Very busy, but was able to avoid the long drive thru line by going inside. Iced French vanilla cappuccino and Pumpkin donuts were very good. We also got a assortment of munchkins that were also good.

I come to this location at least 3-4 times a week and they are always so nice! I’ve had a few times where they don’t make my drinks/ food correctly but every times it’s happened the manager calls and always makes it right. I love this location and I’ll make the extra 10 minute drive just to go to this location! Super clean also.

I decided to stop here between jobs and have a relaxing time with coffee and a snack. Dunkin' Donuts coffee (original) is amazing: smooth, roasted flavor that is a treat on the tongue, so I buy it often at the grocery store but this was my first time dining at a location. The parking lot surrounds the building with plenty of spaces, and they do have a drive thru. Inside, it's bright and inviting. Clean, too, though one table was cluttered with employee belongings. Plenty of space to sit and relax with free Wi-Fi. The employees (all young women) were sweet and working hard. I was pleasantly surprised to see avocado toast on the menu, so I got it. The bread was fresh and soft, and there were sprinkled seeds on top. It was good, though the avocado has a tinge of bitterness from what is likely lemon juice to keep it fresh longer, so it tastes less creamy than homemade. I still recommend it for those looking for healthier pick-me-ups while stopping in. The coffee was amazing. I expected no less. Original blend with nothing but sweetener. It was wonderful! The bathroom was clean as well. Overall, a great experience that I would like to recreate in the future.

This was my original Dunkin that I started going to a few years ago. Then they built one right up the street from me and the service has been shit for the last six months. So, I went back to the one in Coldspring and I have had the same great service I was used to ever since. Have had Brooke 2xs this week as my window person and she was super personable and polite as well as the skinny African American girl that was working with her (I didn’t see a name badge on her or she would have got a shout out too). Keep up the great work ladies! I’ll keep coming back. Alexandria, you could learn a thing or 12 from this location.

I seem to always get the rush service when I go in. I get it, that they are use to moving people along in the drive thru. But, chill out. When I come in I need a minute to check out the donuts and decide what kind of coffee drink I want. ☕

They need to clean their coffee maker more frequently and stop pouring OLD coffee into the freshly brewed coffee. Surest way to destroy a fresh brew; take coffee from bottom of pot and pour it in with fresh brew.

Very mixed experience here. Coffee drinks are excellent. I would say 5 stars on that. Meets or exceeds expectations. My wife and I had two of the breakfast sandwiches this morning. I had the sourdough sandwich, and she had the sausage and cheese croissant. Both were very disappointing. I thought the sourdough would be toasted, but it was really too tough and thick for the sandwich. The croissant was also surprisingly tough. They both had a slight soap taste which I imagine is not always the case. I have to say 2 maybe 3 stars for breakfast sandwiches. The bacon and sausage were both good, so maybe 3. The donuts are definitely decent. Not awesome but donut disappoint lol. Drive through had a line but moved pretty quickly.

The coffee and donuts are always good but I miss having the survey on the receipt or any chance at free donuts. They used to run so many free donut specials and just this location has stopped. They seem to have a lot of staffing issues but that is most places these days.

Dunkin has always been hit or miss for me. The drinks are very inconsistent. One time it'll be great, and the next time I order, it's basically iced milk. Unfortunately there aren't many options for coffee in the area, so here we are.

Ordered through the app, dozen donuts and 50 munchkins. I specified what I wanted. It was about an hour until I could get to the store. Upon arriving, it was unclear on exactly how to pick up my order. When I just pulled up to the window and told the young girl what I was there for, she handed me my munchkins and then informed me they were out of half of the donuts I ordered. Seriously?! You had an hour to make sure I could get those donuts. Then when we get home, I didn't have the specified munchkins either. What do I have to do, order the night before?

I went to Cold Spring Dunkin for a long time but within the past 3 months they consistently made my drink wrong. It nothing special — signature iced caramel latte. I switched to Bigby coffee and I’m glad that I did. No more disappointing drinks.

Typically my coffee is PERFECT... not today. It was burnt and no one bothered to check while I was doctoring it at the counter. That's probably due to the girls behind the counter worrying about showing each other selfies while the female manager barks out a list if things to do and the male manager tells them to shut up and do their job. Glazed donuts should always be available at a donut place, I've visited three times and was told two of if the three times that they were out (no mention of making more just that they were out). The third time I ordered online and picked them up, they were stale. Very disappointing especially considering their location is an hour away from my home.

literally my order is wrong every time i go here. would rather just take 15 extra minutes and drive to florence and order there instead. giving them a 2/5 instead of 1/5 bc sometimes they accidentally give me extra hash browns.

My coffees were great however the employees were kind of rude. I knew I had a larger order (4 of the same large drink no modifications) so I went inside to prevent a drive thru back up. I ordered and the girl apologized to the other girl making the drinks right in front of me stating she’s got “4 more going back”. The only reason this rubbed me the wrong way is because she’s almost insinuating that my 4 drinks are the reason she’s backed up and the reason for the other girls stress. I didn’t rush them and actually encouraged them to take their time. I put $5 in their tip jar right in front of them and waited patiently and the entire time I just felt like a burden. When my drinks were done I kindly said “thank you” and the girl didn’t acknowledge me. This experience has put a sour taste in my mouth from ever really wanting to come back. I just didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like a burden even though I apologized for the big order and tipped. I’ve had orders similar to this at the cold spring Starbucks and they’re always incredibly kind and they’ve been busier than this dunkin was at the time. Short staffing could be another issue as well but I don’t appreciate it being taken out on me. My recommendation is to just be kind cause maybe you’ll have a better day in the end.

I came in on 5/29 at around 7:30pm. I ordered a medium midnight blend. I was served the cleaner that you use to clean out the pots. I took one sip before realizing the liquid that I was drinking was light blue. They get two stars instead of one because when I went back, they made me something else and gave me a refund. But the fact that I literally drank the cleaner that I was served instead of the dark coffee I ordered is still awful. That should have never happened.

I’ve never been much of a coffee drinker so when I started my new job and had to be at work at 4a I sometimes needed a “pick me up” that I would get an hour or two into my shift. The barista helped me find an order where the coffee taste wasn’t overwhelming. Iced Caramel macchiato and half of milk portion use cream. I find out I’m pregnant I quit drinking coffee/caffeine for the health of my child to find out at four months it’s a molar pregnancy likely cancerous and have surgery. Within this time the barista stopped working there. I return to work and starts drinking coffee again and they seem to have an attitude about making the drink. I go in today that say they can’t make it. Even though I order from this location once a week and other locations throughout the week. So I ask for a order of cream in a separate cup and when she makes the macchiato could she leave room for the cream. When made I see it’s half espresso and half cream. I say thanks she slams the cup and walks away. I have a lot on my plate walking into a coffee shop and going back and fourth about how my coffee is made is not something I want to do especially at 5a. Not sure why you have a problem making coffee when that’s YOUR JOB. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN LEAVE.

This location can’t even get an order right. I went thru drive thru and ordered almond spiced coffee 4 sweet n lows. Once received realized it was containing pumpkin. So I went back thru and asked for no pumpkin. What I received back was no sweet n low pond water.. this location sucks

Just went through the drive through, ordered two ice coffees. Had all the flavor details in the mobile order, the coffee tasted like most of what I ordered was left out. When I was handed my order the associate actually told me they didn't put some of the items in the order and acted as if she was going to hand it out incomplete if I didn't say anything.

My husband and I stopped in for a drink and a quick bite while on a road trip. The cashier did not know what a BAGEL was. "I don't think we have that. What did you call it again?" Seriously? A bagel! He asked for very light cream, and his iced coffee was almost white. The work area was extremely dirty. They used the same spoon to stir matcha drinks as my mocha drink. I have 72 food allergies. This disturbed me greatly. If we had used the drive thru we wouldn't have seen it. We will not be going back to this location, even though we pass it twice a week on our way to and from Cincinnati.

I'm very disappointed at the customer service. Very rude at the drive thru. Menu not up to date and employees unwilling to help, just trying to rush through ordering. Disrespectful, laughing and saying, "seriously," when we were asking questions. Drinks were good, but didn't get anything we wanted.

It's 2pm and this place is out of pretty much everything despite not closing until 9pm. This happens all the time. How have they not learned to buy more stock since they run out all the time? I'd understand if it was closer to closing, but it's not even close to that time.

The mobile app routine needs to change. It is ridiculous to sit in a drive thru line to order and a mobile app order speeds in front of you and blocks the line to pay because their order is either not ready or the worker tries to give them the wrong order. May never go back!!!!!

Why do you not put cream cheese ON the bagel when ordering at drive thru or to go???!!! Erlanger and Florence both do this! Makes no sense for on the go 😤 3 months later, tried again and still same issues and rude and little service. Tried again on 7/15/22, and my donut tasted a day or two old and the wait in mobile order drive thru was very long. Also, zero napkins given, that's a HUGE pet peeve! All of the other NKY locations I've tried are good, but this one SUCKS.

Today, I went through the drive thru because I had placed an online order to be picked up! Quick and easy no big deal….. so I thought…… When getting to the pick up window, a young lady with glasses was extremely unprofessional and rude to us because she wasn’t able to find our order we placed. She asked for an order number and said with a really bad attitude “well, I don’t see it…… so it’s probably not at this location.” Instead of trying to find the order. We stated that the order said here. She then goes and turns around to check the selfs with different orders and then proceeds to see our order being made by another coworker. She opens the drive thru door says it’s right here and rolls her eyes and literally says here take it……. Like first off who are you talking to so rudely for no reason and secondly you are the one that is having a bad day and taking it out on the customer because you’re too incompetent to do your job correctly. No need to be rude yo the customer because Miss. Horrible customer service doesn’t know how yo communicate effectively.

This location is rough. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing, and management just seems immature and unprofessional. I stopped in today, and noticed a rather large number of people leaving with no food or drinks. I go in and stand in line. There is only one guy in front of me. In the 10 minutes I stood there, I watched workers be rude towards each other and guests. Multiple guests were upset, and nobody talked to either myself or the other gentleman. I ended up walking out. I suggest you go somewhere else, but should you go here, only go when nobody is here and do NOT park in front of the building if you hope to get out.

If your policy for delivery orders is they cannot be handed out through the drive-thru then you should have that under your delivery instructions instead of your 8 minute wait time. And if your employees were trained to talk to people that make this mistake like that then you are a terrible manager

I went inside to order a coffee this morning due to the very long line. (It was a busy Friday morning.) I decided to sit down and enjoy some alone time, when soon it was disrupted by hearing one of the bosses calling their own workers a b****. They were calling her stupid as well, and picking at her on purpose. I felt so bad for the poor girl. I can say for myself I will never be going to the cold spring dunkin ever again. If they say that with costumers around, lord knows what they said when it’s just them…

I wanted so badly to love this location! The drive thru isn’t set up for efficiency. Mobile orders couldn’t get to the pick up lane without waiting through 20 cars. The line is always backed up to the highway. Service is slow, items are constantly unavailable, drinks are never made with consistency. Now they are understaffed so the inside is closed and mobile orders were shut down.

Placed an mobile order on 5/31 at 3:58 PM not knowing the store closed at this 4 PM. My order still went through and when I got to the window a girl with brown hair locked the window. I stayed at the window while multiple people walked by. I eventually honked my horn and once again the girl with brown hair told me they were closed. She never once opened the window and I told her I had a mobile order that went through and she just threw her hands up and said well I guess we will refund you but never opened the window or asked for my name. It’s now 4:20 and there mobile ordering is still open. I usually don’t complain but with the multiple issues I’ve been experiencing with this location I had to say something.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and I do not think they have gotten my order right yet. Between missing items, being out of donuts, and making mistakes on what items were ordered (for example, giving me the wrong kind of bagel or muffin), it suffices to say that this store seriously falls short. The one time I did call in to inform them that I was missing at least $4 worth of a $15 order, the man on the phone was extremely nice to me, but when I came in to amend the order I was greeted by a woman who was extremely rude to me. She dismissed my boyfriend rudely in regards to the order before I finally went in myself and was met with the same rude tone. I had to pull up the call record on my phone to prove I had talked to someone there, and even then, they still didn’t have the donut I’d originally ordered. On top of this, almost nobody in this store wears their mask properly, instead opting to wear them below the nose or on their chin while preparing the food. I almost never leave poor reviews, and I work food service myself, so I know how stressful it can be. Regardless, the same behavior at the restaurant where I work would be considered unacceptable. If you want an accurate order when getting food, I would suggest another establishment.

Was at the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was so rude, no one else was in line and she wouldn't give me time to look at the menu, kept rushing me and asking me if she could help me in ordering, my son was with me, she kept getting on the speaker like six times, what happened to, take your time and let me know when you are ready to order, I got so frustrated I said never mind and she said don't ever come back, has the nerve to tell me that there is a time limit in the drive thru,lol , I went to the next one in Alexandria Kentucky, had no problem there, will never ever go to this location again!!

If you frequent this location, you are being robbed. Every other location in the Tri-State charges LESS for their coffee. When I questioned, the cashier's response, "we are independently owned by the Gilligan family". Greed. Secondly, I used my "app" in hopes to add money to my account. The cashier stated, "she can't do that, I have to manually load on the app". Why? Every other location GLADLY loads funds to my app! Next issue. Today is her a free donut for every drink purchased. You are to order the donuts and then the price should be deducted at check. Please explain, why I ordered 6 drinks and a dozen donuts, (my app was scanned as I earned a free coffee) but the price wasn't changed at checkout? At best, I should have paid for a HALF dozen! This girl, will gladly drive 8 minutes out of my way, for great service and better coffee at a FAIR PRICE to Erlanger location near Commonwealth! Never again!

I always get a hot caramel macchiato through mobile ordering. Each time I've ordered it within the last few weeks, it's been undrinkable, consistently. This one this morning tastes like soap. Super disappointing.

Soooo slow and when you're Sitting in line at the drive-through and you have like 6 of the people that placed Internet orders cut in front of you it just adds to the wait time. Too much emphasis in priority is placed on it Internet order and there is no guarantee that that individual even show up and then when you pre make the order and you slow down everyone else it sits there what about the quality integrity of the product that you've made that's now sitting in waiting to be picked up

I have tried to give this place second chances but every order I have gotten from there has something wrong with it. It’s either missing items, drinks are wrong, something’s missing or the employee’s make it seem like I am an inconvenience for even walking through their door.

This place is a letdown. Location seems nicer and newer than others and you’d think it’d be good but they’re not. I would definitely skip this place. Coffees are hit or miss, but mostly miss. I feel like the employees don’t really listen, thus ending up with a wrong order and the food is also not freshly made. Received hash browns that were obviously sitting and they also had a gross burnt smoky taste. I describe it as tasting the way cigarettes smell. Sounds odd but that’s just how gross it was. Very odd taste. There are much better Dunkin’s around. The Florence location is almost always on point. I would recommend traveling further if you can. It’d be worth it.

I've given this place literal months of chances cause it's the only drive through coffee near me. The coffee is always bad. It's bitter to the point of undrinkability. I took to ordering extra syrups and sugar and cream and anything I could think of to cover the taste and it's still just awful. The donuts are stale by noon. The toast is routinely burnt on one side and not even toasted on the other. The only good thing I can say is that the last two times they didn't make me pull forward to wait for my coffee. The bar is ankle high and they struggle to step over it.

I love Dunkin. I have Dunkin merch. We go to Dunkin weekly, elsewhere. This Dunkin however… oof. For years I’ve avoided it bc of the indifference and unfriendly staff. I purposely order walk-in mobile orders so I can quickly grab and go. The cold spring location has never used their mobile walk in expo correctly. They keep orders behind the counter which is fine except their employees refuse to acknowledge your existence to hand you items from behind the counter. Multiple times I’ve had to grab my items myself from behind the counter (which I hate being that person) because after 5-10 minutes of staff actively choosing to ignore me I’ve had enough. Today the expo shelf for walk in to go orders was filled with cleaning supplies and maintenance tools. I’ve never had this experience at any other store. It would seem this Dunkin is the outlier of the brand standard which is frustrating since it’s the only location within 20 minutes of us in NKY. I genuinely hope they do not renew the franchise license for this location since they do not follow brand standards of service. We will purposely choose to go to the downtown Cincinnati locations bc Cold Spring just refuses to get it together.

I was treated Rudely for ordering 9 latte’s. I was told I had to come inside for that and it would be a longer wait than normal. She’s said 3 times it would take extra long, Even though it only took exactly 5 minutes. “As expected” I felt like she was trying to get me to leave. The person treating me Rude was also the only person out of uniform. This shows a lot of how much she cares for her employment. Hopefully this message is seen by a manager and correct of action is taken. I typically enjoy stopping here to pickup my employees appreciation. I can’t stand seeing good businesses damaged by 1 person that can’t manage themselves let alone others.

Have been multiple times and have had issues with every order. Drink is missing flavor, missing cold foam, bagel minis are freezing cold… Ordered one caramel iced latte with bagel minis last time and there was one car in front of me yet the drink was missing caramel and the bagels were freezing, even after asking for them to be warmed up. The cashier at the window (high school age) was extremely rude to my fiancé when she told her that she hadn’t received her whole order (she ordered food and coffee and had only been handed her coffee without a straw). She literally said “well what else did you order?” in a super condescending tone and then after we said she had a bagel, the cashier said “well I’m not the making the food”. She then walked away. After pulling to the second window (which we did so we weren’t holding the line up; not at the direction of the girl who just upped and walked off) and waiting an additional five minutes, another worker (super nice) brought the one bagel we were waiting on. Terrible experience; will never go again.

Went into the store, got a coffee and munchkins, he told me my total but somehow he charged my card 3x as much. Only way to get my money back is to drive 35+ minutes tomorrow on Christmas Eve! This must happen a lot there because the manager had every excuse possible. Do better!

I used to stop here all the time. Their service has gone down hill as well as the food. They will make your drink wrong or just throw your food in the bag not in a wrapper. They also NEVER put napkins in the bag. When you call to speak to a manager she will cut you off and be rude.

I try and try to give this place a chance but I’m tired of wasting my money. I came through to get the hot honey wraps. I ordered NO EGG due to an ALLERGY and of course, egg is still put on the wraps. Luckily I didn’t bite into it right away. This isn’t the first time this is happened and I will not be coming back. It’s an absolute joke.

I just went through Dunkin Donuts in Cold Spring. And they refused to accept my cash. The woman claimed she did not have enough cash in the register to make change. I asked for the manager ,she told me she was the manager and that I needed to leave. I Go through here 3 to 4 times a week and order the same thing. And pay with 20s and 50s all the time. And there's never a problem. After leaving there, I went to Kroger and was approached in the parking lot. By someone that said they were inside Duncan, When I was refused service. This woman told me that as I was pulling away. The manager looked at 1 of her employees and told them she wasn't waiting on anyone. Wearing a shirt like I had on. My shirt has an American Flag on it and starts with, we the people.
