Service is pretty fast if you order from the app. If you order in the restaurant, peak timings will obviously have more people, so service will get slow, as with any restaurant. As for COVID-19, they are maintaining safe social distancing, you cannot dine in, only take out. There are stickers on the floor to make sure you are 6 ft apart, and there is hand sanitizer as well. When they bring your food, they're not holding anything except for a tray that hold your food in a bag. Food itself is pretty good, taste is subjective.

Pretty standard Chipotle fare here, without all those pesky viruses. Haven't gotten sick yet! Haha, great food. Not as packed as it used to be, unfortunate for the company but great for me! The chipotle app does make things easier too.

As a WFPB vegan I have gone to this Chipotle on and off for years. Because of covid, we had stayed away from most restaurants but have recently started going again and like the changes to the salad greens. They are no longer just plain romaine lettuce. It's a combo of romaine, kale and spinach which is a very nice improvement! Love that they have a choice of either white or brown rice, black and/or pinto beans. Fajita veggies (onions with bell peppers) are very tasty but kinda oily for my taste (my husband likes it this way though). I skip the animal products which allows me to get the guacamole at no extra charge, which is super delicious!

I love the quality of the food in this chipotle compared to other chipotles in the area. There staff are funny and kind. They help you with whatever they can, when they can. lots of parking space and clean restrooms. I love this location! It does get a little crazy when is a full house but that is the same with everywhere else.

I bought a high protein bowl, and it was extremely spicy, I think that the level of spiciness in food should be regulated. My stomach has been in pain for 5 hours now because of how spicy this bowl was. I didn't throw away the food because the money is really hard to earn and besides, I had already gone 10 hours without eating, I had no choice but to eat the spicy food and that is now causing me pain.

This is the best chipotle in the south bay, and easily the most consistent location. The De Anza location consistently has all of their ingredients ready to go. The quality of their cooking is very good. They give healthy portions that meet even my picky standards. The staff are always motivated and helpful. While other chipotles locations seem to be chronically out of ingredients, give small portions of meat or refuse to stay open during their posted hours, this location seems to be immune to those issues. I have been here 4 times so far and each time they are consistently on point. Whatever you do here please keep doing it. I will travel past multiple other chipotle locations to get to this one.

For a while , this location has been consistently lacking cleanliness and effort to restock utensils, ice, soda machine but today I find it super clean, tables wiped, everything restocked and I'm impressed with the cleanliness. Who ever is in charge (Mondays @noon) today (good team working today, fully staffed) is doing a great job in ensuring things are running well and maintaining order.

Stopped in earlier when just a handful of people were about. There was only one server.. He did an excellent job and was friendly and very efficient! One of the reasons we stop there! The lettuce and other ingredients are always fresh! Great place to stop. April,28, 2023.- Stopped again today about 4:30. Today yete was a bigger crew and they were prepping for the evening and getting the many take out orders filled. We were the only ones eating inside at the time but they were busy as people stopped in all the while we were there and left with sacks of takeout. The food was good, the salad fresh and crisp.

I like to visit this Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant very much during lunch time because the services I received from Bryan and Johanns are so great. I realized they treat their guests like themselves, and the prices are fair. I can order whatever items I like, which is very convenient. The interior of the restaurant is elegant, neatly furnished and very clean. I came here five times in the past two weeks, and I will come here again and again in the future.

Chipotle is the best. Loved the burrito. Friendly staff. Always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Avoid Sofritas if you are a vegetarian. Last time got served with chicken pieces.

A very large Chipotle so seating is always available in good for larger groups. The staff is always cheerful and efficient. I've never had a long wait regardless of the line length. It is a popular location but because of it size and speed I've never felt as though crowd size was an issue.

Your standard Chipotle store with the corrugated aluminum siding, functional tables, seating. Had to ask for extra chicken as server skimped. They were out of Tabasco sauce, except for the green one. Food was typical Chipotle, good and filling.

Although my pictures are terrible 🤭, the place is very big inside and was unkept and clean. Usually big places are so quickly run down and left with messes.

Chipotle chips have been pretty mediocre at all locations for a while now. They used to be crave-worthy. I would seek out Chipotle for that light crispy experience. Now they're just... there. This location is great for everything else though. Much prefer it over the one north of here.

Soooo.... I came here while on travel for a work purpose. Didn't expect much. I ordered tacos. I was quite surprised that they were actually tasty. Shells for the crispy tacos are actually quite crispy. If I ever have to eat at a Chipotle again, I'd probably get the tacos again over the burrito bowl.

Portion sizes are wayyyyyy off. I had to ask 3xs for extra rice. The first amount was if you used your hand and cupped it. Like it hardly covered the base of the bowl if at all. The 2nd amount is what I should have got with a normal amount portioned and the 3rd is what I should have got when I say extra. I have never had to ask so many times. Even with asking 3xs my bowel was still hardly full. But it wasn’t worth asking a 4th time at that point I wanted to leave. Gladly won’t be back. There’s one much closer anyway.

I've noticed the quality and consistency of this branch declining recently (past year). It may be the holiday season and short staff. I hope they don't lose too many customers and risk closure because we do value their presence and still come once in a while.

If you must eat fast food, it's possible to find relatively healthy options at Chipotle. Unfortunately, the restaurant seating isn't great and it's extremely loud. I've been here multiple times and each time the tables were dirty as were the restrooms. On a positve note, the people who work there have always been helpful and friendly. Overall, not bad but not a great place to try to have conversation with your table mates.

The review is for this specific location. Almost 50% of the items were missing from my order. No fajitas, black beans, hardly 4 minuscule chunks of chicken, no salsa! With all of these elements missing, couldn’t give it a 5. Food is good (your standard chipotle). May be if you order up front, the experience may be different.

Chipotle's need to make sure Rice/ Beans are full. I dont mind that Guy is stingy with Chicken ( I understand) but can you please not be stingy on Beans. They need to always be Full so that if youre stingy on meat, at least I can ask for more Bean. The thing that piss me off was when they were out of Mild Salsa, i was trying to be nice to the Lady by asking her if I can get some Veggie ( BellPepper Onion). Music Loud there so I could hardly hear what she was telling me. She was paranoid I was too close to Glass ( if you really are paranoid you should not serve customers).Its not my fault that your store blast music so I can barely hear what you were trying to say with your heavy accent ( maybe just write a sign). I was trying to be nice that youre out of Salsa, I just wanted a little Veggie but off the side of bowl ( not on top of everything). Sorry to piss you off but you dont have to reprimand. So yeah, service not great. i was going to go to the Saratoga Chipotle but my bf mention that day they were hardly giving any ingredients, so we tried this place. I guess its Ok to be out of Mild Salsa. But dont reprimand me if Im trying to substitute with Bell Pepper Onion ( just a tiny bit). Its not my fault you are too chicken to tell your coworker to turn down the music nor if you have heavy accent I cant understand you. Customers dont deserve to be reprimanded. We are reasonable & want to support your business but not to be treated like crap. Never reprimand, its not nice. I would never do that to a customer who is trying to communicate. If you have heavy accent, just write a sign so I can understand what the heck you are saying.

Huge, trendy restaurant compared to others we've been to. But that was the only positive. Filthy bathrooms with paper and garbage everywhere. I ordered a carnitas salad with no beans or rice. They gave me a small amount of salad, scanty amount of meat and very little fajita veggies. The meat had tons of juice in it. The other toppings were generous. They gave my husband 2 scoops of steak in his bowl, so serving size just isn't consistent. Tables were all dirty. Those that were wiped had streaks. Several were still uncleaned, despite us being the only customers when we walked in. Paper garbage and food all over the floor, even outside. And there were no spoons or forks. It seems employees don't want to do their job here.

Very bad attitude for service! Only 2 persons behind me while I was ordering multiple bowls. They rushed me while serving foods like they can't take a few seconds and more. They do thing rough. This is very typical chipotle serving style. Disappointed!

To go line here is abismal. I used to work in busy food trucks in austin. This place has just simply poor performance from many of the younger employees. Always late on to go order promises, it takes them forever to accomplish anything back there. I counted 6-7 orders go through the main line, properly made and looking good. All 3 items in my order were either small for having double portions, or were over poured on stuff like salsa, while there was just very little rice on the item. To go line needs to get its act together. It doesn’t take 15 seconds to get a scoop of guac from your spoon, onto a bowl! Yeesh

Their food is undercooked - rice - can feel the hard core inside, same with the pinto beans, chicken is also undercooked. I love Chipotle chicken rice bowl, but I have taken from this joint twice due to my office nearby, and I am disappointed.

Not sure why I keep getting stale tortilla chips here, I wouldn't even be mad if they were like just alittle stale but the ones I get must have been made when pangea was still intact. Also I ordered an agua fresca but they were all empty so i had to get soda. I don't blame the workers tho they must be understaffed or something.

dont come during 1-3PM there a bunch of highschoolers and the line is super long. (Not the fault of the works ofc). BUT the workers dont really have good attitudes because of that, they also give out really small portions. ive never been to a chipotle that gave out so little RICE like cmon its RICE!

We came in for early dinner, when not many people were there. We ordered two bowls, the chicken was over cooked. When we went to find a table, one was occupied, and every other one was dirty. I had to go ask for them to clean the tables. He seemed surprised. Not up to the standards that I am used to at Chipotle.

[Update as of 5/25/2025] I originally gave 3 stars because the experience was more confusing than outright bad. But then I got a response from the owner that was... well, not really a response. Just a copy-paste “please reach out to us” link. I wasn’t asking for a refund or complaining about bad food—I was sharing what felt like a logistical glitch worth noting. It’s a little disappointing that no one actually read it. I guess the app and in-store teams aren’t the only ones not communicating. 😅 --- [Original review on 5/24/2025] Interesting first impression--like two restaurants in one. This was my first time ordering from this place, and... let's just say it was an interesting experience. I placed my order through their app before arriving, and the app cheerfully told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. Cute. It actually took over 20. Okay, fair--it was around lunch time. But here's the weird part: the in-store area was completely empty. No one was ordering in person. Zero customers. Nada. And yet the staff seemed to be running two totally separate businesses--Team App Orders and Team Walk-Ins--like parallel universes that aren't allowed to talk to each other. For a moment I seriously considered canceling my app order just to re-order in person and save 10 minutes, but I stuck it out. Commitment, right? Food was fine, but the logistics? Kinda like watching a split-screen sitcom where both halves forgot they're in the same episode.

I visit this store several time, their service was bed and today is the wrest experience I ever have. They seem unable to communicate or unable to listens what their customer wants to order. Finally I speak up today and the answer was made me feel insulting like I am bagging for food. Actually, I am the Custer, I pay for my food, don't I have my right what I want eat or choice for what I wanna put in my stomach?

So dirty. The tables do not get cleaned regularly, so there are uneaten food remnants strewn about. The trash bins are often overflowing. Even the front counter by the register is often befouled. And how about the anti-social workers who couldn't care less about customer service. It's like this place is run by juvenile miscreants without any adult supervision! Unreal.

Poor service, and out of hot vegetables. Not one worker showed any personality. We were there at 5pm on Sunday March 20th with no line and the servers worked in slow motion. Very unhappy with the help, and service. Have not yet started eating the meal. I know your company has made several people sick across the nation, and now I find problems with the service. I am afraid that if your company doesn't start improving, it will not be around in the future.

Today I ordered online and halfway home I realized they had given me a bowl and a single-wrapped burrito instead of the two double-wrapped burritos I ordered. I went back and told them of the issues. They came back five minutes later with one double wrapped burrito and the other burrito from before (single-wrapped and now cold and squished). By the time I realized they'd only replaced half of the order I was already home and decidedly not returning. This Chipotle has been my go-to for the past decade but in addition to previous and repeated poor customer service experience for the past 6 months, I've reached my limit for patience with this restaurant. I will be patronizing other Chipotle's in the area from now on.

Vegetarians beware, check your food before eating. Ordered sofrita bowl and got more than what we bargained for, chicken mixed with sofrita. When I brought it back, the manager didn't offer any apologies, tough luck attitude. Most of the time they will forget ingredients. Good luck with your next order!!

Agree with other reviewer: SUPER SUPER RUDE STAFF!…any why the world would you make ordering a quesadilla be available only online?!?!!!They drench my order with salsa and everything is so salty. The chips are especially drowned in salt. Been to many Chipotle locations and this by far is the worst place I’ve been to. There are so many good places around the area, why put yourself through an early heart attack and stress yourself with rude people. Goodbye Chipotle, it wasn’t nice knowing you.

I've never had cold steak before in my life from Chipotle. But this Chipotle gave me what tasted like out of the fridge steak. Initially on the first bite I thought it was just cold sour cream. But by the fifth bite I was in shock that every piece of steak was cold. I would've gone back to complain but felt that I would sound crazy returning over ten minutes later because I was driving and eating. Nonetheless, this is the only bad experience that I have had with Chipotle and it was only at this location. My advice is to check the temperature of your food prior to departure when ordering food to go.

We placed a group order (13 orders) and when we got it, there was no labeling on any of them. This is the 2nd time it has happened on a group order. This place used to be good, not anymore :(

Ridiculous experience - manger and the entire staff are not only rude but completely inconsiderate. They misbehaved with my wife and kids and had the audacity to call us names, especially the guy who was grilling stuff at the back. All we had asked for was a chicken quesadilla and they insisted that as per chipotle corporate policy they will not give us the quesadilla in the restaurant but if we were to put in an online order they would make it. This is insane and unsure why Chipotle came up with such a policy!

Came in at 9 pm. They were out of both white and brown rice. Paid for my food and the woman just stared at me. I had to reach over the glass and grab my bowl. Music was so loud I could barely hear. If you are going to be open till 10 you need to have all of your food available till then. Overall bad experience.

If I had the option to opt out of giving any stars, I would. Don’t even bother going to this particular Chipotle venue as the employees: a) are unable to use basic observational skills to keep track of individual orders b) will skimp on rice and bean portions c) do not offer to double wrap your burrito if they tear the tortilla and d) are anti-social to the point where they are unfriendly, not welcoming, don’t smile, and speak under their breath and mutter. Go to another Chipotle, any other Chipotle but this one. Here you’re just going to receive misery and disappointment for at least the rest of your day. P.S. They skimp on the tortilla chips, too.

Worst phone service- just a robot that never connects you and never understands you. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! They skimp on everything. JOKES ON YOU THOUGH CAUSE I JUST GET IT REFUNDED HAHAHA. Honestly just get a real Mexican place these guys beat around the forest, not the bush, the entire Amazon rain forest. They have a pickup table like most Chipotles, but the table is inaccessible and there is no sign indicating what to do. If you go anyway, they finally stop ignoring you long enough to yell at you for trying to reach it. A sign indicating someone is supposed to grab an order from the table for you would go a long way. The order I received was missing chips, even though I was charged for them. It also had the wrong kind of meat.

So I came in today trying to order a quesadilla… and then the worker told me they don’t take in store orders for quesadillas because they are “too busy” with mobile orders. Not only were there no customers in store, I bought my quesadilla online in front of them to make 5 minutes later?! I hope this review gets to the manager because I just don’t understand why you are turning people away from getting quesadillas right there and then. Please fix this? It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life. Total waste of my time.

Service is really bad. Water had black filth that the billing person was not willing to help with. Also refused to make the quesidilla quoting its only available for online orders. Quesidilla has melted cheese and we came out to order it in the store only to be denied. Overall attitude and customer service was awful.

Walked in to this chipotle today just before 11:30 am to order some food. The guy behind the counter told me “You have to order through the app” and turned me away. So I turned around and sat down at a table to place my order through the app. As I look up I see this same guy serving everyone who came after me. I was the only one denied service. When I asked for manager, I was ignored and no one ever came out. Discrimination at its finest.

I took a lunch for to-go today. It was my first time trying this location and wasn’t a good experience at all for these reasons. - Unhappy employees (based on existing reviews, it doesn’t seem new) - No Fajita veggies (it was already at 11:30ish) - Lied about containing cilantro. The red spicy sauce doesn’t have cilantro in it but they said it does. 🤷‍♀️ - Chicken was too salty. I tried a small piece of chicken itself with no sauce on it, it was still way too salty. - Slow service Conclusion: think twice before you go here.

Inconsistent quality of food and service. The guac was super spicy and almost inedible for the kids. We’re going to stop visiting this store in future. Chipotle has always been our go to place for quick food and we’ve never had this terrible experience at any other store. Last visit, the person at the counter was almost throwing the food on the burrito and bowl which kept spreading all over the counter. Even after my suggestion, the person kept going with the same pace and unsanitary burrito making. Today, the food quality was terrible with spice level.

Terrible pick up experience. All pick-up bags are not accessible now and you have to talk to a staff to get your bags. Apparently, Saturday is busy and the staff somehow kept ignoring me despite I am standing right in front of her and trying to talk to her. In the end, I have to get through the long line to get my bag. I need to think twice if I need to pick up from this store again.

This place is bad. First, they are excruciatingly slow. This may be because they want to keep a distance between each customer due to Corona, but there must be a better way. They don’t even acknowledge that you’re waiting. And they don’t start serving the next person until the previous person has paid, even though the counter is long enough for there to be way more than six feet between them. Second, the portion sizes vary greatly. Today I wanted to order a burrito bowl and the lady behind the counter held back on both the rice and the meat. She was willing to give me a bit more rice, but insisted on having given me the right amount of meat. From strictly eyeballing it I’d say it was roughly half of what I usually get. I pointed this out to her. I was calm and polite. She got snippy with me and said she had worked there long enough to know the right portion sizes. I asked to speak with her manager. She said she was the manager. I don’t know if that was the truth or not, but at that point I decided to get dinner elsewhere and left the restaurant. She displayed no desire to please me as the customer. Any reasonable manager would not have made a big deal out of it and would have gladly adjusted the portion size and displayed more generosity. This wasn’t a big ask. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

BUYER BEWARE- At 2.00 PM, this location is fully out of fajita veggies. I am vegetarian, I requested the manager add guacamole to my sofrita bowl to compensate for the lack of fajita veggies, he was unable to oblige ! Shame on chipotle for duping customers who can’t eat meat! It is the managements fault that enough veggies were not prepared for the day - why should the customer pay the same price for a bowl missing veggies ? It should be within the managers scope to adjust / swap items when at 2 PM the location has run out of veggies for the day !

Went in today, I had not been to a Chipotle in 6 yrs and was unfamiliar with the menu. The hispanic guy cooking was very Rude! he was explaining the different sizes to go. Because it took me a few minutes to understand he came over & turned to the side and loudly said Old people! I thought this was very rude & unprofessional! I will never go back knowing there customer service is the worst! They need to teach their employees the Do's & Don'ts because they have no idea!

The customer service team was inflexible. They did not have chips and guacamole and I had paid for it online. They were not ready to replace it with anything else. When talking to manager she said some three point bowl. Then half way thru said we cannot give you salsa or anything else. Really bad customer service and inflexibility. I had to pay extra and left money. Very rude and inflexible. Laughing away on the situation.

What happened to this place? Used to be great, years ago. Now it’s dirty, and always out of staples, like chicken & guac. Chipotle uses their short ingredient list as an advertisement. At this location, the list of ingredients is extra short.

Tonight (9/13/24 @ 6:30 pm) The worst experience and the absolute worst tacos and salad I have had from a Chipotle restaurant. They couldn’t even make 1 of 4 orders correct. The help is either Ignorant or they don’t give a damn.

on my visit on 6/18/2019 I found that the toilet in the women's bathroom is not secured to the floor so the back part of the toilet lifts off the floor when you sit on it. The faucet was leaking AND there was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. So how do employees wash hands before returning to work? Overall, the place is dirty. I used to be a regular customer at this location, but I will not be returning here.

SUPER RUDE STAFF …. I forgot to order medium salsa on my burrito bowl for pickup order. Counter staff would not give it to me…I said that I do this all the time in LA. Guy from inside the kitchen came and told me I should go back to LA

I ordered via website, and when I got home with the food, there was item missing. I eventually got the missing item when I went back. However, the experience was not pleasant. Mistakes can happen, but people should be courteous. I did not get anyone saying sorry, and I felt like I was wrong to bring this up. Here are the reasons why I do not recommend this location. 1. If you order thru either app or web, they are almost always late, so you don't have to hurry to pick up. 2. As it was happened to me today, the orders get messed up unless you are there to order. 3. Service and the people's attitude are extremely poor. I liked other Chipotle locations, but I definitely not recommending this location.

The dining area at this Chipotle location often feels neglected—tables are frequently dirty, with food stains and leftovers due to a lack of regular cleaning. The portions tend to be on the small side, and the food itself is often unfresh and stale, which is especially disappointing for the price. During busy times, they frequently run out of key ingredients while the line is packed, forcing everyone to wait as staff scramble to restock—resulting in slow service overall. The checkout process also leaves much to be desired; cashiers can be unfriendly and have made snarky remarks when I tried to scan my membership app. The bathrooms are in poor condition as well, with toilet paper scattered across the floor and trash bins consistently overflowing. Overall, the experience feels rushed and unwelcoming.

Worst experience ever. Got the bowl with smoked brisket, there is no meat just some tiny bits of fat and some meat from here to there of you get lucky. They always ran out of guacamole. Today I even throw up as soon as finished eating. Never go back there. Do not recommend it

The portion was like a fourth of the bowl for the chicken and rice part I had to ask for them to give me a normal serving of food. There wasn’t really a line at 2:30 pm when I got there so there wasn’t a rush to serve the line. This is probably the smallest serving size I would’ve ever gotten from chipotle if I didn’t say anything

This is the worst chiplote ever been. Such bad service . The portions of food so small, and customer service so bad, employees not friendly at all and the store manager joins the employees in abusing people if they ask for more portions. Stay away from this joint . WORST SERVICE and WORST EMPLOYEES with THE WORST MANAGER . MY KID WAS WITH ME AND THE STORE MANAGER FOUGHT WITH ME WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY ARE GIVING SUCH SMALL PORTIONS. WASTE PEOPLE are working here.

This branch only accepts online orders (at least on the Monday evening I was there). It is not possible to order at the counter at all. However, the online order didn't work for me either. The website claimed this Chipotle branch does not exist (doesn't show up on the map), and the app shows a generic error. Staff said they "don't know" and walked away. Edit: I was finally able to order pickup on GrubHub, but discovered at home that the ordered cutlery was missing (I'm in a hotel room) and that the guacamole was missing. Genuinely amazed at how poorly this entire interaction went.

One of the worst services at this chipotle location. The staff has generally been naive, unhelpful and hopeless. We placed a mobile order including chips and guacamole and they skipped adding chips if they ran out. There is no courtesy to refund or provide a credit. That money is lost. I have never experienced anything like this. They want you to call a phone number to ask for a refund. This is like the 1990s when the first generation of e-commerce places had no clue how to handle customer demands.. Secondly they are cheap and cut corners and the quantity of food they serve is almost half of normal servings. Seems like this is the only location where servers have been trained to be cheap. Put this location but the food is still Chipotle. I would avoid this place in any situation

I went into Chipotle to pick up my app order, but when I received the bag, it felt unusually light, and I thought it might be the wrong order. I even brought this to the attention of the gentleman who handed me the bag, but he assured me it was correct and didn't even want to take a second look. When I got to the office, I realized the portion was half the size of my usual order, and there was very little meat. After eating at Chipotle, I had to go to the grocery store to get something more to eat.

I usually enjoy Chipotle. It’s consistently good and satisfying, or at least average. But the past 2 to 3 visits to this location have been really disappointing. They give an extremely small portion of meat, and even when you ask for more, they barely add one extra piece. This time was the worst. The meat was full of fat and completely inedible. Very frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I recently visited this Cupertino location and was disappointed with the portion size of my Rice. The serving was noticeably smaller than expected, especially considering the price. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle’s food, but this experience didn’t feel like a good value. I’d appreciate it if portion consistency could be improved.

A record holder in being the worst branch of chipotle. They are hesitant to give you a decent portion on anything you ask for. They are aggressive and bad tempered and their tables smell like fish. They clean the tables only once a night and I don't know why they smell like fish! Imagine having your bowl of chipotle with an awful smell of raw fish. They have a habit of taking out all the garbage cans around 9 pm. So as soon as you through away your food waste, it all lands on the floor on all 3 bins. But all that aside, their bad temper, and the fact that they don't give you enough portions for what you're paying for is just another pain. Every time I have to tell them I don't want to have beans, instead give me more rice, they just hit/touch the splatter on the rice container and then hit/touch the rice in my bowl! Just touched the mother container and then touched my bowl, meaning we are giving you more!!! And then I ask, can I have a bit more and again they just hit the rice with their splatter without anything on it, they hit back the rice on your bowl! When it comes to the guacamole, they half-fill their spoon and from that half they throw half of that half over your bowl, the same portion as bird poop. Every time you go there, you will see a lot of door dash drivers waiting around for their orders to get ready and out of all the 5/6 people working there, the only one who's working is the cook in the back of the kitchen, the rest are just playing with their balls and running aimlessly in the background doing nothing. If you can, find another chipotle and go there. This feedback will continuously get updated every time I visit this awful chipotle, until they become better and more decent human beings. I don’t understand after Covid and so many infractions of food safety issues why it continues to look this way. There were about 3/4 workers and yet the place was a pigsty from outside in. We minimized our order instead and unfortunately ate outside. What is the deal with not keeping up with the filth?

Ordered two chicken burrito bowls on Uber eats pickup and the meat was shredded pork instead of chicken. I can’t believe how they messed up a simple order. Trust other reviews and avoid this location.

Short story : AVOID this location. Meagre portions + dishonest employees The server created an artificial hurry even though I was the only one in the line. They added toppings very stingily. What's more is, they engage in these underhanded tactics so you have to pay more. For instance, instead of giving queso as an add on ($1.5), they literally hurry so you don't even get a chance to utter it. And are forced to take it on the side (which is obv $3) Check out the picture of what's supposed to be a veggie rice + bean bowl with extra queso for a whopping $13
