No one spoke when I walked in then the person who was working the drive through came over to help. Because he was so helpful I ordered, but was about to walk out when he came up. The food was not as good as other locations I've been to for Taco Casa. For this location I'll pass the next time I'm in the area.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, hoping that they will redeem themselves. Every single time I’ve gone the taco shells are always stale. Even the chips for the nachos. The customer service is great. They are friendly and helpful but if they could just get it right with stale food.

First time ever eating at Taco Casa. Dined in. Food a solid 3/5 stars. Service 4/5; -1 for the inconvenience of having to ask for a refill as the refreshments are behind the counter. Biggest detractor is that the inside of restaurant smells like sewage: 1/5 star for atmosphere.

I love Taco Casa but this one totally disappointed me. Drive thru took a long time. I ordered 1 hard taco with sour cream, 2 soft tacos with sour cream and a Tostado with extra sour cream... We realized we had more "taco packages" on the way home.. needless to say I got 5 bean and cheese burritos and a tostado with NO sour cream. My tostado was so soggy it folded easily like a taco. I had my heart set in those taco and that sour cream. I live 20 minutes from this location and didn't realize it was all bean burritos. I'm hoping it was it was simple mistake but I wasted $15, gas and my receipt was correct. Come on Taco Casa people love yall, yall can't make these types mistakes. I'll be back because my son just started a job nearby. I just hope next time yall get it right. This place still hasn't gotten things right almost a year later from my original review. They still can't get basic order right and how does a taco place run out of ground beef and offer beans instead. I will not be returning to this location.

Updated 11-18-2020 - bean burritos are still pitiful, but its the only thing the kids will eat there. New Photo Attached - 2 burritos on black stove top. Updated 9-9-2020 - the bean burritos here have been going downhill for some time now and its now to the point where I don't understand why they're so skimpy with the beans!?!? The sweet tea is oh so good! The tortillas are always soft and delicious! I don't like their nacho cheese. It tastes a little watery and salty, but not really like I think traditional nacho cheese should taste. If they changed their nacho cheese and put more beans in their burritos, I would give them 5 stars!

I asked for two frijoles extra bean no cheese and they read back my order and still got it wrong

Be cautious eating here. Heard maggots were recently found in the storage area. Highly doubt they throw away all their product to do a thorough cleaning.

Horrible customer service especially in drive thru. You order ask the worker to repeat the order she was rude about it. Charged me for a meat burrito nothing but meat instead of a bean burrito. Called talked to the manager or supervisor on staff and was going to refund my card but never did he was quick to just get me off the phone. If I could put no stars I would. Taco bell is way better safe your money don't go to this taco casa. We used to go every Friday and the service at this location has gone down hill.

Portions are tiny. You get the joy of creating your own nachos when you order “super nachos”. Makes me feel like there’s a bunch of kids and a manager who’s made poor choices in life working here.

I ordered a taco salad with my to go ordered and was told that I could not have the shell on the side to avoid it being soggy by the time I got home. When inexplained that I had an extended drive home, the young girl making the food said, “well then don’t order it”! Then I asked for her name and she told me to take a picture too. The manager, Carlos, said this is not the first time she has been coached for her attitude and was sent home for the evening to cool off.
