THIS IS A ONE STAR REVIEW! I know how these things work so I’m giving five :) The employees are VERY friendly and doing the best they can. I appreciate their effort and their care for my order. Still, This company underpays them tremendously. Corporate also never ensures they have stock. The restaurant is ALWAYS out of white rice, sofritas (I’m vegan so this sucks!) and sometimes meat as well. The place probably needs another 2-3 employees out front for help but Chipotle would never do that because it would mean less stock dividends.

Stopped in today for lunch and everything was perfect. The employees are so nice and very friendly. It was pretty busy but they still had someone out to clean the tables periodically. The food was fresh and plentiful. Definitely going back to this location.

I consistently came here for the last five months I’ve probably been here more than 150 times I’ve always been happy with my experience and they’ve always made a really good chipotle. Fast line and it’s always clean with stocked napkins and utensils. They are very accommodating to my food allergies. I love you guys ;)

Visited here on the drive to lake placid. First off great place and the Tesla charger close by is perfect! Great fresh and safe food and tastes great We make this a stopover place Everytime we drive upstate

Had my employee pick us up lunch and my order was incorrect. I went back and was able to speak with someone who was quick to apologize and promptly offered to remake the order. Had someone that used to work at Chipotle and in food service I really appreciate this level of customer care. Thanks Amelia for your help!

I am a chipotle fan! I love the food and eat chipotle often for lunch and dinner. This place keeps up with the good experience and food chipotle is known for. The place has ample seating both indoor and outdoor. Wasn't crowded and the service was quick. Would visit again!

Stood in line to pick up my mobile order for 30mins...they didn't have enough staff to keep up with all the orders, clean the tables, or refill the lemonade dispensers.

Chipotle food in general is good (love the keto lifestyle bowl), but I had a problem with this particular location. The container was not placed flat on the bottom of the bag so when I got to my car and opened it up, the sauce was leaking out the corner into the bag and on to my clothes and the car. Everything inside it was pushed to the side. See picture.

Always enjoy the food. The location was messy, prep counters were in need of a wipe down, and floors needed a good cleaning. Business was a steady flow but, not over busy to keep up with housekeeping and tables. A clean restaurant would have gotted up to the five stars.

Standard chipotle food quality , however the place needs better management. The crew is mostly kids, so while there is line of 6 people, 1 kid taking and making orders the other just chilling around. The place is very dirty and needs an upgrade. The restroom has no changing station

I always get a veggie bowl, I don't eat meat. I got there just after 11:30 order my usual only to see they had no peppers and onions out. I asked if they had any ready in the back. They did not. Then I go to fill up my drink with ice... no ice. Go to grab some napkins.... no napkins. Had to ask the girl behind the register for napkins. Normally small things like this don't bother me, but to be unprepared for service to begin is so annoying. there was plenty of staff there no reason to be out of all those things. Management seems to be lacking.

Love chipotle but this location is very slow and run poorly. Always a line that’s moving very slowly. Sometimes online orders have to wait an hour past their pickup time. It’s lacking management. Always running out of different items too. It’s too bad.

This store has dropped significantly in service in the last year or so. Repeatedly, I have gone there and not been able to get vegetables. They say they cannot provide it because they are understaffed. That has zero credibility. At the same time if you order it online and order vegetables, they don’t call you to tell you that you’re not getting the vegetables. I’m limited in what I can get. And then my daughter tonight place an order and it’s written clearly on top of the order What she wants but she’s given all of these allergens that she cannot eat, including corn and cheese. If you don’t care about what you’re eating, then they are fine. However, if you want to make choices and how you construct your meal, which is a service they offer. This has become very unreliable. They are not providing good service, and they have false advertising: if you are not going be offering vegetable vegetables, which they have not been offering for many many months, then it should not be offered as part of the ordering process. I’m disappointed in myself in having another experience with them that is consistent with what’s happening in the past.

Avoid this Chipotle. Service is slow and reluctant, despite seven employees, partly due to staff drama and partly due to people only filling mobile orders. The service aspect is the most troubling part. I asked for a veggie burrito, and got asked *three times* if I wanted rice and beans. They also neglected to mention they were out of veggies. They also didn't mention they were out of veggies until halfway through the burrito, then seemed upset I didn't want anything else. I skipped buying anything for myself, and left after paying for the kids' meals. Probably my last time at this Chipotle.

Is there even a manager at this place?? Around 6 young adults... one server had long hair hanging down while serving, with a cap literally just sitting on top of his head. Every single table was filthy, and thats no exaggeration. The bathrooms not much better. The food was tepid in temperature and taste was mediocre, at best. They were extremely busy and so I'll cut them some slack but the long hair and the dirty tables are unacceptable. Hence, this review.

After ordering/eating here about a dozen times, this review is ready. On weekends, the garbage bins are always overflowing with trash. Placing orders online for pick-up has consistently been a gamble. Sometimes the orders are ready, other times they are not. When they are not, there's no point person on their staff to ask questions to. Lastly, their portions are wildly variable. Sometimes you make out okay, but most of the time, the orders are very light on ingredients. I'm a fan of Chipotle, just not this Chipotle.

Used to be a nice place. New management messed everything up. Food quality is a big hit or miss and service varies too. If you come here always come and order in person. Orders always get messed up online and employees do not care. Waited 10 minutes for a online order that came out cold and was missing ingredients even though the check had the ingredients included.

The place is always a filthy mess. They are busy today and the food is incredibly inconsistent. Barely anything in the tacos. Burrito is just tasteless and they don’t even have the hot sauce they normally do to give it some flavor. They need to get some people in here that care. I am really grossed out with this place.

the workers were so sweet and accommodating to everyone. everything else about this place was a mess. bathrooms were covered in trash and disgusting. place was extremely understaffed and it was plainly obvious. waited 30 minutes for preordered food and so did multiple others a man in there was fussing about waiting 45 minutes. nothing to do with the workers who puts 2 people on schedule for 5:30 on a sunday? no clue. drink station was extremely disgusting as well trash everywhere, floors unswept, tables covered in food and trash. most likely because management decided to put 2 people on schedule so they had no time to go clean because thy had absolutely no time. multiple drinks were empty, wasn't able to get 4 out of like 7 drink options because all were empty. This included all the specialty drinks and a few of the fountain drinks. i was not about to go speak to the workers because those poor girls were already stressed out enough. do better for your workers.

I have been to many Chipotle restaurants, but this one is by far the worst ran out of any I have ever been to, definitely the worst in the area. There is always a minimum of a 20 to 30 minute wait and they typically only have one person preparing food as the line continues to slowly fester. The only reason I gave even the two-star review was because Chipotle food is always delicious. It is not prepared very well and certainly extremely slowly, I would drive to any of the other ones in the area and even with your drive time you'll probably get your food faster.

Probably one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. Restaurant has 8 people working, the dining room is disgusting, trashes overflowing and a mess at the drink station. Tables are mostly empty though none wiped. The line took 40 mins around 6PM and we counted 19 customers the lost from walking out. Do better and fire the manager here.

Unfortunately the reviews are correct for this store. The meat on my bowl was the smallest I’ve ever received at a Chipotle. Plus I paid the $2.95 for guacamole and got barely half a scoop. Definitely not a great experience at this Clifton Park NY location. I paid a lot of money for not a lot of food. Check # 10245 on 12/12/2025

Here on 8/31 at 7:20-7:45pm. I placed an online order at 7:10pm. I arrived at 7:20 (pick up time given at checkout), checked the to-go bags, and was rudely told "ma'am do not touch the bags!" Not sure how anyone is supposed to know if their food is ready if they can't check the names, but ok. She said they were running behind and she'd call my name. My order was finally ready around at 7:45. No apology given.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever seen. The dining room and kitchen both looked disgusting like nobody cleaned all day. There is food all over the floor like there was a food fight, and dropped food left all over the assembly line without being cleaned.

The place was very very nasty. Couldn’t even find a spot to sit. There is food all over the floor, tables, walls. Even tried to get a drink but all of the sodas were like watered down badly. This place is just disgusting!

Wife and I stopped in on the way home from NYC around 8:30pm Saturday (Nov 2nd) and after waiting in line to order we were grossed out by the filthiness of the food serving counter and decided to leave. Have never experienced such a thing at Chipotle and needless to say will not be eating at this location in the future.

The clifton park chipotle has scammers. I had to ask for more meat because they literally put none on to begin with & they charged me extra. Which I knew would be the case because they are known to be scammers. But the reason for the review is because they literally didn’t even give me a regular portion of meat. 3rd time in a row they messed up our on-line order. When people need to eat gluten free or dairy free, screwing up the order is more than just an inconvenience. We basically spell it out for you by ordering on-line. My bowl was 1/2 full & had cheese that shouldn't have been there. Other meals were similarly wrong. We called to complain and was told "sorry, we'll share this with our team" doesn't really help either. Maybe I should ask Visa to not pay .. (by sharing with my team).

This has to be the worst chipotle in all the land. The place is a mess, constantly food just everywhere and doesn't seem to be regularly cleaned throughout the day. The service is so hit or miss. The employees are typically found arguing with each other or arguing with customers. In the past few weeks i have seen to verbal arguments between employees and customers. The atmosphere is reflected by their grumpy employees. Almost feels like you are walking on eggshells wondering if you will aggravate them because they regularly seem so miserable they don't even want to make your food. I've been to many chipotles and none have been as bad as this one. Wish they could clean it up and hire some happy employees. Would make the place a much more pleasing experience.

My name is Maggie M and this is my story. I just went in after placing a mobile order to find that everything in it was wrong, i’m allergic to tomatoes, so I couldn’t eat the bowl. So I went back in because I figured people deserve a second chance. I went up to the mobile line to have the issue resolved, and was met with the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a stranger. The girl snapped at me and was literally yelling at me asking for what was in my bowl, while the other worker accused me of trying to get a free bowl. The new bowl had a bug in it, and i couldn’t take more than two bites because it was disgusting. This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed online, and I wasn’t planning on it, but this was truly an awful experience. The other people were nice though which is why I rated the atmosphere 2 stars, but if I could give service a -5 I would! I love Chipotle and go here all the time, but never again at this location for fear I run into the same worker. (This happened at 5:30 May 14, 2025 )(by the way go to the chick fil a across the street, they won’t treat you like that)

Hands down the grossest Chipotle we’ve ever visited. No, that’s not what guacamole looks like when it’s oxidized, that’s what guac looks like when it’s gone bad. Line was long and slow at 1:30 on a Monday, the food stations were a mess. The kids all looked like they hated working there and it showed. Hoping now to not have gotten sick, should have walked away when we saw the mess behind the counter.

it is genuinely worth your time to go to ANY other chipotle than this one if you’re craving it. these guys are total jokes. if you use mobile pickup you don’t get what you ordered , if you do or you go in person to order it’s terrible quality. my most recent experience at this place involved someone swiping my mobile order pick-up bag and the staff basically saying “that sucks lol sucks to be you”. 0 empathy or any compensation. second most recent time i got food here a few weeks ago, i got a burrito roughly the size of a soda can. i politely complained simply out of frustration because it was half the size of usual , same response , “man that sucks for you, not my problem.” i love chipotle and used to get it here all the time, but the staffing changes over the years have officially turned me off this place for good. i am never going back here, its well worth the 20 minute drive to the latham or glenville location, where you get what you asked for, made correctly. PS don’t even try complaining to corporate or trying to get a refund because they do NOT care lol

Recently every time I go to the Clifton Park chipotle they’re out of important things like cheese and they want to charge you extra if it’s not just a pinch of cheese they consider that extra and their portions downsized by a half and the prices went up but the main issue is they are always out of ingredientsthat are important for people’s orders so frustrating. I would understand if it’s like here and there, but it’s been multiple times multiple occasions not close together please explain why this restaurant has gone downhill so much. Extra for cheese are you kidding me when you’re out of most of your ingredients!

Whoever runs this place should be deeply ashamed. I got food in there today and it was a complete zoo. Staff was yelling and arguing with one another running around like their heads are cut off. It was horrible. I told the girl taking my order that I felt so bad she had to work in this kind of environment. This place desperately needs a new owner.

The dining room was filthy. They're was food and garbage all over the tables and the floor. We walked in, saw the mess, and walked right back out without ordering. If the dining area is that neglected and unsanitary I can't imagine they have very high standards for cleanliness in general, and I don't want to eat someplace like that.

Website says this location is open until 11pm, I arrive at 10:05 to find dining room closed & piece of paper taped to door saying online only. Can’t be because they’re understaffed, like 6-7 employees hanging around. Place order in parking lot, go in 15 mins later and they tell me they couldn’t make my burrito because they are out of chicken. Chose a different option which they seem to make immediately. It was not just room temperature, or even cold, it was frigid. You needed gloves to handle this burrito. Listen to the infinite number of horrendous reviews about this location & GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I'm tired of giving this Chipotle 2nd chances, and I must be insane thinking something is going to change. Don't even try ordering online from this location unless you want a garunteed wrong order or a snack size portion. They won't refund you, just give you a "free entree". What's the point when the free entree is going to be the same experience as the first? I'm not surprised to see several 1☆ reviews... maybe someone higher up will start to get hint.

I would give a 0 if I could. This whole company has been plummeting for a long time but I'm done. My pick up order was over 20 minutes late and my bowl was small and undersized. Will never go back to any Chipotle again.

Used to go there weekly until Covid and it was great, but in the last few months as I've gone back, the online ordering has been horrible. I ordered my food, went to pick it up about 5 min after it was supposed to be ready, and had to wait over an hour for my pickup along with a line of other people. Basically the same experience this past week, with people waiting an hour+ after when the app had said it'd be ready. If there's going to be a delay, tell me when I order, don't make me stand around. It also doesn't help when I watch people get into line after I arrive and leave with food 15 min later while I'm still waiting. I used to be able to get in and out at lunch time in under 2 min, with a line and it was great; not going back till it's like that again

If you want to get under portions and double charged for items you didn't get this is the place to go to. Use to be a clean and great place to go to but ever since the manager Kylie left the place went down hill. Today's the last time I ever come to this chipotle. Hire people that want to actually take care of the customers.

Place is absolutely disgusting no matter what time of the day you go in. There’s never 1 clean table to sit at, never one. All garbages are ALWAYS full leaving customers to stack up garbage on the floor most of the time. Employees and management will be mad at u for wanting to pay them money which is crazy. try to put on a smile maybe to the people supplying ur paycheck??? Management needs SERIOUS HELP and GUIDANCE. Honestly feel really bad for the franchise owner that probably isn’t even aware about all the crap that goes on at this location. Get it together chipotle!!!!

Our family ordered Chipotle via door dash from the Clifton Park location and I found a piece of plastic in my burrito. If my son had gotten this in his food he would have likely mistaken it for a piece of lettuce and choked on it. This is a food prep and health concern that needs to be remedied immediately. I have already contacted Chipotle and left a review on door dash. Our door dasher did a great job and they were not at fault for this food issue.

If I could give a 0 I would. Horrific customer service. I ordered a family meal was handed my 1 of 1 bag, but there was a second bag not handed to me containing all sides, veggies, chips and salsa. I got home 25 minutes later with no dinner. Spent 1 hour online chatting because you can’t call the restaurant and when you do get through nothing can be done. They said they would give me free chips and salsa, I asked for a refund and was told I could have a free meal.

The most poorly run restaurant I’ve ever seen. Always an issue. Today I stood in line for 30 minutes watching one person work then walk away, a very slow person took over. When I finally got to order most of the buckets were empty, no chicken etc. when I walked out without anything there were probably at least 20 people in line. It’s a shame because if properly run they have a good product. It’s happened too many times, I’m never going back.

$12 only buys you 1/2 a bowl? More sour cream than everything else combined. I guess it's a good idea to check your take out order before leaving. They portion any meat like you're taking it from their children.

Went here this past weekend with my boyfriend. We asked if off duty troopers get the discount still or if they had to be in uniform. The cashier wasn’t sure so he turned to a coworker to verify and she said “does who get the discount?” To which the cashier replied “troopers, killers, cops”. To use “killer” as a synonym for a trooper/cop is absolutely disgusting. You offer the discount for a reason and when someone tries to use it, your employee is going to call them a killer? I reached out to Chipotle customer service about it and their response was disheartening. Basically said they hope our next experience is better. If roles were reversed and a trooper used a stereotype to describe someone, it would be all over the news and the response from Chipotle would be a lot different. Discrimination of any kind is not okay but chipotle doesn’t seem to care.

I visited this chipotle to place an order for dinner around 4 PM, and they were completely out of white rice. I told the employee I could wait if it would be ready soon and she told me the white rice would not be ready for over an hour. I am complaining about this because this is not my first issue at this location. I previously visited a couple of months ago around 6pm on a Friday (3/21/2025) and after paying for my order, I went to look for a fork to consume my food with in-Restaurant, and there were no forks. Upon informing the register attendant, they told me they were out of forks and that I had to eat my dinner with a knife or a spoon. What's worse is that no one informed customers until AFTER they paid, that there were no forks available. This visit the restaurant was also disgusting, food and trash on all tables and floors. This location is terrible and is always out of product ingredients or utensils. After the white rice was out of stock(6/2/2025) I proceeded to leave and not order any food. You guys need to do better!!! Chipotle: I've already sent a complaint through your website, awaiting a response.

Let us order online, and waited for over an hour and still not get our order. Then they can take in person orders now and put them in priority so people later come get food early and still waiting. Now is more than one and half hours and still WAITING!!! People ordered in person are enjoying their food. How can I not angry about it??????

Take out, ordered from the app. Today a Monday at 2:30pm and this rice bowl has barely any ingredients on it let alone all that was selected to be in my bowl… Disappointing.

Wow.. just horrible. Let me start by saying I used to go to chipotle for dinner every single night for about 2 years. In that process I acclimated many chipotle reward points as you can imagine. Tonight I went to buy dinner for my wife and I. I decided to use some of my points since I have so many. I scanned for 2 entrées and a side of chips and guac. The crabby older woman working the register started huffing and puffing. Said it wasn’t working then walked away from me. Another girl game over who may have been the manager not sure. She goes yeah scan again it didn’t go though. I show her the history on my phone of the points showing they have been used and deducted. She said well it didn’t go through on our end. I told her I wasn’t going to use another 5k points when I already have. She proceeded to degrade me in the line asking if I had enough money. She canceled the order and promised the points would go back on my card. I proceeded to pay with my normal credit card. The points did not go back on. Call me crazy but I have worked in the resturant and food business for a while. If it’s an issue in the chipotle processing system and the points were taken from the customer you give them the food and figure your stuff out on the back and. It’s extremely poor service and almost criminal to offer a reward system and steal the points from hard working customers. The lack of understanding and degrading comments by the staff was really what hurt. I hope someone makes this right some how.

This place is in rough shape. Don't bother coming if you expect to have a good experience. Go to the one in Glenville for a better experience in this area.

Upon entry the restaurant was packed and only one person was making orders. Now that’s not their fault, however what is their fault is the manager’s appearance and destruction of the food quality. He immediately began hurrying people and slashing their serving sizes. I order a simple burrito, so usually I get more of the few things I add, but the manager viewed us not as customers, but as tasks that needed to be completed. By the time I had my Burrito it was, No exaggeration, the size of a coke can. What are we doing?

One of the worst “fast” food experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered a to go at 4:19pm, pulled up expecting to grab our meals and head on our way. There were 6 other “to go” folks waiting for their orders and not one person in the regular line. The to go workers were so slow and no one came to help them. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes, I considered going to the regular line to have them make our order but, they didn’t have any chicken!!! That persisted for almost the entire time I was in the restaurant. How does a chipotle not have chicken?!?! After 25 minutes and prompting the to go staff that the order they started 5 minutes ago was mine and that I was in a hurry, did they finish our order. 40 minutes lead tome and another 20 in the restaurant. Just awful!!!

Payed 18 dollars for a steak and rice bowl and barely got any food. Payed for double steak and got no more then I would usually get. Might be the last time I go here. Waste of my money.

Went the other night on my break and paid $12 and some change for basically a ball of tortilla . They are extremely skimpy with the servings and when you ask for a little more they are skimpy with that as well. Ate in in basically three bites from how small it was. Prices are higher than my local one in Glenville. Service wasn’t that bad but definitely recommend the one in Glenville. Service is a lot better and you actually are getting what you’re paying for.

Normally I always order a burrito. When it was my turn to order the employee told me they were totally out of burritos and asked if a bowl was okay, which I said that was fine and ordered a bowl. When I was checking out more burrito wraps suddenly appeared, so they were clearly not totally out of stock, but the employee decided it was easier to gaslight her customer into thinking that they are sold out rather than restocking from the back. Totally disrespectful& completely unacceptable work ethic.

This quite literally the worst Chipotle on the planet. The workers have zero customer service skills, restaurant is consistently understaffed and way behind on mobile orders (talking 30-60 minutes). Chipotle ought to correct these persistent issues or shut the store down, it does more harm to their brand than good.

This location needs help... They need better staffing and a adult to manage the store. The seating area gets TRASHED. The store cannot handle the busy times, online ordering will have you sitting there for 30+ min and they always run out of proteins. Go somewhere else in Clifton Park

Went there around 8pm 9/26/2025 and I am writting this because it is the second time I've been charged for things I didnt order. This time it was $3 extra for guac I didnt add on. I didnt catch on the receipt till home and Its not worth the drive back but its frustrating to have to double check every little thing when ordering. Please train staff to confirm add ons. Small charge but it adds up with consistent mistakes like this.

Absolutely worst location we've ever tried.... Pre-ordered and paid online for 8pm pick up. . As of 830pm ... there's 20 people looking for their food... they told us we'd be lucky to get our food by 9pm... no supervision, everything is a mess and empty... worst location ever... waiting to see if they can handle cancelin my order and giving me my money back within 30 minutes.... avoid this place... who even knows what you'd be eating with this staff...

Placed a delivery order from this location and found a piece of copped bug in my burrito bowl. Chipotle is ruined for us forever! Update: they reached out offering two free entrees. I thanked them and asked for a refund instead and they were kind enough to do that.

Standing in line waiting to order and the lady behind the counter walked away for more than 5 minutes leaving us in line waiting. I walked out. Some fast casual, can’t even order. Disorganized dirty what a waste of my time.

I was just in this restaurant 9-30-25 @ 9:30. I walked in and there was no one in line so I went straight to the counter. There was a young man and woman. I stood at the counter for a bit and when the guy stopped talking to someone else I very nicely greeted him and he looked at me rudely, didn't say anything and still didn't acknowledge me. It was very disrespectful and rude. I just said OK and walked out. I will not be visiting this store again. Also the counter was disgusting. This place has been going down hill for a while and that was the final straw for me

I’m just leaving chipotle in Clifton park and I have to say this was my worst experience ever at a chipotle. You would think being in Clifton park vs Albany or Latham you would get an appropriate amount of food for the price you have to pay. Everyone single one of the customers complained about the portions the workers was handing out. I asked for extra and the employee gave me the most smallest portion I ever seen . Had to been a tea spoon size of extra rice and chicken. I honestly would not ever waste my money there again. Almost left without the food but since it was going on 6pm I decided to eat out. Won’t make that mistake again at least not going to this chipotle.

Frankly I have held off on this review for years. I have always been a fan of Chipotle and this location alone has made me turned off to the entire chain. I have given this chain endless chances, the place is always filthy, trash over flowing, food all over the floors/counters. I am consistently shorted on the amount of food given and they are always out of multiple items. Not blaming the workers, seems like there is poor management and delegation here. Have given this place its last chance and will not be returning nor reordering ever again!

Don't go on your lunch break or if you need food in a timely manner. 1:00pm on a Sunday, there were 6 people working at this location, but only one person serving in-store customers. And bless his heart, he wasn't very quick. It took 36 minutes from the back of the line to the cash-out.

waited 15+ minutes in line for a large chip and queso. store was disgusting and there was trash and old food everywhere. the young manager on duty Ellianna was extremely rude and snarky to the customers and staff. the bathrooms were also super dirty and it looked as if someone had urinated in the corner. extremely disappointed with my experience and food.

I try my best to avoid this chipotle because every time I go here, theres issues. Young workers talking to each other ignoring customers, massive lines, dirty counters & tables, food is extremely salty or tastes gross, out of certain meats, etc. It’s like playing roulette, you never know which one you’re going to get but you can guarantee there’s a least one thing you can complain about every time. I’d rather drive a few minutes more to the Glenville location. I have a pleasant experience every time over there. Their food tastes clean and the management is clearly run well.

Many people packing online orders and cooking and washing dishes, but one person making and cashing out everyone, there was 1 family ahead of me when I walked in that got 3 items and it took me over 10 minutes to even order. I got a bowl with a side tortilla and double carne asada, I didn’t think to look at the screen when I was cashing out, but the extra scoop of carne asada was 7 DOLLARS (it wasn’t mentioned in line) and the guac inside was and extra 3 bringing my one bowl with a side tortilla to a grand total of $25… To add insult to robbery, the steak was dry as hell and bland. I don’t write many reviews much less bad ones but this pricing to quality ratio is insanely off and I won’t be back because I’m priced out at this point…

Waited 40+ min for an order placed in online. Ordered a double chicken wholesome bowl and left with less than half the chicken in a normal bowl, 7 pieces of lettuce, and no fajita veggies! I feel terrible for the manager that was working DML who was so backed up because she just spent an hour working by herself during a peak business hour. I’ve been in her shoes I get it. Staffing can be difficult especially in establishments that typically hire young adults for their first job but that’s unacceptable. This woman was moving as fast as she could with orders at least 30 minutes behind while her staff just causally built orders at the slowest pace possible like it was some sort of contest. This location has existed for years and it shouldn’t be a surprise that it will be busy at around 5 to 7, you know, when people want to have dinner. Walk in orders were filling faster than DML. Make it make sense. I get it. Many of those kids there don’t intend to have a career there they just need money right now we all do but maybe act like you want to be there or just don’t. There’s plenty of folks that would want that job if you don’t. Restaurants like these aren’t considered cheap anymore. For plenty of people ordering there is a once in a while thing when they finally have some spare cash. You shouldn’t have to expect a bad experience but that’s just the norm. Make it make sense guys. An established location shouldn’t have these issues. Do better.

This used to be a decent place. All young kids who do not care at all. Very sloppy, very skimpy on portions (more than normal), lack of professionalism and more interested in joking with each other. Have been going to this location for years and I might not anymore. Never in my life have I written a horrible review, but this was deserving of it. Zero care for the customers. Probably my last time visiting this location at the very least. Have some pride in your job or find something else to do.

The service for online orders is terrible. Chose 6:40pm as a time for pickup and got there a little after that. People were still waiting for orders with pickup times of 6:20pm. The staff felt no need to expedite the food in quick manner. It would have been quicker for me to get in line and order it at the store. Absolutely the worst customer service. Staff was rude when people were upset that they were waiting 20-30 minutes longer than their pickup time. Find somewhere else to go. Finally got my food at 7:03. UPDATE: After reaching out on their website site as suggested, they offered me a free drink. Unfortunately, that is not going to get me to return to them after such horrible service. Thanks but no thanks.

This location had gone way down hill. Clearly lacking management skills. The young man who was basically running the whole line said it was his first day. I was shocked. Why would they put someone brand new at the head of the line????? That poor kid. You could tell he was flustered but he did a great job keeping it together. To start, They were out of fajita veggies, queso, cheese and all of the specialty drinks were empty. There were like 10 employees behind the counter doing random things and the restaurant is an absolute mess. Food and trash all over the place. This is our last time coming here. Do better chipotle!!!

I was there around 7:45 - 8pm on 9/15 and there was a blonde what seemed to be a manager very rude on the line where they build your meal. not only was she rude to her employees but then she put less than a scoop of chicken in my bowl and the kind lady next to her asked me “would you like a little more” because we both know what she put in there was a joke. the manager then decided to have a power trip and charge me for double chicken when she didn’t even want to put a full portion to begin with?? management with an attitude problem doesn’t look good.

WNt there today 2/25/25 at 4:15pm store is crowded that’s expected. However the girl that was checking people out went to do something else; now the young lady who was making the foods. Now not only making the foods also checking customers out with the same gloves she is making your foods ewww. Bacteria all over your food. Terrible Chipotle(I normally love their food) Order 2 salads get to the checkout, can we please get shall addressing. They snottily said, we make it sometimes and we don't others, there's none today. Then gave us a hard time taking one of them off, had to get the manger. No accommodation at all no offer to give us the one they already made, just attitude and made a big deal of throwing it out. Then all the table dirty floors and kitchen and counter in food prep dirty. Run I did reach out to your website twice and got no reply, you simple don't care if you did after a week someone would get back tous or address it here.
