The fried rice actually has pork in it and tastes great and isn’t overly greasy. They deliver quickly and they’re pleasant to deal with

Wow. Best Chinese food we've had in a long time. I wanted the Hot and Sour Soup for my cold and it was great. The Sesame Chicken was the best I've ever had. Actually the portions are so large that I keep sneaking back into the fridge for more bites. We're saving the sesame noodles and edamame for later. So much food!

This place makes good food. One of my favorite dishes here is the hot & sour soup. I've tasted this dish in many places but Autumn Asians version of it is the best by far. Flavorful and hearty all in one...I definitely recommend it if your looking for something hot and healthy.

Bought from them chicken with broccoli and white rice. It wasn't that greasy (as some places do) so far enjoyed. And he asked 7 bucks and 10 cents(i had only 7 bucks cash) so i asked him if i can buy it for 7 bucks and he agreed (rare thing) usually Chinese food guys will ask you till last penny 😁😂

Just tried this place for the first time and really happy with my experience! The guy working there was very friendly and the service was quick. I got the orange chicken combo and it was so good, it satisfied my craving perfectly! Also the prices are fantastic - will be coming back and excited to try more dishes.

The cook/cashier was friendly and attentive and did something most ppl do not do in service work anymore. He actually smiled a genuine smile.

I had a mega meal for $13, the place was clean, nice decor, friendly workers, and tasty food. You can’t find cheap in this area and of quality.

I was craving Chinese food, and this place was the closest option. Overall, the food was good, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. The only issue was the oiliness, which seems to be common in Chinese restaurants. However, I found the cleanliness of the place to be lacking. I thought, I found the right restaurant until I found a part of the metal part of the cleaning brush in my rice. When I informed the regular guy at the register, he apologized and gave me a bottle of water. He did, show the chef. Then, tossed it in the garbage. I then show him, a picture of eggshells in the rice. He shakes his head. I give up, with Autumn Asian Restaurant!

No heat and slow service

I normally don't take the time to review restaurants but this was a bad experience. The mapo tofu I ordered had no resemblance to mapo tofu - no heat, spicyness, not a single piece of sichuan pepper, even the type of tofu was wrong (felt like a firm tofu). Perhaps they make other things that are decent but I wouldn't recommend ordering mapo tofu from this place.

Not just 1 but 2 items missing in a messed up delivery. I ordered Chow Mein and it was not in the bag. I requested Pork Fried Rice and I got white rice. It's plain and simple- read the order ticket! So disappointed!

I scheduled a 7pm delivery on their website. Food showed up at 4:30pm. Told the delivery guy to redeliver a new order at 7pm. Still no food at 7:30pm so I call and get told “your order will be ready in 30 min, sorry we are very busy”. 30 minutes comes and goes, end up calling to cancel the order at 8:15pm. Wanted to support a local business but will not be trying this place again.

I bought food tonight and the chicken. Wings looked dark and my rice look dark food wasn’t fresh and food was spoiled it looked like the chicken wings was fried over and over again. Never again buying here

They are completely slow. The cashier acts like he doesn't know how to speak English. My friend ordered some food from them, it was cold and dry

When i called to complain they told me that's how it is that its cold outside. The food would be hot if they wouldn't deliver 1 hour later.

This place is my regular go to place for dinner. I have been getting food for over two years. But first time i noticed something that made me think twice for not ordering from this place anymore. I work across the street. As always tonight i went there to oder my food right 10 mins before they were about close. While i was ordering my food i noticed the guy was in the kitchen drop 3 pieces of chicken while was packing it for delivery i guess and he didn't hesitated at all putting it back again. I informed it to the guy who was in the counter. Despite being paying attention on that issue he got rude with me and raised his voice like- what you want small or big". i was like wait, why you didn't say anything after i informed you something that is not supposed to be and instead of taking that seriously you are rushing me out to place my order. After that we had a little bit of argument and then i asked to return my money and I left without ordering. God bless that person who ordered that food. If they can do this to a regular customer after that customer witnessed everything happening, god knows what they do behind our back. I am not ordering my food ever again from this place. this is a mixed bag. i really like their food, particularly that they have a corn chicken egg drop soup. i ordered probably 10 times in 3 months. i had ordered on their website and got a lunch special (along with many other items) in the evening several times because it was available and didn't specify the time. it all worked fine multiple times. then one time, when i was sick, i did the same thing, ordered lunch special along with several other items totaling over 50 dollars and waited for 1.5 hours for the food. i called them and they laughed at me and said "you ordered the lunch special so it was cancelled." i was like WTF i'm a repeat loyal customer who has ordered like this before. regardless, why wouldn't you notify me he order is cancelled. i'm sitting here waiting for the food 90 min and had to call you to find out, no email, no call. they LAUGHED at me. seriously.

I have experienced food poisoning on two different occasions from this place. The first time it was their egg foo young. I never tasted anything bad but I was severely sick for days. So bad I had to have a mobile IV come to my house. This occurred last summer. Recently, my friends came to visit and really wanted to order from them again so I just had a half of a wing, a little fried rice ,Singapore Mei fun and sweet and sour tofu and I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM THIS SICK AGAIN. Another IV visit and that didn’t even help. Just for some clarity, I’ve eaten at other Asian restaurants and have never experienced this. Just be mindful of this restaurant. Something is questionable about their food within the past two years. Prior to that never had a problem with their food.
