This place is not just another Chinese takeout you see every other corner. They make quality food. I ordered Hot & Sour soup, Eggplant, and Mabo Tofu. They all were very good. Fast delivery. I will order again.

Consistent good food, hefty portions. Absolutely delightful Sunday night fare. I like the the chicken and garlic or sesame chicken. my girlfriend has a gluten allergy and likes the chicken and vegetables. They are very accommodating. Get it!!!
It is my local option for this style of Chinese food; comfort foods that I like on a cold rainy evening. I never tried delivery only pick-up but its very efficient. Nice dishes and enormous portions, for example the amount of steamed beans served could last a week. Pleasant staff. They take credit card.
Found them via seamless with thousands and thousands of 5 ⭐️ reviews. Great choice for delivery Chinese. Their general twos is great. Crispy and slightly chewy with a great texture. The fried rice actually has pork in it and tastes great and isn’t overly greasy. They deliver quickly and they’re pleasant to deal with
Love this place! Food always hits the spot! Packaged nicely! Only “complaint” is I wish we could order delivery directly from their website using a card (the site has cash only for delivery).
Wow. Best Chinese food we've had in a long time. I wanted the Hot and Sour Soup for my cold and it was great. The Sesame Chicken was the best I've ever had. Actually the portions are so large that I keep sneaking back into the fridge for more bites. We're saving the sesame noodles and edamame for later. So much food!
This place is way underrated. I've had their hot & sour soup, spring rolls, boneless pork, wonton soup, and general tso's chicken and all was top notch.
This place makes good food. One of my favorite dishes here is the hot & sour soup. I've tasted this dish in many places but Autumn Asians version of it is the best by far. Flavorful and hearty all in one...I definitely recommend it if your looking for something hot and healthy.
Bought from them chicken with broccoli and white rice. It wasn't that greasy (as some places do) so far enjoyed. And he asked 7 bucks and 10 cents(i had only 7 bucks cash) so i asked him if i can buy it for 7 bucks and he agreed (rare thing) usually Chinese food guys will ask you till last penny 😁😂
Just tried this place for the first time and really happy with my experience! The guy working there was very friendly and the service was quick. I got the orange chicken combo and it was so good, it satisfied my craving perfectly! Also the prices are fantastic - will be coming back and excited to try more dishes.
Shrimp with black beans sauce was fantastic. Soft and perfectly seasoned. Rice was fresh and not too dry. The guy behind the counter is very friendly and patient with undecided customers. Lunch deal is a great bargain. 8.75$ with soda.

Quick and easy take away or eat in. Seating for about 10-12 people. Takes ring in orders for pick up. Convenient!

I was craving Chinese food, and this place was the closest option. Overall, the food was good, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. The only issue was the oiliness, which seems to be common in Chinese restaurants. However, I found the cleanliness of the place to be lacking. If they passed health inspections, then I guess that's acceptable.

I was happy with what I ordered. I had the bean curd with garlic sauce. I was running out of options in the area for places to eat. I’m glad they close late. For a small order, I had enough for leftovers. My food came sizzling hot, but the veggies weren’t over cooked. They were crisp. The food wasn’t greasy. Overall, their quality of food is good. There’s something different about the way the cook their food. I usually get a stomach ache from eating certain food. My top Chinese food in NYC. Quick, cheap, clean and good.
We love this place. Take out Chinese can be really hit or miss, even in NYC - but Autumn is definitely a cut above. The food is always tasty, their house made pork & leek dumplings are killer, general tso’s is solid (ask if you want it spicy), wonton soup is great. They’re also super fast, kitchen always looks clean, prices are reasonable and the guy who takes the orders is great!

It was honestly just okay. There’s so many other options for Chinese food in NYC that I’d rather other places in Chinatown, Downtown BK, South Bronx, and East Bronx. Finding the “cheapest” Chinese food in Chinatown only is just a myth. There are certainly some very high end Chinese restaurants in NYC, but other than that they’re all priced the same. The prices here were average, and the food was very Americanized as far as the spices and ingredients used. Even for Americanized Chinese food it wasn’t all that. Maybe I’m just spoiled at this point, but if I’m getting cheese I either need it to be super authentic or be extra flavorful. This was neither.

This will be defiantly the last time we ever order from here. The person on the phone is nasty and the food came extremely cold with all the sauce spilled out in the bag. When i called to complain they told me that's how it is that its cold outside. The food would be hot if they wouldn't deliver 1 hour later.
This place is my regular go to place for dinner. I have been getting food for over two years. But first time i noticed something that made me think twice for not ordering from this place anymore. I work across the street. As always tonight i went there to oder my food right 10 mins before they were about close. While i was ordering my food i noticed the guy was in the kitchen drop 3 pieces of chicken while was packing it for delivery i guess and he didn't hesitated at all putting it back again. I informed it to the guy who was in the counter. Despite being paying attention on that issue he got rude with me and raised his voice like- what you want small or big". i was like wait, why you didn't say anything after i informed you something that is not supposed to be and instead of taking that seriously you are rushing me out to place my order. After that we had a little bit of argument and then i asked to return my money and I left without ordering. God bless that person who ordered that food. If they can do this to a regular customer after that customer witnessed everything happening, god knows what they do behind our back. I am not ordering my food ever again from this place. Good luck to all.
this is a mixed bag. i really like their food, particularly that they have a corn chicken egg drop soup. i ordered probably 10 times in 3 months. i had ordered on their website and got a lunch special (along with many other items) in the evening several times because it was available and didn't specify the time. it all worked fine multiple times. then one time, when i was sick, i did the same thing, ordered lunch special along with several other items totaling over 50 dollars and waited for 1.5 hours for the food. i called them and they laughed at me and said "you ordered the lunch special so it was cancelled." i was like WTF i'm a repeat loyal customer who has ordered like this before. regardless, why wouldn't you notify me he order is cancelled. i'm sitting here waiting for the food 90 min and had to call you to find out, no email, no call. they LAUGHED at me. seriously.
I held back from writing this review because I was truly unsure and thought it was a one off type of situation until it reoccurred and I’m more than sure now. I have experienced food poisoning on two different occasions from this place. The first time it was their egg foo young. I never tasted anything bad but I was severely sick for days. So bad I had to have a mobile IV come to my house. This occurred last summer. Recently, my friends came to visit and really wanted to order from them again so I just had a half of a wing, a little fried rice ,Singapore Mei fun and sweet and sour tofu and I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM THIS SICK AGAIN. Another IV visit and that didn’t even help. Just for some clarity, I’ve eaten at other Asian restaurants and have never experienced this. Just be mindful of this restaurant. Something is questionable about their food within the past two years. Prior to that never had a problem with their food.
