I have been to the establishment many times through the years and I will continue doing so. The food is great and the service is even better. I want to give a shout out to Ethan for always being polite, professional and always on top of it. Ethan and the food are what will keep me and my family coming back for the years to come as well as why I give Luna Grill Encinitas a Five Star!

The food was delicious but best of all was the great customer service by Davin, He made a great recommendation and was extremely helpful! The atmosphere was very chill and everyone there has excellent customer service

Came here with my daughter for a quick dinner. Ordered the chicken platter with hummus, rice and a side salad. The food came out hot and fresh and more importantly, super tasty. The chicken was juicy, not dry at all. Staff was very friendly. Especially in this day and age, good service, good food at a decent price is so hard to find. The chicken platter was 16 bucks, we both left filling satisfied. Thank you!

Luna Grill has a variety of dishes, some of my favorites are the classic pita which is fresh with every bite, the dressing/sauce blending all the flavors together & The Seasonal Peach & Burrata Salad something that I can’t wait to get whenever I order, the flavors mix well and are complimented with the dressing and fresh salad/peaches! The staff is kind and understanding, the environment is good to have a meal with a few friends or family.

This is one of our favorite casual spots. The food is consistently good, the service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

This is hands down one of my favorite spots to eat. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is always amazing — Alex and Abraham are always so friendly and welcoming. Some locations have nice patio seating too.

This chain is one of my favorites, been eating it for years. This particular location has gone down hill with the food quality in the last year or so. It's taken several bad episodes before I wrote this review, so I'm sure it wasn't just a bad day. Buyer be warned, you won't get the same quality at this location. Update: we did go back and give it another try. I am happy to report things are back in order. The food was fresh and delicious. Nicely done Luna Grill.

Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing takeout experience: I ordered nearly $200 worth of food from Luna Grill Encinitas for a takeout dinner with friends—and to our horror, one of my guests pulled a ring out of her salad. Yes, a literal ring inside the Mediterranean salad that came with the Family Meal for six. I've attached a photo as proof. This was not only disgusting, but incredibly embarrassing as a host. How does something like this happen? It shows a complete lack of basic hygiene and quality control in the kitchen. We lost our appetite immediately, and the evening was completely overshadowed by this shocking discovery, which was unfortunate because we usually enjoy their food. I truly hope this was a one time mistake by one of their newer kitchen staff. Please train them to be more careful and to wear gloves!! I had intended to go in and speak to the manager in person, but frankly, I shouldn't have to waste my time pointing out such an obvious and serious failure in food safety. I hope management takes this incident seriously and takes immediate action to ensure it doesn't happen again—to anyone.
