I don’t usually leave reviews but I gotta leave one for this location. If I could live here, I would. They are the NICEST people. They open the door for you. They tell you they’re happy you’re there. You feel like you’re family for real. Richard, my king, your pizza making skills are always fire and your energy every time my boyfriend and I come in is what makes the experience. We come back for you!

Wow ! I ordered delivery from this location. Later after placing my order I hear the knock on my door! I knew it was the driver from watching the Dominos tracker! I opened the door as the driver handed me my order and my jaws dropped!!!!! She made a funny comment about the locks on my door, handed me my order and quickly walked away! I stood there amazed how beautiful she was! Thank you Dominos for sending the most beautiful woman in the world!!!!

We did delivery. It was snowing that day and they still delivered. We very much appreciated that. I'm sure we will order from them again.

Fairly good pizza and wings service was decent slightly behind on pickup time but they were very polite and pleasant.

I really like their boneless chicken and parmesan bread bites and highly recommend them, even though I haven't ordered it since 2017. The reason for that is I like the marinara dipping sauce for the bread bites. I order on line and pay extra for the sauce. The 5 times in 2017 I placed the exact same order, they forgot to bring the sauce...EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's right on the order with the rest of the items yet no one noticed it was missing! Fast forward to today... I called right after I hit the place order button to remind them not to forget the sauce. I'm waiting for my order to arrive right now. We'll see how it goes!

This Dominos is fairly good. I usually order pizza with extra sauce and cheese because it doesn’t usually come with enough for my liking. Most of the people I’ve encountered have been fast and polite. I’ve encountered a few who took over an hour to deliver due to lots of other deliveries and most apologized so all in all, pretty good.

Food has always been good here - no issues - I just didnt like the fact that before I had left one of the male employees said I wish these people would stop ordering! Not making this a race thing because there was black & white employees ,However, I just dont want the employee that may spit or wipe a booger in my food out of ignorance- also all employees had mask but half of those mask were under the chin. If I HAVE TO wear a mask to walk in anywhere these days the employees need to wear them (PROPERLY) as well.

Tried ordering three separate times in the last two months. First order, only received part of the food. Chalked it up to a mistake and moved on. Second order, after waiting for an hour, food did not arrive.. Called. Was assured that the driver should be there any second. Food arrived within another 25 minutes. Stone cold. Third order was yesterday. Waited a few weeks from. The previous experience. After about 35 minutes received a call from. The store that the driver couldn't find the apartment. It seems they had gone to a completely different complex. Was then told that they no longer deliver to my complex due to a "recent experience there" and that I'd have to come pick it up. No, thank you. Three strikes.

You have to now order online or you will not receive any of their discounts or deals was placed on hold for 15 minutes and decided to get in my car and drive down there and by the time I got there I was still on hold and was looking at the phone sitting there When I got there I was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait after I ordered online which was going to take 10 minutes to download the app and do so they need better. Commendations may be a touchscreen from inside of the facility, that gives you the deals and combos.

Used to be my go to spot till yesterday . Ordered thin crust pizza 🍕 with extra pepperoni and added onions 🧅. $18.96 I paid it and pizza 🍕 was tiny . I’m gonna contact corporate tomorrow let them know about their store and management. The employees look lost like they hate working there which is NEVER good thing when they making your food . Dominos is going down . The good news is unlike cable tv there are whole lotta other places to buy pizza 🍕that has better ingredients and taste better . I’m done

I placed two orders separately for the same special they had for a little dinner for my son’s birthday, then called the store to advise that it was two separate orders and the orders were confirmed. Sent my friend to get the food and only one order was processed and ready that she was handed. I called back and was told oh yeah we only did one, 🤷🏽‍♀️. Always an issue with this location, I no longer order from this one.

Order was completely incorrect. Called to try and fix the issue and could not reach an actual worker or manager. Filed the problem on their website and did not have an option to request a refund for my pizza. The pizza that was delivered was all meet when I only requested pineapple mushroom and black olives. Do not waste your money here especially if you have food restrictions. You will not be getting it back

App doesn't work, they won't honor online coupons over the phone and there is an opportunity for customer service skills.

These employees do not like to do their job, I have ordered from here three times over the past few months and each time they cut the pizzas massively disproportionately, one slice being around a 5th of the pie and the rest smaller as a result. They have forgotten my dip cups twice, will not be ordering from here again.

Order was marked complete. Literally 2 seconds after I opened the door...no food found. Called the store..they said someone in the hotel stole it... within 2 seconds????...front desk checked the camera.. no activity on the floor so i guess it didn't even make it to the door... never again for Dominos...first time last time

Ordered through app.. tracked the order and it stated it was complete and delivered. No food. Called the store and was put on hold and then hung up on. Called back and was put on hold again. Then told my driver was almost there and hung up on again. Drivers comes a few minutes later but food was cold and missing 2 dip cups that the driver said he would go back for and he never came back. Horrible service.

I online ordered a pizza and some apps well I get inside and see my pizza order was not correct. When I called back the cashier promised me a fix sent right away... then less than five minutes after the cashier called back to say they talked with their manager and they were told since it was an online order they couldn’t replace the mess up. Even though the mess up was their fault! So basically I paid for a whole pizza I’m not going to eat.. like it would have made a difference if I called the store and paid over the phone? That doesn’t make any sense to me. I will not be coming back to domino’s ever again. Instead I should have never swayed from my number one choice Sals pizza in Camden de.

I placed an order at 7:10, the estimate arrival was at 7:45, two hours later my food does not come. I call dominoes various times, the first they said that they were really busy so it would be an hour. An hour later I call, and was told the driver called my phone stating he was here, I did not receive any phone call and about 15 min later he calls and says how I did not answer. This is not okay, do better and he was also rude.

Tried calling to order a pick up since I live 2 minutes away and each time I called I had to listen to the same automated thing for almost 10 minutes just for whoever is working tonight to answer the phone and hang it up on me! Started calling at 10:30 pm and tried for 30 minutes straight to place an order until I got tired of trying. Says they don't close until 12am so why would they not be answering phones an hour and a half before closing? If there is a cut off time to place orders they should disclose that on the website. This location is always so unprofessional but I don't usually complain because it's convenient but I don't think we will be ordering here anymore after tonight .

We usually love Domino's pizza, but they seriously just delivered a day old pizza. It looked and tasted exactly like pizza does after it's been in the fridge for a day. I can't imagine Domino's being this bad, but it was. Plus, we paid for it online, then the driver wanted cash when he got here. Aw dude:(

i ordered online and gave my address. i am at the kent budget and i watched the driver from my door, not make the turn to come over here. instead they continue driving in the plaza headed back to dominoes. they refused to deliver the pizza. itold them i could just pick it up. matthew prepared the pizza and the delivery driver refused to come. i watched the driver drive by. i even waved at the driver trying to draw there attention. my order number is 589. and on top of that i just called there giving them this address trying to make a pick up order with the same address. and i told them the kent budget motel with the room number. i will see u guy's tomorrow when u are open to make a complaint.

The worst dominos ever. Pizza arrived over an hour late. The app claimed that Samira was “quality checking” my order, can Samira see?! The pizza was extremely greasy, sloppy and not cooked through. I will never ever order from them again. I’ve already emailed corporate about that mess. With what they sent out, I can tell that nasty careless people work there. How could you send that out and think that a customer would enjoy that?! I threw everything away.

I cancelled my order because it took the driver over 45 minutes to deliver my pizzas and they were cold. He was rude. He lied about ringing my doorbell. It took so long that I was looking out the window waiting for him to arrive. I saw him pull up and when I got to the door he said that he had rang my doorbell and knocked. I told him that he was lying and he insisted that he wasn't even though I literally saw him arrive from my upstairs window. I declined the pizzas due to the fact that they were cold. I called the store and spoke with the manager Teia and she has extremely poor customer service skills. She didn't offer to have them remake my pizzas or anything. I didn't want free pizzas, I wanted hot pizzas so I wasn't looking for anything for free even though I was inconvenienced. She assumed that I wanted something for free which was extremely presumptuous of her. I order pizza from here all the time and I will NEVER order from you guys again. Also, I'm calling the district office to file a formal complaint about my interactions with my driver and the store manager tonight. Zero stars for you all!!!!!!

Come on man. First off I just wanted to order some Pizza but an employee took it upon herself to be very rude and unprofessional because I asked her can she have the manager give me a call back instead of me waiting on hold. She asked me what sense does that make like ot didn't make any. How did she even get a job? Second the delivery driver called me to meet her outside and I said no I ordered pizza because I cannot go outside I have a baby and she hung up on me and stormed upstairs. When I seen her I realized why she was angry. She weighs about 4 to 500 pds so she was angry she had to walk upstairs. Listen no one made you chose your job. If you can't perform it get another job. Well I called placed an order for delivery... I ordered a gluten free pizza, large cheese pizza and 14 piece wings. The guy that took my order was very friendly and but I waited for a hour... maybe longer. Jake answered this time and said that no one came to the door for the driver which the doorbell never rang... and tried to call me with the wrong phone number. And I paid with a card...so if they didn't cancel it out they would have kept my money...WOW!!! I asked for a discount or something and he said he would have to void it all out... guess it was too much work to satisfy the customer. It has now been close to 2 hours... I literally has been 2 hours and still nothing... Domino's will not be getting any more of my money.

I wasn’t even rude about anything and he still just dropped to phone multiple times as I was talking. Although they did give me credit for another pie I will not be eating at this Dominos again. Even when compared to the low quality customer service that Dover offers this is low. It could definitely be worse, but nevertheless low.

Ordered delivery tonight because I had a headache and didn’t want to drive.. I ordered through the app and was watching the pizza tracker. It said my food came out of the oven at 6:08pm. I did not receive my food until 7:12pm. I love a few minutes down the road. I’m extremely disappointed and my pizza was no longer warm and fresh. Ended up having to reheat in the microwave. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered on line spent almost $70.00, received our order a half hour later than what we were told. Opened the box of wings for them to be white and very minimal sauce. I then called the manager to inform them of how dissatisfied we were for the manager, Ty to hang up on me twice and basically tell me that that’s my problem. The wings weren’t cooked to my satisfaction and that she was not going to continue to go back-and-forth with me, I then spoke to her supervisor, which acted more on her manager side then the customer. As a manager and a supervisor to be treated the way that I was as a paying customer and that type of money spent at that store is not acceptable. This matter will be dealt with accordingly with the owner after reaching out to corporate. I am a regular customer who spends at least $60-$70 there a week or biweekly for our family fun night which now they have lost me as a customer. If you’re Going to order go to Camden with manager Paula, she is awesome.

Between the halfway house crowd outside and the rudeness I will not be back to this place. If Camden isn't any better I'm done with Domino's. This is why these restaurants are closing all over the country. It's not the customers. It's the employees.

Understaffed 24/7 at the expense of the customer, when you order delivery your food will sit for atleast an hour before they even try to deliver it because they refuse to hire more delivery drivers or turn off deliveries for a night. If you bother to call and complain they'll lie and say they will remake your food another day then when you try and redeem it they'll refuse you service. This has happened twice now, I wish I could order from any other Dominoes because they truly dont care about the food or the customers here. I feel bad for Oladipo who is the only person ever delivering for them.
