Walked in to grab a few subs for takeout and the place was super clean and the vibe was good. Employees were joking with each other and super friendly making you feel like someone they knew instead of just another customer in the queue. Bread was fresh and the ingredients looked great. Some subways are a little iffy with ingredients where you just aren't sure the freshness but this place seemed great.

We have previously had less than fantastic service at this location, but today was the BEST! Tammy was awesome with our orders and friendly as can be. Not only was that a great experience, but I left my card on the counter and went on with my day. Tammy went above and beyond to find a way to contact me and ensure I got my card back! A couple of days before Christmas, losing the card could have caused serious inconvenience. Tammy is a hero!

To stop for fuel went in to get a few treats talk to a marine vet who works here he should get an award for the cleanest store I seen in the whole country know why I could see myself in the glass on the doors on the food covers never seen such a clean store this guy should get an employee of the year award I don't know if you do that get him a special give him a raise nice personality the restaurant was closed so

Some people just love what they do, it’s rare to find one making sandwiches at Subway. Waiting in line, we observed Shannon working fast for all customers, being Vegetarian, we requested to change gloves and she removed gloves, washed hands with soap before using new gloves. This location is close to home so it's very convenient. The restaurant was clean and the toppings were well stocked. Restrooms were also clean and well stocked. Our sandwich server was friendly and attentive. Our meals were wonderful and delicious! It wasn't too far away from Darien Lake so it's a nice alternative for campers and park guests. This is a wonderful location so I highly recommend trying this location out 👍😁

Good was good. Staff was pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Men's bathroom needed some work but what restaurant had prefect bathrooms?

Everything was great until people started coming in with out masks and little kids in tow.

This is an okay store. It is in a convenient location just out of the exit of the thruway. Service is alright. Some employees are very courteous and some are not that experienced. That is also okay. The restroom is not clean at all. They are not taking care of it. I would have given 5 stars for that. There are some picnic benches and tables outside. It is nice too.

They forgot to put the tuna fish on my wrap

Last time coming here , older women with dark hair needs to improve her customer service skills . All other employees are great expect her, acts like it’s a bother when making your sub and very cheap with veggies and meat on your sub .

This is my usual place I go to and usually the service is decent however this time the first employee who started our order was pretty rude rolled her eyes a lot and just in general was short with conversation. If I didn't hear her she responded snottily a second time. The other girl who was younger and blond was very pleasant and she was the sole reason I tipped. I didn't catch the first girl's name but she had glasses and was older. Just in general be nice. Its free.

Online and door say closed at 9pm. My husband walked over from the truck stop at 7:45 and the door was locked and the guy behind the counter said they were closed.

Nasty, sloppy sandwiches. The counter was dirty and messy. Disgusting!

Standing around outside with several others at 830 with the doors locked. No sign of staff. Nothing posted on the door other than the posted hours "close at 9pm". If you don't stand by your hours, just change them. People are getting on and off the interstate looking for food and needed breaks that they depend on for trucking. You had several people looking for service. Where were you.

Very rude boy with braces working there. Please retrain or hire someone more responsible to work at this location. Last thing truck drivers need is a rude kid to deal with after driving for hours. Steer clear of this location. Would give no stars if possible. Not melinated friendly.

Terrible experience! I ordered three subs. There was only one wheat sub left, so we had to get Italian. The Italian had to have been a couple days old because it crumbled apart and was hard as a rock. Would not recommend going there, I should have drove the extra 10 minutes to Akron. Also the one male that was working was making my sub and dropped a tomato on the floor, he then proceeded to pick the tomato off the ground with his gloves still on and then threw it out and went right back to making my sub without changing his gloves.

Tiny portions. Salad was half full sandwich missing meat despite vocalizing concern. Didn’t want to chop salad but did it begrudgingly. Sorry but these young men need better training in customer service.

Dont know if this place is intentionally ripping you off or not but just got a meatball footlong and it only came with 6 meatballs. Should have had 8 . Then my other tuna footlong was missing about 4 inches off just bread .

This experience was terrible! I usually never leave reviews but I was with a friend and we waited close to a half an hour in a decent line that moved at snail speed. There were two employees, the one seemed fine and was doing his best, but the one lady couldn’t cash or help out for her life. Finally, when we got to the cash register we didn’t complain, we were just happy to be able to leave to Darien lake, but the sandwhich was cold on the inside when it was ‘heated up’. I hate how I wasted my time and money here. Tanning bed lady needs to put some pep in her step.

Laughably terrible service, matched with terrible prepared food. Let the customer make their own sandwiches if your employees can't. This is clearly a store that is not living up to the corporate standards. They should have this location bulldozed to make room for a better chain restaurant. You should be ashamed.

Got to say this was the worst subway location I have been to. Bathrooms are far from clean. Parking lot is a mess of pot holes. Tables are not properly cleaned between guests. Food in the cases not covered. Not sure I will risk coming back to give them a second try. Employees defense they might just need a manager to train them.

II tried to ask him for a Sub at 7:25 pm on Sunday and just when I enter, the employee tells me that they were already closed when they have the sign on the door that they close at 9:00 pm, it is definitely not a good option, if you want to eat something, try to arrive early

It’s really hard to get a sub when they refuse to unlock the doors an hour after opening. Tried calling, but they let it ring for the entire duration of my attempt. Pretty worthless

I like to say your prices went up but your subs got smaller in thickness. Not even filling at all. I go to other subway places and the sub is much bigger. Why is this place a rip off? My friend and I had steak and cheese sub. For $17 plus tax was not worth it. You lost my business.
