My food was amazing rice cooked to perfection. My mentally challenged friends were loud and no one even batted an eye showing how mature they are. They packed my food I got so much for such a good price. The cashier was very sweet and understanding her name started something with an N. The rest of the staff where amazing too I will be coming back for this service!
This was one of the best Chipotles I went to in my 20 years of being a customer. The food was great, the kitchen was clean, the portions were fair, the employee was nice, everything was just perfect. This is how Chipotle should be. I hope other Chipotles get better.
After a bad experience at another Chipotle location nearby, I was given a member reward and tried this store. Everything was made exactly as expected, all the add-ons were there, flavor was also good.

Was asked to leave a 5 star review when i picked up my food... how about we start with 3 stars and i'll update it from there pending future visits. In the past, i have experienced exactly what everyone else complains about: them being out of items before 8 PM with no sign of restocking before close. I've also witnessed employees just stand around and talk about personal things while others scurry at the food prep line/register. My guess is the owner is finally getting affected by the negative reviews and wants to do something about it. Sorry, still not going to hand out a free 5 star review when i've gotten such inconsistent orders in the past from this location. However, this order i picked up recently was perfect. everything i ordered was on my bowl (as it should be..... every time.....). They even still had vinaigrette!!!!!!! at 8 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will update my review when i witness PERMANENT improvements from this location.
A skinnier guy in a cap, glasses, and apron gave me a spoon of chicken like we were in the famine. The chicken was very dry and somewhat hard. The lady down the line scooped appropriately and wasn’t stingy. The rest of the food was as normal as it should be.
Brown rice was like eating rocks. You know, you need to cook it before serving! After multiple horrible experiences at Chipotle, I am done. I will never eat at Chipotle again. Too bad, because I do like the flavor of the chicken. We shall see if Starbucks goes the same way with the new CEO.
What a poorly managed Chipotle! This is compared to all the locations in different states I’ve been to. 6 employees and I was initially the only customer- but no one to greet and take orders!! 3 weee in prep/ cooking area. After waiting for a few and no one even acknowledging my presence, one employee finally came to take my order. The rice was half cooked and clearly should not have been served. They were out of grilled veggies and said it was not an available option today. Never heard that before! Said the same to two customers who arrived after me. Lot of wastage of food by employee making the burrito- a tortilla sitting on counter too was discarded and mine with food almost again as it ripped during the wrapping process! I would hate to be the owner of this business for sure! Will find another location next time- my first and last visit to this one .
The rice was raw, there was no chicken, they said to wait 15 minutes. The beans were at the bottom and they put the leftovers from the container to me. There was also no ice. Not only I was unhappy, but other visitors as well. Worst chipotle I have ever eaten.

This store is not honoring their promotion that even the voice automated system is saying they have. I told them this and they didn’t care.
Probably one of the consistently worst chipotles we go to. We get chipotle 1x a week at least and this location always disappoints. There’s a tall, blonde person who works there who is ALWAYS rude, averts eye contact, and gives minuscule portions even if you ask for extra. Officially wont be back.
Unclean. Understaffed. Togo orders aren't placed out. Workers are a lot more interested in catching up.

Never again will we set foot in this establishment. Instead of generous portions being offered to us when we ordered a bowl, the young lady who was serving us was skimping On everything that you put in the plate. It was so insulting. As a result, we ended up paying $20 for half of what we should’ve had. Never again will we step foot at this establishment. As far as we’re concerned, this was daylight robbery. The staff needs to want to work there in order to serve customers. I suggest you re-train them how to serve people, so that customers are satisfied. We left and went to a competitor to continue our lunch.

Went here last week. Ordered through the app since that's all that's available right now. Which is fine. On the app it says you can just walk in to the store and pick up your order inside. This is not the case when you get there. I walked up and saw at least 10 people waiting outside. There was tons of ready to pick up food just sitting on the tables with not one employee in sight to hand them out. I asked the other people waiting around me what the protocol was and if anyone had come out. Some said they had been waiting for 15 minutes. Finally one person came out with a clipboard and took down peoples names. But still never handed anything out. When she finally came out with some orders, she handed it to the customer and the customer grabbed it and walked away and the employee yelled YOUR WELCOME. As if the customer had did something wrong. I thought that was just super rude of the employee. I get that it's a pandemic and they have tons of orders but no one outside was being rude to her. When I finally got my food, there were three items missing. All of which were available on the app. The fact that nothing was mentioned to me, and the fact that they could just seal up my order and hand it to me knowing not all my stuff is there is just unacceptable. The only thing that makes up for it is the food. But with customer service like this, I may have to go elsewhere.
Employee that had a thick beard was serving without a beard net and his beard hair fell into the sour cream. Not up to health code standards.

This location has consistently been the worst of all the many locations I have been to. I have nothing against the staff who aren't especially rude or anything, it just seems like they have no clear process in order. Below are the issues I consistently run into: 1) They are always 10-15 late on online orders. I feel like other locations seem to have this in lock, I'm not sure what's different here. 2) Whenever I try to wait inside (with mask, staying distanced) I am asked to wait outside if I had an online order and that they will bring it to me. Ok, fine I understand. Everyone is trying to be safe/follow protocol. 3) After waiting outside...no one brings out any orders to any of the people waiting for online orders. 4) There are alphabetic labels on the online order section that would help you be able to see when your order is ready. The staff do not seem to use these labels (they just put it somewhere on the shelf). This means that every time an order is brought to the shelf, you have to go in again and check if its yours (since they are not bringing it outside like they said). All of these things together mean that I had to go inside 6 different times on my most recent pickup, and waiting >15 min after my established pickup time.
Came into the store at 7pm.. they ran out of white rice, steak, guacamole. The tables were unkept and unclean.
Worst Chipotle I've Ever been to. And I eat at Chipotle often at least once a week from the east bay to Sacramento to So Cal. Ordered 2 Burritos came 25% the Regular Size. Brought it to the attention of a female employee working on Halloween night only one. She shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you that's the size. I asked have they run low on food are they trying to make it last, what? Oh yea we ran out of tomatoes. Well that's only 10% max of the ingredients. I go to sit down feeling short changed. My wife couldn't stay quiet. She talked to the manager. After Nothing. Save your money. Or maybe try another location
Sooo dirty I was really hungry but really I did not enjoy my good because the place was really dirty. Around the food, the tables, the floor! Everything!!!!!

This has got to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Half the time I go there they are out of many items of food. The staff are incredibly rude and indifferent. We once went there 30 minutes before close and they completely ignored us as though we didn't exist. A couple people walked out before us and warned us that they will not serve us. I'm pretty sure the owner has no idea how badly this place is run. I go out of my way to not go to this Chipotle.
Was flabbergasted by the amount of “protein” they added to my bowl. About 6 bits of chicken to be exact. And that was “double protein”. In addition, the staff always seem rude and annoyed to even be working. I never give any attitude or make any additional requests. Be prepared for this. Wild stuff.
Would love to leave a decent to great review but unfortunately the service was lackluster at best. Server did not greet so I asked for a burrito but she started to make a bowl. Portion sizes were much smaller than usual; I assume with being preoccupied (I could count the 10 beans lol). Manager was cold and uninviting and laughed and mocked a family with the serving employee. The cashier was not friendly and had side conversation with the manager during checkout. Lastly, once I paid I had to reach over the counter to grab my bag as both manager and cashier were in their own world. Location is convenient during lunch hour but I recommend going the extra mile to another location. I almost thought of walking out as I waited for the fajitas to be prepared but didn’t want to waste any food. Very rude staff
Worst worst worst Chipotle you can imagine. They never make the right order, and if you ask to fix it they literally say it is what it is. They always have altitude and burn all the ingredients specially chicken, un eatable. If you don’t wanna waste your money, DO NOT GO THERE, PERIOD. Unbelievable!
DO NOT EAT HERE! We ordered online and went to pick up our food. We had to wait for awhile to get the food as it sat in the back getting cold. We left when we finally got out food. When we got home we realized we didn’t have the drink we paid $4 for, the bag looked like it had been sealed and reopened 3 separate times, and none of the food was correct. The receipt and name were right, and it was a bowl, burrito, and guacamole, but rhr burrito and bowl were completely different from what we ordered. We got a veggie bowl with all the fillings. Instead we got a chicken bowl with basically nothing on it. The burrito was huge which would have been great if it didn’t have meat in it. As vegetarians we were not able to eat out food. When we complained about our $40 meal that we couldn’t eat we only got $17 back.
Ice machine didn’t work and somehow I got charged more for less food. I was at a different chipotle last night and got way more food and paid $1 less. How is that possible? I ordered the exact same thing.
Order the bowl with carne asada and extra carne asada, what I receive is burnt meant and extremely dry I had a hard time swallowing. This place needs to quality check their food. The carne asada was the worst that I’ve even eaten cooked beyond well done. Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of this place.
I placed an order through DoorDash and I ordered a chicken bowl but they sent me a burrito with chips. This is the second time that this is happened and they sent me the wrong item and chipotle will not do anything about it.

This is the 7th time this has happened. We stay next door so this is convenient Their scanner does not work most of the time to give us points or use rewards. Once a week atleast scanner has issue. The owner doesn't do anything to improve the situation. Even thought they close at 10pm, they don't allow us to sit inside starting 8:50pm. Employee start leaving and they are out of food. @chipotle

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I ordered chicken with rice and beans, and I specifically asked the employee if the salsa and corn were spicy. She said yes, so I asked about the guacamole and she said it wasn't spicy. However, after taking just one bite, the food was extremely spicy. I have a stomach issue, so I couldn't eat it. When I went back to return it, the same employee talked to another worker and they both seemed upset. They started speaking in another language right in front of me, which felt rude and unprofessional. A manager came over, and I explained the situation multiple times before she finally agreed to refund me. She handed me the receipt with a bad attitude, looked away when I said thank you, and just walked off. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the staff handled the situation very poorly. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed.

They also tried to charge me $1 for dressing, it never happened in order Chipotles I don’t understand why but the lady in the cashier was kind of rude. I don’t want to come back here anymore.
#Respect Peoples time .. placed an order today, it was an online takeout order, and my order was ready; it was inside the kitchen, but no one brought it out and placed it on the shelf. They were talking among themselves, but not once did anyone ask me or go inside to check if my order was ready. I told them that I had waited for twenty minutes, and for the last ten minutes, I had been looking at my order through the kitchen door window; it was ready inside. But no one brought that outside.
The shop had a large billboard promoting Chipotle Honey Chicken. However, when I ordered it, they said, "We don't have that anymore." If that's the case, they should take the poster down. After that, the server encouraged me to get half chicken and half carnitas since I couldn't decide which to order. I wasn't told this would incur an extra charge, but my bill showed a $5.00 upcharge. Additionally, my food was bland and cold, not warm at all. Overall, this place feels like a ripoff. My husband did not enjoy his food either.

But at pickup, this store would charge me double the price of the confirmed amount on my App and email..., w/ altitude from both cashier and store managers. It's not about price anymore, but too disappointing and unpleasant experience. We ended up going down the street to Yiassoo, which always has fresh quality food and nice staff. It further concerns me thinking about how they would process the food in my order: 1) trash it? No, for a store refusing to honor customer's confirmed order for just one entree bowl, they're less likely to throw it away. 2) sell it to another customer, or...? Making me scared to be a future customer. Sadly, we used to love Chipotle, then not visiting after E.coli outbreak news, got brought back to store by a faked promotion, and would never step back because of the poor staff training and management.
