Every time I come in to this Panera I am so impressed. Their customer service goes above and beyond with their friendliness and care. Their food is great. I am always left with a smile on my face!

This store is surrounded by so many stores I didn’t know when exactly why I would visit it until today. I had to meet an old friend for breakfast and we needed a place that would be comfortable and welcoming enough to stay at least 45 minutes and this place was perfect.

This was my best experience of on-line ordering!!! I ordered 5 customized box lunches from Panera Bread only 2 days prior to pick up. Stephanie was extremely helpful in walking me through the process. Joanne did an amaxing job at making sure that my orders were done accirately & ready at the scheduled time. PB has a wide variety of most delicious healthy food choices at extremely reasonable prices! Everyone raved about their lunches! I highly recommend Panera Bread Farmingdale!!!

The creamy broccoli soup and BBQ chicken sandwich always hit the spot but let me rave about the caramel Frappaccino 🥳 love it. DELIVERY SUGGESTION: Placing a covering over the hole in the lid for delivery (for spills and sanitary purposes)

There brocoli cheddar soup is oooof so good and my kids loved it too😋 wish they would fill up the bowl tho lol but its great and so many healthy options!

As a home care R.N. I frequently find myself at Paneras across this region of the island. I must say this location is the best. It is kept so clean and the staff is hardworking. The food quality is always consistent and delicious. Staff is also very kind. Great environment to grab a bite and catch up on work in. 5 stars to all of the employees who work here seriously I’ve been to ALOT of Panera’s and never been to one with better staff. Thank you all:)

Ordered for pickup through DoorDash, was ready when I got there. I recently had surgery on my vocal cords, so I can’t talk. Staff was nice and helpful.

Just picked up breakfast. & my avocado sandwich is delicious. The cashier is so sweet , the coffee is fresh . & the lady who made my sandwich made it with love because this sandwich is amazing. Been to a lot of Panera Breads and this one so far is the best hands down

Autumn Squash soup and Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich was delicious! I had the most amazing potato soup and Caesar salad. The soup was rich, creamy, and full of flavor—comfort food at its best. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right amount of dressing and perfectly seasoned croutons. Everything was well-balanced and delicious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a satisfying and tasty meal!

Staff are always friendly, polite, eager to please, and very courteous. My second time visiting this location and I had nothing in mind as to what I wanted to have for a meal that I took the counter person's suggestion and it was a great half sandwich. On the other hand I chose a cup of soup which was potato and it was so cold it wasn't worth eating. That was my only speed bump with my visit. Manager was busy setting out pick up bags into the shelves and I didn't want to bother him so I just disposed of the soup and ate my sandwich and cookie. Restaurant looked very clean and all.tables looked bussed neatly and cleanly for the evening crowd to come in. I wouldn't let one incident change my past good experiences of this company. Chuck it up to bad timing and hopefully won't happen again.

I was recently introduced to the medateranian salad and have been coming to this location for a few weeks now. Food is good, but the staff is to be desired. Never a smile and barely a hello. I know you guys are twinned together with applebees. They offer much better service

The person who took our order couldn't be bothered to ask what we wanted as our sides, so my husband was given a side of bread with his bread bowl of soup! Their seasonal special of strawberry caprese salad was very pleasant, but the balsamic dressing is intense so next time I will have them put it on the side so I can use only as much as I want.

Lately the chocolate chip cookies ( small and big ones) have been horrible. I don't know if its a new a recipe or what. But the cookies taste and feel stale, i mean even after i dip them in milk they're still crunchy. North babylon defintely has fresher cookies and pastries. I think thats will be my go to store from now on

Good when in a pinch. Average workers earnings 15 per hour would need to work 1/2 hours wages for tea and bagel. At least its better than Starbucks.

Coffee there is much better than Dunkin donuts or Starbucks daylight roast which is usually higher caffeine which is exactly what I'm seeking in the wee hours of the morning but unfortunately this place has superstars working there I think they're too good to read other people up maybe the management position should be re 4 in this location since people walking out while the management shares a chuckle with an employee rather than accommodating a patron

I haven't been to Panera in ages but decided to take my brothers here before shopping at Walmart. As expected, the prices are still high, if not higher than I remember. Almost $50 for two tuna sandwiches, a bowl of mac'n'cheese, two sodas and a coffee. The food wasn't bad but I found the store cold as if there was no heat on. The layout is a bit difficult to manage in a wheelchair. I ordered through the kiosk so I don't know if I should have selected customize so we could select what we wanted with our order but I got bread with my bowl where I would have preferred an apple or chips. It didn't prompt me to select which one I preferred. The place to pick up your order isn't accessible to someone in a wheelchair. The order had 3 soda cups instead of 2 soda cups and a coffee cup so we had to ask the cashier for the coffee cup. Due to the prices I don't think I'll be coming back here for ages again.

I love panera bread. I am however a little disappointed with my latte ordered as I would be with any place that charges me $5 for a latte but i only get a half a cup. Last time I ordered online and came to pick my food up and someone came in & stole my food. The lady fixing the food was very rude when I asked about my order. The girl at the front register & the manager was very nice and helpful. The manager fixed my order and also offered me a pastry. It did however cause me to be late from my break and I couldnt eat my food until later. But the lady fixing the orders need to learn some customer service. She never smiles & speaks very rude. Its been a couple of times & she was the same everytime.

They often leave things out of your rapid pick up orders. Like the chicken in a salad. Or don't follow instructions. Utensils are often wrong. Getting forks for soup etc.

Very disappointed with the salad I ordered. It was poorly thrown together. There was barely any lettuce and the tomatoes were inrecognizable. Pickup was disappointing as well.

Make bride happy, we went to Panera. Good quality food but overpriced for what you received. Coffee was warm.

Most of the time they get my order wrong even though it's simple stuff. Just follow the order. Made a complaint on Facebook and they reached out to me saying someone would contact me about my bad experiences in 2-3 days. That was 2/3 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. Poor customer service! Today I ordered a turkey sandwich and they literally only put TWO slices of turkey and one slice of cheese. I did not pay $10 for only two slices of meat. I asked for more because that's rediculous. And they gave me a soup that I didn't even order. That's pretty lucky but It wasn't a soup I liked so it got thrown out. A waste of food. If this wasn't so close to my school I wouldn't come here anymore.

I'm giving it a two star because they keep adding really gross things to the menu and taking off the things I like. The got rid of the old Chicken Cob Salad, which was delicious, and replaced it with the Green Goddess version which just doesn't taste good. They replaced the shaved parmesan cheese in the Caesar Salad with powered cheese which doesn't taste as good either. They keep adding new things to the menu that doesn't taste good like the new Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad which was really, really bad tasting. Mostly because the chicken didn't taste good, it actually tasted rotten, which sucked because I liked the rest of the salad. And they got rid of the Greek Flatbread, which I used to get all the time and was tasty. So go back to your old menu and stop trying to add so many things with "super foods" and cheaper ingredients (it's noticeable) while raising the prices. Then they added

Very disappointing! $4.29 for a tomato & mozzarella panini and there was barely any mozzarella on it. Should have snapped a photo. It was quite literally a thin slice of tomato on bread. Had to speak with the manager and ask them to re-make it. Used to love Panera. Sadly, not anymore.

This food was BOOTY CHEEKS. Ordered a cold brew and got MILK (plus no straw for the delivery), the Asian sesame salad did not taste like it normally would, it was barely tolerable. Even the BREAD did not taste the way it’s supposed to. Waste of my money, horrible location

The experience did not correlate to the price tag. The my salad and mac and cheese were excellent. I enjoyed the taste and texture of the food. I was prompted to add a FREE cookie or pastry to my order, for which they charged me. This is due to the confusing user interface used to place orders. The cookie ended up being disgusting.

Terrible food. Everything they sell is precooked and reheated. Their soup comes in bags that they just heat up.

I was told by the manager that their WIFI is unavailable from 12pm to 2pm. I have never been at any other Panera Bread that has that policy.

I understand why the last few times I've been at Panera in Farmingdale it's empty. I am very disappointed by the size of the bear claw. It is incredibly smaller than it's been in the past, and the price has almost doubled. Very big disappointment!

Went and got a spinach, egg white with avocado on a oat grain bagel. We waited almost 25 minutes before the sandwich was even started. There was no one before us and only a self serve drink afterwards. The bagel itself tasted okay but there was a tiny piece of avocado and nothing else. Very disappointed.

Not sure how this place stays in business. Every time we come there is another issue. Usually order at kiosk. Always wait forever. Then something always missing. Smoothie. Soufle or sandwich. Sign says "preparing" but then your name disappears. Pick up order when called. Where is this or that? Oh. Just be a second. Not worth the effort to get OK food. Plenty of other options around who would be more than happy to have my money. Never an apology. Just people behind counter asking "who did this order?" Local bagel shops 10x better and not a big franchise. And i didnt get my food yet

They messed up my order this morning, I was able to get a free bagel later, but of course they did not have the type of bagel I originally ordered this morning. I don't think I will come back to this location again. Not happy at all!!

Kiosks cannot process orders, wasted about a half an hour waiting had proof of the order from Panera email but the food prep area “never got it”. On the bright side there’s a Chipotle next door. I got my money back and went there, and will continue to in the future too.

Hair in soup, save yourself the disgusting experience and take the extra 10 minutes and make your own soup from a can. It's just as fresh, if not fresher than the stuff they sell here.

For the first time tried lobster roll that gave me worst stomach pains, sleepless night, and nausea next day, didn't eat much next day, didnt feel well, called to complain as I wasn't the only was with stomach issues (few of us had the same meal and all were sick) wasn't even offered the 20$ refund....DONT GET LOBSTER ROLLS, small, no taste, feels like cans food...0 stars, terrible and expensive. Asked for sliced French baguette. They sliced it in a long way as if I wanted a sandwich. Forgot to give an orange scone. The cashier didn’t seem to care when I asked to correct the order. Disappointed

I hope they do better service or no discrimination. I went to this place at Farmingdale location early in the morning - 7:30, and I felt very unwelcome. I was waiting for a while until she finished cleaning. Her face was like she was angry. I didn't feel good, but thought okay that might not be the best morning for her. But when the next customer arrives, she instantly smiles and starts talking in Spanish. I felt like she only smiles at Spanish customers.

Avoid at all costs. I think I'm finally done with this place. I work nearby so I often order for lunch. Great spot when they first opened many years ago but the last year or so, garbage. Sloppy food, quality issues like wilted and old lettuce, ingredients are not fresh and they've become stingy with the quantity. Bowls of soup are never full, the warm bowls are half empty. Just awful service and products. Please do something, your management or employee training, whatever, it all needs help.

The staff that work here need a lesson in how to interact with customers. We were never greeted when we came in. We had pickup, so we asked about our order the worker never spoke a word. She just looked at us with a annoyed face. They were closing shop before time, there was nobody to help you behind the desk. When you go up to the counter they look at you and continue what they're doing like you're not there. After I had to get their attention, I was given a dirty cup. I asked for a new one they looked like why are you bothering me. Plus she didn't say a word just put her hand out for the dirty cup. Part of my order was canceled, I think because they didn't want to make it because they wanted to close early. I've never experienced anything like this at a Panera. Would not recommend this location at all.

I was at this location pretty late Sunday night. I believe from context I overheard the ladies that make food loudly being rude/passive aggressive to the Cashier who looked and seemed younger than they are. I think one said something to her very aggressively but otherwise the both of them talking to each other about her pretty loudly. Seems like they were trying to get her to hear, even I could hear and sense the aggression. This location has very rude staff, the manager should be noticing this happening in her/his store if I can notice as a customer. The language I heard was unprofessional and disturbing to hear. I would never allow my teen to work here. Nobody comes to work to be mistreated.

First time at this location and last. I use the app for ordering and paying, so I cant answer qustions about the place. I've been a long time customer but within the town limits of Smithtown. I ordered half sandwich and half salad deal with a baguette and a bakery item, a candy cookie. I got the turkey bravo half sandwich which was awesome. I ate that in the parking lot, looked to make sure that everything else was in the bag and went on my way. When I got home later that evening I discovered there was no salad dressing, that baguette was hard as a rock and that the cookie was so old that the candy on it was discolored!!! Im amazed that they would give a customer an old cookies with faded coloring on the cookie never mind the bread not being fresh. This place must have a manger that doesn't care about his job... I will try another Paneras, but WILL NEVER visit this location again. I did hear back from the manager, he said the bread has changed, it was the same version I got in S'town. He said he'd deal with his team over the dressing missing and the terrible cookie.

Found a screw in my chicken sandwhich... I tried calling and no one picked up. Panera, if you see this and want to look into it. I ordered on 11/10/22 around 7:30 pm. My total was 44.93. I ordered 2 broccoli cheddar soups, a turkey blt, and the chicken sandwhich.

Great if you have an unlimited expense account from your job or are used to severely overpriced vacation resort food. Small bowl (like 4 tablespoons) of mac and cheese? (You don't get to see the portion sizes before you order) Almost $7. With coffee and a (small) bagel where you spread your own cream cheese, all told, $13. Holy sweet Jesus. See photo. Let's review again: dry toasted bagel, fingerbowl-sized side dish, and coffee, $13. And we are 30 miles away from NYC. Would have gone to chipotle next door but they were temporarily closed. Not exactly sure how this place is surviving in a rural Walmart parking lot in Farmingdale. BTW, Reading other reviews about 'rude' or 'inattentive' staff and they're nothing but professional here. Then again I have to admit I'm a white male. I forget my privilege sometimes. One thing they do have is a fireplace. Go figure.
