Hands down best pandebono (cheese bread) I’ve had outside of Colombia.
favorite cafe!
I've been going here for awhile! I love watching them continously improving but always more than satisfied with my service and the food is incredible! Need to try their matcha drinks and pan de queso!
Best place! A rare cafe that gets both the food and beverage so right so it’s great to visit any time of the day. Delicious coffee, even a black drip is so good, and sandwiches are just amazing, all the elements are there and I’d say even superior to some of the super popular sandwich spots right nearby. Good music too. Think this place is under appreciated, so go take a visit and see!!
I've been coming here for a long time for their delicious coffee and empanadas but today I was in the neighborhood at lunch time with my daughter and decided to try a sandwich and a crepe; let me tell you, they were amazing. Some people complain of the prices but given the amount and the quality of the food they're more than justfied. I'm hooked!
Excelente servicio y el café delicioso
The best ice mango matcha that you can find on Brooklyn, excellent customer service, beautiful place highly recommend!!!
Great spot! Delicious food. Awesome atmosphere. It’s just what the neighborhood needed. Love it!
I was so excited to hear that this cafe was opening in Park Slope! The coffee and soups are incredible and the owner is so friendly!

Excellent coffee
Now that the nicer weather is here I really enjoy the patio. They do have a good selection of tea in addition to coffee!
Great local, friendly spot with Colombian food perfect for lunch. Excellent chicken soup and homemade empanadas. Love the outdoor seating.
Delicious coffee and empanada snack. The backyard area is so well put together and cute. Friendly service, lots of options, and a beautiful restaurant
One of the best coffee shops in the area! The coffee is consistently amazing, and their bites are just as good. Highly recommend!
Nice cafe with indoor & outdoor, good coffee, lovely service and great array of Colombian treats. Thank you!
It's a very nice place!! The food is delicious, especially the empanadas. 10/10.
Excellent service, very friendly cashier, fantastic food, I recommend the (pandebono and chocolo arepa) the unbeatable coffee ... I love it!! 100 /100 in all
I love this place, the atmosphere is quiet, very good customer service, delicious food and of course the coffee... excellent coffee !!!
If you are a person who works for some nice place where the space is not too crowded with the tables, but it’s still small and cozy to sit down and work or study, this will be a great find for you. Super cute spot😻 Gorgeous atmosphere! Love the interior and atmosphere there. Coffee was sooooo goood!
I really like the outdoor area here, I’d consider coming back here just to have a cup of coffee on the patio. The coffee itself is delicious but I love their cheesy bread options. Great place to read a book outside and catch up on some conversations with friends. Would definitely come back!
Great coffee, great service, beautiful interior space which would be a good working spot, the baked goods look great, and a huge outside area
Really great coffee at comparable pricing for Park Slope. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend the chicken salad!

Lovely little Colombian cafe. Try the pandebono (cheese bread). We had the brunch platter and the special Colombian breakfast; both dishes were fresh and delicious. Good coffee. Friendly service.
Really cool cafe with fun drinks legit hot chocolate, great food, and amazing art. So much is homemade, which makes a big difference, and the staff is really kind
Amazing service, the staff were caring and helpful! Delicious Arepa de Choclo and great coffee!
One of my favorite spots. The coffee is fantastic, the cheese breads are warm and delicious, and the smoothies are so refreshing, I especially recommend the mix berries. I love the location because it has an amazing terrace, and the service was excellent. Plus, there’s a great variety of tasty dishes to choose from.
Great food, great coffee, and excellent service, overall an enjoyable, comfortable experience. From the first time I tried this place I fell in love. Your average Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts got nothing on this place.
Incredible coffee, even better service—thanks to Lupa! I stopped by this coffee shop on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The space is beautiful—warm, clean, and full of character without trying too hard. The coffee? Excellent. Rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Every drink I saw come out of the bar looked like something from a specialty magazine. But what truly made my visit memorable was the service—specifically from Lupa. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn’t just take my order—she made it feel like a personalized experience. I mentioned I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for, and she asked a few thoughtful questions before recommending a drink that turned out to be perfect. Lupa brings genuine warmth and professionalism to the space, and it’s clear she cares deeply about both the coffee and the people who come in to enjoy it. You don’t often find that kind of energy behind the counter—and it made all the difference. This spot has officially earned a place in my regular rotation, thanks in large part to Lupa. Highly recommend
Love everything about this place. Food is amazing/ coffee is so delicious! Staff are so friendly! Can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful place good food! But I would have loved it if they’re prepare the Real Colombian empanadas.
Food is wildly overpriced. Giving 4 stars cause I don’t want to affect their rating too much, but hopefully they can find a way to not charge 15 dollars for a piece of quiche or a omelette with no toast or potatoes included.
I had iced coffee. A nice place to quietly sit and enjoy your coffee.
Nice cafe in the neighborhood. Interesting, fresh Colombian fare. It’s a great location with outdoor seating. They’re keeping the music volume at a level where you can still carry on a relaxed conversation, so that’s amazing. Otherwise the extra noise can feel overwhelming on this busy corner location. They are working their way toward perfected Brooklyn nourishment & sanctuary— with great vibes, food & drinks. On a busy avenue with cars rushing by and lots of kids running around, balanced energy and a rare moment to “rest & digest” is so appreciated! Soak in the calm jungle theme & beautiful reminder of where this delicious coffee comes from. Yes, it’s a little over-priced. $16 eggs could stand a few potatoes & lettuce leaves to make it a meal, meeting daily dietary needs. An $18 salad should be more than lettuce & dressing. Still, grateful for this place where folks can meet & eat in real life. Hopefully, with some little important tweaks it can be a longstanding neighborhood hub & staple! Viva las Girls!
As a Colombian myself, I always get so happy when I find Colombian places. Absolutely loved the menu and what you guys offer. Just hope next time the person at the counter were more friendly and welcoming.

Server is never pleasant and never smiles with other females. So sad
Nice enough but the counter workers could be a bit nicer and they need to adjust their baked goods prices. $7.35 for a slice of banana bread is a little offensive
The food here is not that good, however the coffee was pretty good. I had the eggs benedict with smoke salmon let's just say it had absolute no flavor at all. The service was mid nothing to brag about. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend the owner to move that table by the counter where ppl order at to be moved because no one wants ppl standing behind them staring at them or looking over them. And lastly the music was on point.
Great place to WFH. Outdoor space is sweet. Made the mistake of ordering lunch, could Have done without the mid chicken salad wrap.
Their "Arepa de choclo" is just a piece of corn bread with cheese on top. Pretty disappointing. The eggs are good though.
I really wanted to like this place: great concept, great location, encouraging reviews. After trying it a few times, though, I keep leaving disappointed. It's shockingly expensive for what you get: $5.60 for a drip coffee that's vastly inferior for to a cup that's a couple dollars cheaper at Brew Memories or Cusp down the street. The pastries and sandwiches are likewise top-dollar. And the vibe inside feels oddly cold and corporate compared to, say, the cozy friendliness of Poetica. I hope they grow into the spot.
Popped in here after my 12hr and shift and got the nastiest attitude from the server.Food and coffee was ok at best

Eggs over easy came out crusted on bottom and hard yokes corn muffins ok but not great
I know prices are going high but this is how $20 breakfast looks like, i am also small business owner and would never serve anything that I believe it’s not worth the money and this is $9.99 meal anywhere you go!! And wasn’t even great it was average, as much as I would love to support small businesses this is not how you do business and I left tip on top so it cost me almost $25 what a waste
Ricidulously slow and overpriced for a sandwich
Slow service every time even for just a hot drink.
I really wanted this to be a new regular spot but there’s been a strange smell every time I go for the last couple of months. I have no idea what it is but it seems like maybe an appliance or some kind of machinery used in the kitchen might have malfunctioned and it’s leaching a smell. I bought a corn cake and it tasted like the smell. )-; I wish they could fix it cuz I really want to come back!
95 cents for non-dairy milk? No thanks. UPDATE: I don't usually change my reviews. But the business decided to reply here with some nonsense so now I'm compelled to call it out. No, vegan milk is not so much more expensive that it justifies this surcharge. It is 2026 and we are in Brooklyn, NY. If you have to charge a dollar (plus tax) for almond against zero for dairy to make a profit from a cup of coffee, your suppliers are robbing you blind. I'm lowering my original review because you made me come back for this.
Ordered a cheese danish and waited 20 mins while it was pretty slow. Just bad service for what it was
I visited Cafe By The Girls twice recently. During my first visit, I ordered a lemonade, a breakfast sandwich, and an empanada + baked good for later. I enjoyed some of the items, which is why I decided to return a couple of weeks later. On my second visit, I ordered a smoothie and another breakfast sandwich. The food tasted fine at the time, but within a few hours, despite it being the only meal I had eaten that day, I became extremely ill. I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms, including vomiting to the point of dry heaving, stomach cramps, and significant discomfort. It was a very distressing experience. I called the café the following morning to report what happened. The manager said she would pass the information along to the owner, who would follow up with me, and also mentioned a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response or the promised refund. I cannot say for certain what caused the issue, whether it was improper food handling (I do recall one worker coming up from the basement level directly before making my sandwich) or a bad ingredient, but the experience was serious enough that I feel it is important to share. Based on this, I cannot recommend this café and will not be returning.
In that cafe they made me feel really bad because I asked for my coffee with several specifications, according to the other reviews the rude treatment was not only with me. Also the food is not really good for a high price. I'm sorry that this cafe is in that area, the patio is beautiful and the places in that neighborhood are usually nice.
Fantastic back yard, but the coffee and food is unfortunately quite bland. When an iced coffee costs 7 dollars for a small (??), I expect it to taste more like coffee than water. I was really hoping that a local spot taking over the Blue Bottle would be an improvement from the neighborhood, but after the unpleasant staff and the lackluster food, I don’t think it’ll be a go-to for us.
