I have been to this iHop before and haven’t received the greatest service. I went in earlier this morning and our server Renee was wonderful. She was very attentive and kept in touch with us throughout our whole stay. She has such positive energy and definitely was a highlight of our visit. Will definitely come back for her service!
I love this location. It’s clean. No wait for seating. The order came out looking exactly as it does on the menu and it was very good. Our waitress was so happy and jolly if we were in a bad mood she definitely cheered us up. She checked on us periodically after we got our order and she did not forget to apply my husband military discount. She was so good we definitely tipped her $20 she deserved it
Though it was a Sunday morning and we expected it to be very busy, it was crowded but we were able to be seated within 5 minutes of arriving at the location. Our waitress came to our table within a few minutes of being seated and we took our orders shortly thereafter. Our food arrived in about 20 minutes or so. We ordered a variety of food... avocado toast, waffles, crepes fruit, eggs, hash browns, bacon, juice, & milkshakes. All items were prepared well and tasted good. The waitress and manager were friendly and helpful. I would visit the location again.

IHOP saved my life. It replenished my soul with its nutritious plentiful food of gods. I felt energy come out of my crepes and straight into my metaphysical being. The waiter was awesome you should promote him twice. All the food was amazing I would gladly die eating IHOP as my final meal. All around a good time!

My elderly mother and I had lunch here on a Saturday after the lunch rush (around 1:00 p.m.), and we had a server named Renee. She was without a doubt the best server I have had in a restaurant in a long time. Always attentive to our needs (e.g., bringing refills on drinks) and courteous throughout the entire process. What a great experience we had! This is an awesome place to get breakfast entrees any time of the day!
Staff was polite and order was accurate. I visited a friend today at Ihop. Coffee was hot and fresh. Didn't have e food really. Our waitress, CC, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and extremely kind and courteous. Thank you for an amazing experience.
The breakfast sampler is our go to breakfast offering at IHOP!! Once again, the IHOP in Cedar Hill TX did not disappoint us!! Our food and coffee were served to us fresh and hot and were tasty!! Our server, Tyler King, was excellent!! He was very friendly, courteous and efficient!! We will definitely request that he be our server on our next visit(s)!! WAY TO GO TYLER!!
My family and I have been to this IHOP a couple of times during the year and every time has been a joy to be here. Most of our servers (Temiah, Tyler, Caelen, just to name a few) have been great with customer service and have answered everyone of our questions no matter how small. The food has always been great and affordable, so we definitely recommend people coming here. Overall, we love coming place and the staff working here need a raise!
The waiter had a very good attitude. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was very clean and last but not least she served me with a smile.

We took the kids after prom and the service was amazing very attentive— even with the crowd of teenagers— I as the parent there was truly happy that the staff treated all the students with so much friendliness. Our waiter was awesome as tired as I was she kept the coffee coming.
Now this is my best IHOP for breakfast if they get rid of the cooks they will have to close this place they give you plenty of food like you were at home I eat there for breakfast only soo I can't say about dinner
Not many patrons in the restaurant. Food was yummy and the server was nice and attentive. Will go back. One of the few establishments that offers kids eat free with adult meal.
I believe her name was Kaliee (She's AA with a nose piercing)? She was my server today at about 3p, or 4p. She had top-notch customer service, personable, professional, and attentive. I will come back if she is my server!!
This is a wonderful place for dining, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good customer service, you don't wait long periods of time to receive your food, very good service.

Great location and great food! Ihop is always busy on Sunday mornings. My group of 4 waited 20 mins for a table at 1200. The booths are divided with plastic dividers above/between the booths and tables were fewer than normal and spread out more. All tables and booths were wiped between diners. Staff were friendly and helpful. Delicious food and great specials. They do not have gluten free pancakes.
Claudia are waitress was wonderful and very attentive! The pancakes were delicious! Loved the pancakes....with strawberries and bananas. Very yummy. Had their coffee..not an avid coffee drinker but it was good. 3/15. Worse service ever!!! We were sat at a table. No one come to serve us. There were 7 servers standing around and no one came to serve us. One server serviced the table next to us and server them twice.another couple was sat served. In the ten minutes no one came! Worst service ever!
I don’t typically write reviews, but I came in this morning after a long shift and Howanza was so sweet and gave excellent service. Definitely made my favorite pancake restaurant better.
Manager Victor and waiter Fernando provided excellent customer service during our Christmas visit, listening to our concerns and handling a challenging situation with patience and professionalism.
There is a cook at night, her name is Jalen. You can tell the difference when she cooks your food. Outstanding and delicious. You can tell her heart is in the food that she prepares. Money is worth spending when she's there. Short hair cut, cute and very sweet. I've been going every Wednesday morning now in the past month. Tip her.
We had a short hour to eat and the staff was so accommodating and even though it was busy they took our orders so fast and our food was out and delicious in record time! Thank you all so much. When we left they wished us luck at our next game. They went above and beyond. I believe our waiters name was Tyler K and he was awesome! 10/10
Yall!!!! The order and flow of this IHOP is awesome 👏🏽!!! When we got in we were greeted! The hostess put down our menus on a slightly dirty table… The waitress ASIA quickly noticed and cleaned our table herself 👍👍👍👍. She was amazing AT checking in on us and friendly. Usually the service and food is great despite being understaffed every time I go. It would be nice if the restrooms were taken care of since one time there wasn’t even soap to wash my hands.

I've donea review at a different ihop location and it wasn't well. Testing out a different location. The food was good but could have been better. The spicy burger wasn't spicy. Hash browns were burned a little. I recieved a hot chocolate in the wrong beverage cup. The table was clean but left damp so we had to rewipe it down but thats ok. The resturant was in order and very clean. Their friendly staff was willing to serve and very attentive. There is also plenty of waiting space if they need it. They were not busy at the time I went and they seated us as soon as we walked in the door. I'd Recomend.

9/29/19 1:49 Am CST They are making people wait 20-30 minutes for a table when they are not full. I am guessing they are getting pressure from their corporate overlords to reduce table turn times. Once they start the drink order the time clock for the table starts. To make a reference to accounting terms they are cooking the books along with the food too.
Food and service ok, servers grabbing food and stuffing their mouth while waiting for their orders, then grabbing those plates without washing their hands, not ok. Management should be aware of these issues.
I was expecting something more upscale. Food was ok, but my breakfast was overcooked. Service, could be better, our lady give us good service but all the servers were together next to the kitchen chitchatting loud and kitchen was jamming music more than loud. They should review what customer service means. Kinda disappointed with this location.
The queen that served us unfortunately was also our cook. I don't recall her name but she might as well be the general manager. Alone, she greeted, seated, took our order, cooked our food, served our food, took our check, and maintained such a pleasant spirit.

The first thing I heard when I got there was "the wait for your food will be 45 mins" when I asked why if there isn't anybody waiting, she told me"there's online, app, Uber and dordash orders " not only from here but other cities, the food is good but you need to come with enough time.
Normally all is great here but the last time I was there the cook didn’t show up and the manager was the only hello there. He did a great job but naturally the wait was a bit longer. Hoping they’ve fixed their staffing shortage. I’ll return later.
It's been a long time since I've gone inside to sit and eat or order to-go. Decided to pick up a late (12 pm ish) breakfast of a pancake combo for my husband and I. While I waited for my order I needed to use the restroom, but it was dirty. I couldn't use the regular stall because of the nasty toilet, so I used the accessible stall with a changing table, which was the cleaner option. The one bright spot of my visit was breakfast. Very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness at this 📍
1/2, 6:37pm, I was beyond tired after working 2 shifts and just wanted to go home and crash out; so, I stopped by IHOP to grab something quick for my family (3 meals). Big mistake. While the restaurant wasn't very busy, I could see that the few servers on duty were overwhelmed & slow. It took 10 minutes before I could even place my to-go order and another 14-15 minutes to be told my order was ready. I grabbed my bags and left. I get home, let my family know food's in the kitchen and head to the shower. Imagine my disbelief when I open the remaining bag and find someone else's omelette meal and a pair of overcooked pancakes. I called and spoke with two (2) very friendly and apologetic managers (BF/BM) who immediately offered to remake and/or refund my meal stating they were shortstaffed and hated I'd had a bad experience. I made arrangements to follow up the next day and let them know I'd bring in the meal I'd gotten. I was told not to bother with that and thanked for being so polite.
This is not one of the better iHops IMO...but we are definitely beginning to see a positive impact being made by the new general manager. Got to give him props. We are hopeful this can become a premier IHOP in the future. Things we noticed that were better was the facility was much cleaner and looked like some renovations had taken place. The service was a bit faster and food was still good...but not great. Didn't like when I asked for strawberry syrup, only to be brought a strawberry topping, then charged like $2 for it. Too much nitpick pricing. Whether it be sour cream, salsa, or whatever...just build it into your cost. Speaking of cost, the prices are at least 30% higher, if not more, from just a few years ago. To be fair...they are pretty much at all restaurants these days. So, yes, still a work in progress...but definitely getting better and going the right direction.
Asked for table to be wiped off as we sat down, because it was sticky. Seemed to bother the server. Ordered eggs over med and got scrambled - kept so I didn't have to wait. Butter didn't melt on pancakes, because they weren't hot. Second time this has happened. Eating out is expensive, and I know servers need tips, but you've got to improve.
I must say I haven't been in an IHOP establishment in several years. After an appt, we decided to try some breakfast food. It was close to noon, so we stopped in. I was a little disappointed in the food. The service was good. I ordered the bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich, and onion rings due to the fact I couldn't decide on what to get. Can't go wrong right with a BLT. Well, yes, you can. The bread was burnt, and the bacon was so rubbery. My onion rings were good. If I had to choose a breakfast location, I must say I would have to give them another try before referring anyone. I wasn't completely satisfied. Service was good..
Went at night on a Sunday. There was 4 other parties of two per table. We were asked to wait to be seated. The waitress seated us at a table. We ask if we could have a booth they were all dirty so we sat and waited about 5 min. for a booth to be cleaned. We ordered our food it was very good. Had 4 coffees and not once asked if we wanted more. After we were done and the last customers there, the waitress cleaned tables packed to-go orders. She took her sweet time bringing us our receipt.Took about 20 min. Still never asked would you like more coffee while we we waited for the receipt and she did everything other than take care of us. The waitress was not friendly at all very dry. Got receipt finally, got up and stood at front to pay. The waitress kept taking her sweet time doing other things almost to make us wait longer. Finally a guy came out to take my money from the kitchen. I would have tipped her $20 but was very un-happy with her service gave her $1. Gave 2 stars because food was right. Would have gave waitress a half star if I could have. MY family will never eat here again because of the service even though the food was perfect! Way to go waitress!
Food was not that great. The order didn't come to the table right, some items were missing. The server was good but stressed as other employees didn't get their side work completed and made it harder for the server to catch up on her nightly chores. Cook was not in a good mood, which showed in our lack of meals. Won't be back on the night shift.
States kids eat free online but when we went in the server told us the franchise owner does not honor that. Again FRANCHISE OWNER DOES NOT HONOR KIDS EAT FREE HERE
Kiki was amazing!! Great service, great attitude, attentive, prompt, came by many times to check on me. Food: what a disappointment, on the low end for IHOP in DFW. Most tables had large quantities of left overs, and it makes sense. Atmosphere: the dining area was below par all around, bathroom was filthy. I’d come back for Kiki, and give it a second chance.
I will not ever go to this location again. The service was awful, the food came out 35 minutes after the order was taken (an omelette and three pancakes), the pancakes were soggy, the staff was not educated on the menu, and every table in the restaurant was dirty. The only good thing about that restaurant is the manager who made up for the mistakes.
When I got stranded nearby when Safelite Glass repair said it would be over three hours to replace my windshield, I was thrilled to see that there was an ihop nearby. With this being a breakfast spot, I was confident that they would cook my eggs benedict to perfection, but I was wrong. The eggs that should have been poached, and have a yolk that runs out when you cut it and enhances the Bearnaise sauce were so overcooked, nothing was going to run out of these. The Bearnaise sauce was bitter, none of the herbs that make this sauce so special were identified - a huge miss. I should have re-ordered the Wonka meal that brought me there ion the first place, but against my better judgement, i ordered the 2x2x2. Another miss -bacon undercooked and inedible. Our waitress was lovely, everything else - I won't be back.

Today is May 30, 2024. The time is 7:50 PM. I attempted to have a meal at this location because I have been without power for the last three days and I haven’t been unable to cook. I walked in the door at 7:40 and after waiting 10 minutes, I was told that they were short stare And Cook advised someone not to see me and my granddaughter. We literally refuse service even though there were very few people in the IHOP and this is a 24 seven establishment. I have always enjoyed this location and their food, but I will never go there again.
Usually this location is not as bad. Tonight I waited for 40 minutes for a refill. There was a few employees that that checked on other tables which were not theres but no one even attempted to see if I needed anything. I was being courteous and considerate not to go up to a waitress that was with other customers out of respect. I asked for my respect and the manager told me to come back in the morning, now I'm sure there is a electronic journal or some sort to reprint. The only reason I am writing this was due to the service. When I mention to speak to the manager she showed no concern, no compassion of any kind. I'm not a to go person and extremely bad customer service is killing brick and mortar.
I'd give zero stars if I could. We've walked out the past two times due to no service and bad food. The last time we were there, the pancakes were raw batter and it took am hour to get them! I hear it's better for lunch but don't go after 4 pm
We sat for 1 hour and enjoyed cold coffee. Waitress never returned to see if we needed a refill or anything. When we located her, she had an attitude and said we had only been waiting for 35 mins which is not true. Three other tables came in after us and were served their food. This is the reason we inquired about our food. Her response was NOT “let me check”. She was extremely rude and unprofessional so we decided to leave. She never once said.. I apologize, let me check. The other waiters/waitesses returned to their tables to check on their customers. The manager of this establishment should know that IHOP Cedar Hill needs improvement. We left once before because of poor service. It is really sad that you cannot patronize IHOP in Cedar Hop and receive good service. We are very patience and we waited an hour before inquiring about our food.
Management needs to observe their help tables are dirty. The floor is dirty. You need to get somebody to clean it up. This place is disgusting, table nasty, floor sticky each step my shoes sticking, tables sticky, cup nasty from previous customer lipstick, it is a shame one guy cleaning, and taking orders. I normally drive miles and go to Waxahachie, Tx for service. I should not have to do that for great service or cleanliness. The server did a good job, but the young man really need assistance. Either hire more help or others that standing around need to help .
IHOP just isn't the same. idk. The staff are really nice. It's always freezing in there. The food is okay. The safest thing to order if you are not sure what you want is pancankes.....

VERY sloooooow service. The restaurant was not busy at all. There appeared to be two managers on duty, but NOBODY was checking to see if the customers were okay. The wait for the food was about 45 minutes. The food came out at different times. One of my two kids meals came out last. The orders were not right. The omelets ( we ordered 3) are supposed to have 3 pancakes. She brought a plate with two pancakes and one with three. I had to remind her about the 3rd order and had to ask for butter. It was a bad experience, but the pancakes were good.
Bathroom was disgusting! Toilet seat just barely attached. No hand soap and filthy everywhere! Makes me wonder what conditions are in the kitchen. All out of iced tea. Food was fair
Took them a while to have us seated, the restaurant wasn’t even busy. And all you can hear is the servers complaining of who’s going to serve us. As they were asking who’s going to serve us they would look at us and roll their eyes. Honestly I felted discriminated and got upset, I told my husband I wanted to leave I can imagine who ever was going to be our server won’t even going to give us good customer service. As we got up and started walking towards the door we can hear them laughing. Do not recommend at all
So many employees standing around not doing anything , I was on the waitlist for 40 min while there was many tables open. Manager did not come out one time to explain what was going on or why the wait.My party and I , including other people on the waitlist list left the place.
Little Hispanic waitress picked me to have a fit over. Attitude from the beginning. No one in the store. I had my wife speak for me it was so bad. When my order was made poorly, I stated the errors and she went left. Never met this woman in my life. I just picked her? I didnt get anything free. Didn't eat any food. What was my hustle then? Why did I pick her? She was the one with attitude the entire time. Other people might take it. Youre dealing with people's food. Keep your feelings in your pocket.
I came to eat here with my family. Supposably it's 24 hours. I was walking inside, and 3 of the workers ran to the back and hid from us. one of the workers came and said they couldn't attend me because they didn't have any servers. This is completely unacceptable. How is this a 24-hour restaurant with not even 1 server to attend us? Wish there was a 0 star rating on this place.
We arrived on a Sunday at 3:20, long after the post church rush. A large group of employees stood around mostly looking at their phones. We were seated. And we sat for almost 20 minutes. A group stood in the area behind the waiters area backs to the room on their phones. Zero effort. Zero concern. We just got up and left. I’ll tolerate this when I have to in Europe but not here. Their food is not cheap so it’s just not worth hanging around where our business is not wanted.
I came in at 11pm on Sunday, May 19th and was seated by an older Hispanic lady who took my order and quickly came back to the table to give me my drink and said my food will be ready soon. So I got on my phone to watch some videos until my order was ready, but after an hour and seeing other customers around me get their food and leave I got up to find the sever who took my order to ask how much longer it will be, and when I found her on the other side of the restaurant she was sleep. So I had to ask another server about the status of my order and after the other server checked with the cook the nice young lady informed me that my order was never put in, but she’d be more than happy to take my order and it will be free considering how long I had to wait. She also asked me to show her what sever took my order the first time and I pointed to the older lady who was still sitting at a table sleep, and she said, “Oh, I’m so sorry, that’s our new manager. She is always sleeping on the clock.” I was like wow. That is crazy. Also mangers at restaurants get paid way more than servers so why is a manger taking table orders? That is taking potential money away from the servers. And this particular manager is just making the restaurant look bad by sleeping on the clock out in front of the customers, and forgetting to even put a customers order in.
Everything started off fine until the waiter took 45 minutes to bring us our food while everyone was getting served around us. She then got everyone’s order wrong and the food was served cold. Lastly she was rude when we asked to speak to a manager and after trying to pay despite hardly touching our food she accused us of trying to walk out on our bill after I gave her my card to pay for my order and she gave it back without running it. Overall I was really dissatisfied with the service.
NEVER FAIL 🤬 EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THIS RATCHET IHOP IM ALWAYS PISSED OF THE OUTCOME! AND NO I DONT WANT TALK ABOUT NO DAMM REVIEW TF… YALL DEFINITELY NEED TO DO BETTER THIS MI 3RD TIME IN A ROW BAD BUSINESS! WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FULL STACK RECEIPT SHOWN….. THEN THEY FALLING APART LOOKING LIKE DAMN HAMBURGER BUNS🤯🖕🏾
This was a waste of time. 100% will never be returning! When me and my boyfriend sat down these two waitresses were fighting over who was going to take our order and the one lady said “don’t talk to her (the other waitress) because she’s trying to steal my table, just ignore her.” They took our order and we waited over 30 minutes to receive 2 pancakes and some sausage. The bathrooms were absolutely nasty and toilet paper everywhere and the toilets themselves were so gross. The staff was all yelling at each other and being very rude to one another talking about how they were going to go outside and fight. There were only a few other people who were there and plenty of staff so it definitely should not have take over 30 minutes for a couple of pancakes. When we asked to leave and pay for our drinks they were very rude about it and said “they are making them now, can you just wait?” This experience was horrible and I would definitely say not worth anyone’s time.
Nasty!!! Ate at IHOP in Cedar Hill and discovered someone had took a bite out of my pancakes. Victoria took my omelet from me without asking because I asked to be compensated. She sarcastically responded to me regarding my concerns. Totally unprofessional. Beware and check your food!!!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I will. Me and my family just left here. When we first walk in their is a sign stating kids eat free between 4pm-10pm. We asked the waiter are the kids meals free today and she said no and we turned around and pointed her the sign then she said ooh I didn’t know that! Ok so she brings the kids food out first, eggs warm as hell. At this point I’m already frustrated. She then brings me and my wife food out and the pancakes falling apart, we had to ask for syrup and ketchup! My daughter then had to use the restroom and she goes to tell my wife the restroom is broken and I’m like how tf y’all employees use the restroom if it’s broken!!!!
As long as my family and I have been customers of IHop (for years), we've never experienced the service we did last night on Easter Sunday. We've only had a couple of minor negative service in the past: but, nothing like what we encountered last night. We were a party of (8), and when we arrived there was only 1 other table with customers there, who was about to leave. We ordered our drinks first as usual. Our waiter (Carlson) greeted us with a smile and asked were all our orders on separate tickets or 1? I responded back 1 ticket, in which he was happy, by responding to us thank you for making my job a little easier by putting the orders on 1 ticket. At the time, we didn't realized Carlson and the manager (Lisa) on clock then (who was also the cook) were the only 2 people in the restaurant. After our arrival, 3 other table of customers arrived and was seated. At this time Carlson (our waiter) seem to be stretched to his far limitations. Some of our food arrived, and right away the orders were mixed up badly. Carson, who was very frustrated told us he will let the cook know. At this time, the rest of our food arrived. Again the orders was mixed, as well as mashed potatoes that was running and not fully cooked and burger meats that was raw when you bite into. My fish nugget broke in half when I took a bite. At this time our waiter (Carlson) was extremely frustrated, that he was getting ready to walk out. It's when he told us the manager was also cooking and didn't know what she was doing. At this time, more customers was entering the restaurant, with only 2 people working the entire restaurant by themselves. We begged our waiter to please don't walk out. He was doing his best, under a chaotic and stressful environment. As our meals was taken back (just about all our orders), 2 more employees finally walked in. As they walked in, the manager (Lisa) walked out the door. We so badly wanted to walk out too, but our other restaurant choice was about to close, and we definitely felt bad for our waiter. About 15 minutes or so after, the manager return back. She came to our table and was kind and asked us did we need anything else, in which we did preceded nicely telling her what was needed. We was still waiting on our food, which the cook was recooking. Although we could see the esteemed frustration on our waiter's face, as well as the manager who was cooking before the actual cook arrived, he continued working hard trying to work all the tables. Although we paid full price for our meal, we still gave a tip just to show our support to our waiter. We remain calm during the entire time we were there, but we was not happy with the service received, and understood the (2) employees there did their best. We're unsure at this time if and when we will return, because the restaurant needs more employees to ensure customers are given the services needed and expected, as well as the employees are given the help and support of their team, so they don't have to be put in positions that pressure them to want to quit and give up. If the manager is cooking, how can they give their full attention to their employees and customers? These (2) photos show partially how the food looked. We love coming to this restaurant, but after last night's experience, and we're not so sure. It bothered us along just seeing the struggles both the cook (manager Lisa) and waiter (Carlson) went through. I think they should be applaud for their efforts of pushing through doing their best for their customers. Our waiter (Carlson) apologize so many times to us, and expressed how badly he felt for the service we endured. He asked us to please not report the manager Lisa. We don't really blame this on Carlson nor Lisa, given the position they were placed in. We blame it on IHop.
Would not recommend picking up from this place, there is no one really here at 7 pm and the pickup order is 10+ mins late. And the server is in the corner on their phone. Would not recommend location.
DINGY, DIRTY, DISGUSTING! 🤢 Nasty floors, nasty tables, and out of EVERYTHING. How are you out of orange juice at 10:30. Are you really out of orange juice or are you too lazy to refill the containers? We came to this establishment at 10:30 on a WEDNESDAY. At 11:20 we inquired about when our food would be ready… mind you this is when we had been sitting there for 50 minutes. Out of the corner of my eye I see our waitress checking on our food.….. Upon grabbing the plate from the top she tossed it to the bottom shelf with an attitude before attempting to grab the other plates. That is when me and our family got up and left! We had only ordered WATERS. This establishment better get it together before they are shut down!
We were a party of 12....with only one waitress available. It took 2 hours for all of our meals to be cooked and served. My husband kindly suggested the server not allow the food to just sit there on the counter. Some pancakes and toast were cold and stiff. We drank anywhere from 3-5 cups of coffee just waiting. Manager came out and wowed us with a 10% discount on only 4 items for the wait time. They continued making orders to-go as well. This place is understaffed and it would be professional to warn patrons of the wait time to actually get your food. No serrano peppers available. Poblano sauce looked like cheese sauce on top. HOW do you burn macncheese???
My wife and I took our grandson here. When walking in I noticed a banner outside saying kids eat free from 4pm-10pm. When we got the bill we were charged $6.99 for the kids meal. We asked both the server and manager about it. They told us the offer expired 4 days ago at the end of the year. They said they were sorry. I told them that it was their fault and if they were sorry they would take the charge off of tab. They refused. I was very polite and told the manager that we would never be back and I would post a bad review. All this over a $6.99 charge. We didn’t even know about this offer when we went there so it would not have even been as issue if the sign wasn’t up.
Ordered the Jalapeño burger and it was horrible. Lettuce was soggy and limp and I had a hard time trying to figure out the bacon. At first I thought it was cheese melted together and burnt and then realized it was bacon stuck together like it had been sitting there all day. I’ve had this burger before at another location and it was great. I wanted it again , but was very disappointed. Also I had onion rings and they were so greasy as if had been dipped in cold oil and left there for awhile. Maybe a bad day for the cook cause they were very busy; but no excuse on not preparing the food correctly.
We waited to be seated. We didn't see anyone, but one individual and he didn't acknowledge us. I noticed there were several other people also waiting and several orders sitting on the counter. I was under the impression that they were short staffed, so instead of continuing to wait we left to eat elsewhere.
