Subway quantity has gotten poor the price that you pay for 2 footlong Philly Steak sandwiches 28.00 they keep it up subway.( the meat was missing nothing, but bread and vegetables on the sandwiches) will be shutting down. If they don't start giving what you pay for, I should have followed the reviews.

Gets the job done in a pinch. Very tiny store with tons of people from the nearby plant pulling in around lunch time. Limited working, very tiny drive through lane.

I reluctantly go here about once a month because it is close to work. It's a clean place with tight parking. Biggest complaint: EXTREMELY small portions, more so than other Subways in the area. Good for a quick bite. Don't go hungry, unless you want to pay for two lunches just to get a regular sized sandwich.

12/19/24 at 8:06pm i experienced the WORST customer service ever at this subway. i already rarely come here because the employees treat their customers so poorly, but we stopped by tonight cause it was quick and easy. when we walked in the lady informed us she was about to close the store due to no customers which was fine she was just rude to us about it. the two ladies assisted with rushing to make our sandwiches so they could leave. our sandwiches are extremely sloppy she took a fist full of pickles and slapped it on my sandwich rang us up didn’t ask if we wanted drinks.. this is disgusting behavior from your employees and i will never go back here again. DO BETTER. both of these ladies were rude and rushing us out of the store. they didn’t even cut one of our sandwiches. this waste of my time and money. i recommend driving to port neches for a fresh sandwich and EXCELLENT customer service.

The sandwiches are always prepared the way you want them. Regardless of how picky you are. Customer service is wonderful. And they're all really friendly behind the counter. A bit expensive for a sandwich but totally worth it. We went there tonight and the lady served literally every person in line at once instead of one person at a time.

6/15/19 @ 756pm, walk in to order a sandwich , lady came out from back and said they were closed. I said your sign says 900pm is when your closed. She stared at me and said like she really didn't have an excuse, well were closed. Shook my head and left. This is not my first time with this Subway. Dont know why I keep trying to give them a chance. If this store isn't loosing money I dont know how. Employees stop serving customers when they want so they can start clean up to leave early. I only gave one star cause you have to to leave a comment.

Don't want to give it 1star but the girl who was working by herself I might add.We order platter at 9 need it ready at 2 got their the poor girl was trying her best she had nine Sandwitches in line .She was doing a prefect job just not fast enough 6 customers walked out cuz most of them plant worked only have 45 min.They said they were waiting pass that so they left.This ain't the first time but the manager that was suppose to be their left one girl to do it all.That girl should be manager shame on you for not making this keep happening

Went to Subway today on 32nd street , have not been in a long time, thinking of buying a few good healthy subs. When I entered they were not busy , it was after 2pm, a couple walked in after me, they walked up and started putting their order in, while i stood looking over the menu. The woman behind the counter told me to get in line on other end of counter, told her I was just checking menu out before j got in line. When she finish with the couple she asked me what do you want? I said well let me ask you first on that blackforest ham sandwich is that a footlong for 4.99? Then she says well isnt that what it says! The whole time shes got her hands on her hip, with a attitude, that says what the hell you want, like i hate my job. So, I look at her, and ask her are you trying to be smart with me? She says well you asked and it says, right there on the menu its 4.99! I said I can see the price but couldnt read what size the sandwich is. But her rolling of eyes and attitude made me say you know forget about it, Ill take my business somewhere else!!

I didn't watch her put everything on the sandwich, just told her what I wanted on it. I payed for my sandwich and she handed me the bag and it felt light. I got back to work and took my sandwich out and took it out of the wrapper. I was a little ticked off when I saw that there was barely anything on the sandwich. You could see the spinach sticking out of the bread , so I opened it up and there was hardly anything there. Other subways that I've been to can barely close the sandwich. I felt like I was cheated and won't be returning there.
