My husband went in tonight and sat at the bar with a very pleasant bartender. He had a Cajun chicken Philly sandwich I had the French onion soup and a pasta dish topped with cheddar cheese broccoli ,!chicken and breadcrumbs and it was amazing!We have been there a couple times in the last couple months and everything was so good! Great food and great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok. where do i start. my brother ordered me a fish fry and i gave him the number for the one on union, but orders it online. so i go there. they don't have it.. then i go to the one on harlem.. but was supposed to be ready at 830. . it wasn't, after a few.. whom i believe was the manager came to me and said it was under edmund moore with my number for 1130 and said ill make it for you in 10 mins. wasn't there fauly at all. but i think i found my place for a great fish fry now! a mistake was turned into good thing!

My favorite pizzeria in Buffalo! I’ve had their wings, subs, and my favorite…their pizza. Their pizza is by far the best around. Food is always hot and ready when I go to pick it up. One of the best parts…they’re open later than most of the pizzerias in the area. So if I’m ever craving a slice at midnight on a saturday after i’ve had some drinks, I can go right to Tonys and get a slice. If you haven’t tried it before, you need to!

I'm an outer towner and a bit new to buffalo. I was really impressed with Tony's pizza. The crust had a bit of a crunch yet it was soft. The sauce was pretty good to. I was surprised to see small pepperoni on the pizza but all and all it was delicious!

Been going there for years, consistently great! Asked them to do a small special pizza which wasn't on their menu but they did it anyways and it was so good. If you guys read this you so seriously consider adding the spinach ricotta pizza to your menu!

I passed Tony's a few times, close to home, but never stopped in. I'm glad I finally did. They make a great pie, an if you need a slice for a quick lunch it is the go to place. If there is a game on best to call ahead as they can get busy, but the friendly staff take it in stride and put out great products.

The wings are grilled and taste better because they aren't friend. Do expect some wait time for that. Everything tastes great. Fried dough is not on menu but should be purchased.

Don't know why it's not more well as a Fantastic Pizza Place. It very much is. From basic pepperoni to my Favorite; white pizza. I get my white pizza with green olives for the salty but it is still one of the best white pizzas I've ever had.

I got the Greek wrap it was quite delicious and honestly bigger than I anticipated, chicken was cooked to perfection, it was very fast service as well

Tried their Margot Burrata and Truffle Umami sourdough pizzas and both were excellent. The crust was light and flavorful, toppings were well balanced, and you can really tell the quality of the ingredients. The place itself is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Will definitely be back!

So I have to give Tony's Pizza 5STARS, I called late at 9pm. They were the only ones open late and my daughter and I didn't eat and needed to eat somewheres that had delivery. Well when I called the guy who picked up was so pleasant, and kind. The delivery driver had our order here within 45mins. There wings HANDS DOWN WERE BIG, AND JUST RIGHT WITH FLAVOR, and subs were on point. Hands down this place was THE BEST and they are so under rated, I really enjoyed myself, and our stomachs were full!. Thank you Tony's for your all around BEST SERVICE AND GOOD WINGS, AND SUBS!

5/5 experience; Sub was banging…, I had the stinger with honey garlic sauce, fries were crispy with a side of extra honey garlic and BBQ. First time trying and first time making a review for a pizzeria. Found them by looking up on google for a late night snack and everything lately in WNY closes early. Knowing this place was open late made me want to try them and I’ll definitely will be ordering again! Never tried their pizza but if their subs are this good for a review then I’m sure their pizza is too. P.S., fried dough is good too and not over cooked, over buttered or anything. Was made to perfection honestly. I’m picky when it comes to pizza joints but this was a place I was missing in my childhood living here in buffalo.

This has been my place since childhood! Just returned to Buffalo and still quality! The wings have been incredible to good both times I got them! (20-25 minutes drive back home), pizza has been perfect, and always quick and easy! Looks old and dingy! But this is an old school pickup place! Can’t beat it!

This place might be the closest NYC pizza for you. Not the best thin crust pizza but this is one of the best that Buffalo can provide. Good customer service.

Seems like i have been going there about 20 years and food has remained consistently great. I have moved from the area but still occasionally drive there for great pizza wings and subs.

Good food I have to give this location a 4 as they only offer the basics. To get the pasta meals etc you need to go to the Union Rd location. However like I said good food at a decent price delivered.

We order from here multiple times a week, both pick up and delivery. The service we receive is really great. They know us now when we call in, the delivery drivers are quick and very nice. The food is always done in the time they tell you- sometimes quicker. The food can be inconsistent, great one day, then the next time you order it’s not so great (burnt, under done, thicker crust, etc) but that doesn’t happen too too often which is why we still order. They’re open late which is a major bonus. If you live in the area I highly recommend!

They were fairly quick I got a half cheeseburger sub it was good but like I find with many fast food places with subs they don't always have like enough spices but other than that they're worth going to.

Nothing really spectacular about the place. They have been consistent during all the years I have been coming. I think i come here so much, because it's the neighborhood pizza spot. Plus my kid gets off of school up the street, so me getting him and providing dinner all in one swoop. Makes me look like a competent dad.

I ordered a double order of honey garlic chicken fingers. They were hot, fresh and delicious. I was disappointed with the veggies. I got one small bag of prepackaged baby carrots. They were not particularly fresh. The counter staff seemed annoyed. I will note that I picked up during halftime of the Bills/Steelers game.

Good food but unfortunately I can't afford them anymore. 28.00 for a small pizza and an anti pasta salad is just too much money!!!

First time I had it the pizza was AMAZING... I've been back 3 times since and they hardly pit any sauce on their pies. The sauce is great, PLEASE use more sauce!!!

The food was decent. I asked for a menu and was told they don't have them but there was a QR code to scan. However, the link was broken. Makes it difficult.

I ordered from my car, I went in exactly fifteen minutes later like they told me, and came home with a lukewarm sub with very little lettuce I asked for mail and oil and there was very little of either on the sub.. I have gotten a few slices of pizza there quit sometime ago, they were average.

Tony's is a real mixed bag when it comes to orders, I love their food when they make it correct. But I can count on two hands how many times they have made mistakes on my pizzas. It just shows a lack of effort and care 😞. Also they have not updated their website and their prices in a very long time. Service depends on who you get, the kids who work in the shop or more concerned about having conversation with each other then good customer service skills. There seems to be no manager on duty ever or at least one that is distinguished from the group of kids working there.

I’m giving the Harlem location 2 stars. Not because of the pizza. They have good pizza, just tired of the nasty customer service from this person who ever he is that answers the phone occasionally. Nasty attitude, if he doesn’t hear you he says WHAT!!! I also gave them a low rating due to this location is dirty! I’ll try the union road location, or take that ride to Bocces, Leonardis or Divas better pizza and customer service!

I arrived and was told three minutes until my pizza would be done. They left it in six more minutes and burned it. It was busy. The oven guy and front counter girl were working hard. One girl was in the back eating, texting, and watching while they did all the work.

Waited 2 hrs for a pizza delivery one winter and when it finally arrive, cold, there were several teens in the car. What turns me off about Tony's on Harlem is that kids they hire. All irresponsible. I often see them standing out front of the store smoking... do they wash their hands before touching the food? The pizza itself is good. I absolutely love the Tony's on Union. The pizza is better, the place is cleaner and the staff is mature. Tony is the father and each store is owned by a son. I'd much rather travel to Union Rd. for the better pizza and service. Seeing their front door open to flies isn't appetizing either.

Overall started out as a good place but just started going downhill with quality of the food, went in for 2 slices today got back to work and was just a grease and soggy mess cheese fell right off the pizza along with the stream of liquid dripping off the bottom of the box safe to say last time goin here

My original review of this business was 5 stars. With the last two orders I've had to change my review unfortunately. The two most recent deliveries went this way...it was 3 subs and Calzone. The Calzone was missing ingredients requested and was not cooked and doughy. It was also 5 minutes short of two hours for delivery. I got sick that night as well as my daughter. I'm guessing the food was prepared and sat around for that amt of time. The second delivery the sub was wrong, remade and delivered but lacked in lettuce tomato and meat. You'd think when the others my children had without those toppings they could've provided more. Im sad to write this review because I've enjoyed them in the past, but we won't order from her anytime soon.

While I recommend their pizza as above average and would have given them 4 stars, I am reluctant to order from here again. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and noticed a "non-cash fee" although I paid with a credit card. I was never informed nor did I see any signs that said I would be charged such. There are plenty of other pizza places in the immediate area that I'll try if it means avoiding such deceptive practices.

Good customer service isn't that hard, but sometimes businesses sure do make it hard to want to spend your money with them. So, Tony's Pizza on Harlem Rd has a nice digital sign with specials scrolling everyday. I go in to get a couple slices and the $8.99 BLT sub special that I saw on said sign, and I'm told the sign hasn't worked (been updated imo) in awhile, and the sub of the month is turkey. I said, "I'm having turkey tomorrow, is there any chance I can get the BLT special that I saw on the sign and came in to get?" The kid said he couldn't do it, so he explained to his manager, or person in charge, and he grumbled something back to him, then replied, "That's what I told him", then returned to the counter and said that the "manager" said no. I remembered then why I often choose to drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Tony's Pizza Not great!

This is the second time in 2 weeks my sub was incorrect. I asked for extra mayo and oil , I got no mayo little oil and I said NO TOMATOES IM ALLERGIC. TOMATOES ALL OVER THE SUB.. I Picked it up at 10pm for my night shift and just opened it at midnight to find this disaster. Very disappointed.

Not happy with my order at all. I was told 1 he for delivery and it took 2 hrs. I got my food with everyone starving and the food was ice cold, also they shorted me on my boneless wings. Called back to complain and I was told "we'll call u back" no phone call yet after 2 hrs.

Let me start by saying that we have ordered from Tony's several times and have been very happy but this time I decided to try a new item. Taco salad... huge mistake. The plastic container came so stuffed I could not open it without making a mess, I transferred the contents into a bowl and dumped what I assumed was hot Taco sauce into it...WRONG it was Frank's hot sauce. At this point I called to complain and the woman (whom I was told was a manager) was rude, condescending and made a game out of talking over me to tell me how wrong I was for wanting actual Taco sauce on a Taco salad. I had to throw out my salad and she refused to reimburse me. It was a costly lesson for me.

you recently raised prices for your everyday specials. $37 for pizza and 20 wings. we have had it in the past and it use to have lots of cheese. this time barely any cheese and mostly crust! if your gonna raise prices at least go back to how your pizza use to be.

Tonys has been a go to for us in the past. Picked up a couple pizzas today and when i got home noticed a new "Non Cash" Fee on the receipt. Totally unacceptable. Not told this at the counter. Terrible experience every time I order from here the price changes( I get the same thing every time) I try to ignore it but I feel like my money is being taken. Also when I occasionally order the food is completely wrong , you can tell the worker who made it was lazy and didn’t do it right, very disappointed with my service lately . Tony's has been my go to pizza joint for 15 years but lately the pizza has been wildly inconsistent in quality. The first time I had a problem was a few weeks ago and there was little to no sauce on the pizza and the crust was paper thin..I let it slide. However, last week I ordered again and AGAIN little to no sauce on the pizza but at least the crust was back to normal but I did call to complain and what an ordeal.. I had to explain myself twice to get the point across that there was no sauce on the pizza, it's as if they couldn't understand the concept of what I was telling them. But to their credit they remade the pizza and delivered it..HERE'S THE KICKER, the remade pizza they delivered was a disaster as well, still barely any sauce and I don't know what they did to the crust but it was borderline deep dish and Tony's isn't known for thick crust. It's really a shame, this place has typically had some of the best pizza around but after 3 failed pizzas in addition to constantly increasing prices, I can't trust them anymore. Time to look for a new pizzeria..sigh.

Foods good but they keep raising prices and skimping on product. Last few pizzas were basically ny style. Plus they’re charging 4% of your order if you use a credit card, so basically everyone. I get trying to offset your costs but at least bake it into the already overpriced food. That’s what a smart person would do. The worst part is the 4% is more than they’re getting charged. So they’re making extra money on you! Find somewhere else

I stopped in to see if they had any pizza ready to go. They did have a whole pizza all set in their slice display. I asked for the whole pizza at the advertised sale price. They refused and said I would have to buy it per slice! That would nearly double the cost. They went on to say if I waited 20 minutes they would sell me a new pizza at the sale price. What?! Even after I explained how that made no sense, they still refused. No customer service here.

The pizza used to be so good. But now it's dry and the dough is way too thick. The cheese is used sparingly. Not to mention, extremely rude service on the phone when you call to place your order. The prices went up, but quality went down. If my order is crappy again tonight, I'm done with them after I tell them how much they suck of course.

I have been going to Tony's for over a decade, owned and run business, understand the difficulty running a business and will never go back again. Product has been average at best lately but continued to order. Tonight, pulled up to get scolded by an employee taking a smoke break out front because my headlights were in her eyes. Walk in to be rudely asked what I ordered while another Employee, assumedly on break, was hiding she was vaping while sitting at a table in the dining area. Add insult to injury, 4% fee for paying with credit card. One - this should be posted, two - the highest fee charged is 3.75% from the credit card companies. You own a pizza place in Buffalo, we have options, do better! Coming from a local business owner and customer for over a decade.

$12.95 !! For an assorted sub, which I specifically said NO MAYO! There was enough slopped on it for 4 subs. Very small narrow piece of cheese. 1 1/2 inch wide. No hot sauce or oil that I ordered. One strand of onion. Not worth the price. Threw it in the trash.

I just got two slices. They were not even warmed through. Just very very low quality. They get one star because they charge you 4% if you use a credit card. You’ve got to be kidding me. Why don’t you increase your cost 4%. I hate businesses that are anti-customer. Why would you punish your patrons??

I ordered a bucket of wings for delivery. I gave them my address, phone number and credit card info I was told the food would arrive within an hour. After over an hour and a half of waiting I called to inquire about my order. I was then told that they wouldn't deliver to my address due to distance (less than 3 miles away) and they couldn't call me to tell me even though i had given them my phone number. I then heard the employees laughing and joking about it in the background. I've never had a worse experience dealing with a restaurant. Don't order from here.

My husband and I have ordered from Tony's for OVER 50 years when it started on Cleveland Dr. Always consistent and happy with food and service. However, tonight my husband ordered a pizza sub (which for over 50 years was a toasted sub roll with sauce, cheese and pepperoni). My husband had a coupon and the correct/exact cash on hand. The girl behind the counter said, "That will be 13.50 + tax. $13.50??? For a pizza sub?? That, in itself, is ridiculous! When my husband pointed out to the girl behind the counter (using a menu there AND the menu online) that the price listed was $12.50, she responded the extra dollar was for the pepperoni. WHAT??! Since when is a pizza sub only sauce and cheese? My husband complained that you can't charge more than what's listed on the menu. She said that what her boss told her to charge. Huh?? Even though it's only a dollar, it's the principle. Who owns Tony's on Harlem now? If it's the sons or grandsons of the "original" Tony, they certainly don't have his business acumen. If I order a chicken parm sub, will I be charged extra for the cheese? A Tony's pizza sub has ALWAYS been toasted sub roll, sauce, cheese AND pepperoni. Charging extra for pepperoni is nickel and diming your customers. I suggest the current owner re-read all the 1-star reviews here and start having a serious talk with his staff about consistency, accuracy, and not charging more than what their menu states. I don't know if they're desperate for workers but they're not hiring quality employees. We WERE 50-year customers.

Ordered a sheet steak steak steak pizza on the 27th of December for an 6pm pick up and it had little to no steak at all on it. It was all mushroom and onion. Was very disappointed considering I paid $63 for it and the name of the pizza is STEAK STEAK STEAK, but had little to no steak at all

This is the second time I've ordered a #5 party pack and both times it was put in as a large with a bucket of wings. Not sure if it's the associate or your website not matching with your register. When I mentioned it all I got in response was well that's whatit was put in as. Beginning to see why none of the kids at Cleveland hill recommend working here to anyone if this is the way customers are treated. I was given a 10% discount for having to wait for a burnt sheet pizza with pepperoni so burnt and black it crumbles. Moved here in 2008 and have ordered from here off an on. For the first 6 years this place was the only place we ordered from and recommended to everyone. Now it's a hit or miss with the quality and taste of the pizza anymore. Sometimes it tastes to sour or sweet and makes everyone's stomach hurt and other times it tastes fine and no issues.

The wings are nasty and undercooked. There is no seasoning on the wings, even with the medium heat and the honey garlic, the wings were not cooked long enough, making them worse. Update: After 2 days of receiving the run around, I finally spoke with Kyle, the manager, and he told me that because I posted a review and he would not correct the issue. Wow...

Sign outside says Monday night large pizza $17.75, go to pick up large cheese and pepperoni on Monday night and was charged $24? Questioned it, the worker stated that sign hasn’t been updated in years. And they charge 3% extra if you use a card. Dirty business.. how do charge more than the sign says? I won’t be back

Got my 1st pizza here. I have lived in area for over 20 years and gave them a try. For me pizza is about the sauce. The pizza I got had no sauce it was spread so thin that it was tasteless. Can't say I would go back. Was really disappointed.

Constantly over charged. Food has been horrible the last few times we tried it . Undercooked pizzas , tuna wasn’t drained or prepared to order correctly. No more chances , guess I’ll have to continue to go outside the neighborhood for quality food 11/12 gave them another chance …. Showed up on time , not busy at all . They lost my subs and I had wait for them to remake . They were rushed and horrible . I left the store with cold sloppy pizza , cold fries and boneless wings unbaked rushed subs . It only cost me $75 for that experience. Last chance I’m going elsewhere. 11/15/2025 gave them another chance , not sure why . $77 and they couldn't cut a pizza into squares. Usually order from here all of the time. The last three times we have gotten hair in our food. Store offers credit but they do not tell you it is a credit on your next order. After the third time which was last Friday, 04/11, we will not order from there again.
