), mushroom side dish, pork chop, and our favorite was the Spanish toast for dessert - to die for!
We had a phenomenal experience. We were visiting Colorado on our anniversary and staying with a friend. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the outside seating, the view and the service. The 7oz Wagyu coulotte was amazing. I was surprised to see a good bourbon selection and I took advantage. The prices were acceptable for the quality and experience.
If you enjoy authentic Spanish flavors you have to try their charcuterie! The meats (Serrano ham, salchichon and chorizo) and manchego cheese instantly took me back to Europe. We also really loved the osso buco, black cod and patatas bravas. The Sangria was strong but very tasty. We loved every bite.
Corrida offers some of the best high-end, creative cuisine that Boulder has to offer. The ambiance, service, staff, and food are all worthy of a Michelin Star. Expect to drop $150-200+ per person for this experience however, making it more of a special event destination than a favorite foodie joint.
This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in Boulder. Between the food and the views and the service, we will happily pay those prices again just to be that excited about a meal again. We went for our 18th anniversary and it was absolutely perfect.
I don’t even know where to start, every single dish was absolutely delicious, we started with papas bravas in the most amazing brava sauce ever, then some anchovies with bread and olive oil, main dishes were American Wagyu Denver and salmon with lemon butter and a side of Broccolini. You definitely want to leave some room for dessert, try the cheese cake with berries, super creamy, fluffy and flavorful. Excellent service, everyone was friendly and helpful. This should be at the top in your Boulder list.
We reserved an outdoor globe in December and it far exceeded my expectations. I loved it in there, I could have easily stayed another hour. The Sonos speakers with Ibiza vibing music was the perfect touch. Our server Topher was so fun and helpful, every staff member was thoughtful and professional. Food was wonderful and they have a great happy hour.
Corrida in Boulder is a must-visit! Their breathtaking views are the perfect backdrop to a delightful dining experience. The cocktail menu is extensive, innovative, and each drink is expertly crafted to perfection. The tapas are a highlight - an exquisite blend of traditional flavors and modern culinary techniques. It's a five-star experience all around, from ambiance to drinks to food. Highly recommended for an unforgettable culinary journey!
Amazing! Certainly one of my favorite dining experiences in Boulder. Not only is all the food cooked to perfection, but when combined with the rooftop view and the stunning gin and tonic cart experience, this is truly an elevated experience in all senses.
The food, cocktails, view and ambiance were all outstanding. The pace at which the food was brought out was also great. The second wave of food we ordered was a bit on the saltier side but the flavors in general had good balance. We plan on coming back when the weather is nicer to enjoy dining outside with the view.
We loved our experience at Corrida. It has an amazing deck with great views of the iconic boulder flatirons. They have an expansive wine list, and great cocktails to boot. Additionally, the food is excellent! The melon salad was seasonal was fresh. We ordered scallops, and patatas bravas, and it was reminiscent of our trip to Spain. We will be back!
Our wedding at Corrida was twenty-times more magical than we ever imagined. We had eaten there several times so we knew the food would be amazing and it was. The venue is a gem in Boulder with the unique blend of nature, with breathtaking flatiron views, combined with sophistication of the simple, elegant, modern interior. Their staff were completely devoted to making our night special and it showed at every turn, in the weeks of planning and the night itself. Sarah, the Event Coordinator, and Amos, the Chef, and their team, were incredible in terms of planning, flexibility attention to detail, care and warmth. We felt special and cared for every step of the way. I cannot emphasize their care enough — it was remarkable, time and again and again. Our friends and family are still talking about how incredible the whole night was, and gushing over the food. My husband and I often reminisce how it was the beyond our wildest expectations and how it was the best day of our lives.
OUTSTANDING!! The cowboy ribeye is amazing, best steak ever. My comparison was a steak in San Jose Costa Rica. Food, service, and atmosphere amazing. We went Thursday night for dinner, and tonight to another restaurant . We were so yearning for Corrida and we came back tonight for an appetizer and dessert to finish the night. Bright gin cocktail French toast dry aged ham and a sherry . Well done to the owner and staff of Corrida.
Corrida seeks to please the senses and elevate the palate...things it accomplishes with ease and grace. That’s why 5 stars are given. When you’re out for a supreme dining experience it’s a pampering feeling as your server and establishment seek to hone in your tastes. Every point of feedback or explanation was immediately tuned in to with a precise fastidiousness that increased our comfort level as the meal experience progressed. Rob a bank then eat here before you’re captured...it’s worth it! - Evelyn
We reserved their private dining room for our wedding brunch for two consecutive days. This room has a beautiful view of the flatirons and was perfect for our celebration. We mainly communicated with Jocelyn, the events director, from the very beginning, and she made sure to cater to all our requests and ensured everything went seamlessly on the days of. All the guests commented on the delicious food and beautiful venue! Our servers, Isaac and Ryan, were on top of things the entire time and made sure the guests with special dietary requests were well taken care of. We are so happy we chose Corrida for our special day and will definitely return for future celebrations! Bonus points for how good all the drink were too!
A phenomenal dining experience! My mother and I came here for Christmas Eve dinner and wouldn't have wanted to spend the holiday any other way. The staff was incredible and the food was exquisite. Our server, Isaiah, was friendly and professional. Stone impressed us with his bartending skills and gin knowledge. Joe was approachable and attentive. He was a great conversationalist and kept us well hydrated--- thanks Joe! Would highly recommend this restaurant for drinks, dining, and stunning views.
Views views viewsssss! As I sat by the fire with my mom and sister, a sweet couple was enjoying the sunset with a corner table date night. Corrida is THIS! A place where memories are made, where the sunset colors are unmatched, where the food is equally as superb as the vibes and staff, and a place you’ll come back to time and time again. The charcuteria was top notch as was their dry aged steak. We couldn’t stop eating the olives either. Perfectly smoked flavor. I should have known it would be perfection when I saw most of the steaks began dry aging on my birthday. ::hair flip:: Came here for the happy hour views; left a new fan that will be back!
This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in the experience starts. The atmosphere is great and the staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We sat on the rooftop with an incredible view and ordered a bunch of tapas, compartir, and a main dish. The flavors were smart, detailed, and came together perfectly. The recommended wine pairings were also on par. We had a great time and definitely will be back! Thank you for a memorable evening!
One of my absolute favorite spots to eat in Boulder! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, yet sophisticated, with a spacious rooftop that features a firepit—perfect for enjoying before, during, or after your meal. You also have the option to sit outside, which is lovely on a nice day. The Japanese Wagyu is nothing short of phenomenal—seriously the best meat I’ve ever tasted. It comes on a hot stone so you cook it yourself (takes less than a minute), making it such a fun and interactive experience. Every bite is rich, tender, and unforgettable. While all their other dishes are consistently excellent, I would come back just for the Wagyu experience alone. Their cocktails are top-notch, and the service is exceptional—you feel truly cared for, almost like royalty. It’s perfect for dates, group events, or any special occasion, though it is on the pricier side. Hands down one of my favorite rooftops in Boulder, alongside Rosetta Hall. Corrida is a must-visit if you’re looking for incredible food and a memorable experience!
A hidden gem! You enter through what looks like an apartment building, ride to the fourth floor and step into a breathtaking view with the flatirons. Whether dining inside or out the atmosphere is unforgettable. Incredible service, excellent wine, recommendations and dishes that loud our steak, shrimp and salmon and charcuterie board. We’re all perfection
I have been to brunch a couple of times, so dinner was a new experience - Isaiah was a wonderful server, with great suggestions. The meal was good - we had gildas and octopus to start, both delicious, and the gin & tonic cart is one of my favorite things at Corrida - the Indigo is amazing! The wine with the steak was excellent! And another excellent server on the digestif cart, we had a great experience - always the best service!
A special nod to the 🐙! It was so PERFECTLY cooked I nearly planted my face right in the dish. My husband was against the idea. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing evening. Outdoor seating was lovely, but full length windows so inside is rad too. Rooftops + mountain view, some really unique menu items, interesting flavors, beautiful platings, outstanding service...by now I think you get really enjoyed it.
Wow, what an experience!!! Hands down one best restaurants in Colorado. We traveled in from Houston Texas for our friend’s birthday, and we were super pleased with his partner’s decision on choosing this restaurant . I am in service Industry so I’m Super particular about food, wine, and service. We were greeted by the manager Rose Who was super friendly, and accommodating. Our server Isaiah walked us through the entire menu, And gave great recommendations, his service was definitely a flawless 10 💜 food was exquisite, and cooked perfectly . The coolest part about this whole experience is all the chefs came out, gave us hugs and took pictures with us. If you’re looking for a place with an amazing view, delicious food, and Outstanding service this is definitely your place. Thank you, to all the staff for making it a memorable experience
Delicious jamón ibérico, friendly & kind service, beverages included vermouth on rocks, and Iberian gin &tonic, and enjoyed a Spanish meal to share. Made my tastebuds dance! 💃🏻 thank you Corrida
We had an incredible experience celebrating our anniversary! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and Igor was an outstanding server — he made our evening truly special. Thank you for making this celebration unforgettable!
A must do in Boulder! Rooftop restaurant with floor to ceiling windows giving you beautiful views of the flatirons. There are three heated Alpenglobes outside. I reserved one of these for a friend’s birthday recently. It accommodated five of us comfortably. We chose to eat early at 4pm to access their tapas hour plus the full dinner menu. As a group we selected 7 smaller plates and 3 large. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted fresh, seasonal and delicious. The Corrida team were very welcoming and extremely attentive. They even acknowledged the birthday with a card, sherry and icecream. I have lived in Boulder for two years now and this is one of my favorites so far.
This was a fantastic restaurant that truly felt like they cared about the food and the staff. Every step of the process from the wine to gluten free knowledge felt seem less. The staff weren't rushing around constantly and felt like they had time to talk with you about the meal. As a gluten free person they had fantastic options, but it would be nice if they had a gluten free bread for some of their dishes. I will absolutely be coming back here next time I'm in town.
Best restaurant to take your Valentines ❤️ to! Their menu was planned but allowed choice! The food was some of the best I’ve ever tried. Customer Service gets extra brownie points for making the night unforgettable
I did not expect for a minute that this place I selected almost randomly would be one of my favorite all time places. I don’t particularly seek out Spanish fare but this place has it dialed. We ordered the olives, jamon, and this melted cheese with pear jam and honey to start. We could have stopped here. Just these three items were phenomenally delicious. The steak we got for the man was also incredible. Service is friendly and professional. I will absolutely be back to try more of the menu.
Corrida and their staff were amazing! We had 2 days of celebrating our wedding here and they were on top of everything. Special shout-out to Ryan as he took amazing care of us. That being said, everyone we interacted and worked with were great. Would recommend for special events, date nights, anniversaries or fun times with family and friends. They were able to accommodate for dietary restrictions our guests had and catered to their needs as needed. Food was excellent and the service was just as great.
Just celebrated an anniversary here in one of the Alpenglobes outside, and we were blown away. We were greeted with a hand written Happy Anniversary card, and pre-warmed seating. We were given amazing service by Moss, and the rest of the staff that helped out were very friendly. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. All the food was great and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection . Clean up on aisle me amiright? Jokes aside, 11/10 and highly recommend to ask for Moss to serve you.
Corrida is a magical gem in Boulder, offers an exceptional dining experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with utmost professionalism and knowledge of the restaurant. They were well-versed in the food preparation techniques and wine pairings, making every interaction enjoyable. The food was simply amazing, and I couldn’t help but give it a perfect score of 5 stars. Well deserved, cheers to everyone at Corrida!!
The Alpenglobe experience was so magical and cozy! On top of that, the food was absolutely phenomenal!! We visited for brunch and the burger was quite literally the best I've ever tasted. The French toast was so yummy and the short rib with polenta and poached egg was unbelievably delicious!! Our server, Ryan, was fantastic and so friendly toward our two kiddos! Highly recommend!
My partner and I decided to finally try Corrida after putting it off for so long. We started with a round of cocktails. I had a Flama Dorado, which is a mezcal, badger flame beet, yellow chartreuse and lemon with a hint of habanero drink. It was very delicious. A fine balance of not too sweet, bitter, salty and sour. We then ordered the Spanish anchovies. I must admit, our expectations were high. We had recently experienced a Spanish tapas called Matrimonio that included 2 types of anchovies and was surprisingly standout delicious, something we still talk about. The anchovies at Corrida were a bit of a let down for us. Uninteresting or standout. No need to do that again. Next on our adventure was the Salmon crudo. I'm a huge fan of crudo. Or really, all forms of raw fish. From sushi in Tokyo, to poke in Hawaii, to poisson crudo in France, or just a good Ceviche somewhere in the Caribbean. The expectation here was also very high, and we were again somewhat disappointed. The fish was very cold as though it was just taken out of the refrigerator. It lacked dimension, flavor, that buttery coating good raw seafood provides for your tongue and mouth. At this point, we order another drink. It's really all we got going for us. Same drink, it was very good. And then our fries show up. They were great. Hot. Just the right size, just the right thickness. And, the Ketchup was on point. Along with the fries we also had the American Wagyu flank. We are not big steak people, but this place is kinda known for their carne and the flank was a bit of dipping our toe. We ordered it with chimichurri and mid rare and it was delicious. Really good. Chew slowly to savor all the flavor, texture and mouth feel. Smile with your mouth closed, yum. After dinner, we opted for the booze cart. It was super fun. They pull this well stocked cart table side and our server demonstrated his knowledge with some really great descriptions of scotches, grappas and other aperitifs. I opted to splurge on an 19 year old scotch (Balvenie 19yr Cask And Character. I love sherry cask scotch) while my partner had a nice grappa. These were served with full setups so you could experiment with neat, or a few drops of purified water, or ice. It was really fun and a great way for me to experience a wonderful scotch. We also ordered the Tarta de Chocolate y Sésamo. If you like chocolate, which we do, don't even ask, just get it. It was very good. Bravo to the pastry chef. Some might consider the size small. We are not fans of huge deserts and often criticize restaurants that over do it. To us, this was the perfect desert. Nothing to complain about there. Try not to moan too loud as you savor those bites. In the end we were slightly disappointed. I think it was because we started off on the wrong food and perhaps ordered wrong. But, for a place like this, you really want everything to be over the top. Stuff you can't just make at home. I have a group of friends and we all cook for one another and a top compliment is "you nailed it". We really just want a restaurant of this caliber to nail it, on all fronts. We will go again, but it will likely be during happy hour where we can build some more confidence in their tapas and explore their menu a bit more.
Hands down, Corrida has the best wagyu steak in town. I know that’s a bold claim considering there are a few well known steak specialists. I would give Corrida 5 stars just for their steak, however, their service is hit or miss. I’d recommend going during non peak times for better service.
Came in with high expectations (how could you not?) - they were not met or exceeded. That Mountain View 5/5 Honestly you can’t beat the patio view of the flat irons. I’d go back just for the patio and bar That bar 5/5 Drink service was solid. Great bartenders. That wait service 3/5 Service was interesting. Mix of upscale dining and under trained staff. We got seated and they immediately ask if you want still or sparkling water. I asked for sparkling - 20min later. Still no water on the table, but the bartender made a gin & tonic table side. I guess that’s a plus. When the water actually came, it was flat “sparkling” water with an old lime wedge. Again. Weird dichotomy going on at this place. Still charged for that flat water tho. Nice. That food 3/5 The Jamon was fire. The charcuterie was fire but they give you only 2 pieces of bread The octopus was bland AF and the potatoes were soggy The black cod was bland AF but the presentation was amazing The broccoli and cheese fire. The steak was alllllright - I wouldn’t come back for the dry aged steak, there’s better places The burrata was fire - refreshing citrus from the mangos and cucumbers TL;DR - I’d go back for the bar and views. The food was a miss for me.
Lovely restaurant tuck away in Boulder Downtown area. Nice quiet location with great mountain view and lovely balcony for pre-dinner drinks. We were there for work function, food was pretty good and shared, however service was a bit rushed.... they couldn't wait to take plates away and even dishes were untouched?! Overall experience was good, good food, location and lovely gin and tonic!!
The food was decent but not especially memorable — about what you’d expect, nothing that stood out as a highlight. What struck me as odd was the gin & tonic cart. Tableside service for something so simple felt unnecessary, more of a gimmick than an enhancement, and it slowed things down. Drinks overall took longer to arrive than they should have, which was frustrating given the place wasn’t overly busy when we arrived. Also not sure why the steak cut we selected wasn't available since we arrived before 6 pm. Atmosphere was fine, but between the average food and slow, slightly confusing drink service, it didn’t quite live up to expectations.
I made a reservation by phone a couple of months in advance and was really looking forward to dining here. Unfortunately, less than two weeks before our scheduled date, I received a call informing me that the restaurant would be closed that evening. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, canceling a reservation that was made so far in advance with relatively short notice was very disappointing. It left us scrambling to find alternative plans. This felt inconsiderate of our time and planning, especially given how far ahead the reservation had been made.
We had been wanting to try this spot for two years after receiving a gift card, and when I saw they were offering a Valentine’s brunch, it felt like the perfect excuse to finally go. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. Upon check-in, we were told they didn’t have our reservation. I showed confirmation emails and a call log proving I had confirmed by phone. The host seemed unsure what to do and disappeared to the back for several minutes before returning with a manager, who apologized and assured us they’d seat us ASAP. We were escorted to the patio and offered complimentary drinks while we waited, which we appreciated. About 8 minutes later our table was ready — though our drinks hadn’t arrived yet. Once seated, we received water, and then our drinks appeared about 5 minutes later. The table-side drink preparation is an interesting touch, but it felt more awkward than elevated. Service throughout the meal was slow and disjointed. It took another 10–15 minutes for someone to take our order, and there were long waits between courses despite the restaurant being relatively small with plenty of staff visible. Dessert arrived melted as if it had been sitting out, and unfortunately my husband found a hair in his dish. We later realized a 20% gratuity is automatically added. While we understand auto-gratuity policies, it did make the lack of attentiveness more frustrating — it felt like there wasn’t much incentive to go above and beyond. Honestly don’t think she smiled or seemed at all interested. The food itself was good. Not bad, but not memorable enough to outweigh the service issues. From social media, the restaurant presents itself as cool, fine dining — modern, relaxed, elevated. In reality, the ambiance felt much more like traditional, stuffy fine dining. The vibe leaned more “grandparents taking the grandkids out to a formal dinner” than chic, energetic, or contemporary. We honestly felt awkward and out of place, which wasn’t what we expected at all — especially for Boulder.
