It's been a while since I had anything but my annual Whopper with cheese ritual . I decided BK had gone unnoticed in my culinary activity for far too long. Spicy chicken Sammy was amazing. Like, forget any other fast food spicy chicken. 🍔 👑 🔥 🐔! The fries. Are these new? Thick cut, but crispy. Better than McDonald's for sure. Maybe too much salt? Cheddar jalapeno bites were ok. Finally, the soda machine from corporate soda hell... While zero sugar Mello Yello sounded like a great walk down memory lane (80s geek fuel), it tasted awful. Last note: ⭐⭐⭐ is the highest rating I give corporate-giant fast food places. That's the best it can be in my opinion.

The location was very clean however what’s up with the onion rings? They seem like fake food. Usually when you bite into an onion ring you see an onion. It’s just fried rings of breadcrumb like substance.

This has been going on and off for the last two years and this will be the last time we’ll ever go to this location. The woman at the drive-through is nasty rude. Maybe she should get another job if she hates her job so much she also short changes you out of change and if you walk in or drive-through with a gift card insist they don’t work this last time somebody walked over gift card was perfectly fine. Maybe you should rethink your employees. You have lost a customer for good Wendy’s and McDonald’s are right there. Do yourself a favor read the reviews pretty sure we’re all talking about the same employee same complaints and I will be contacting your corporate office. There is no excuse for this.

it takes a lot for me to post a negative review, but my last experience at this location was terrible. Of the 9 items I ordered, 6 were made wrong. when I got to the window to pick up my mobile order the woman working the drive-through asked me what I ordered, even though the order was placed through the app. After receiving my food I noticed a few mistakes and when I asked for her to fix them she was rude and dismissive and did nothing to fix the order. I'll never go here again

There is blatantly a scam going on here. The woman at the drive though, first of all sounds like you being there is an inconvenience and annoyed the very second you put in an order, then she doesn't tell you the price and gives you less money in change than you are allowed. I saw the price on the screen and told her I wanted to see the reciept. She looked angry I caught on, printed it and basically threw it at me with my extra 2 dollars saying "OH you get 2 dollars more back!" Now mistakes happen, except this has happened with this same woman THREE times now. Since when at a drive through do you not tell the price? Only if you are trying to scam people out of their change. Whoever owns this location needs to take a look at this woman.

I ordered the Wopper Wednesday. I wanted to put extra ketchup. What I got was steemed Hamburger no grill marks. It was gross . Apparently they have a separate container where they steam You're whopper in a steamer You don't even grill. It's right above the prep station.

Woman at window had a very sour attitude & rushed us to take our order. When we asked her for a second to decide what drink we wanted, she got irritated and started passive aggressively listing drink items.

Poor delivery driver and poor service from burger King. I paid full price for a large meal Bacon King burger and a chocolate oreo shake instead I received a chicken sandwich and a coke... I called the Commack burger king and they couldn't resolve my issue, I mean so customers just throw money away is that what we are doing and then we don't even get the product we ordered.

Not only did the lady at the drive thru rude as all hell and nasty. I get home about 15 minutes after to find a HAIR IN MY BURGER. I WILL NEVER come back here.

Uber eats, door dashers, etc, beware!! This place says it’s open till 2am on Sundays but was doing a delivery service on Uber eats around 12am just this past Sunday and the place was close even though on maps it says it’s open till 2am. I don’t understand why on google maps it says it’s open till 2am even if the place is close because this was the second time this happen. As delivery drivers our time and money is wasted when drive to places that are close when they state there open. Unacceptable! Update: Google maps needs to update the closing times for this as it is incorrectly. Picture shows the opening and closing time

I still don't know why I bought a comment to this place! To this day I am still surprised that the one lady still works here at the drive-through. She is nasty and very slow!? 9 out of 10 times I get my order wrong!!!!!! How can a place like this still have an employee like her working here it's beyond me. I understand everybody deserves a chance and it's just a job but for crying out loud she doesn't do her job and she's not worth coming to this place. This will be the last time I ever come here and I will definitely go to a other place that is further away.

Just ordered 10 nuggets and 2 shakes. Waited 10 minutes for the shakes. Got home to eat the nuggets and they looked like they were bitten already! This is disgusting. What ever happened to common sense?:
