I recently had the pleasure of being served by Austin at AppleBees, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we sat down, Austin was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. The food was delicious, and Austin's exceptional service truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend asking for Austin if you want a great dining experience! It was also super wheelchair accessible!

Greeted at the door. Seated just as quickly. The server introduced herself. We ordered the 2 for 26 special. Both had the steaks. They weren't medium rare, we ordered. We were served medium. Which was ok. They are the usual restaurant steals. Definitely not steakhouse quality, but that's to be expected for a sports bar. Our meal came with mozzarella sticks. They were ok, just not piping hot. Our server kindly allowed me to substitute a second serving of broccoli for mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes were delicious as well. My dining partner gave me a few bites. The broccoli was delicious. We asked for and was served extra butter quickly. Many times, if you ask for extra items later, it takes forever, or they never come. Service was great! We were not rushed. Our arrival time was perfect. (5pm) Shortly after we were served, the place filled.

If you have been to Applebee’s before you pretty much know the layout. They stay pretty consistent throughout their locations. The food here has always been good. I love the brisket tacos and fish & chips! Pretty good deals. 2 for 20 is a killer deal. Great appetizers. Haven’t tried the mixed drinks here, but they do have a decent selection for beer. Customer service has always been wonderful. Always seated very quickly. Table service is excellent. Waiters and waitresses are always very nice and helpful. Food usually comes fairly quickly. All in all I would recommend them. If you are a fan of Applebee’s you won’t be disappointed.

This was a last minute stop for us to grab a bit before we headed home. Burger was ok, didn't care for the sauce they used in it. The service was good. Will need to try more if their menu to give a fair food vote.

I have several observations about this place and, being my first visit, it was honestly disappointing. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant smell that didn’t create a good first impression. When ordering, we asked for tacos, wings, a burger, and various sauces. The first thing to arrive were the nachos with cheese and onion sauce, which were actually very good. However, the experience went downhill from there. The burger lacked flavor, especially the meat, so I requested ranch dressing to improve it, but the server forgot to bring it, and I ended up eating it as it was. The chicken wings were overcooked and drenched in an excessive amount of sauce, which made it seem like they were trying to cover up the overcooking. We mentioned this to the server, who was very kind and replaced them without charging us, but unfortunately the second order of wings was also overcooked. I’m not sure if it was just a bad night for the kitchen or if this is their usual standard, but since it was my first experience, it will also be my last visit. Sadly, I do not recommend this place.

Came for a steak dinner ordered medium well it was raw sent it back 40 mins later still no steak they "forgot" remade it and took it off the bill so 3 stars instead of 1 but the matter was we whet out for a steak dinner and it took 2 hours for them to get it right no manager ever came bye and no thanks for coming when we left like it was our fault ? I expected better you would to, sad

I have gone to this location many times over the years, and always had great service, but tonight, not so much! I decided to read other reviews and I see so many good reviews about your server Austin, and I don't understand! He was horrible! After he took our order, he never came back to our table! The manager is the one who served our food so he never came back! Over the course of our time there, he walked by several times, and never acknowledged us or if we needed anything else, even about our check. Nothing! He seemed to treat others differently. We were friendly when we got there, so not sure why he completely ignored us! That is the worst service I ever had at your restaurant. I actually felt bad afterwards like did we do something wrong? We are always polite to servers and always tip,. For someone who depends on tips for their job, he sure didn't care! Luckily we never leave without tipping because it's rude and I know they work hard, however, someone else may not have! Only gave 3 stars cause the food was delicious! You guys have the best nachos! Probably won't go back there!

I’ve been to this Applebee’s location in Cameron Park many times over the years and it’s consistently a mixed experience. On some occasions the food and service is great and on others it is lacking. Tonight, the experience was lacking. Was seated and waited 20 minutes with no service. No one came over to get us drinks, take our order, or even just say “hi”. We ended up leaving…

We ordered food, and they never brought it out to us. Terrible service, terrible experience.

Walked in for dinner and it was incredibly cold inside on a winter day. Sat down and decided it was to much to handle and left for a place much more inviting. However the staff was friendly and understanding

Talk about crappy service. No once came to the front to seat us. When they did they never came back to the table to take our drink order after 20 minutes. We got up and left. Some of the worst service I have ever received! Avoid this place if you care about service.

It honestly blows me away that this place has been open for this long, let alone having 4 stars. We had mozzerella sticks, burger, fries, nachos, soup/salad, sodas. Weren’t offered refills on drinks even once, food came out flavorless/stale/soggy/burnt. Kids food came out 10-15 minutes before ours did. The sodas were watery. It’s sad when you spend $90 on dinner, just to have to make something to eat when you get home.
