Saturday the 22 nd of November, it was busy with a baby shower going on and just lots of people dining that evening .The young girl that helped us with our evening was running around being such a hustler trying to attend to all of her tables and a couple of tables that she needed to take on while her coworkers possibly took a break. Her name was Swey a bright girl with such a good attitude. It’s good to see young people out there, knowing the value of a dollar and giving it they’re all, You don’t see her character much anymore . Just wanna say I had a good dinner Great vibes and good service.
Gicela greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. She accomadated our disability and made sure we were comfortable in where we sat. She let us know who are server was and that he will be here shortly to take are order. Gicela was kind, professional, and helpful. You can tell she enjoys her job and taking care of the customers. Andrew our server was very patient in explaining the foods that we were interested in and he was accommodating to our dietary restrictions. He showed great customer service; he was friendly, knowledgeable, checked in on us, professional, and helpful. Forgot to mention the food, we ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp and it was delicious! Thank you Gicela and Andrew for being wonderful people and making our experience great!
Everything was amazing here. Burger was juicy drinks were delicious and the aroma was peaceful. I have not been to an Applebee's in a while but to return to the service that was given was great. It was nice to have such good service. And the bartender was in training and did everything so well at that. Not to mention on a late night to have a nice calm intimate evening with it being very calming not so loud was nice to be around. This night I have no complaints.

Came here the other night and they had happy hour going on, half price appetizers. Staff was polite and very helpful. Food was decent for Applebees. Everything went fast and waitress was great, quick on the refills and any other assistance needed. For the price and service if you’re in the area I’d recommend stopping in for some food. Definitely for half price happy hour appetizers.
Wife was craving a burger on a Saturday afternoon. So off we went to Applebee's. This place is clean and service is consistently good. Our server was Sandy who was quick to provide menus and take our drink orders. We had the $3.00 grey goose and cranberry drink which was perfectly made. I ordered a medium steak while wife ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. Also ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. Food was prompt and served hot. Only issue was undercooked chips, which the Manager Amy quickly remedied the situation. We always enjoy the food served here. This is a consistently good place for a nice lunch or dinner.

Horrible food, had Chinese chicken salad. No Mandarin oranges, dry chicken. Husband’s burger overcooked (asked for medium rare) and no taste. Manager very nice, comped beers but won’t go back.
First, Bo Hines at the bar and waiting tables gave exceptional service. Now, why 2 stars? Wife had ribs and I ordered the "All You Can Eat" wings. They should call it "How long will you wait?" wings. You get 10 to start and 5 after. But they make you wait 15-20 minutes (or more) for the next 5. They also make you feel like a low level criminal each time you want more of the kid's portions they give you. About the wings, the saucing is inconsistent. The wings are basically the same. Presentation was 1/10. Food temperature was 9/10. Flavor was 4/10. I cannot recommend this location to any friends who eat more than 15 boneless wings.
We wanted to Applebee's since we saw their All You Can Eat special. Well we regretted that real quick. Our server was quick to take our order, ribs, boneless wings, two appetizers and two alcohol drinks. We got some waters fairly quickly but our drinks and food took about 30 minutes which were delivered by a different server. Our server did not come and check on us until we finally got the attention of a manager 30 minutes after our food was delivered for a refill on drinks. Another 40 minutes and we had to try to flag her down to get our check. Almost a 2 hour dinner with one refill of All You Can Drink and only one refill on our drinks. Drinks were good. Food not so much. We won't be going back.

I’m really frustrated with my experiences at this restaurant. My first visit was a disaster; I ordered a steak and ended up with food poisoning, which made me miss work. The steak was awful, and the $21 mashed potatoes were just as bad. This time, I tried the new limited-time 2 for $25 meal plus an extra O.M. burger, but they messed up my order. They brought me two plates and told me to enjoy my meal.When I talked to my waiter, she seemed clueless and promised to come back in a minute, but it took another 20-25 minutes for her to return. As I was ready to pay, the restaurant was moderately busy. I tried using the ring function on the kiosk for about 10-15 minutes, but no one came to help. Another waiter even walked past me after making eye contact several times. I ended up stuck in the restaurant for an extra 30 minutes, with no clue where my waiter was. Overall, I can’t recommend this restaurant. Save your money for a better dining experience.
I went this Wednesday and the service was super bad. We ordered the “Oh my cheeseburger” and it supposed to be with bacon and we brought to his attention he said that there wasn’t any bacon left. We had asked for waffle fries instead of regular fries and he brought out regular fries. When we brought it to his attention again he said they also didnt have waffle fries, what a surprise. They know what they are doing, purposefully sending over the wrong order hoping that the clients will not say anything. They should have told us they didnt have certain things available before we ordered. We also ordered three dips and two of the ones we received were incorrect. I think it was simply an all around problem. The entire establishment was extremely understaffed. We also waited approximately 30 minutes in order to receive one simple appetizer.
My husband and I visited this Applebee’s location recently to use a gift card, and unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Right off the bat, I asked our server if she could check the balance on our gift card. She told me she had to ask her manager first, which felt strange since that’s a pretty standard request. While not a huge deal on its own, it set the tone for a night full of unnecessary complications. We ordered the Pick 3 appetizers with three sauces for around $16. The boneless wings came out with the wrong sauce, the chicken wonton tacos were unexpectedly cold, and only the crispy shrimp were decent. Already, things felt off. Then came the main issue: it took over 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich, both of which were supposed to come on standard hamburger buns. As the plates were literally being set down, our server casually mentioned that the kitchen had run out of buns and substituted potato bread instead. Why was this not communicated before the food was made? Were we just expected to be okay with it? At that point, I was starving and just said fine, but it really should have been our choice. When I finally took a bite of my Bourbon Swiss Mushroom Burger, I realized it was missing almost everything that makes it that burger. It was just bread, meat, and cheese. No garlic mayo. No sautéed mushrooms. When I asked about the missing toppings, I was first brought A1 sauce instead, which wasn’t even what I asked for. Then I was told they were out of the garlic mayo and mushrooms too. Again—why was none of this communicated beforehand? At this point, the server offered to let her manager know we “wanted a discount,” which we never asked for, but given everything that had gone wrong, some kind of acknowledgment or fix was absolutely warranted. When the manager came over, he started with, “How are you guys?” as if he had no idea what was happening. I had to explain everything from scratch. While I was talking, he kept leaning closer and closer over the table in a way that felt invasive and extremely uncomfortable. It went beyond normal conversational distance, and I just wanted the interaction to be over. Instead of immediately offering to comp the clearly incorrect meal, he kept asking if he could remake it. I said no. Then he asked if he could get me something else. I said no. He asked again. No. Only after all of that did he finally say he would take my meal off the bill. Why not start there? To be honest, I already wasn’t excited about eating at Applebee’s. My husband had received a gift card, and I had been dreading using it. My expectations were already low—but somehow, they still managed to disappoint me. Between the lack of communication, incorrect food, missing items, long wait times, and an uncomfortable interaction with management, this was not just a bad meal—it was an unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope this location takes a hard look at how they handle customer communication, food accuracy, and basic professionalism.
When you upsell your customer with a specific bar product, but you don't have it in stock so you deliver a lower quality product instead - yet you charge for that higher quality product anyway, you should do what you can to make it right when the customer brings it to your attention. When you argue with your customer, you instantly lose that customer...along with other potential customers.
First time trying Applebee’s for my husband and myself and will probably be our last. First, the soda machine was not working, so we had to order water. We were told they can remove the bacon off the pasta and after 30 minutes of waiting for our food, the server came and said they can’t. When we asked to change the entire entree, he said the entree was already ready we just needed to pick another side. I order the fettuccine pasta and the pasta looked like it’s been there for a while, very stiff and old. We had to wait for someone to get us utensils when we asked for it, since the food was served to us. Very bad service and experience.
