Oh boy let me tell you when I'm going down the street I think of nothing but steak chalupas and let me tell you I got to have a soft taco with that you know if it ain't right it ain't right and then sometimes you go into Taco Bell and you get your chalupa and your taco as I do and you get to eat and then you notice there's very little bit of steak in that there are chalupa you know that gets you kind of upset but yet when you turn around and go back they act like you ate the steak before you got there you know but hey I love the place I still go there brother like that or not at times but I do love Taco Bell Taco Bell is my favorite place in fallbrook and to eat and my cold Pepsi but you know if I was you I would go have a chalupa and a soft taco and see how good it is with that Pepsi-Cola
Well as I was driving up to the drive thru I let this lady in first..As it was my turn to order I orded 25 dollars worth.When it was my turn pay the attendant said the lady already paid for my family's dinner.Awesome!!! The lady paid my good deed foward

Oh man Taco Bell's the best main let me tell you mine go get you a $5 chalupa box good grief make sure you get Coker orange with that DeSoto them until you be flying on Heaven's Door that's how great that is if you ask me it's the best unless you want to go for a nice taco supreme or burrito supreme but not me I go to chalupa

Man I love coming here! It’s my favorite place to be on a long day! I do doordash and this location is so friendly to their dashers. I love the family friendly vibe I get from the employees and they always give the best smiles every time I go! Totally friendly and food is top notch! Amber is the amazing person that helped me at the register and was so friendly throughout the whole experience! Way to go Fallbrook location!! You rock!!

Lovely dine in atmosphere, clean, fast and friendly. I believe most go through the drive thru, but when I eat, I want to sit and enjoy it. I has the Mexican pizza, it was really good.

Tacobell is a great place to eat, and it's always clean. They have new items from time to time like the triple gordita chalupa. I think i am saying that right. That is my favorite purchase. The employees are great fast and friendly 😊 try it you'll love it! From big G

Not anything special per se, Nothing extraordinary as compared to an't other taco bell locations, however this store will definitely reside in its" top " percentage of stores. With its clean environment, snappy service , good service and fair prices. Defiantly recommend go someone craving taco bell

The one in my previous town that I lived in was very slow and bungled orders very often. This location, on the other hand has been great. Their service is very quick, they get the orders correct every time so far, and the staff operating the order box in the drive-thru have actually been quite friendly and polite. I know it's just a Taco Bell serving fast food, so for most people all they need is to just get the order right, but honestly some of the other fast food places in this area are not great and have employees that always screw up orders or overcook the food. Because of that, I find myself just wanting to go to this Taco Bell more frequently because I know I'll get good food without any issues. The good service makes a big difference. I recommend this place for sure.

Fast and easy to order. I always ask for extra fire sauce and its hit and miss if i get enough. Not a huge deal but when i ask for extra sauce packets i don't mean 4 in total.
This is a good store. However, do not get the toasted cheddar chalupa...that is absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure that I have ever eaten a worse tasting thing than this.
I took my son in to buy him lunch today. The ordering kiosk made it quick and easy to place our order. The staff was friendly and helpful about opening the bathroom for my son to use too. He enjoyed his tacos on the way home.

They are improving. Have had a lot of mistakes over the years but it’s getting better. They corrected a major issue with my last order with little difficulty and I’m appreciative that they took the time to correct it rather then tell me to just request a refund.
This location has made a lot of improvement over the past year. A few months ago it didn't matter what time of day or how big or small my order was it was always wrong. It should matter more whether customers are getting the right order than how fast they get through the drive-threw. But here lately they've been able to get everything right and have fast and positive service

well they've gone from five stars to four stars to three stars from getting my order right all the time to getting it wrong all the time I don't know who they fired but they are firing the wrong person
The food is usually pretty good although the prices seemed to continuously go up to the point where you wonder why is this so much? Almost always a line but, most of the employees are pretty friendly

Around 3 to 4 pm, this location gets incredibly busy. I suggest going in, since the drive through is packed. Funny though the other fast food places near by are not as busy. The food is standard Taco Bell, you can get the same quality at any location.
I have no idea why they don't give you the receipt with your order. For rewards points or anything. Is it because they mess up a lot? you can't say anything Without the receipt?? It seems like a mandatory part of the job. Give the customer a receipt???
Undersized grillers sold as "loaded" and large on the screen. They get to you and they are near completely flat. Taco Bell has always been average and most likely always will be. Then again, that's ok, because it is fast food. What can you really expect?

Haven't eaten at taco bell in years. The 5 dollar meal was a good value. I personally did not care for the food. Now I remember why I don't patronize taco bell.
Fast service but poor burrito quality-- rolling techniques need work, fell apart on first bite. Got two quesadillas from here, one wasn't cut and the other had practically nothing in it.
Food was ok, hot is the only reason it's getting 2 stars. The help was not pleasant. The senior discount was a joke. The prices higher than last time. Won't be back in the near future.
This location is consistently out of something. I visit the Fallbrook location about once a week and they always inform me of some item or ingredient is unavailable. The inventory planning at this location is poor. New game we play: “guess what item they were out of today?” Baja blast… cheese sauce… tomatoes… taco shells… sauce… it’s always a surprise.
2022 update: The service here is just so bad. Not only do they get your order wrong but they cannot even answer basic questions about their menu. Literally basic questions like y do u not have fries but other locations do? Are you out? Are you not participating? Are they discontinued in all locations? “i don’t know” and “I didn’t work yesterday “ extremely frustrating. As much as I hate mcdonalds, they have some of the best customer service to date. Always friendly, and always knowledgeable about their menu. 2020 Update: kudos to simplifying your menu. But you also got rid of the only things i used to eat. Why taco bell whyyyyyy?? Why would u get rid of shredded chickennnnnnnn 😭 you lost 2 stars. Their menu is confusing and they have given me the wrong order several times. I went in the drive thru during a rainy day and my entire left arm and driver seat were soaked cuz they don’t have a canopy or roof of any sort. First I want to open up with saying I have been here MANY times with zero issues. With that being said, if you are there during a busy hour, like around 8pm, check your food BEFORE you pull away. Unless you like ordering a decent sized meal then driving away with a single Doritos taco(that you didn't even order) and then finding the lobby is locked so your only choice to get it fixed would be waiting through a dozen or so cars.
At 1130pm they have turned off all their lights and when I pull up they inform me they only have chicken. Pretty sure the employees just shutdown everything down early so they could leave early. That's ok, I'm sure the owner will be thrilled.

I honestly believe they used the food from the trash bin under the counter. The burritos were ok. My taco had clearly been reheated or keep under a heat lamp because I couldn't even get the taco and wrapper separated. I'm a giant fan of taco bell and this was by far the worst meal I've ever gotten. I got 3 burritos, 3 tacos and a crunch wrap and it was 24.00 what the heck. I also belive something is up at that store because it was so expensive and the food was horrible

If it were possibleto give less than 1 star I would...but, since my last visit, their prices sored and their quality failed miserably...when I got home both hard tacos turned into mush, the soft tacos insides were all outside there envelopes, and the burritos were wrapped so sloppy the contents were dropping out all over....If it were possible to give less than

If there were a zero, I would do that! Needed to use the rest room after our meal. There are two unisex rest rooms. One rest room the toilet was COVERED in feces (poop) and the other rest room, the toilet hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. And the "white sink" was SOOOO filthy, you couldn't even see the white! I told my husband, and one of the workers told the oldest employee 60's plus woman, to go clean it! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HEALTH HAZARD. I KNOW THE EMPLOYEES COULD NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. I WILL contact the Health Department regarding THIS location! DISCUSSTING! I better not get sick. What a lawsuit that would be. LAZY EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS ETC!
poor customer service to say the least , the girl who was taking our order was not taking our order correctly so we drove up to the window to give our order. We had a couple questions about a new item and she wasn't answering the question we were asking.Her name was LUPE She was rude and looked mad or she was on some kind of drug. Complete idiot. Halfway through ordering our food she walks away and another worker finished taking our order. Lupe walked back up to the window and gave us a weird look then she disappeared for a moment and then we noticed she was helping prepare our food. I decided I didn't want the food anymore for fear she was doing something foul to our food and the cashier had to get the manager Coty who didn't even look like he was old enough to drive was a joke as well. As I am explaining to COTY what had just happened Lupe stood there with a smug look on her face starring at me and my boyfriend like she wanted to kill us. I told COTY he might want to think about hiring someone else and firing this rude employee. He then says sarcastically ( Ya I'll fire her today like I'll get right on that). Then shuts the window to get our refund. The second cashier opens the window and says the problem has been resolved and I asked her for the managers names and the original cashiers name and the manager asks the second cashier why we wanted his name right in front of us. After receiving our money back and my boyfriend thanking him for the refund tells us as we are driving away ( Be sure to come back now ya here) very sarcastically. So rude and unprofessional I don't believe COTY should be a manager anywhere. He needs a lot more training and customer service skills before put into that position. Just my opinion.

Not that I expected anything extravagant from a fast-food chain, but today whoever made my burrito failed miserably. I ordered the new $5 steak quesarito big box and the tacos were as usual but the quesarito was made worse than a 5-year-old could've done. Seems like they put a teaspoon of cheese between 2 tortillas, a tablespoon of rice and tablespoon of steak inside along with way too much cheese sauce and sour cream, in other words, it looked like something that should've costed 50 cents, that got ran over or dropped and stepped on. I regret going there today and should've taken that burrito back in and asked for someone to remake it as something worth the money I wasted on it.

Slowest Taco Bell ever!!! Nobody is in the drive thru and hardly anyone is inside... Yet they are having all the cars pull around the back to wait. I've been waiting for 10mins and the car next to me has been waiting even longer.... I've had this same experience several times. I'm not sure what takes them so long to make an order! Or why it takes so long. This is ridiculous!
Certain items get sold out or discontinued too quickly compared to other locations and prices are also higher than other locations. Clearly not a well managed store that abuses its lack of competition by raising prices. Avoid.
Nacho chips and cinnamon twists had to be thrown out of our last order because they tasted like bad like they were cooked with disinfectant cleaner. Pretty scary being served food that tasted like chemicals! That along with recent price hikes I wont be back anytime soon..
A very unremarkable meal.The Pepsi was OK, and the nacho cheese sauce for those lame fries was really good and boiling hot, but everything else was boring and bland. It doesn't remind me of the Taco Bell from yesteryear. One star for the cheese sauce I guess. They had zero napkins anywhere and had to use the towels from the sink. Even noticed the drive thru window staff running out to the dining area to grab sauce packets for those folks. Not very attentive to the front as they have order kiosks there now.

I pulled into the drive thru at 10:52. I know they close at 11 and I feel for them, but some people back at my house were requesting Taco Bell. They pretended no one was there. I normally have nothing but good experiences here until about a week ago when I found a bolt of some sort in my taco. When I tried bringing it to the attention of the General Manager he tried playing it off like it wasn't from them or he had no idea where it came from yet there was meat from the taco in it! I couldnt order a Freeze because the machine is down. I ordered cinnamon delights and didn't receive them. It's not worth going back for them because the drive costs more than it. Veronica should have made sure I received everything.
i’m not surprised just annoyed that they claim to serve breakfast till 11am but everytime I get there at 9:30-10am they have some lame reason as to why they can’t serve breakfast and make me wait in the drive thru line. The staff could care less and seem unbothered. I see this place has already like 2 stars and the management could less but the staff is definitely affecting the business. Hopefully you can hire some competent people.
Went 2 weeks ago, was told they ran out of ground beef. Went today, was told they’re out of soft shell tacos. They NEVER have fire sauce. How the hell are yal still in business? As a pregnant woman I shouldn’t have to change my order every single time I come here because you don’t have something! Get yal trucking orders up to date. This this is ridiculous
Okay, I know it's just Taco Bell and it's not expected to be amazing but... the last few times I've gone to the drive through I haven't bought anything. And I've had to sit in the drive-through line and wait to be set free. Why didn't I get anything? Well because the last 3 times I've been here they have told me that at least one of the main things on the menu I'm ordering isn't available. They're out of this they're out of that they can't keep food in stock? One time I went and ordered a few different things they said ALL THOSE ITEMS WERENT AVAILABLE. These are common items on the menu. No chips? No chalupa wraps? Out of taco shells? What? Why even be open then? What kind of bad management is going on here? And generally, when I DO get my order things are missing or just wrong. Are we even trying at this place? I fear management here is failing their team and their store. Better training and better ordering schedules need to be addressed. It's completely unacceptable that the last 3 times I've gone to this Taco Bell they don't have various items I've ordered from the menu in front of me and have got stuck in the drive-through due to nothing being available. I'm done with this location and have written off the Fallbrook Taco Bell as another abandoned building in our town. Do better guys... Customers, you've been made aware that this is a common occurrence at this location. Good luck.
I'm officially done with this taco bell. The last 3 times I've come here has been a bad experience. From management screaming at an employee outside , to being completely ignored when you tell them you have a mobile order as you're inside, and selected inside yet they put it at drive thru so it's now sat for 20 min. Now, going thru the drive thru during our order the lady was so rude and rushing us & gave us our total at the window twice , before we even completed our order, so i never got a drink because i gave up. Then at the window, she quickly shoved our bag in our car ,, slamming the window shut so I guess no hot sauce either.
I stood in the lobby today prepared to order both a beverage and food I stood there for almost ten minutes without even one employee acknowledging I was even there There was no line I left without ordering anything I called to speak with the manager to share my experience. The manager refused to give me her name until I put some pressure on and I don't know if she was being honest about it. Emily??? Fallbrook needs a better Taco Bell
It barely even gets one star. Waited here for 25 minutes, only to have the electricity on the block to go out and then they couldn't even figure out a way to refund me, luckily it came back on. Only to wait another 10 minutes to get my food.
We literally waited in lobby for 30 minutes for 6 tacos and 3 bean and cheese burritos on Saturday night. 7 people "working" but truly 2 of them were actually doing the work. The drive through food preparer was running rings around the inside person to the tune of probably 5 to one on orders. It was disgraceful to see the complete lack of Fs given by the other people there. The place was busy but not unusually so. My guess is no manager on duty and if there was well guess that tells everything then. Bad staff is usually due to bad manger or likely none. Shame cos this taco bell could be a great place.
Honestly I’m not the person to ever write reviews but I came from work late and I wanted some Taco Bell near home. I see that it closes at 12am so I still have time to order a meal. It is 11:35-40pm and I was there waiting and waiting looking at the workers inside ignore my car in the drive through. I pull up to window and everyone at of no where just “disappeared”. I even went around twice and still got ignored for more than 8 minutes then I drove off to McDonald WHO closes at 12am too and still took my order. From my work experience we never close early only the time scheduled, then we start cleaning after closed and take any customer even in the last minute. That’s called great customer service. I just don’t think it’s an appropriate work ethic. I know they at least had 5 minutes or less to take my mf order.
