I am very impressed but one of your drivers. His name is Josh. He delivered to mt husbands job when they are not actually suppose to. ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!! I want to thank you so much for that. And I know my husband wants to thank you as well.

The hot wings were primo. They were cooked and sauced properly and the wings were intact. Many places serve wings with broken bones and breading. These had crispy eatable skin. The young man serving was very professional and attentive.

Easy online ordering. Helpful staff both in store and drivers. Quick delivery. Driver even welcomed me back home after being deployed. It makes a big difference. Thank u all!

I had the meatlovers pizza melt and bread sticks and honey BBQ wings. Very nice . Mysteriously i returned and on a friday the wing machine is down. Somebody didnt feel like cleaning it seems

They have this online deal for two pizzas thats hard to beat. Ordered on line and picked up. Staff was super friendly and the pizza tasted decent. They have changed the recipe.

Very 😋 good! After months of ordering lemon pepper wings from some of everywhere that were over seasoned!! PiZza hut finally fulfilled my craving and I don't have a blood pressure headache🙌😂 Thanks for not being too heavy with the lemon pepper!

If I could give negative stars I would. We've waited for 15 minutes and nobody waited on us. Now we're leaving. Somebody did something right, because we went back because one of the kids wanted to go. The service was great. We are pleased.

The Pizza Hut in The Woodlands, Texas stole $35 from us last month and corporate promised us a refund, but that promise fell flat. We got no refund and had no intention of ever eating at any Pizza Hut ever again. But the franchise in Gatesville Texas is run by kind, decent people who take time to prepare amazing food in a timely way. They have friendly staff and a clean facility. This is the only franchise we will be using. After reading all the horrible reviews of The Woodlands location, we are left with the impression Pizza Hut corporate just doesnt care about customers, or that franchise would be shut down completely.

A lot has changed in the pass few years but the Pepperoni Lovers pan still delivers that familiar taste. I am old school and miss the buffet they use to have at nearly every location but this location still knows how make and bake.

We order a pepperoni and cheese pizza it was amazing!! The lady that answer the phone was very nice and helpful her name was Patti and they told me the cook was misty . The cook did amazing food . We will order again!!

Really friendly staff, really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Quality of food really went up compared to past yrs. As well as a well kept lobby and dine in area kids can watch cartoons while adults watch something else. They offer contantless pick up and delivery.

Today I had the pleasure to go to Pizza Hut for my favorite " meat lovers" pizza. It was the best experience ever. Rudy Johnson took my order as soon as I came in. He was very polite, well dressed, and answered all question without hesitation. The pizza was to go and was the taste exceptional. I will be back to see them soon. Thank you again Mr. Johnson.

AMAZING service from the employees & delicious pizza! The gentleman in front insisted he rinse our babies sippy cups (instead of rinsing anywhere else) and was overall very personable & kind. It was a memorable visit! Thank you for the great pizza & wonderful family memories!

We took part in the Halloween Party tonight.(Tuesday Oct 29) It was so much fun. The store was decorated so creatively! A place for a photo booth, scavenger hunt and a decorated booth contest with goodies! And the kids coloring station was a hit. Great job on decorating and making it a fun safe night for the kids. Pizza was good too!

Place is busy, but 15 mins means 15 mins here!! The staff is always friendly and it seems natural!! I manage in the customer service industry and I can tell you that not all customer service workers are friendly. But EVERYONE in the building is courteous!! I'm from NJ/NY so I'm very picky about my pizza, it's not NY style but it's the best for miles!! Great job guys, and when you may feel like no one notices your customer service skills just know I appreciate y'all. I don't even leave reviews, but y'all deserve a shout out. Sarah, Avery, and the rest of the staff were great today.... Great service is the norm here!!

I thought there service was great and if you like Pizza Hut food, the food was on par with other Huts but it looks like they have not changed their decor in decades.

The waitress was excellent, even with a mistake in our order, she was pleasant and made it right. Very enjoyable experience and happy to see the changes that have taken place.

The pizza has a very nice balance of spice versus cheese. I like the heat that comes off the slices as your trying to take a bit. The menu has many details and pictures and smiles of the waitstaff are very agreeable!

some toppings were hard to find , this super supreme was not made as well as my last one I ordered from the Gatesville pizza hut. They need to put out the same product each time.

Pizza Hut is always solid. Staff was friendly and my order was made correctly and in a timely manner. Plus, their deals are awesome!

I would have gave 5 stars but the excellent delivery girl that I gave ten bucks to. She did not get her 399 delivery charge... that i paid.. I think that's unfair and dishonest to the customers and most of all, the driver.. I'm a home bound senior and tip well, shame on them for taking $ from the drivers.. love the pizza tho.. excellant

This is by far my favorite pizza place as far a pizza itself goes. Their competition has great pizza but, there's no replacement for Pizza Hut. BTW I never worked here that was my father as a driver.

I always order delivery, and every single time it has been perfect. Tonight was my first time ordering a delivery that would be delivered later than when I placed the order. I wanted the food delivered at 9:15 but they dropped it off at 9:00. Now I appreciate the enthusiasm to get the food here, but the whole reason I wanted it that 15 minutes later was because my husband didn't get home until 9:20 and I wanted to surprise him with fresh hot pizza. Pizza is not hot anymore. Also they didn't put the buttery garlic on the crust that I ordered, and that made me sad. I didnt want to bother anyone by making a phone call and complaining, but I am hoping someone sees this and will be better about getting the timing correctly. I only live a 4 minutes drive from the pizza hut so they didn't need to be in such a hurry.

Dined in for the first time a few weeks ago, does no one dine in at Pizza places anymore? Would have given a 5 star, but no salad bar. Staff was friendly, funny, place was clean all around and they seemed to run pretty smoothly.

I never eat at the restaurant. I always choose delivery. So "atmosphere" doesn't apply.

It’s ok if you don’t feel like leaving the house but their pizza is subpar and the menu is very limited. Usually always arrives cold with lukewarm soda

Sticky eating utensils had to polish them up before using. Went to wash my hands, and there was no soap in mens room. Just a note saying, sorry out of order per manager. I believe that's a health violation. Food was good so far. I would post a picture of the sign, but I'd have to touch the bent door and sliding latch. No thanks

First and last experience with Gatesville’s Pizza Hut. Tried to call in an order and spent 15 minutes in an infinite loop of Pizza Hut commercials waiting for a local human to pick up the line. No joy. I should have stopped there and ordered from Studebakers but, we are trying new things in the New Year so I persisted. Downloaded the app, ordered through the app. Went and picked up $70+ worth of pizza and wings. The cashier applied coupons bringing the total down to $61. Their only redeeming quality of the transaction. Still too much for the product received. The wings were mediocre and the pizza was very similar to cardboard. The cheese was over baked on both pizza’s so the pizza was dry and tasteless. Not a mistake we will repeat.

I have ate here 3 times. The manager seems to just stand around and talk. Not work, not help, not clean. I went today was dinning in no one waited on me. Just all talking. Waited 20 min, left. Don't think will go back. You need a new/better manager. That works.

The pizza was below average. The Supreme had minimal toppings compared with your competitors. We ate and threw the rest away. Really lacking from the Pizza Hut I remember from my youth.

I walk in and say hi. And ask what kind of specials they have they said 2 large 2 topping pizza for 9.99. So we go ahead and get that and we sat down and wait for food it was pretty good just the sauce didn't taste like pizza sauce it tasted sweet. Then when we went to leave the lady said the total was 21 dollars and I asked how cause they told me it was 9.99 she didn't answer my question. Then I decided to add brownies. And paid the amount of $28. And waited 20 to 30 minutes just for those.

Everytime I order (app or phone), my orders are always wrong. I have to keep calling and informing them that my orders are wrong. Most the time, they will credit me, but this is the last straw. I had to call to use my credit, that somehow wasn't on my account (but they gave me one anyways) to get a wrong pizza again. My family gets to eat while I am unable to. I am not waiting another 45 minutes to pizza, dealing with explaining my allergies AGAIN, and dealing with crediting my account for the millionth time. I won't order from Pizza Hut again. Just make sure if you have any special requests, that you won't get it the right way. So expect to wait 2 hours to eat if you want your pizza done the right way.

Ordered 3 times from here, always very nice and respectful. Ordered tonight’s at 9:30pm, never got my pizza. Called at 10:30 and was told they were on the way - now it’s past 11, their closed, never got the pizza, and they didn’t answer the phone at 10:55. Stinks I’m really hungry

Girl who took our order was rude and didn’t put our pizza in the oven when it was ready. saw her leaving for the day and she stole two drinks. pizza was barly cut and had to recut when we got home.

I guess 1 star was a bit unfair. The staff was courteous and polite, the restaurant clean from what I've observed going in for pickup. My complaint was that the taste of the food didn't match what I paid. It was cooked fine, but just wasn't very tasty. Not something I'll buy again anytime soon.

By far the worse pizza hut I've been at. Food was average at best and took forever to bring it out. What seemed to be the manager had her significant other and several kids come in and sit down the kids was running everywhere and being very loud. The floors was nasty needs to be replaced ASAP the ceiling has mold, tape and who knows what else on it. Don't go in the bathroom. The AC wasn't working it had to be 80+ in that dinning room. The only positive was the lady that brought a fan out to the table to help with the heat and our waitress was super nice!

I had two orders with them and they always forget to bring the ranch sauces, which they charged you for it. And they lie to you saying the napkins and sauces its in the bag but its not.

I suggest tht nobody use the online order app. I have used it 2 different times months apart & both times my order was not even close to being correct & there is nothing the restaurant can do cause i ordered it on line. Very dissatisfied & basically a waste of money.

Called in order. Young lady even verified the Pizza Hut from which I wished to pick up the order. Said 15 mins. When I arrived 45 mins later, I was told no order existed for us. Horrible service.

FORGOT TO DELIVER MY MEAL. Then proceeds to hang up on me after they realized that my order had been left waiting for delivery for an hour. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN.

First called the store around 9:35pm and spoke with one of the employees she did not say hello as well as continued to act as if she didn't understand me even though I literally yelled into my phone my address she continued to get it wrong causing me to hang up and call again (9:45pm). The second call (9:49pm) the same employee could all of a sudden hear me clear as day, BUT she would purposely not respond or delay her responses until 10:00pm and completely cut me off, from ATTEMPTING to order (since she "couldn't" understand a word I said), saying well ma'am it is now 10:00pm and I can't place the order. I asked since I've been calling can I complete it and she said no (all of a sudden she could understand me completely) I spoke with her manager but I will also be calling corporate. ☺️

Let's see... waiter #1 shows up and get drink order, delivers drinks and asks for our order and then leaves before taking the order, waiter #2 shows up and starts taking our order and then stops while searching for a working pen to write down order. At pen #3, waiter starts taking order again and repeats order back after collecting all of our orders. One minute later waiter #2 comes back and states the Italian sauce we order isn't available. what sauce, i'm thinking? waiter #2 starting going over long list of sauces when I explain that I said italian sausage (remember she read back the order before leaving the first time, right?) and goes back to the kitchen area to resolve whatever issue started this. Pizzas are delivered by waiter #3 and 4 states the rest is in the oven and will be right out. Eating and drinking while waiting for rest of order waiter #2 comes up to ask questions while our mouths are full, try to signal waiter to wait, to chew HOT food quickly and not burn mouth too badly, the waiter #2 leaves and no waiters return. Waiters serve and talk and laugh with people at next table for 10 minutes but ignores us. Finally tired of waiting for rest or order, go to front to check out and let them know about missing food items, which now become we didn't know about those items (remember repeated whole order at the beginning) and to get the re-order items again (of course, they makes pay FULL value for items they deny we had ordered in the first place) and take them to go. While waiting for said non-ordered item to be prepared, idiot #1 yells to idiot #2 about not having anymore parmesan cheese (Pizza place without parmesan cheese?) so whole restaurant could hear clearly over the metal pans being thrown (yes, really being thrown - mostly on the floor, I could actually see it happen from the customer area) around in the kitchen area. After the paying for this abortion of a meal, I get stared at for not tipping.... really?!? seriously?!? you really want to go there, people?? When all is said and done the missing items weren't even correct ones even after telling them again what we wanted and we discovered this heading home. The last time I didn't tip, was almost 40 years ago and this time I can say, with considerable pride, that I am glad I didn't tip. Their operation was being run like the Keystone Cops, there no real supervision going on to get things under control, I seriously doubt the pans thrown on the floor will ever seriously be look at for cleaning before being used again that night. Having an MBA in management and worked as a manager in Bar/Restaurant business before, I can safely say this place should be closed by the health department and the owner be heavily fined. Eat at your own risk for now... I might go back in a years, assuming they are still open

First off... their hand tossed pizza is trash. Someone needs to come and teach these people how to slap out a pie. Secondly, as a soldier here coming back from overseas I am kind of dissapointed that they seem to be trained to try and screw us/people out of money. Been here 2 weeks, ordered pizza every other night, ever time a version of : Me : Yes, lemme get 2 medium pepperoni and two 2-liters. Worker : Ok, total is $40 Me : ... do those not fall under the $5 deal? Worker : Oh yes, they do... new total is $20 WTF over...

Ordered food and picked a time for delivery 1:15pm. It's 1:51pm and still haven't received the pizza. This is the worst pizza hut, I have ever seen. Cashier is telling me another 15mins smh

The staff here were rude while taking my order over the phone and the lady I spoke with hung up on me while in the middle of our conversation right after I gave her my card number. She couldn't even bother to say that my order was placed or give me a time to expect the delivery.

One star because I cant give them half. From start to finish everything was awful. They hang up the call before I finished my order. They took forever to deliver it and it was cold, no napkins no drinks, not even a sorry for the delay. Horrible experience, wont be eating from them ever again.

Ordered pizza tonight for delivery around 730. Got the wrong order delivered around 8, spent about 30 minutes calling the store till someone finally answered. Got told my order would be made and sent out. Never received my ordered. Definitely not the first time having issues with this location but definitely will be my last time. Would not be coming back

How can it be known for its made to order pizza when the don't honor what is on their menu? The girl who took my order had no clue what was on their menu. Then laughed like it wasn't a big deal. The pizza better be warm when it gets delivered. I gave it one star because it's required to post.

This place is absolute trash. If you order pizza togo here, plan on showing up at least an hour after your pizza is scheduled to be done, and that is generous. Would’ve given this place 0 stars based upon the total incompetence of the kitchen and the complete stupidity of the people working the desk up front. get my order correct. It was even close. I ordered 1 Medium Detroit-Style Pizza Specialty Pizza: Detroit Meaty Deluxe Whole Ingredients: Premium Tomato Sauce, Bacon, Onions, Crispy Cupped Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Banana Peppers I got a Detroit with Pepperoni only.

When you order from the website you get nothing but errors and when you call to complain, they will not give you the same price online. What a scam!! I got a response from andreah@restmgmt which is an incomplete email address. Im not sure how I can provide contact info without a valid email address. Obviously not interested in bringing back a $48 average order customer. We will support the local pizza owner in town from now on. Ralph and Kelly

Looks like they put all the toppings in the middle of the pizza, when you pull a slice the toppings stay in the middle and all you get is cheese, ordered 2 8pc wings, one barley had any sauce, service was extremely slow, ordered through the app said when food was ready got there and still had to wait on the wings.. very dissatisfied

Ordered for take out. The pizza had wrong ingredients, and whoever made it, I would suggest maybe a change in jobs. Was not expecting a pizza that looked like a calzone. Hard to mess up making a pizza, but yall did it. At least that part impressed me.

I ordered pasta at 9pm. The lady drops off the food without a fork. I call to ask for one because I'm in barracks. The manager tells me they are out and only provide them out of convenience. How do you allow a soldier order something like that without a way to eat it.

I Haven't been to our local Pizza Hut in Gatesville,Tx since the remodel of the store...I now remember why!!! First my order was taken over the phone by a computer generated voice. Did not like that ..should have hung up...Next when we arrived for pick up we waited a few minutes which was no big deal then they wanted me to pay before I received my order...i did not... when the pizza was placed on the counter the young lady lifted the first box and no surprise very little ingredients...should have realized when you pay $10 for a pizza that's what you will get from Pizza Hut...a $10 pizza with very little ingredients...I believe I will stick with Studebaker or Little Caesars pizzas in the future...i will never go back to Pizza Hut...

Have been going to this business for over 6 years and today was me and my family's last time to do business here. We were told that there is no longer any dine in specials unless we ordered to go. My wife used to manage pizza huts for over 10 years and knew this was false information given to us by our waitress and manager. We just got up and left, never to return.

Came to dine in and stood there for ten minutes the lady behind the counter seen us and didn't even say hi or be right with ya...nothin... turned around and walked out, gave 3 stars because the food is typically good.

I ordered from here for a delivery, my card was charged $32.64. The delivery was supposed to be on North Fort Cavazos! I called back and they said they never received my order! The manager said it was nothing that she could do and was very rude as well!!! If you are on North Fort Cavazos, don’t order from here!

Placed an order for curbside, waited outside and nobody ever came. Called store phone, no answer. Walked inside and 3 employees (including the manager) were standing around talking. Said they didn't see my vehicle outside, which is impossible due to the size of it. Love pizza hut, but won't be back to this location until it is under new management.

i wish this could be a better review. we just got a large pizza tonight, 3/10/2021. i live in the country, so it takes me 30min to get home. when i did we found the pizza was not fully cooked. it was so doughy. we tried to cook it longer in the oven but it was still a little undercooked. we also didn't get the garlic flavoring on the crust. $14.00 down the drain!

An hour and a half for 2 pizzas to get delivered is absolutely unacceptable. Especially when I live a mile away from the store. I called to find out where our order was and was told (very rudely) it was waiting on the delivery driver to pick it up and that we were next to be delivered to. I didn't get our order until 45 mins after that phone call was made. Then the delivery driver tried to lie to us saying it just came out of the oven and he brought it straight here. We are extremely unhappy with the poor service we recieved.

Placed my order 20 minutes ago, got there and the food still wasn’t ready. In fact they were just putting it in the oven and they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes before it was ready. There not even busy and no one inside was even doing anything. I just went back and they told me it would be another 10 minutes, never coming here again. This is Ridiculous!! Mine as well go anywhere else but here.

I was very disappointed when I walked into my local pizza hut to pick up my order and seen that no one was paying attention that my pizza that I ordered 25 minutes prior was sitting outside of the oven getting cold . It wasn't even hot in the box . And the pizza was not good at all . Did not have much cheese on it and they did not put it on the type of crust I ordered . Very very disappointed. Won't be going back .

As soon as I ask for any specials the waitress says no an then I asked to ask her manager an tells me no. We ordered 3 pan pizzas an a medium pizza oh also cheese sticks we get our food 25 minutes later. So we finish eating an here finally come the cheese sticks so we had them to go. Terrible service an the waitress had me waiting for a refill while she was chatting with her coworkers we were the only customers there. Never again will return to this establishment

Order a few times and the pizza barely had any cheese or sauce. Plus the crust was so thin it probably couldn't hold the weight if it did. I even tried ordering a pizza with extra cheese and mind you my order has been the same. LG pepp. Stuffed crust. That's all. However I still got the same bad experience. Every. Single. Time. I paid extra for extra cheese trying to justify the bad pizza but it did nothing. I also understand bad days diff cooka ECT which is why I tried to order from here over the last two months or so.It didn't used to be cooked this way so thank goodness I have other options in town because their food has changed and not for the better! Extremely disappointed.

They can’t get my address right, even though I break it down for them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME…. Gave them one more chance today & ended up waiting an hour, called them to see where my pizza was & the lady said she would get back to me. She never called me back, I had to call. Just for her to tell me that they gave my pizza away to a completely different address… didn’t offer me anything in return except another order and 40 more minutes of my time waiting. They refused to give me a refund. I’ve tried to give Gatesville Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt but they are absolutely trash.

Everytime I order from here there it's a 45-90 min till I get my pizza and they always miss my address. I put in there notes where I live but they always get lost. I just tried get pizza today and they ended up giving it to another person and wouldn't give me a refund for the inconvenience instead they offer a cheap dessert. I'm never ordering from them again and rather go to little Caesar's.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Got wings that were so dry it was like they didn't even have sauce on them, picked them up and had no sauce on your fingers. Ordered hand tossed pizzas and I believe I got thin crust on all pizzas ordered. The attitude of the employees is appalling, treating customers like trash is not going to get you returning customers or good business. Do better.

Recently ordered out for delivery from here, called the local number four times, first two went to a call center that had no idea how to take the delivery address because it’s on a military base, our side alley has no street name, just building numbers, finally got the local shop on try 3, kid didn’t understand the delivery needs, hung up on me, fourth time got a woman who knew what she was doing, got my order and said it would be about an hour. An hour fifteen later, I get a call from the delivery guy, says he’s outside with my pizza, thinking he wants to make sure it’s the right building before he walks up, nope, he’s too lazy to walk the 25 feet to the door, he stands there until I come pay him and get the pizza. Pizza was mediocre just like every other Pizza Hut. Would not order from here again.

Terrible, terrible restaurant. We ordered a pizza, and were told it would be ready in 15. Turned out to be more like thirty, and they still got it wrong. Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it. We asked for a discount for having to wait so long, and the woman at the counter was going to give us one, until this other woman, who I think was the manager, came up and very rudely told her not to. Right in front of us. Then she was rude to us as well. The pizza we got wasn't even very good. Should have never ordered from there. Won't eat there ever again, and you shouldn't either.
