Loading Chute is one of our favorite restaurants. Great food and service. Casey does a wonderful job keeping it top notch. The barn in the back is a perfect venue for parties and weddings. Be sure to try the prime rib, it's definitely the best anywhere.
I was just at a Wedding at the loading Chute On Saturday. We drove up to Creston which is not as far away as it might seem and totally worth the drive. The Country feeling you get is real, this town, it's people and the steaks are awesome. We talked to Casey, the Mgr, great guy and the staff was awesome from start to finish. Jake the Bartender for the wedding was great with the guests and the young lady who took care of running the food was so nice to us. Just a really nice day from start to finish.
Always I've coming here when we're in the area. Food is always amazing. Doesn't matter what you order. And if you're lucky enough to get Amy as your waitress, you're in for a real treat.
My fist time back here in a while and it was just as good as I remembered. I will be back again.
First times there Lunch was amazing next day Dinner for 8 Prime Rib n shrimp n all the fixings ! Best in the North County n Service both Lunch n Dinner was 5 star cant wait for summer to eat out on the patio.
Best BBQ cheese burger in north county. Huge and juicy. This place has a real cowboy, western feel to it. Its in tiny Creston in the middle of beautiful scenic nowhere. Pass vineyards and horses and cattle - some long horns - on the drive. All in all makes for a wonderful day.
Been to the loading chute a few times and I'm never disappointed. The steaks are great and the BBQ ribs and chicken are second to none. I have been there for both lunch and dinner, if you're there on a nice evening, eat your dinner on the patio.
So we ventured off to Creston for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing and so accommodating to us. The variety of foods was just enough to satisfy your country palate. And I might add I do believe we had the best chili verde I've ever tasted. We will definitely return 🎉💪👍😎
great food, one of few restaurants in town and they don't ride on those coattails. really friendly staff, fast service. there was a group of regulars at the bar when we walked in which is always a good sign
Please please PLEASE!!!! Bring back your once a month buffet brunch!! It was my all time favorite brunch ever! Not a ton to choose from but every single thing was so delicious, and so much fun to be able to try different , wonderfully done, fun things! I know COVID really effed things up for, well, Everyone, but it is time!!! Bring Back Brunch! Thanks guys you are all awesome!
If you're looking for a place with great food, service and not your average chain! This is it! Take a little drive into the country and enjoy the Loading Chute. There is something to choose from on the menu for everyone, from hamburgers and pizza to amazing juicy steaks.
I love this place. I'm a hardcover meat eater and I can get a great meal at a great price. I hate the heat and that doesn't keep me away. It's just a 15 mile drive from Hwy 41 and El Camino Real in Atascadero to Creston. They have inside, outside, and tented patio area with heaters. It's also a venue out back. My husband DJd wedding and reception there.
Great service, excellent food and friendly staff. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. They have a big yard so the kids can run around and burn off energy before getting back on the road.
Yummy food, chicken strips appetizer with ranch worth the extra $. Large portions. I need to go back for dinner because they didn't have pizza on our lunch menu and we saw the pizza oven. Outside dining is available which we should have tried, but the inside booths were comfortable.
Appetizer: Sautéed button mushrooms in butter and garlic, with the homemade bread was delicious. The butter was loaded with tiny garlic pieces and the mushrooms were infused with ALL that goodness…highly recommend. Entrees: We got the steak, shrimp and chicken combo, and the Ortega burgers. Steak was grilled perfectly and the shrimp “just right”. Burgers had that wonderful “you KNOW when your meat’s cooked on the grill” taste. Soooo yummy! The chef KNEW exactly when to remove everything from the grill. This place is our new “go-to” for special celebrations. Not just that, but the wait staff are friendly and energetic, the venue is peaceful and understated…soooo nice. You have a choice to eat inside the “saloon”, or outside under the shade of enormous trees. Everyone around us was smiling, and it had EVERYTHING to do with both the food and the understated ambiance at this restaurant. Well done to owner(s) and staff!
Great little place. Went for a friend's birthday and got great service the whole evening. Had the chicken sandwich which was great and enjoyed. A must stop by when your in the area.
Our waitress Mayzie was outstanding! She made us feel so welcomed and took the time to actually talk with us not just rush us to eat and get out. They were busy but she always checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care of. Very friendly and professional! Loved the food and will definitely be back.
So nice to have experienced server and great food. Extra napkins without asking...your ice tea to go, and calm unpretentious surroundings. What a pleasant lunch out in the country. My patty melt was cooked to perfection and super serving of sweet potato fries and fresh ice tea hit the spot.
Always great food. It's a small hometown place where most people know each other. Great outdoor setting at right time of year. Menu has burgers, pizza, and steaks.
We were here last month for a dinner date while staying in Paso on a road trip. What a delightful surprise! Right off the bat, our waitress was extremely personable, easy-going and accommodating, and we had a very welcoming and smooth experience with her, (as well as with each person who came by our table to deliver or clear something). Between the two of us we tried the Shrimp cocktail (super fresh), Chicken noodle soup (homemade thick noodles), Side salad (perfect portions), Prime rib (still dreaming about the texture), baked potato, rice pilaf and mixed veggies (each just right). FYI - The optional side of sautéed mushrooms packs a punch of garlic and the homemade bread is to die for. We loved the flavored ice teas and generous beverage size. It's unusual for a meal out for us where every single thing is good, but in this case everything we had was so fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked, we seriously regretted not saving room for pie. (We envied our table neighbors who were there celebrating their anniversary as their pie was delivered; they smartly had gotten to-go boxes instead of finishing their plates). A highlight of our experience was one of the young bussers named Aiden (sp?). Wow, we were blown away by his maturity and humility, and appreciated how he effortlessly and eagerly catered to our needs. He consistently checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was very quick to remedy anything with a smile. He made us feel like guests of the restaurant, not just random people, looking us in the eye and establishing rapport. He gave us some hope and restored faith in the up and coming generation. With amazing manners and a can-do attitude that we rarely rarely see even in older adult employees these days, he has the makings of a future manager/owner! This young man honestly made our night extra special (leveled up from the already fantastic experience with our server and food). Kudos to whomever hired this guy, he's a keeper. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Loading Chute to anyone passing through Paso, the drive to Creston is worth it! They really 'do it right' here, both the food and the service.
Rib eyes were tender, not over cooked, and vegetable's were fresh, bread baked there, very soft. They were over crowded, but still the food came out great. The waitress was kind and sweet, she was over welmed, but kept on smiling that my son gave her a huge tip, because she kept on being kind to all of us, and the young man also helped out by bringing all the drinks, and other items.
Great steak house. Real hidden gem.
This place is really fun! I had the buffet, which was really good. Go in small groups if possible. We got seated right away with just 2 in our party. A group of 8 had to wait an hour for a table, even with a reservation. It was extremely busy!! I also went and visited their holiday market out back as well. Cute little gifts for the holidays. I'd go back.
My husband had the baby back ribs. He said they were fantastic! I had the salmon fillet. Yummy. 😋 We were a party of 11 and our waitress, Cecilia, was so organized and efficient. Great job Loading Chute. 👌
The food and service are stellar. The best prime rib in SLO County! The seafood is fresh and delicious, great burgers and pizza. The dinner salad is always fresh and crisp. I eat at the Loading Chute often.
Our server was the best - We love you Amy! This was our first meal in this area and was the best meal we've ever had! My wife had the Prime Rib which she couldn't finish the whole thing - so we ate the rest the next 2 days. The small town ambiance with a 5-Star quality created a memory for an incredible trip. My New York Strip was out of this world - the bleu cheese butter on top ROCKED! It was well worth the drive for the outstanding steaks we both LOVED. We will definitely go back the next time we're in the area.
Had lunch at the Loading Chute today (2nd time there), great food, patio area, and service. Love driving to Creston just to vist this great place to eat, relax and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere. Highly recommend lunch if you just want to get away from the hustle of city life.
I had the prime rib and my husband had lamb. Both were excellent. It comes with a dinner salad that is cold and crisp. The blue cheese dressing is very good as is the bread.
We had lunch with friends here. 2 hours drive from our home, but was really worth it. Tasty burgers and sandwiches. Very quick service and polite, courteous and cheerful staff
Come out and get a fine meal with great service. The wood fired pizza is excellent! Steaks are amazing, and the prime rib will make your mouth water!! My personal local favorite with a local rustic charm. Its worth the drive out to quaint little Creston. Open for take-out during covid-19.
We enjoyed this entire experience. From the beautiful drive there and back to the lovely patio dining experience. The food was perfectly prepared and plated. Even enjoyed dessert. And the corking fee was reasonable. I highly recommend this summer evening dining establishment.
Had many excellent meals at the Loading Chute. Very friendly staff. Excellent menu. I don't eat red meat or chicken and always find something I enjoy. Fun location. The drive to the restaurant is beautiful. Highly recommend.
Didn't visit the restaurant, but the barn set up for a wedding venue was fantastic. Lawn was setup perfectly for the wedding and the staff had everything running smoothly for the reception. Service and cleanup of dishes, glasses etc was exceptional.
Great food every time. Mothers day brunch is always a treat to having an outstanding lunch. One of the best french dips I have ever had, great aju sauce and the role it is served on is soft and not soggy. They make their table bread homemade for dinner. If you're looking for an appetizer the sausage platter is delicious. There house specialty for dinner are baby back ribs and the Prime Rib both worth the drive out. You will be pleased you stopped in.
This place has some really delicious food I when back and took some coworkers and they loved it as well
Very nice place to eat nice atmosphere I door or out nicer In door juring summer it can get pretty hit out there I had steak and chicken quesadilla very good me and my wife had eaten a big breakfast so we weren't super hungry my friends had mud slide dessert and it was amazing will deffenatly be back
I have been coming here regularly for probably 15 years, and I'm always very pleased with my experience. Very good food, actually the best steaks on the central coast. Also it is the best value for your money as well. Each meal includes all the sides that you would often have to pay extra for at other such restaurants. Very consistent in quality and execution of the dishes. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere with excellent, friendly and attentive service. Awesome seafood, pizza, bbq, appetizers and fantastic desserts as well. Just such a very solid and reliable choice for dining out. Well done, Loading Chute team, always! God bless you!!
Lunch was delicious. Our server, Elizabeth was excellent.
Always a great dinner. This last time my wife had the Porterhouse steak (20 oz!) I had the trio (steak, chicken, shrimp). Both were the bomb, and my wife had 3 meals out of that Porterhouse steak! Service was great, very attentive and cheerful, and we had a nice bottle of Peachy Canyon Zinfindel with our meals. Love this place! Going back in 4 days for our grandaughter's high school graduation celebration. Will be sure to get the mud pie for dessert this time!
It's not a Michelin star restaurant or anything, but if you show up expecting burgers, sandwiches, and fries, you'll be delighted. I had the classic club - perfect, right to the last bite, and the fries were that perfect blend of crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yum!
Prime Rib was amazing! We were in a large party and we still received excellent service. The warm (and fresh) bread baskets are a plus!! Not one person in our party had a complaint about their plates. And very reasonable prices
Very nice menu and everything we've tried was absolutely delicious. One of our favorite places to dine!
We were very very hungry after a long day of trying to find our dogs but...dang...that food was GOOD. Actually great. I had the Creston Club and my husband had the Ortega burger. Service was great. People were friendly and...one of their regulars (Tim) wound up finding our pups. Highly recommend.
Got here at 11am. Ordered breakfast and it was absolutely amazing! All the food tasted fresh, eggs were fluffy, biscuits and gravy hit the spot, and their mimosas are perfect!
This is the place to go for steak. Cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food. Waiting staff is always on point and accommodating. Try the pepper steak, which always comes out exactly the way up ordered it - we like Med. Rare. My very favorite is their seafood fettuccine alfredo. Weddings and special events at this spot are incredible too; out in their barn with a beautiful backdrop, plenty of parking, stage for a band and dance floor, and private bar.
The food and service was great. The chicken breasts were so tender. My partner had the fettuccine Alfredo and enjoyed it all. We shared the 5 inch high grasshopper pie for dessert. Delicious.
Stopped by today to celebrate my birthday. Had my favorite Prime Rib dinner and my wife had the Filet Mignon. Food and service was top notch as always. A great place to go to enjoy a great meal. Best Prime Rib I have ever had. Friendly people, good survice. My wife had the Rack of Lamb tonight and it was even better than she hoped for. The Thai chicken rice soup was delicious
This place is a hidden gem. I got the filet mignon wrapped in bacon. It was cooked perfectly medium rare. The rice pilaf was good and there was a nice portion of grilled vegetables that came with it. The meal also comes with a huge basket of delicious bread and fresh butter. The dessert was this monstrosity of a slice. It's called the grasshopper- mint chip ice cream with a crushed Oreo base.
Had dinner here for the first time and it was great. Definitely worth it. We love going to places like this. It just feels great. Food was good and staff was attentive. Have been here for lunch more than once and wanted to have a reason to come out to dinner. Also want to add this is a pet friendly restaurant which is a plus for many.
Three of us came here on a Monday night with no reservations, probably about 6:30pm. We were seated instantly. The service was good, tables all clean. I ordered the large prawns that were great. My husband ordered the rib eye medium-rare. It came more on the rare side but he still enjoyed it. My 6yr old ordered the mini corn dogs and loved them. He was especially excited with the ice cream sandwich that came with his meal. The few times we’ve been here the wait staff are always great about asking me discretely if the kids can have the ice cream, before they bring it out. I know the ice cream comes with the meal but I think it’s really nice they ask first.
Reasonable and good food. Im coming back for sho.
Went in for the first time today and we will definitely be returning. Food was delicious! Warm sourdough bread with whipped butter was amazing. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides delectable! Service was impeccable, everyone so attentive and nice. Thoroughly wonderful experience, definitely recommend!
We had an amazing dinner. In our party 3 different steak orders (prime rib, Riley, filet mignon) all cooked to perfection. We started with the brussel sprouts and warm homemade bread. Its seved hot and toasty. Plus the option for soup or salad along with the entree was delicious. My husband and I have been herr multiple times and have never left hungry or disappointed. We always get the bread pudding to go, because we can never eat dessert there because we are so full. Don't sleep on this hidden gem of a sport. Its we'll worth the drive from Paso and honestly thr prices are more than fair for the amount and quality of Food you receive.
Recommended by multiple locals, it's a place to go in Creston. Extremely busy on Saturday night. The service was great. The ribeye was grilled to the order and was very good. But the grilled prawns akewer was the highlight of the dish. The history behind the place is also interesting. It looks like they have a space for a big events too, looking forward to visit during some concert or the community event.
My husband loves to eat steak. I l like the fact they offer bread for starters. Customer service is excellent. I only wish they did asphalt or cement parking. It would definitely help my sinus. Especially, when we get outdoor seating. I always end up sick. Other than that I love their food. I've taken several family members in different occasions and they all have been pleased.
I had the steak and shrimp and loading chute never disappoints, the server was always attentive even though it was really busy. Five stars all around. Definitely a spot to hit if you’ve never gone. Parking is a little tough when it’s busy but never have I struggled to find parking within 5 min. They are also family friendly which is good if you have little ones.
We came here with some friends that live in the area and they've been wanting to take us here for a while. When I pulled up, I saw a rustic building in a remote town with many vehicles parked on the road and parking lot, so I was hoping it was going to be good. Once inside, it is a really nice restaurant with a nice patio. Outside is kid friendly. The waiting staff was attentive to our needs. While we were waiting for our food, they dropped off home made bread that they make from their pizza oven. The bread is top notch. Then they dropped off my salad with honey mustard dressing on a cold glass plate. The salad was basic, but the dressing was so good. It made the salad really good. Then came the entre, the chicken and ribs. The chicken breast is very moist and seasoned well. They lightly coat it with their secret barbecue sauce. While the chicken was very delicious, the ribs stole the show. There is plenty of meat on them and it just falls off the bone. However they seasoned and drizzled it with barbecue sauce worked. They're the best ribs I've had in California. If I return... Scratch that. When I return, I will order a full order of ribs. I would also split my meal because it comes with so much food.
This place is definitely off the beaten path In a little out-of-the-way town. Food is plentiful and amazing. Chicken breast tender and juicy. Order the onion rings and expect to get a big pile of them. The rib eye steak was tender and cooked perfectly The waitresses truly hustle and are friendly courteous and efficient. Favorite hang out with lots of the locals everybody knows everybody kind of place.
A good destination for a leisurely country drive, plus you get a great lunch to boot. Speaking of boots, there is a hitchin post out front in case you decide to bring your horse? Service is super friendly...the old fashioned kind of welcome you'd hope for in a country restaurant. Everything at our table was super tasty and fresh (we were all having sandwiches.) I see they serve a Sunday brunch-I'll have to check that out next.
It was good. My dish , not so much. Beautiful outside. I had the pasta with with lemon and spinach. It was way to lemony and tart. The shrimp were small and I had asked our server if the shrimp were the the jumbo shrimp and she said yes. They weren't. That was my deciding factor in ordering that dish. She doesn't know her menu so I was disappointed. Everything else was really good
Great setting, beautiful patio overlooking a lovely well groomed garden and old barn where you can enjoy watching children run and play games. Servers are happy, friendly and really accommodating. Love the quality of the food, fresh and home-cooked. Tiny bit too much au jus with the prime rib and steak. Suggest asking for it on the side. Otherwise, awesome!
Very friendly and attentive staff, vegetables were cooked perfectly! All of the beef had great flavor.
My wife says "nothing special". Pretty generic fair, iceberg lettuce salad, yawn. Blackened salmon was ok, garlic mashed potatoes with a side of limp seasonal veggies. Thai chicken and rice soup was good and the bread was tasty.
Went there for the first time and the food was good. Love that we were seated right away. Love that they have a variety of food and Prices. We thought all the food was tasty . My only suggestion is to serve salad with dressing always on the side , so people can add how much they would like. My salad was drenched in dressing , which was too much. Other than that, we will go again.😊
This was my first time eating here. Food was an 8.5 out of 10. We had a party of eight. All of the dinners were great. The only problem was that the server forgot one dinners that wasn't served for 25 minutes after everyone else had received their dinners. They also charge a 20% gratuity automatically. For the mistake they didn't change us the 20% gratuity on one ticket. The server was very sorry for the delay. So I did tip her regardless of her mistake. I would eat here again.
We love our local restaurant. The Loading Chute is a quaint and classic country dinning experience. Cowboy hats and even spurs drift amongst the tables. Locals enjoy the food and drink with great regularity. As you would expect, the local meat is excellent. Grilling with oak gives the meats a wonderful flavor. Even the salmon is spectacular with the touch of oak sweetness.
This is the second time I've been in this year, the first time was summer and it was awesome. This time it was a Saturday night has 7:00 reservations. We went to the bar to wait for our table and the hostess forgot about us. We didn't sit down till about 8:00. And when we did the manager was nice enough to comp us a couple appetachers. The fried green beans are awesome by the way. My ribs were very good, thank you. But Hayley's steak was nowhere near the quality of the steak we had in the summer. It was much thinner, unfortunately it was a disappointing birthday dinner for her. I'll probably go back but not for a special occasion, that definitely not on a weekend. It's still a good value. They just weren't on their a game Saturday night.
The last review I gave this place was not good. This time it was pretty dam good. The steak was pretty good. The dessert was delicious. The staff was good. Overall decent. Definitely worth trying. My steak was undercooked but not a big deal refired for a couple then perfect. It was a busy night but the staff were doing a great job. 👍🏻
We were told about this place by friends, so we thought let's try it. The atmosphere was nice, the outside area was beautiful, the food was good, and that being said, we ( the 4 of us) agreed that it wasn't that special. Our waitress Neveah was nice but did forget the ketchup for the fries, and we had to wait for our drinks a couple of times.
We stayed at a nearby airbnb for Thanksgiving and decided to come by for brunch on Black Friday, Arrived at 11 am when they first opened and were the first guests in the house. Service was prompt and polite and food (we ordered onion rings, western burger, calamari and shrimp and Brussels sprouts) were all good. Nice option for another passing through town.
I have family that lives nearby and we frequent this place. I have not had a bad meal here and I have had most of whats on the menu. Steaks are cooked to your liking, drinks are fabulous, staff is friendly and owner is on site cooking and talking to the people. This is one of the only places in the area and a little hard to find but get there if you can. No disappointments at all. I have been coming here for years now. My grandfather lives up the street from the chute and loves coming on to see his old friend Dave. Food is still good and dave cooks it on the open pit for everyone to see.
Everything was excellent great food and service was very good only thing that was not good was the outdoor seating ! We got invaded with flying bugs had to leave early and my daughter in law had to have her food to go it was just too many flying bugs next time I'll take a seat inside !
The restaurant was nice inside but we decided to eat on the patio. Very nice and comfortable outside. The lighting and heaters made it enjoyable. Me and my wife really liked the way the area looked and were not surprised to learn they had weddings there. The service was great, very friendly. The clam chowder was good. The onion rings were very good. Everything was looking like it was going to be a great experience. I ordered the ribeye medium-well. It was full of fat and gristle. Not just a little, all the way through. One of the worst steaks I've had. Everything was great except the most important part of the dinning experience-the entrees. We like finding new places to eat and were looking forward to eating here. We may come back, to many good reviews to not try again.
They have a nice outdoor eating area that I would recommend instead of inside that is rather cramped. Wife and I ordered some steaks that were good not great. The sides were mediocre, kinda frozen isle vegetables. I can check them off.
I wanted to like it more. It was honestly just ok food. Staff was really great though. My Dad loves the filet, I got the chicken and ribs and neither were great.
This is based on 1 visit. I ordered to go and I phoned ahead. I always make sure I ask at least a few times to please no onions and after a 20 min drive home I found my food full of what seems like extra onions. By the time I got home they were closed and I paid for food I couldn't eat Love this place but seeing some new faces so maybe they're new but I still bought food I was unable to eat. I will start checking my food when I pick it up Other than this, LC is the best steakhouse around by far
not bad not great I'm it the only reason I'll remember is because my best friends and brothers were with me other than that completely forgettable food and service. ordering a bland rib eye steak I guess is memorable first time that's been a thing in my life
Aug. 30th 2025- Service was great!. Ordered the large ribeye for two, and was disappointed that the steak was very tough and grainy....despite sounding sexy that it would be cooked over red oak!!
Had the French Dip and meat was fatty and gristly...was charged 20% additional on the bill to have me and my husband's dinner on our own check..mind you there were only 5 in our party... Waitress did not deserve 20% tip as service was not that good... Have gone the
The service was great, the waitress was very attentive and very kind to us. We got seated almost right away, and in a nice area too. The only problem was the food, for 27$ I was given a small piece of meat, cold fries, and a slice of bread. The meat tasted a bit hard and unpleasant, and the fries were very cold. Overall a nice experience, but the food wasn't all that great.
I ordered the 2 oak grilled chicken breasts. They were thin breast fillets and had not been oak grilled. They had no grill marks on them and no oak bbq flavor. It was very clear the had been cooked in a pan with no seasoning and had bottled bbq sauce poured on top. The baked potato was good, but the other side (no options) was cooked vegetables that reminded me of an old cafeteria. My husband got the steak and couldn’t eat half of it because it was fat and gristle. We both left more than half of the food on our plates and don’t have plans to return.
Food is always good and consistent. We were there on a Thursday evening. It wasn't busy. We sat down and got bread and that was it. We waited for 20 minutes. No water, nothing. I sat and watched the over staffed restaurant crew just talked amongst themselves. Our menus were closed and placed at the end of the table. We finally asked for our server. A waitress that I didn't see in the 20 minutes came to our table. She was nice. The other crew was not attentive at all. They were to busy in their personal conversations. Not sure I will hurry back, service was poor.
Service was wonderful.. Great place to have lunch or dinner. We had dinner. Appetizers were delicious.. Order the rib eye and shrimp meal. Asked for medium well. Was very disappointed that my steak was well done😡 no taste, chewy and heard to eat. I wanted with some pink inside not well done. Let your cook know to learn the difference. . Will go back home next time I get what I asked for.
We went to celebrate a promotion and waited over 30 minutes to place our order, which should have been our first sign. It took us over an hour and a half to get our dinner. There was very little service or checking in on us. I ordered a medium rare ribeye and got it more on the medium well side. When you pay good money you expect to get what you order. When we mentioned it to the server there was no form of compensation what so ever. We will not be back to the restaurant and will be notifying our friends and family of this poor experience.
I used to go here all the time over a few years. I took my friend here and he ordered the rib eye medium rare and it came well done. I went again a few weeks later and ordered the $30 peppered rib eye medium rare and got it well done. I showed the server that it was well done and they took it back and after 5-10 minutes brought out another one that was obviously just seared on each side and was brought back completely raw. I don’t know if there is a new cook or something but this is my last time coming here
