Although relatively new place in it town. This particular Wingstop is consistently slow. I always order a head and I still have to wait 20 minutes when I will get there. On my last visit the app said it will be 14 to 19 minutes. I made my order at 5:14 p.m. after my 20 minutes wait inside the store which negates ordering ahead I received my order at 5:49. On top of that I want to get sweet tea out of the fountain. It wasn't sweet tea and very light. There's only one girl at the count and she seems overwhelmed because a lot of people are coming in. I have to waiting an incredibly long time for my food now I have to wait for them to fix the machine. Well I guess I don't have to. I'm going to leave.

Save yourself and don't go here if you have any health issue with sodium. They really laced my food with their whole supply of salt. I couldn't even taste anything else cause the salt burned my taste buds off

The manager Patricia which I know she’s lying about her name. Is so nasty and very rude. After waiting a hour They gave my order to the wrong person and tried to accuse me of stealing the food . If I stole the food why would 6 uber drivers still be coming in the store trying to pick up my food if they delivered it already? She was no help at all

THEY CHANGED THEIR FRIES OMG!!! Only thing i would come here because how good was the parmesan fries and what i had was literally frozen fries!! HORRIBLE. Never getting parmesan fries from this location ever. Going to try freeport see if they also changed their fries. If they did i will never get any fries from wingstop anymore unfortunately i loved those saggy a little cripsy parmesan fries

Do not order through door dash with this location. Pick another one because if you order around 10 or 11pm you highly most likely won’t receive the order. Never got delivered to my house because it was “closed” when I made my order WAY before closing. If I could give no stars I would.

Was craving wingstop and decided to try it. Garlic parm and lemon pepper hella damn salty bruh. I tried a second time cuz I was coping, still damn salty. If you’re craving wingstop just go to another location.

Victor should honestly quit if he hasn’t been fired yet. He is rude, dismissive, and has absolutely no customer service. I couldn’t even finish my order, i was so appalled and annoyed by how he treated me. It made my appetite go away. I go to school really close by, so coming here was convenient… will be going to a different location from now on.

Food: If I could give negative stars, I would. I went to this location with two co-workers. I had the chicken sandwich, they each ordered wings. About an hour after eating, all three of us were in the bathroom, and not in a pleasant way. And that is not the end of the story. Over the course of the next three to four hours, we each were back in the bathroom multiple times, having uncomfortable experiences (to put it mildly). I definitely do not think this restaurant is clean. The fact that all three of us had the exact same bowel movement experience shows me that something is not right. Service: The counter service staff were polite and clear with the order. I was a bit surprised that they said that the order would take 20 minutes to prepare, but I started a timer after I ordered and the food was ready in 12 minutes. Not extremely quick, but not terrible. Just be prepared for this if you still dare to eat here after my “food” comments. Atmosphere: Meh. Absolutely nothing to rave about. Very little table seating. If it’s busy, don’t expect to be able to eat-in. Also, for whatever reason, all Wingstop locations do not have a trash can that customers can use. Not sure what the point of this is. I have been taught to clean up after myself. When I asked the employee where the trash is, they said to just leave it on the table. Why? Me and my co-workers all decided to use the trash that was just outside the entry of the restaurant. We clearly were not the only ones to do this as that trash was absolutely filled to the brim with garbage from other people that also had eaten there. Final pro tip: just don’t do it. You and your toilet will not appreciate it.

Staff had very nasty and disrespectful attitude. One of the employees was purposely being rude and trying to upset my friend & I. The cashier was super rude & just acted like she hated her job by talking to us so unprofessional. The fries were very hard and uncooked Wings were very badly prepared and cold Literally tasted like I could get a pack of frozen wings from bjs and do it on my airfryer at home. My friend & I were just sitting down waiting for our food just casually having a conversation while the staff kept making faces and just giving a lot of attitude. The atomsphere was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay to eat there. Their energy made us feel very awkward and offending. Will never come back again & I really prefer for nobody else to even bother coming here. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STAFF AND ACTUALLY CARE WHO TO HIRE!!!

I came for the first time to this location and had a very unwelcoming experience. The cashier was extremely rude and made me feel like i was a problem to her since i ordered. Afterwards, another worker goes to call out my order , she basically whispered it and said “ oh well I guess Dani isn’t here “ and I turn around and asked politely if my order have been called. She proceeded to roll her eyes and say “ yea it was “ not giving any time to see if anyone is there for the order and just puts it in the back right away without double checking. Then when my friend was waiting for her order , she did the same exact thing and was extremely sassy and rude. I find this establishment to be very unprofessional and rude. It felt very personal and out of context. I don’t recommend the service here. They need to work on their staff.
