I love Caesars pizza because it is quick and easy to have dinner when you’re exhausted from working and don’t feel like cooking. I want to try the app one day because I see people go in and out so quickly and just pick up the food and go I’m assuming obviously because they pre-pay on the app Haven’t done it yet but been meaning to because I think it’d be much easier to get in and out of there because when I’m getting off work, I like to go home and the staff is predominantly nice they’re just young kids there so they’re just learning how to work with customers so if you come across anyone like that, you please make sure to be nice to our students and young folk who are doing good and working always keep it in mind. Not at all rude sometimes it could be a little slow getting food ready, but they are packed a lot at the same time so I just wanted to mention that be nice to our Younghans when they’re working like that because that’s the right thing to do you can remember you have your first job and how it felt when somebody got upset.
I ordered two of the Hot-N-Ready pizzas when I arrived. I was told they were not quite ready yet but it wouldn't be long. The pizzas were ready in less than 5 minutes.
It was fine, except for them not telling us that the drinks were warm before we purchased them. If we would have known they were warm, we would not have paid extra for them and would have gone somewhere else for drinks.
Fast service, hot pizza & cheese bread, good people I will come back just not for the crazy bread.... We ordered 2 pizzas one was thin crust pepperoni $7.00 the other regular crust ham and sausage $6.50+ $1.75 for ex meat one order of cheese bread $4.00 and one of crazy bread ( the bread sticks) the 2 pizzas and cheese bread were made fresh and hot so very yummy , the crazy bread $3.59 however came out of the "hot&ready" box, was not like the fresh picture fluffy and nice, no it was limp , Luke warm and the wrong kind of chewy... Definitely NOT a fan today😬 that said it was cheaper than cooking about $23 for 4 ppl and leftovers for lunch tomorrow so not big loss just tiny disappointment 😥 on a is it worth it meter 85% YES I will return 😊
I’ve bought pizza here dozens of times for me and my family and all most every time the pizza is doughy and not enough cheese. Feel like a lot of times it’s a disappointment when we get pizza here. The Princeton location is way better I will almost always drive way out of my way just to get the pizza there, the manager at Princeton one got it on point!
Your food is probably sitting next to the workers long before they put it in the machine so you can get it. I've seen 10 pizzas next to the workers for 5 min before they put them out...knowing you're there!
The fact I just watched the male manager with tattoos walk out of the store with another individual and walked to the edge of the building and did a drug deal with said sketchy customer is wild… in the open… with multiple people watching. I won’t be back here.
This place sucks every time. Does not accept 100$ bills.the people in there are always in a bad mood.i Will spend the extra money and go to pizza hut from now on.

The pizza wizza was toughy woughy and dryzie wyzie. The saucy waucy was oldy woldy, I swore off little caesars waesars after going here 3 times but I got reminded what quality waulity tastes like and feels like at the one in Bonham
Pizza was all burned unfortunately didn’t check it until I got home because haven’t had this issue here for years the cheese bread was good tho and the crazy sauce was full but had to throw away the pizza

It's so disgusting to take a bite and pull out someone else's hair out of your mouth. This is very unfortunate and ruined my daughter's birthday no one else wanted to eat the pizza waste of money
2nd try. I ordered ahead and the boy on the phone knew they only have 1 size pizza but he only offered pepperoni and jalapeños for toppings!!! My name was totally wrong, even spelling it out for him twice! I really wanted this pretzel crust pizza but it was so horribly salty! Very disappointed!!! Do ya"ll not have managers???? This store truly needs HELP!!!
Not a very good experience. I ordered a day ahead of time so I had ease of access for my kids food on my way home. First, came to pick it up today and wasn't greeted after walking through the door until about 5 mins later. Second, I get my pizza home and I see that one pizza is made incorrectly. Last, just look at the pictures...horrible...how dare you serve this to me and my children. P.S. Upon further review...6 out of 7 people in my household who had some of this pizza woke up this morning with severe stomach pains and other symptoms of food poisoning. I will be making a call to this location when they open and if my situation isn't helped or alleviated in some way then I will be calling corporate.
They gave away our pizza we ordered and paid for online which is fine, mistakes happen. The bad review is for their poor attitudes and the girl rolling her eyes at a customer that was very polite to her. No apologies either for the inconvenience.
Doordashed a pizza an hour ago and both of the dashers denied it because it was taking TOO LONG. I called & they told me they can’t do anything, they can’t remake it or anything. They should’ve checked to see if someone stole it but they didn’t. They didn’t try to help me, the lady was extremely rude & immediately told me to go through Doordash honestly this is the second time that this has happened before. They always take too long to make one singular pizza for Doordash and then blame it on the dashers. I don’t care if my order has been “completed” on your screen if the order never arrived to my house. Do not order from this Little Caesars they are very problematic.
If you guys are understaff than don’t be open ! Over one hour for pizza ! Went to pick it up they said I wasn’t on the list , than he said there is 4 people still ahead , but they could make one in 15 minutes, went back inside at 15 and he said we have 6 people ahead of me ! Asked my daughter to drive back home and He offered a refund drove there to get it and he shows up with my pizza ! Horrible experience! Horrible customer service ! Slow staff! And they don’t even have hot and ready ever ! Waste of money , time and gas ! If you can’t keep up with the grow than close down or pass it to another owner !
Ordered ahead of time by 2 hrs for pickup. Got to the store at pickup time and they didn't have bacon, which was on a couple of items we ordered. They never called to let us know that they could not fill our order and was very rude about being asked to refund. I won't waste my time with this location again.
The whole allure of Little Caesars was to have hot and ready pizzas that are actually ready when you go in the store. The other allure is that they used to be $5. Now they're over $7. So the convenience is gone, and the low price is gone, and the taste was never really there to begin with. If I wanted to wait for 20 minutes on a pizza, I'll pay $0.50 more for a 20 times better pizza at literally any another Pizzeria. Bring back the hot and ready, and we'll talk.
