A local friend had mentioned how much they liked this place. We love Thai food so we ran over for dinner. The green curry was the perfect spice and the seafood Pad Thai was amazing. The Thai iced tea with boba was also terrific. The Boba was very fresh.

I have just moved back to the United States and have been looking for a good place to get pad Thai. The last three or four restaurants I went to have been horrible. This is terrific food and extremely fast. I will be coming back.

My fiancé is from Thailand and we were visiting Encinitas from Phoenix - and we mean it when we say you guys really have a gem of Thai food on your hands people!! You can NEVER find Thai sausage in Phoenix or such refreshing Thai spring rolls!! We wish we lived here, we'd eat this everyday!!! Please try Pad Thai with Thai sausage and literally any curry option no grease and so delicious! Will be back to take food to go :) we wish you great health and success!

Great food and let me tell you how good it is. I do not like vegetables at all, but the way they make it I love to eat it. They make this guy who hates Vegetables eat them so they are doing something right! Try this gem of a restaurant.

I love coming to Thai pan cuisine. What is really awesome is that they are just a hop skip and a walk away from my apartment. I also enjoy how they always have such great service. The Food is very authentic and well presented. I really enjoyed the variety of spices they use in their dishes. When walking in you'll notice the aesthetic is very welcoming and pleasing to the eye. They have a lot of really cool historical pictures and religious artifacts which helped create is there a nice ambience inside the restaurant. Food server was absolutely polite and did a great job of presenting our food. Price was fair in the selection was large. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope they continue their tradition of Fine Food and fine dining in Encinitas for many years to come. Come get some of this deliciousness!

Client since 20 years. Moved away so I visit more rarely. Never disappoints. Their handrolls are fab Soups deelish Curries and stir fries have so much flavor. Simple decor but clean. Lovely customer service Popular for takeout. Call ahead, they get busy.

Loved their curries! Generous portions, freshly cooked to order, delicious sauces. The Mandarin chicken was perfectly crispy but tender inside. Service was ok, a bit slow and not well coordinated, but it's a small place with lots of takeout orders, so it was to be expected.

This is hands down my fav new Thai restaurant in north county!!! The Penang curry is 10/10 and their fresh rolls are amazing 🙌🏼 they are SO quick and have offered such great service each time I’ve picked up my food.

My favorite Thai place of all time!! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and I’ve never had a bad meal. The staff is super sweet, food comes out very quickly, and the pricing is totally reasonable.

BEYOND good!!!! Everything is fresh and cooked to order and you can taste it in every bite!! Yes, they chuckled when I only wanted a 5 for my spice level, but I didn't mind. The food isn't just spicy, but complex in flavor. 100% worth the money. 10/10 reccomend.

Best Thai food we had around the San Diego area so far! The pricing was a but high, but the portions are big, so we had a ton of leftovers, which kinda forgave the price of the food. I am not a vegetarian, but somehow decided to get fried tofu this time and OMG, the best fried tofu I had in my life. My husband said the same about my dish, he even ate broccoli from my food and he normally hates this vegetable. My daughter who is a picky eater (3 year old toddler) ate a huge amount of her kids meal. I have never seen her eat so much in a restaurant!

I recently dined at Thai Pan Cuisine and was blown away by the delicious food and friendly service. The standout dish for me was the Caahew Dish - the flavors were so well-balanced and the cashews were cooked to perfection. The sauce was rich and savory, and I couldn't get enough of it! In addition to the Cashew Dish, I also tried the Coconut Thai Tea with Boba and it was absolutely fantastic. The tea tasted strong and authentic and the coconut cream added a nice depth of flavor to the tea. The boba added a fun texture to the drink, making it an even more enjoyable experience. Overall, I had an amazing dining experience at Thai Pan Cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, and be sure to order the Cashew Dish and Coconut Thai Tea with Boba - you won't be disappointed

The boba is just extra though, not a staple to the restaurant, so its forgivable in my opinion. If you prefer less chewy boba though this may be the thing for you. I have brought many friends to this place to introduce them and they have been blown away. Some have come back here all the way from downtown because they enjoyed so much.

The food was very tasty. The waitress was cold bordering on rude. Not typical certainly for Thai culture. If I can find another Thai restaurant in this area, I won't be back. If the food had not been good, I would have reduced the stars well below 4. There were very few diners so there was no excuse for rude service

The tropical fried rice with chicken, curries (red/green, yellow, and panang) with chicken, and spicy basil noodles with tofu are all delicious. So is their sticky rice with mango and their Thai iced coffee. Usually fast and friendly service. Once we waited for 45 minutes for our To Go order, but that seems to have been an anomaly as it's typically 15 minutes. *They now take American Express.

It was average regular main stream thai food, with friendly service, though a bit rush, even though the place was pretty empty. Most come here for take-outs. I could see why. From the way they greeted and approached you and checked on you, it was almost like rushing you along. Fried calamari was tough because it was thinly sliced and over cooked, so not recommend this. Others were good enough. Concerning desserts, it was as if they discouraged us from ordering any. Don't think I would make special trip. There are many other average Thai food to be had. If you live near by then maybe it is good enough. No parking issues. Also other restaurants to choose from.

I ordered Pad Thai with pork. It was very bland. Had to add spicy sauce for it to have any flavor. The Golden Bags appetizer sounded very interesting but again was disappointing. My friend had orange chicken and she enjoyed it. This place does not serve alcohol. I enjoy a light beer with Thai, so again a bit disappointing.

First time eating here for lunch. I had the Phad Thai Tofu lunch special, #4 spice. I guess, I had higher expectation from this place to my disappointment, the phad Thai was in the smaller portion and too sweet and noodles look saggy/ overcooked. Service guy was kinda not so friendly. I asked about the level of spiciness and not so helpful. I wanted moderate, and he immediately said 1 or 2 which I know is super mild(felt like he just didn’t care). I’ve ordered Thai tea with “little ice” and he served an abundance of ice! Overall, it’s just ok.

Overpriced food. I ordered roast duck, and I got very dry-like-fried chicken for $18. I should just had retured it and not accepted this kind of cooking. The servers are not courteous. Becomes friendly only towards the end of your meal; surely intetested in their tips only. I did really eat their "roast duck". I want my $18 refunded.

Starts at $12 but extra charge for anything but chicken and also extra for curry and brown rice, or different meats. The food came out pretty fast. I’m sure they just make a ton of it and then serve it in portions for each order. The spring roll that came with it was really terrible, just a roll with a bunch of lettuce and plain rice noodles, no meat at all. The soup was a tiny “shot” of Tom yum soup that had nothing in it, just a watery flavored water. I ordered a curry and the curry was good flavor but also very watery. Not a whole lot of chicken. Primarily vegetables. The food was really not that good. Very disappointed.

The menu has just been totally overhauled. Prices have gone way up while food quality has dropped. The popular dinner combos they we ordered for 20 years are gone. The interior decor is a little garish and the few tables outside have a charmless view of the parking lot. Service varies from great to amateur. Probably not coming back. :-(

Noodles made me sick for 2 days . They charged me twice on my card . Will be filing a report with the bbb and the police .

Decent food but they got my order wrong and then proceeded to hang up on me when I called them back. I wasn't even mad but was just trying to see what the order I received was... I got really mad when they hung up on me though. Won't get my business again with that attitude.

The service was rude. They messed up the order. It charged me for a dinner plate and gave me the lunch portion. When I called them and tried to talk with them about the situation they just said sorry and hung up. Spend your money somewhere else.

Spent $70 and they tried to charge me an extra $1.50 for a side of sweet & sour sauce. Even though I ordered sweet & sour chicken and egg rolls? Sad they’ll lose a customer vs providing sauce for paying customers. Too many good places to eat around here to be nickle & dimed.

I waited 20 minutes for my food because the cook disappeared. Annoyingly loud waitress talking to couple already finished eating. Other waitress slings my food mumbles sorry about the wait. Food nothing special. Picks up my cash. I ask for change ($25 on a $20.20 check). With faux surprised look she says oh you need change? She really thought she was going to pocket a 25% tip after that service? The disappearing cook emerges from the kitchen and starts gulping down soda from the dispenser while they all shout at each other. These people shouldn’t be in the business of serving people.

Terrible service, mediocre food, and the waiter charged my card twice - the first time with an amount that was twice what I was supposed to pay and they won’t take responsibility for it, even though I have both receipts. There are way better Thai places in the area.

Lousy first time visit .... Not worth it. Clueless servers that don't belong in the restaurant business. You come in, you sit and wait for someone to acknowledge you... They're all walking around like zombies, then a couple walks in sits down and get the poor excuse of a server to take their order in less than 30 seconds while we are still waiting for someone to at least say hi. You guys should consider a nail salon ... A restaurant is something you don't even begin to comprehend.

Overpriced. I had been buying food in this place for years. They missed a dish on my last order, promised a credit, but now don’t want to honor the credit. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Dishonest business. In the quest for our new regular thai restaurant, I am glad that I found our new thai place.
